On Today's Episode: The spies make their way to Willard's secret lair, only to find out that he's been extremely busy since the last time he crossed blades with the spies. With manifestos of track and field runners all over the world, and an especially in-depth look at Zoey, Corina, Kikki and Renee, Willard definitely seems to have let his obsessions get the better of him. Can the spies deal with this problem before it gets out of hand?

Act 2: Against the Clock

11:08 A.M. – Willard's Secret Lair

("Good 4 U" by Olivia Rodrigo plays)

The spies beheld that secret lair of Willard's.

"This place is... about what I expected," Sam commented.

"Why does it look like a big track field?" Melissa wondered. "I thought Willard hated speed."

"He wouldn't like James Stewart's speed, that's for sure," Mat commented as well.

"Say no more, dude," Nick replied. "I know full well what you're talking about."

"He's trying to mock me, that's what," Bridget told everyone.

"Regardless, I'd stay on guard if I were you, everyone," Mat quipped. "I have no clue what exactly Willard's up to here."

"Not going to disagree with that," Nozomi stated.

The spies moved forward to try and locate the speed-hating freak.

"Hey, I think I found him!" Alex exclaimed.

Sure enough, it was Willard himself.

"All right, Willard, you wanna give it up, for your own sake if nothing else?" Nick proclaimed.

"Oh, I don't think so," Willard sneered. "Why don't you slow down for once in your lives?"

He aimed a mysterious gun-like device at the whole spy team.

"Hit the deck!" Haruka yelled as Willard fired, a burst of golden light erupting from the ray gun and striking a computer console on the opposite end of the room. Though the computer did fall to the ground, it took a really long time, almost like the computer was falling through a lake of jello.

"Oh, that's not any sort of good," Clover quipped.

"And hey, if that's not enough for you spies, I can always turn it up!" Willard shouted before adjusting the ray gun's settings, aiming it at himself, and blasting himself with a blue beam that suddenly caused him to run forward at ludicrous speeds.

"Man, for someone who hates speed, you're surprisingly reliant on it, aren't you?" Haruka taunted.

"Whatever it takes to prove my point that speed isn't needed in this world!" Willard exclaimed as he began running like mad around the spies to keep them boxed in. "If I gotta use speed to do so, then so be it!"

"I'm not even gonna dignify that with a response," Bridget retorted. "Sonic Mode, online!"

"That's the spirit, little trackie! Show me exactly what you're made of!" Willard laughed as he and Bridget began to clash, trading lightning-fast blows over and over so quickly that most of the spies couldn't really keep up with them.

"While they're doing that, is there anything we might be able to find that would help us decipher the big plan here?" Melissa wondered.

"I'd check those computers over there," Dawn noted. "They definitely look like they have 'evil schemes' somewhere on there."

"You really think I'd let you?!" Willard laughed as he ran over to strike at Dawn and keep her away from the computer, only for Bridget to place herself in front of Dawn and soccer kick Willard backwards.

"Hands off my friends, buddy," Bridget taunted.

Melissa and Dawn quickly brought out a Helicopter Hand Fan and a Cyclone Blast Hairdryer, respectively, so they could perform their favorite combination.

However, Willard was ready this time, adjusting the settings on his ray gun and firing it at Melissa and Dawn before they could take off, blasting them with a field of silver light that froze them completely in place, as if they'd been hit by Immobilizing Stun-Tan Lotion.

Almost instantly, two robotic hands reached out from the ceiling to snatch up Melissa and Dawn and take them somewhere else in the base.

"Weren't fast enough that time, were you?" Willard taunted, only to find himself careening back into the opposite wall courtesy of Nick blasting him with a Final Shine Attack.

"You know something? I'm getting really frickin' sick and tired of you nutcases always going after my family first," Nick growled, his psychic aura exploding to life around him. "Get a new hobby for once in your life!"

"Oh, but why would I do that when I have so many wonderful new toys to play with?" Willard cackled. "And speaking of which, I must now bid you adieu. If you want your friends back, I'd suggest you get with the program, and do it quickly."

Before the spies could wrangle any answers out of Willard, he sped off to other parts of his lair.

"Ooh, that little slimeball," Nozomi growled.

"Tell me about it," Alex quipped. "Now he's really crossed a line."

"We'd better go after him before things get any worse," May noted. "And also because I think Nick wants to break something now."

"Um, you guys?" Bridget asked. She had ran over to the nearby computers that were still intact after Willard had retreated. "You may want to see this."

The remaining spies all jogged over to where Bridget was and glanced at the computer screen in question. RiCO had already hacked into the computer's systems to display whatever Willard was plotting.

Apparently, there were detailed reports on what must have been hundreds of different track and field runners from across the world. Some of the reports had little scribbles from Willard, mostly notes about how sick of their speed he was.

"...what the hell am I looking at?" Mat wondered.

"It looks like these are the track runners he was planning to kidnap," Britney stated. "Yikes, I knew he hated speed, but this is going way too far."

Just then, something in particular caught Bridget's eye, and she sifted through the reports until they showed four in particular.

They were reports about Zoey, Corina, Kikki and Renee, and they were much more detailed than any of the other reports, almost as if...

"...he was targeting them specifically," Bridget gasped when she made the connection. "Almost like he was deliberately trying to get under my skin."

"And damned if it didn't almost work, too," May quipped. "Thankfully, they're all safe at W.O.O.H.P., right?"

"Ooh, now Willard's really, really asking for it," Bridget proclaimed. "How about we get moving so we can find Melissa and Dawn, find Willard and rearrange his face?"

"Exactly what I was thinking, Bridget," Nick responded. "It's time we took that speed freak down a few extra pegs."

"I feel like this is getting to be too cookie-cutter regarding who's being spy-napped at least," Sam commented.

"You're not the only one who feels the same way," Nick grumbled, knowing this was another situation where these circumstances were dealt.

"One wonders why Willard took Melissa and Dawn," Mat deduced. "Especially when Bridget seemed to be that likely candidate."

"Again... just to tick me off," Bridget replied.

"He's got a sick way of showing it," Clover groaned.

"I guess we have to file this under advice for heroes, number thirty-one," May quipped. "When a foe captures your friends, don't assume they'll take the ones who make the most sense."

"Not going to argue with that," Haruka remarked.

"We better find out where Willard is right now," Nick replied, worried again for Melissa and Dawn.

He then used his psychic radar to try to pinpoint where Melissa and Dawn got to.

"Anything?" Blaine wondered.

"No," Nick replied. "Willard came prepared because he must have hot-wired this place to mess with my psychic radar!"

"Talk about coming prepared," Bridget quipped.

"We need to think of something fast," Sam emphasized.

Clover tried locking onto their X-Powders, but she had no luck either.

"Then I guess we have to do the old-fashioned way of just relying on intuition," Britney stated.

The spies then moved forward until someone could get a reading.

"Nothing yet," Sam told everyone as she tried using her own X-Powder, too.

Nick looked all around, but his instincts were able to pick up some hidden cameras, which he shot at with quite a bit of psychic shots.

"What's with all the..." May started before she spotted one, too.

"Willard has to be watching our every move, May," Nick immediately stated.

Sam was quick to take out a hidden camera she spotted, and Haruka managed to shoot down a drone that was flying around near them.

"What's his M.O. now?!" Clover chastised.

"I don't know, but we're not getting anywhere doing this..." Bridget remarked.

"I'm with ya!" Nozomi quipped.

"Hold on, people..." Bridget told everyone. "Sonic Mode, online!"

With that, Bridget turned on the juice and started hustling forward.

"Bridget, shouldn't we be checking for double paths?" Mat wondered.

"I don't need no stinking checks on that," Bridget replied with some fire in her eyes.

As it turned out, she didn't need to because anytime there was a double path, Bridget just went left or right without even giving a second thought.

Meanwhile...

Willard saw all this going on through all the cameras in his control room and was getting mighty angry that the spies took out as many cameras as he did.

"Ooh... I can't stand those meddlesome spies!" Willard growled.

"Maybe if you got rid of the wishful thinking, you'd be living happier," Melissa shot at him.

"I'd watch your tongue if I were you, little lady," Willard taunted. "You're completely at my mercy, after all."

"Well, if you were actually planning to do anything to us, you'd have done it by now," Dawn quipped. "And how about you freaks stop kidnapping me and Melissa first every stinkin' time?! As much sense as it'd make to keep pushing Nick's buttons, it's getting really old by now!"

"And you should know that my big brother is the absolute last person whose buttons you want to push," Melissa responded.

"Oh, we'll see about that, shall we?" Willard cackled. "Once they're all in my trap, you spies will know the true meaning of despair."

"Oh, why don't you just put a cork in it already?" Dawn shot back.

"Why do all of you meddlers have to have a mouth on you?" Willard groaned as he continued to watch the cameras (the ones that were left, anyways).

Back with the remaining spies, they continued to search through the multiple different pathways, mostly thanks to Bridget using her Sonic Mode speed to quickly ascertain which pathway was the correct one and double back to inform the spies.

"I never thought someone like Willard would be into maze designs," Britney quipped.

"You learn something new every day, right?" Haruka noted.

"Is there anything else you can tell us about this facility, RiCO?" Sam asked.

"It looks like there's a hidden path just up ahead, behind some kind of fake wall," RiCO answered, Sam's X-Powder screen displaying a map of the area.

"Then excuse me while I make a door," May proclaimed as she walked up to the wall in question, summoned her anchor via EGT, then swung it hard enough to smash down the fake wall and reveal a pathway ahead. "Advice for heroes, number thirty-two: never assume a wall is always just a wall."

"I think I see something just ahead," Alex stated, pointing to the opposite end of this hallway, which eventually opened out into a circular arena with a strange device standing directly in the center.

"I'm not liking the looks of this," Clover noted. "That looks like it could be some kind of trap."

"I'm checking the area now, just to be safe," RiCO stated.

Suddenly, the device activated and caused the floor to open up in random places, all in hopes of capturing more of the spies.

The spies all hopped from one safe spot to the next, dodging however they could, but in the end, the trap floor managed to capture Britney, Nozomi, and Haruka before RiCO could disable the device causing the floor to spaz out.

"That's not good," Alex stated.

"Willard!" Bridget shouted. "I know you can hear me! How about you stop hiding in your command center and face me like a man, you freakin' coward?!"

"Oh, but where would the fun be in that, Bridget?" Willard cackled, his voice coming from one of the loudspeakers around the room. "But, sure, by all means, keep searching for me. Eventually, all of your friends will be mine, and then we'll see who's really got the..."

Nick silenced Willard's mocking statements by blasting the loudspeaker in question with a Final Shine Attack.

"That's another thing with our rogues' gallery lately," Nick quipped. "They just will not shut up."

"Yeah, they really like to hear themselves talk," Sam replied.

"Back to business, do we know anything about what's futzing with Nick's psychic radar?" May asked.

"Scanning now," RiCO responded, closing her eyes to scan the area for any sign of what was interfering with Nick's psychic radar. "Ah-ha, I believe I've found the problem! There's some kind of brainwave jamming array hooked up to the systems around here. Follow my lead and I'll take you to where it's transmitting from."

The eight remaining spies all followed RiCO's tracking signal through a couple more hallways and eventually into a lobby-like area with a few computer consoles.

"Just place your X-Powder down on the one in the center, Sam, and I'll do the rest," RiCO stated. Sam placed her X-Powder on the computer so RiCO could do her hacking thing and shut down the systems in question.

After about a minute, the computer shut down, and Nick used his psychic radar again, this time finding no interference whatsoever.

"The ol' radar's working perfectly again," Nick quipped. "You rock as always, RiCO."

"Just doing my part for the team," RiCO giggled. "Now go and find your missing friends."

The spies all retreated out of the computer room and back out into the hallway, where Nick could now properly use his psychic radar to keep everyone prepared for whatever would try to ambush them.

In retrospect, Nick probably shouldn't have made that observation so quickly.

As the eight spies continued moving through the many hallways of the lair, Nick sensed something nearby.

"What's up, Nick?" May wondered.

"I sense mooks approaching," Nick quipped.

Just then, something rolled along the floor and stopped in front of the spies.

"Oh, son of a..." Nick groaned just as the sphere burst, filling the room with a cacophony of extremely loud metal-scraping sounds.

Though this time Nick didn't faint from it, he was left temporarily dizzy as more of Willard's henchmen emerged, two of them grabbing Mat and Alex while they were busy covering their ears before making off with their captives.

A third mook even moved to snatch Nick up, but he recovered just in time to swing his right hand out and backhand the mook into the opposite wall, causing all the other mooks to retreat now that they'd lost their advantage.

"Man, and I thought baddies were done doing that crap," Nick groaned.

"Tell me about it," May quipped. "God, my poor ears..."

As of that moment, only Sam, Clover, Blaine, Nick, May and Bridget were left.

"Well, I think this is all we need to ensure that Willard gets some extra beatings once we find him," Sam proclaimed.

"You're not the only one thinking that, Sammy," Clover responded. "Come on, everybody, let's get moving!"

"Seems Willard's looking for more ways to tick us off," Nick groaned.

"I'm in that boat, too," Bridget added.

"Where do you suppose they got to?" Clover wondered.

"We find Willard, we find everyone," Sam deduced.

("Shut Down" by The Beach Boys plays)

The spies moved forward with Sam leading the way, all while trying to keep herself together with Mat being spy-napped and all.

"RiCO, Jerry, we could use some more help!" Sam proclaimed to her X-Powder.

"What's up now?" Jerry wondered.

"Willard's henchmen got most of us," Bridget replied.

"But I found something else," Blaine called out.

"What's that?" Bridget wondered.

"Apparently Willard's mooks knew we'd be on their trail," Blaine told the others.

The clue Blaine found appeared to be a map to lead the spies to where the others were being held captive.

"But there's something else, too," May added. "It looks like some kind of blueprint for... honestly, I couldn't tell you. It looks like some kind of obstacle course."

"Very Ninja Warrior-esque," Bridget quipped.

"RiCO and I will have this clue analyzed right now," Jerry replied. Thankfully, it only took a little bit to do so.

"Looks like you were right about the obstacle course thing, May," RiCO explained. "It appears that Willard is building something like this in his lair."

"Makes you wonder what he's really up to this time," Clover noted. "Willard doesn't seem like the type to go on these expensive binges in technology just to slow down the world."

"Well, whatever his scheme is, we're gonna trash it just like we always do," May proclaimed.

"By the way, Jerry," Bridget added. "Are my friends okay back at W.O.O.H.P.?"

"Yes, they are fine," Jerry answered. "But they are VERY adamant on wanting to help."

"If you ask me, I think they're getting pretty bored of Go Fish or Poker or any other card games," RiCO commented.

"Classic Renee," Bridget sighed.

"Easily bored, eh?" Nick stated.

"No doubt," Bridget answered.

"Anyway, let's get Willard taken care of," Sam stated.

"No doubt," Bridget replied. "Sonic Mode, online!"

With that, Bridget kicked up the speed and zoomed away to find Willard and his mooks.

Meanwhile...

As the captured spies looked on, Britney and Alex seemed to have an idea to at least break themselves free. Alex had one of her hair files stored away, which Mat certainly remembered. (A/N: Remember S1's Evil Boyfriend?)

Mat and Haruka saw what was going on and tried to reach for their Laser Lipstick and Chapstick.

Melissa, Dawn, and Nozomi tried slithering out of sight to trick the mooks. After that, Mat nodded at Haruka giving something to get the mooks' attention.

"All right, here goes... something, I guess," Haruka quipped, firing her Laser Lipstick at the bars of their cell. Though the bars were thick enough to not let them slip out, the shot did catch the guards' attention.

"All right, what exactly are you doing in there?" one mook asked as he made the mistake of getting too close to the cell. This allowed Haruka to grab the mook by the shirt collar and slam him into the cell bars, knocking him over.

"That," Haruka taunted. "I'm doing that."

"Quick, try to grab something that looks like a key!" Britney exclaimed.

However, the instant Melissa moved to do just that, laser bars manifested and filled the empty spots of the cell bars, effectively completely trapping the spies in their cell.

"...well, it was worth a shot, I guess," Alex sighed.

"Admirable attempt, I must admit, but altogether fruitless," Willard laughed. "I made sure to pay top dollar for extra security for your cell because I knew you'd try something like this."

"Ah, damn it all, they're learning," Melissa groaned. "Have I repeatedly mentioned that I hate it when villains learn from their mistakes? It only makes our job that much harder..."

"I believe that's exactly the point," Willard chuckled. "Just wait until the rest of your friends are my prisoners, then the show will truly begin."

As Willard walked away from the spies' cell, Mat noticed something just ahead on the nearby computer screen, what appeared to be plans for some kind of obstacle course.

Meanwhile...

"Willard, you'd better get the hell out here right now," Bridget proclaimed as the spies stopped at another fork in the pathway. "Because I'm seriously not in the mood for perpetuating this stupid runaround!"

"Oh, but Bridget, my dear, you're a track star. You're supposed to like running," Willard taunted.

"Maybe stop playing that stupid card and get your ass out here so I can kick it about fifty times!" Bridget shot back.

"You might want to listen to her, you know," Nick taunted. "Because we shut down the thing that was messing with my psychic radar, and that means it's only a matter of time until we find you and our friends."

"Oh, we'll see about that, won't we?" Willard laughed. "I do look forward to the results, Bridget. Don't keep me waiting, okay?"

Nick simply blasted the loudspeaker with a Final Shine Attack, even if just to shut Willard up.

"God, he's really getting annoying now," Sam groaned. "I don't know how the heck he got so cocky, even if that's just a thing our baddies do."

"He's probably reveling in the fact that he's actually getting the chance to do a full scheme against us," Bridget quipped. "Ever since I joined you guys, we've always stuffed Willard in practically record time."

"Well, to be fair, a couple of those times, he was only really a distraction for other villains," Clover stated. "He hasn't really had a chance to show off his villain cred since Bridget joined our team."

"So, naturally, he's taking every chance he can get to gloat and be an absolute ass about it," Bridget sighed. "Well, I hope he enjoys the gloating while he can, because once I find him, he's going down. And I mean all the way down."

The six remaining spies all continued moving through the lair in hopes of finding Willard and saving their friends.

Eventually, they found themselves at a five-way fork.

"Oh, come on with this!" Blaine shouted.

"Guess we're gonna have to split up if we're gonna find the correct way," Sam quipped. "Any luck, Nick?"

"I'm not sensing anything hostile at the moment, but that could change in the snap of a finger, so stay on your toes, everyone," Nick responded.

With that, the six spies all split up to explore the five different paths and hopefully find the one that would take them closer to Willard, with Sam, Clover, Blaine and May all taking one path, leaving Nick and Bridget to explore the last path together.

"...ugh, I do not like this," Blaine noted as he searched the path. "This has all the hallmarks of being..."

Before Blaine could finish that thought, something descended from the ceiling and aimed straight for him.

"...a trap," Blaine groaned as the device fired a bright flash of light at him, freezing him in his spot.

"I'm just glad my track buddies are safe at W.O.O.H.P.," Bridget quipped. "I know they want to help, but after everything that's gone belly-up in this place so far, I'd rather not risk them getting kidnapped again."

"I'm sure someone's gonna be covering for them if they do decide to show up," Nick stated. "Probably Sortiliena, considering..."

Just then, something unfolded from the ceiling and aimed directly for Nick and Bridget. Nick quickly raised his hand to project a psychic barrier around the two of them to block the blast of light that came from the device before blasting it into scrap metal.

"Nice try, buddy," Nick taunted.

Suddenly, Nick and Bridget heard a series of panicked screams before they cut out completely.

"...oh, that can't be any sort of good," Bridget stated.

Nick and Bridget retraced their steps back to the fork, where Bridget then dashed down each pathway, only to find nobody at the end of any one of them.

"What's wrong, Bridget?" Nick asked.

"We've officially got a problem here, Nick," Bridget proclaimed. "I can't find the others at the other forks."

Nick quickly used his psychic radar to confirm, only to not sense the thoughts of anyone but himself and Bridget.

"...well, crapbaskets," Nick groaned.

"Yes, they fell for my traps," Willard laughed from another nearby loudspeaker. "Hook, line and sucker, as you would say."

"You're actually starting to cheese me off now, Willard," Bridget retorted. "This is the last warning you're getting. Stop being a coward and face me!"

"Now, now, Bridget, you're almost at the main event of our little show," Willard taunted. "I know you'll want to see what I have in store for you, and so do the rest of your friends. Try not to keep them waiting much longer, all right?"

"Just you wait, Willard," Nick shot back. "Bridget's gonna stomp whatever you have waiting in the wings!"

"Oh, I'd love to see her try," Willard chuckled. "I look forward to watching her fail."

"RiCO, do you know which way we're supposed to go?" Nick asked, flipping open his X-Powder. "After all, my radar's only effective when I have other people's thoughts to lock on to."

"Don't worry, Nick, it's RiCO to the rescue!" RiCO proclaimed, displaying a map of the facility. "Just keep heading straight to the northwest and you should find them. That's where I'm picking up the others' X-Powder signals."

Nick and Bridget nodded to each other before taking off in the direction that RiCO had indicated.

Somewhere else in the lair...

"Well, this is quite the pickle, isn't it?" Sam groaned.

"Tell me about it, Sammy," Clover sighed.

"That's right, spies, you can just sit there in that cell and watch as I finally take you down once and for all," Willard proclaimed. "Finally, it's my turn to take the spotlight!"

"What do you know about the spotlight, you speed-hating freak?" Haruka taunted.

"Oh, I'd watch your tongue if I were you," Willard retorted. "Because you're not gonna be running that mouth for much longer."

Willard moved over to a nearby computer console to check on the construction of his project. Lo and behold, it was finished, leaving Willard to revel in how far his plans had come.

He just needed the last missing piece of the puzzle and...

"WILLARD!"

Ah, right on schedule.

("I Believe" by Lyn Inaizumi plays)

Nick and Bridget skidded to a stop in front of the cell holding the other eleven spies, Bridget's anger easily visible on her face.

"And our guests of honor have arrived," Willard proclaimed.

"Oh, just go and stow it, freakball!" Bridget shouted.

"Let our friends go this instant or there's gonna be hell to pay," Nick challenged, his psychic aura flaring to life around him.

"Oh, I don't think so," Willard chuckled. "They're going to be the witnesses to the moment when I finally defeat you spies at your own game. And you'll be joining them soon enough, Jedi boy."

"All right, that's officially the line-crosser," Nick stated. "Bridget, I think you know what time it is."

"Yup," Bridget quipped. "Time for the ass-kickings!"

Nick and Bridget charged forward to attack, though Willard simply backflipped over them and moved towards the cage where the spies were being held.

"Oh, no you don't!" Nick shouted, waving his hand to push Willard right to the ground with a psychic wave, leaving him vulnerable to Bridget dashing over, grabbing him and throwing him towards Nick, where Nick then jumped and sent Willard crashing back to the ground with an overhead snap kick.

Willard jumped back to his feet and started firing his speed-altering ray gun towards Nick and Bridget, though their either swiftly dodged each shot (in Bridget's case) or blocked each shot with a barrier (in Nick's case).

"If you wanted to see the real master of velocity around here, Willard, then I'd be glad to oblige!" Bridget shouted, running towards Nick and extending her hand.

"Same here, Bridget," Nick responded as he extended his hand so that Bridget could take it, the two of them dashing towards Willard. "Let's see how you like another taste of the Purple Comet Attack!"

Willard fired his ray gun once again, but Nick and Bridget split apart to dodge the shot before rejoining hands to bum-rush Willard, using their boosted speed to send Willard into the air with their joined arms, causing him to fly into the air flipping.

Nick and Bridget let go of each other so they could go on the offensive, Nick landing a lifting flying kick to send Willard higher into the air, while Bridget leapfrogged off of Nick's shoulders and snap-kicked Willard back down to the ground.

Before Willard could even bounce, Nick and Bridget were on him again, lashing out to hit him with multiple super-fast strikes before sending Willard back into the air with dual flying kicks.

"Ready, Nick?" Bridget exclaimed.

"Let's stomp 'em!" Nick shouted.

With that, Nick and Bridget charged, attacking Willard nonstop from multiple angles, making it look like Willard was being pinballed around in the air.

For the finale, Nick and Bridget both attacked Willard in perfect sync, resembling a much faster version of Nick and Haruka's Accel Dance maneuver, before charging through Willard and sending him careening into the ground.

"We'll give you as many tastes as you can handle, you know," Bridget taunted. "Now let my friends go!"

"And make it snappy," Nick proclaimed, aiming his glowing hand towards Willard to prove his point.

"You really think I'm just going to let all of my work go to waste?" Willard responded. "I created something very special, and I will see it through before my time here is up. So, until then, hasta la bye-bye, suckers!"

Willard used his speed ray on himself so he could accelerate out of the prison room.

"Of course he would," Bridget groaned.

"Hey, we'll stop him," Nick quipped. "Don't we always?"

"True," Bridget quipped. "We'd better hurry and clean his clock before he whips out some kind of giant robot."

Nick and Bridget looked back at the rest of the spies. "Will you guys be okay?" Nick asked.

"We can wait just a bit longer," Mat admitted. "Go and teach him a lesson, you two."

"Roger that!" Bridget proclaimed as she and Nick sped off to find Willard and deal with his secret weapon, whatever that might be.

To be concluded...

Next time...

Bridget: You can't run forever, Willard! Stop running for once in your life!

Nick: Yeah, I thought you hated speed.

Willard: Oh, but this is where things get interesting, don't they? You've made it to the final challenge, and I really can't wait to see how you'll do.

Bridget: ...wait, what the heck am I looking at?

Willard: That's right, Bridget, welcome to my secret project! I designed it specifically for you, and if you ever want to see your friends again, you know what needs to be done.

Nick: You really think we're going to fall for your lies, Willard?!

Bridget: I've got this.

Nick: You sure, Bridget?

Bridget: Willard hasn't gotten the best of me yet, and I'm not about to let that streak be broken now, so let's get moving to the final act of Totally Spies: Lightning Round, "Time Trial Terror"!

Nick: Seriously, look at this thing. How do they find the budget to build all of this?!

Bridget: One of the great mysteries of a show like this, I suppose.
