-Joyful Wild :)

Artham flew through the sky with a smile on his face. He liked the feeling of the wind his face and looking upon the ground that sped passed below him. Then he went straight up into the clouds and turned over so that it looked like he was laying on the clouds as if it was firm as the ground gliding as he did. He took in a deep breath enjoying the sound of the wind and his wings. Then a big gust of wind pushed Artham side ways and before he knew it he felt like something was pulling him. He looked down to clouds swirling beneath him and a blue light coming from the middle. He did his best to fight but he only went closer to the light until the only thing he saw was blue light. He looked down again and saw something heading towards him very fast. He wondered if it was the ground then the wind started to push him all around until he didn't know which way was up until he felt himself land on his back on a strong surface then everything went black.

When Artham woke up he moaned a little and everything looked blurry and he heard something like a voice but couldn't make out what it was saying. Soon he spoke in a soft voice, "Hello? Where am I?" He put his talon on his head. He realized that he was laying on something soft now and his vision became clear and saw a white ceiling at first. Then a man came into his vision. He had brown hair and beard, blue eyes and glasses and a smile. Artham was about to ask who he was but the man already said, "Hi I'm Chris Wall." Artham stared at him for a bit then slowly pulled himself up with Chris' help. Artham was surprised that Chris didn't seem to notice that he had wings and talons. Most of the time people would stare with fear and curiosity but Chris only seemed happy to see him. "Are you okay ,Artham?" Chris asked.

"Yeah I'm alr-" But Artham froze and looked at Chris with confusion. "How did you know my name?"

"I've read the Wingfeather Saga." He said with a smile.

"What's that?"

"It's a book series that my friend wrote. It's about how Janner, Kalmar and Leeli find out how their the Jewels of Anniera and how you and your family survived in a world of Fangs and how you defeated them."

"Oh. I must be in the future."

" I don't think so."

"What do you mean?"

"One you are in a country called America two um well... you and all of Aerwiar and it's history is well... it's fiction."

Artham stared at him with confusion even more trying to wrap his mind around what he said. "Exactly how?"

"Well you see my friend Andrew Peterson wrote the Wingfeather Saga. And he even told me what inspired him to write the books and how he build his imaginary world of Aerwiar and the books are considered fantasy." Then Chris tapped his foot a bit then said, "You know what I have an idea. Follow me." Artham stood up and realized the strange room he was in and followed him up a set of stairs into a small office. The house that he was in was very strange and he wondered how they were able to keep bright candle from flickering and not burning anything. The office however looked like a small library with a desk in the middle of the room with some strange things on it. But surprised him the most was that he found a wall with a picture of Janner, Kalmar, Leeli, Nia, Podo, and himself as Peet the Sockman. And behind them were Fangs and creatures from Glipwood Forest. And below them it said the Wingfeather Saga in a fancy font.

Artham turned to see Chris sitting in a chair and looking at a strange skinny box. Half of it was sitting on the desk while the other half stood up from it. And for some reason Chris was tapping on it and running his finger on it and tapping it again. "What's that?" Artham asked.

"Oh this?" He pointed at the small box. Artham nodded as he walked toward him. "This is called a laptop. You can take it wherever you like and do a lot of stuff on it." Artham was shocked at all the things that Chris was doing with it. Then Artham looked beyond the device and saw a thick box with a picture of Janner, Leeli and Kalmar on it. But in this picture Kalmar was a wolf and the kids looked very mature. Chris noticed Artham looking at the ox then pulled four books each on getting bigger. "This", Chris said, "Is the book series that I was telling you about." Artham examined each book and was amazed at how each cover looked exactly the kids and said, "Has Andrew ever been to Aewriar?"

"No."

"Then how do these kids look like Janner, Kalmar and Leeli."

"Because they came from his imagination. And so did you."

"That's still hard to believe. Because the Maker is the one who created everything."

"Well, yes that is true but in our world whom you call the Maker we call God. The Maker represents God. That's how Andrew wrote it. And there's even another book called Narnia where there is a character that represents God. And if you read those books I'm sure you'll find some old memories." Artham flipped to the pages and then stopped when he saw a picture of himself holding Leeli while holding on to a rope and Janner and Kalmar on a big tree branch. He read a little bit of the page and noticed that it was the time his kids went to his treehouse. Artham was speechless when Chris asked, " You want to see a clip of the show.?"

"A show?"

"Yeah. You see people have found a way to make pictures move and speak and that's one of many ways we tell stories."

Artham looked at Chris then at the laptop to find picture of Leeli with her eyes closed. Then he said, "How do you make it move?"

"Just with a press of a button." Then he pressed a long silver button then watched the picture of Leeli move and immediately heard her sing Yurgen's Tune. It from her to the dragons, to the brothers then back to Leeli. It even showed Kalmar seeing a vision through the song. He even heard Yurgen speak. "It sounds just like them."

"It does?" Chris asked. Then two more men walked into the room and froze when they saw Artham. Chris stopped the clip and said, "Oh hey guys." Then he turned to Artham, "Artham this is Andrew Peterson the author I told you about," He pointed to one of the shocked men in the doorway. "And that is Henery. He is actually the voice actor of you. Meaning he pretends to be you so that people can hear what you're saying in the show." He pointed to the other man who looked a lot Artham, just without the white hair, wings and talons of course. Then Henery spoke which made Artham jump a bit at hearing a voice so similar to his but coming out of somebody else. "Who do you have there Chris?" But before Chris could respond a gust of wind filled the room then a light appeared in the middle of the floor but this time it didn't pull anybody in and it wasn't as intimidating, "WHAT IS THAT?!" Andrew yelled.

"I honestly have no idea." Artham said, which gave Henery the same expression as Artham had.

"Why do you sound like me?" Henery said.

"Well I did base Artham off of you in Lost." Andrew said.

"Wait, so you made up the world of Aewiar and the Wingfeather Saga? And the Maker is a representation of someone called God?" Artham asked.

"Yes. God created this world and He created us in his image meaning that we can be creative like He is. So one way to do that is tell a story that's like our world but different." Andrew said.

"So is the Maker real?" Artham asked.

"Yes He is actually. Because some people call God the Maker. So yes the Maker is real."

"What about Aewiar?"

"Well that is just a land that I made up in my head and it turned to book about your family. But now that I'm seeing you and it's obvious that I'm not the only seeing you so I'm not sure. But I am sure of this the Maker is real. He just has a different name here. And I know for a fact that you look exactly how I imagined you too."

Then the blue light started to get smaller. "Uh, isn't that how you got here?" Chris asked.

"Yeah." Artham said.

"Well that might just get you back." Henery said. Artham looked down on the ground he silently prayed to the Maker that this would lead him home. He looked at everyone else and said, "Well it was nice meeting you." Then he jumped in. The blue had disappeared and Andrew, Chris and Henery were left shocked until Chris and Henery got out of their daze just in time to see Andrew faint.

Artham was flipped once more before he found himself falling through clouds and finally flapped his wings and steadied himself as he landed onto solid ground. He looked out into the land bright and green with a town in the distance. He wondered if he should tell somebody at what had just happened. He looked up into the sky and saw the blue light disappear. "Maker.", he said hoping that he was heard. "I'm a little confused on what just happened but right now the only thing I'm sure of is that you are real. And a lot bigger than I imagined." Then Artham sat down in the grass for a nap.
