The tube opened up.
The robot inside fell forward. Danny caught her before she could touch the ground. Her foot went forward. Her eyes opened, slowly waking up. She looked around, trying to understand what was going on. Once she figured that out, she stood up on her own.
"Thank you," she said. "Can't believe I let that happen…"
"It happens to the best of us." Danny reassured her. "If not you, it could've been one of us instead."
"Yeah, but don't worry! We'll save everyone and save the day!" Spongebob added.
Sam whistled after a moment of silence from her. She walked over to her. She held her hand out.
"I'm Sam." She introduced herself before the robot girl shook her hand. "Do you have a name… or can I call you mine?"
She was taken aback as she took her hand away. Her pigtailed ears shot up. Her face flushed blue and her eyes widened.
"Sam." Danny deadpanned.
"What? You get to date a sea sponge, and I can't flirt with a robot?"
Sam gestured towards Spongebob. He simply blepped in response. Danny sighed through his nostrils. He laid one hand on his arm and put his finger and thumb between his eyes.
"You can, but this isn't the best time." He responded.
Sam rolled her eyes. It wasn't like there was no possibility of meeting her again after this adventure but sure, there was a time and place for everything. The robot started laughing all of a sudden. Her laugh was sweet and adorable. It caused Sam's face to turn pink.
"It's fine," she started. "My name is Jenny. I like your outfit."
She smiled. "Thanks."
Maybe there was a possibility of meeting her again after everything was over.
