~Somewhere In Town
"God damn it, how did this happen?" Heathe shouts angrily as she throws the Coke bottle through the wall, which shatters upon impact.
"Metall, Luft, and Holz are Dead? Are You Seriously Kidding Me!" Absturz was shocked to hear from their boss about their comrades' demise.
Blitz is trying to open his drink, but his long sleeves cover his hands.
Schell gives an apathetic view of this moment.
Bitz looks outside the store to see his former classmate and the targets running while carrying three of their friends along with the cabbit. This causes him to spit out his drink, but it hits Schell's shirt, causing him to get furious about it.
"Dude, what the Hell"! Schnell
"It's those punks from Elmore Junior High outside the store," Blitz says, pointing to the window.
Schell and Absturz look out the window and see the bizarre creature running away as it heads toward the street where the hospital is in three lanes.
"It's those freaks that killed our crew, and we need to get them," Absturz and Schell were about to charge out the door.
Hitze, who gets another drink from the vending machine, says, "Let them go."
The three Franklin students looked at her in confusion.
"We can't kill them now because there are too many witnesses outside, and the cops are running around after the mess caused by our 'friends.' Hitze
"Then what do you suppose we should do?" Bitz asked.
"We'll follow them now and wait until they are alone."
"Why"? Bitz
Because baldy, I want to savor every minute of their suffering, including that frigging Cactus. Hitze then puts her hands together in a fist with sadistic glee.
~Elmore Hospital
In the waiting room, the Elmore students sat in the chairs and waited for news about their friends. Aphrodite chewed on the chair arms, and Ocho played a mobile game to distract himself. Darrel got a call from home from his brothers asking him if he was all right, and he told them he was golfing with his friends and would be home late.
Carrie got a call from Lapin, who said that the batteries in the remote had run out, and then he accidentally broke the satellite on the roof. When asked why he didn't just change the batteries on the remote, Lapin responded with a confused look, saying he thought about doing that.
Carrie ends the call, but before she does, she tells him to have her dad call a cable guy to fix the satellite before she gets home.
Carmen was the most worried of the bunch, as she was concerned about what was happening to Gumball and Clare. Then the door opened to reveal Alan, who had received his father's call from the hospital informing him that his brother was in the infirmary with his classmates.
Alan arrived at the hospital with a worried expression on his face. He walked over to the children who were sitting down.
Alan received a call from his dad at the hospital informing him that Billy was in the infirmary.
When the door opened, Doctor Dickson, a humanoid band-aid, wore a doctor's uniform. The balloon rushed to see him.
"Doctor, is Billy going to be all right?"
"Well, your brother and other girl had to get their eyeballs flushed due to the sulfuric acid in their eyes, though they have to stay here at the hospital for a few days until their sight returns," Dickson said.
"Sulfuric acid? How did he get that in his eye?" Alan turns his head to see the kids, minus Clare and Gumball, whose brother has been hanging out with him since the school year started, along with the former delinquent from the previous school.
Carmen asked, "What about Gumball?"
"Oh, him, he'll be fine. After the surgery, he will be unconscious, but after a few hours, the cabbit will be up and running around midnight." Dickson
"What?! How can you be so calm that he was stabbed through the heart?" Carmen exclaimed in disbelief.
"Given that kid's endurance, I'm surprised he's still alive today. This is the fifth or sixth time he has visited the hospital in the past year. If you want evidence, I have his x-rays from last year." Dickson sounds very casual about this, much to Carmen's shock, along with everyone else except for Darrel, who knew about this.
The doctor showed them X-rays of Gumball's skeleton, showing that his bones were broken but kept putting themselves back together again. However, Darrel noticed something in one of the pictures.
"Uh, what is wrong with his hands?" Darrel
Oh, that; his fingers have leech mouths, which is also why he doesn't have fingerprints.
"Ew/Cool." Everyone except for Carrie found it disturbing.
"Why does he have leech fingers?" asked Carmen.
"It's because he's 15% leech on his great-grandmother's side". Dickson
Darrel asks him, "I thought your great-grandma was a cockatoo?" The others have perplexed looks on their faces.
"No, that was his grandmother's mother. The name comes from his grandmother's family; her mother was a leech creature." Dickson.
"...How did a leech manage to make a rabbit"? Ocho
"Her father was a rabbit."
They looked at him in stunned silence.
Carmen said, "That still doesn't explain how it was even possible for two different species of animals to make a child."
"Speaking of, can you explain to me how all this happened to William?" asked Alan.
"Well, Alan, you see, after the boys went out golfing, they came to the park along with Carmen and William, who had just arrived to find Clare and me. The two of us went to go for a swim in the lake. But we didn't know it was contaminated with sulfuric acid. William was hit by the splash of water from the lake, Gumball tried to pull Clare out of the water but was stabbed by a narwhal in the lake, and then we rushed to the hospital."
Alan then looks at Aphrodite and says, "And that's supposed to make me feel better that my brother is in the hospital because he was hanging out with all of you?"
Also, who is this? Alan pointed at the rat plant eating the sofa chair, and Darrel covered Ocho's mouth.
"She's Gumball's little sister who used to be a plant but then became a pet and grew a body of a rat after today." Darrell
"I didn't know he had a sister?" Alan
Well, he doesn't like to talk about his home life, Al," Darrel chuckles, but Alan glares at him mechanically, making the hot dog very uncomfortable.
Alan then returns to his cheery self as he introduces herself to Aphrodite, who bites his string.
The others were confused about this until Carmen asked.
"Is Gumball allowed to have visitors?" asked Carmen.
"Yes, they are still recovering, but you can visit them. Their rooms are on the third floor," the doctor says, getting cut off as the kids run over him and head for the elevators to see their friends who were also recovering.
Alan then picks up his phone.
"What are you doing?" asked Carmen.
"I'm calling Officer Watterson about this," Alan said.
"I don't think that would matter," Darrel said.
"What are you talking about? This is his parent, and she needs to know about this."
~Elmore Police Station
Nicole is at her office after taking some stress pills. She had been working on blueprints in her office when she heard the phone ringing and picked it up.
"What do you want?" Nicole asked.
Nicole answered the phone and heard Alan say, "Miss Watterson, your son's in the hospital." She then hung up the phone, not caring who had called.
Frank is seen entering her office with some papers in hand.
"Who was on the phone? Frank."
A prankster is calling about my kid in the hospital. "Nicole
Um, I don't think that was a prank call, ma'am.
Nicole left her desk. "Did you finish interrogating those kids and that fat plumber?"
"The plumber said he was waiting in the car when a giant tornado happened. His nephew and two of his friends who were playing golf were caught in the tornado. Then he saw two creatures falling from the sky. A very pale cat rabbit was punching a giant fan that kicked him to the ground, causing him to explode."
"So what about the cheerleaders?" Nicole
"They said some cheerleader from another school was looking for her captain, who had transformed into something resembling Optimus Prime, while a doctor in ballet shoes was throwing metal saws as frisbees alongside this girl, who was fighting a giant green cyclops wearing a bowler hat."
"Are you sure you're not making any of this up?" Nicole asked.
Frank says, "It's all written here," and hands her the report.
"...Shit". Nicole and Frank walk out of her office as she slams the door to her office.
~Elmore Hospital Room
Carmen opens the door to the room where Gumball, Clare, and William are. Aphrodite runs past Carmen toward where Gumball is and then jumps onto the bed to see him. The rat plant bites his hand, causing him to open his eyes to see that Aphrodite is now looking at him. He then pats her head while she's still biting his hand.
He had one of those IV poles with a blood transfusion connected to his left arm, and he had a scar on his chest from where he had been operated on earlier.
Carmen was distraught at seeing him in such a condition but was relieved somewhat, seeing that he was doing okay, but when she got closer to his hospital bed, she noticed that he looked upset.
Without thinking, she turned her head to see that two other people were with him on the other side of the room. The Cactus could only feel guilty as they were caught in the crossfire of her former schoolmates seeking revenge on her.
Clare and William, whose beds were next to each other, were wearing blindfolds after having their eyes flushed. William covered his body with a blanket using his wings as hands; on a nearby table sat some get-well-soon cards from his mom and dad.
Alan floated towards the room and went to his brother's side.
"Willy, I know you can't hear me now, but I am right here for you."
"I know I can't see right now, but I can still hear that obnoxious holier-than-thou voice of yours from anywhere," William said, but no one heard him.
"He's pleased to see me," Alan smiled, but William, if he could, rolled his eyes in annoyance.
"So, how is Clare holding up?" Carrie asked the Cabbit.
Next to William, Clare has bandages wrapped around her face, but she appears to be sleeping.
"The doctor said that she drank some of the sulfuric acids while in the water; after flushing her eyes, they had to remove the acid from her lungs before it became fatal."
"Is she going to be all right?" Ocho asked.
"Of course, she'll have to stay here for a couple of days until she recovers," Gumball said calmly, as he often suffered from physical injuries.
Darrel said, "You seem to think that people heal quickly, like you, Nicolas."
Carmen asked, "Quickly? He just got out of surgery after being harpooned through the chest!"
Carrie, who still thinks about the blood on him, gets distracted by him being shirtless, which causes her eyes to go upwards, with her having a weird smile and ghost saliva coming from her mouth. She was like this for a few seconds.
"Carrie!" Carmen shouts at the ghost, who snaps back to reality. She sees everyone in the room looking at her with confusion and realizes she has drool on the floor coming from her mouth.
Carmen asked, "What were you thinking about?" This caused Carrie to mumble before she formed a sentence while rubbing her mouth to get the drool off her face.
"Uh..what? Oh, it's nothing, guys. Nothing at all." Carrie said.
"Then why were you drooling?" Darrel asked.
Carrie said, "I wasn't drooling."
Did you think about something that caused you to drool? Carmen
"There's ghost saliva on the floor." Alan
Carrie denies this, but then a bandaged nurse comes into the room, slips on Carrie's blood, breaks, and falls out the window.
The group looks out the window to see the nurse falling into the hospital's street. Then just as the nurse gets up on the sidewalk, an ambulance parks backward and runs over the bandaid.
"That was your saliva, Caroline." Carmen
And you did make that same face my uncle made when he saw a hot lady once. Ocho looks at Carrie after saying this.
Darrel looked disgusted as he remembered that image and said, "I wish you hadn't brought that up."
"Okay, first of all, I didn't drool over the floor and wasn't thinking about anyone." Carrie
The nurse that got run over by the ambulance would say otherwise—darrel points out the broken window. Then Gumball looks at William, who is tapping his foot in Morse code.
William, what do you mean she was thinking of a shirtless boy? Gumball, who doesn't know that it's him?
But Carrie's face was pink as a peach, with Carmen glaring daggers at her, wondering what boy Gumball was talking about, Alan still at his twin's side, Aphrodite eating one of the flowers in the pot which glitched into an orange, and Darrel knowing precisely who he was talking about.
"I've gotta go home," Carrie says before disappearing in a flash.
Carmen is not happy. She taps her feet and utters these words.
Carrie, Carrie, Carrie, Carrie, (then breathes in and out) Carrie". Then just like that, the ghost girl returns to the hospital room.
Shocked to be back here, the ghost girl turns to see the Cabbit and glares at him.
Carrie asks him if he told her, and Gumball looks confused.
William raises his wing, and his eye would be smiling if he could see. "No, that was me," he says.
"Why"? Gumball
William says, "I just wanted to mess with her." He looks like he's chuckling.
Carrie becomes a horrifying ghost that scares everyone except Gumball, Aphrodite, who is not frightened by this. William laughs over his brother's scream, and Clare, who is sleeping, mutters something.
"But Mommy, I want to ride the daisy go-round," Clare says before she starts snoring.
Carrie then approaches Clare, who is sleeping. Carrie is about to apologize, but then Clare grabs her causing the ghost to scream.
"Daisy," the moody teen says before hugging Carrie like a plushie as the ghost struggles to break Clare's firm grip.
You know, for a feeble teenager, she's pretty solid." Carmen
"No, it's actually because Carrie was surprisingly weak."
Carrie sternly says, "Shut up!" as she waves her arms back and forth. Clare starts to snore and drool on Carrie's beret.
Then, just a few minutes later, Dickson showed up after opening the door.
He told the kids, "Visiting hours are over; now it's time for you all to go home," and then closed the door.
Hearing this, Alan patted Williams's head with his string.
She says, "I hope you get well soon, Willy," then pecks his eye with a kiss, much to the eyeball's irritation. Then she floats away from the room.
Carmen went to Gumball's side with concern. She tried to look at him but couldn't.
"I'm very sorry you got caught up in all of this, Gumball," he said, noticing that the cactus girl looked as though she was about to cry.
Gumball then patted his paw on the top of her head. She looked up at him with a tired smile on her face.
Carmen, it's alright. None of what happened today was your fault. Clare and William wouldn't be here if I had been a little faster. Then he falls asleep with his face on the pillow.
"But Gumball," she said. Then a large white flower with yellow centers bloomed on her left branch with a popping sound. More white flowers popped out of the top of her body, and everyone stared at her in confusion, leaving her expression to change from sad to embarrassed with a shade of red similar to cherries.
"Umm... I'll see you all later," Carmen said, feeling awkward as she started to walk away from the door and then ran off. Ocho then squinted his eyes and began to follow the cactus girl.
Darrell then tries to get the rat plant off Gumball's bed, but he sleeps like a cat and refuses.
Come on, Aphrodite, and we need to," he says, but she hisses at him with her lower jaw splitting into two and biting him, causing him to let go.
Okay, you can stay, jeez," Darrel says as he covers his eyes and checks to ensure he still has them before whipping the word "ow."
Carrie then teleports out of Clare's arms. The sleeping teen then takes a pillow and snuggles it while smiling. She then sits next to Darrell while drying her beret by twisting it to get the saliva out.
So I guess the albino rat plant is staying? Carrie
"That seems to be the case; guess now it's just you, me, and Harry."
"Speaking of Toot, where is he?" Carrie looks around and sees that he isn't in the room anymore.
Darrel looks on in surprise, then realizes what's about to happen.
"Aw, crap," Darrel muttered before leaving the room. Carrie sighed and then followed him.
~Outside The Hospital
Carmen walks out of the hospital, shaking the flowers off her body, leaving only one bud on her left arm. She then feels a headache and begins to sweat as she looks up at the half-moon.
She looks worried and then looks down to see her hands changing along with her eyes, which are now becoming more elongated and slanted. Suddenly, she feels something sharp on her tongue and realizes she has grown fangs.
"(In thought) I've got to get home soon."
"Hey, Verde!" a voice shouted from behind the Cactus.
Carmen turns to see that furious Ocho has caught up to her. She turns around and holds her head as if she's getting a headache.
Ocho accuses the Cactus of thinking that she's working for them. "What's with you and these Franklin punks putting half my friends in the hospital?" he asks. He couldn't tell if she was nervous, but he was too angry to care.
"(In pain) They're not my friends."
"Ophiuchus said they came from your old school," Ocho replied.
Carmen put her hand on her head and groaned, "I have no idea what you're talking about, ugh. I think I'm getting a migraine."
"Hey, don't play dumb with me; this 'nice girl' act might work on Gumball, but I'm not that stupid to fall for it," Ocho says as he walks closer to confront the former thug, but a voice is heard behind him before he can make contact.
Harry (catching his breath), "What...the...hell!" He turns around and sees Darrel and Carrie.
As Darrel tried to catch his breath, Carrie glared, thinking that Ocho was attacking Carmen, who was rubbing her head.
"What exactly are you trying to do to her?" Carrie asked.
"All I want is for this plant girl to give me some answers about what's going on." Ocho
Are you going to attack her? Carrie asked.
"No...maybe." Ocho.
"Then why does it look like she's having a migraine?" Carrie asks, pointing at Carmen, who starts to moan.
"She was like that when I got here."
"Likely story." Carrie
"Carrie, he didn't attack me. I have a headache, and I need to go home soon," Carmen said.
"See, I was telling the truth, unlike you, who sent everyone a cursed email and hoped they would be stupid enough not to forward it," Ocho said.
Carrie asked, "Wait... how did you know that?"
"William told me," said Ocho.
Carrie appears annoyed and irritated by this.
"Damn it, Keane." Carrie
And unlike you, at least Gumball's honest and cared about the lives of his friends. After hearing that line, Carrie was very offended, and the two started to yell at each other.
Darrel sees this and tries to get them both to stop before it becomes needlessly violent. He stands in the middle of the two, pushing the others away.
"Guys, knock it off," Darrel said, "I'm sure Carmen will cooperate with us. It's been a long day. How about we calm down and settle this like civilized people?" The two continued to butt heads, causing the hot dog to struggle between them.
"Whose idea was it to bring this 8-bit piece of shit into our group?!" Carrie exclaimed.
Carrie Language (Ow). Carmen, who ironically calls Ocho that.
Have you looked at yourself in the mirror lately? You dress like some French hipster!
Well, Jokes On You, Tooty, Cause I DON'T Have A Reflection? Carrie then looks at Darrel's shades to see something that shocks her.
She stops and takes Darrel's shades from him. He was annoyed about it with a "hey." Ocho was still mad and was about to strike Carrie, but Carmen got in the way.
He was about to yell at her when she grabbed him and made him look directly into her eyes, which were glaring at him with fire coming out of them.
He noticed the fangs in her mouth and saw that claws were forming from her fingers; for the first time, he stopped and calmed down, causing Carmen to let go of him.
While holding onto Darrel's sunglasses, Carrie couldn't believe her eyes; she saw her reflection for the first time. This shocked her because she was a ghost and shouldn't have had a review since she was dead.
"...This can't be real." Carrie looked at them, then looked back at her reflection.
Carrie asked them, "Is this how I look?" Darrel only gave her snark in reply.
"Your face is just one dot and two lines, and I know that you're shocked about looking at yourself in the mirror for the first time, but can I please have my sunglasses back?" Darrel
Sitting beside him, Carrie asked why he was wearing sunglasses at night. He then snatched them from her hands.
"They are prescription, my eyesight isn't that bad, but I need glasses to see far away places." After cleaning them, Darrel cleans them with a cloth in his pocket, then puts on his shades.
Then the group sees Carmen, who looks exhausted. She knows they all had a rough day and sees that the trio wants answers about what's happening.
"Look, I'll tell you everything that's going on after Gumball gets out of the hospital, but right now, I have to go home," Carmen started to walk away but then.
"Hey, you guys!" a female voice shouted as a giant fireball was fired at the four, who quickly scattered when the ball of fire crashed into the pavement.
After the smoke cleared from the damaged building, the four children saw a teenage girl who appeared to be part of a biker gang. She had a short mohawk-style haircut, and her appearance resembled a lit cigarette.
Carmen was startled when she saw Hitze standing in front of them with a sinister smile on her face.
"Entonces, mi llamada, ¿me extrañas?" Hitze spoke in Spanish and then winked at the Cactus. Carmen looked away with an expression full of shame. Carrie looked confused.
"Uh, what is she talking about?" asked Carrie.
Carmen says nervously, "She's my ex-girlfriend."
WHAT?! Ocho/Carrie/Darrel.
Yeah, it was last year, and out of nowhere, she dumped me," Hitze said, sounding hurt.
Carmen sounded angry and hurt as she said, "That was because you turned your back on me after you joined the student council!"
"Oh, don't be such a crybaby, Carmy; you know you've been a thorn in Kopie's side ever since you came to our school," Hitze said.
"Wait... you two used to date?" Ocho asked, pointing between them.
Do you have a problem with that?
Not much; my friend here is playing for the other team," Ocho says, pointing to Darrel.
"So Hot Dog Guy, how long did you-"? Hitze
"Well, I was about ten then," Darrell said. "Hey, wait a minute, why am I telling you all this?"
"Well, your friend over there started that conversation, and I was curious about it."
"Look, I don't care what you bozos want; we won't let you hurt our friends," Carrie said, along with Ocho, who was ready to fight.
"Speaking of friends," Hitze snapped her fingers as two people arrived. They appeared in the blink of an eye and stood next to Hitze. At the same time, the third one jumped from the hospital sign and landed next to them in a three-point landing.
One looked at a pale boy wearing a yellow-and-blue striped shirt, wearing a hat with the same colors as the shirt, And wearing light blue sunglasses, and navy blue pants with a long blue shirt tied around his waist like a belt. His appearance looks like he grew up in the 90s.
A tan girl with blonde hair with red tips pointing up to look like horns, wearing blue shorts and sneakers that looked like a blue hedgehog; she wore a red shirt under her yellow jacket with a hoodie with red cheek marks and a black stripe behind the coat.
The last one was a dark-skinned boy with orange hair that looked like a spiky afro. He wore a green, red sweater on his arms while the center was gray with a symbol of a bomb with X's over his eyes covering his hands, orange pants with holes on them to show his knees, and sneakers with the colors orange green, and white. He also had red swirls in his eyes, along with a twitching sound.
With that, there were four people on each side. Three of them grinned sinisterly while the afro looked at them menacingly. The four bizarre had no choice but to fight them before they went after their unconscious friends in the hospital. This was already bad enough until the Franklin students started a transformation sequence.
"Man On Fire"! Hitze
"Blue Like You"! Biltz
"The Quick And The Blue"! Schell
"Programmed To Fight"! Abdtuez
Then an explosion happened, and they transformed into their fighting robot forms along with the theme song from Mega Man.
Hitz's body has a box-like shape that resembles a Zippo lighter, with a lid that she can use to retract her head for additional protection, but it can sometimes close down onto her and has a dial on her back that regulates the power of her flames.
Biltz wears a blue breastplate with a yellow gauntlet on his left hand, and his right arm has a white cannon that lets him fire multiple shots. Beneath his helmet, he has no hair.
Schell has a V-shaped design on her helmet and chest plate, wearing lightweight red armor, speed booster boots, and black latex gloves.
Abstuez has orange armor and cannons on his arms, allowing him to launch his weapons out of them with a helmet that looks like a drill.
After seeing the transformation, Ocho utters this line.
"Oh, great, we're fighting the Robot Masters from Mega Man 2."
~Outside the Hospital
"(In thought) These guys are going to be a massive trouble for us; we need to get them away from the hospital," Darrel then got Ocho and Carrie's attention while Carmen got a headache. Darrel then thought of an idea.
"Okay, I think we should split them up," Darrell said.
Carrie asked, "Are you crazy? One of those punks almost killed you, and one put me in a tank."
"I was doing well in the fight with Woodswoman before that plant thing killed her," Ocho said.
Darrel notices that the Cactus is gone as he and everyone else there sees Carmen running away after she pushes off a dolphin man from his motorcycle, takes his helmet, and drives out on the stolen motorcycle.
"Hey, That's My Ride!" Dolphin Man
Hitze powers up and starts chasing Carmen, leaving the others behind.
"Huh, Carmen must've been one step ahead," Darrel said before disappearing quickly, leaving Carrie confused. When she was about to reach for him, a red blur snatched the ghost away from the hospital. Only Abstuz and Ocho remained.
It seems it's now just you and me, so come at me, you eight-bit piece of shit.
Upon hearing that, Ocho pauses for a second, then screams in rage with his head red with anger as those were the exact words Carmen had said to him before she beat him up.
He charges at him with full force sending him flying along with Abtuz holding onto him as there is now a twinkle in the sky. But zooming into the sky was a familiar small plane from World War 2 that passed the two meatheads and was heading towards the hospital.
~Elmore Roadway At Night
Carmen was driving the motorcycle across the road as Hitze, who was on fire, charged at her. The entire street turned into something you would see in a video game, along with the Heatman theme playing throughout most of the chase.
Carmen jumped on a ramp while avoiding the flying light shooting fire at her and trying to shove her off the road. She also dodged the multiple cars that were in front of her. This stress was not helping as she had a headache and started sweating during this.
But then it hit her as the scene pauses as she is now in mid-air after jumping off the highway ramp.
"Hang on. I never rode a motorcycle before"? Then a scratch record is heard as reality kicks in as she falls off the motorcycle, screaming very high pitch. She bounces on the road like a tumbleweed in the desert, making pain sounds along the way.
Hitze stops chasing her, seeing the former delinquent and her ex-girlfriend now announcing like a ball making adorable pain sounds. She looks at her in disappointment at how hard Carmen has fallen.
As the motorcycle that Carmen was on hits a car that crashes into other vehicles, it is then slammed into a gas truck leading to an explosion and causing a massive hole in the street along with now flying burning tires. Carmen is screaming at the top of her lungs as she's sent flying with some fire on her body like a shooting star from far away.
Hitze stops chasing her, seeing that her former girlfriend bounces like a ball making adorable pain sounds. She looks in disappointment at how hard La Doncella De Fuego has fallen.
The ghost bunny Lapin was walking downtown to look for Carrie as she was late for dinner, but he heard a scream and saw a fire flying through the sky.
"OH My God, A Shooting Star!" Lapin said it with childish enthusiasm, pointing at the sky.
He closes his eyes to make a wish.
"I wish I had more pancakes." Lapin still with closed eyes but a smile, not hearing Carmen scream.
He peeks to see another ball of fire, thinking it's another shooting star. He closed his eyes again, but he sounded a little sadder.
" And for my other wish, can you give me my old memories back when I was alive...please?" Lapin opened his eyes to see that the stars were gone.
He looks a bit down after hearing what he just said but then hears an explosion which causes him to jump. Lapin looks at something that shocks him.
"Oh No"! Lapin.
He then sees smoke coming from somewhere. He told Vlad that Carrie was at the hospital with her friends. He realizes two things that terrify him.
" Joyful Burger is closed due to repairs! " There is yellow tape around it with a closed sign on it.
"And THE HOSPITAL IS ON FIRE. I'M COMING, CARRIE"! The ghost bunny ran as fast as he could. But he stopped for a second to grab some food and then ran faster, eating the food along the way.
~Franklin Jr Alleyway
Carmen continues screaming till she hits the wall, then bounces to the other partition, then again until she falls flat on her face with a thud uttering a quiet ow.
She gets herself up and then looks around to see where she is. She realizes that she's near Franklin Jr High alleyway.
"Never thought I would be here again. " Carmen sighs as she remembers that day when she first meets Gumball.
She was ditching school as she didn't want anything to do with the school rules or care what they had to say. Carmen was too angry and flipping off school, planning to leave it that day until someone bumped behind her.
She turns to see some stupid feline who told her he got lost finding his way to school. However, she didn't have time for his nonsense until he called her a boy. Which brought her mad then the turquoise cat got close to her face and got angrier as he compared her face to a watermelon. She retaliated by punching him in the beginning so hard that she sent him flying into the air.
After that, she returned to Franklin for a while, thinking she would never meet that idiot again. Later that night, he was nervous around her, and she threatened to break his arm if he didn't leave her alone.
But that didn't end there, as she met him again on the street with that punk Julius told her about him. As she punched him repeatedly, Carmen wondered why he didn't fight back. Until he complimented her on her graffiti, saying the latter's a fantastic artist and he likes it. This caught her off guard, as she didn't know how to respond. Seeing this was one of the first times someone besides her family said something positive about her.
Then he should up with a cage of hummingbirds that attacked him when the cell was open due to their hyper and fury which they attacked. She stood there and laughed, seeing him in pain that she forgot she was angry for the moment, and one hummingbird was on top of her head, then when she was graffiti, the statue with that damn ball hit her at the back of the head which causes her to kiss him. She was furious about this and was about to punch him, but the police were coming, and she fled, letting him take the blame. After running off, she wiped her mouth to get the taste of the feline's lips off her. She was furious, but in some part of her mind, she did enjoy it but removed that thought from her mind afterward.
During the next day of school, while she was shoving the pixel-faced 'principal" in the locker, she was approached by Hitze along with Metall, Luft, and Schell, who informed her that the student council president Kopie wanted to speak with her in his office. When she gets to the office, he orders them to pin her down to the ground while telling her that she is causing trouble in their school and saying this is the last straw. Still, they offer her one last time that they could wipe all of her crimes if Carmen allows the principal to "fix" her as he did with the students and join the council. The Cactus refuses this, spits in his face, and insults him and the other members, calling them cowards for agreeing with the principal.
"Have it your way," Kopie said as he got the others to let her go, and they walked out of the room with Blase closing the door. This leaves just Carmen and Kopie alone in the room. Then the sound of police sirens is heard as the Cactus looks in shock. She turns to see Kopie all smug in the face, and her face turns into a furious rage.
"Don't look at me; I didn't call the cops, Beaney ." Kopie's smile turns to horror as Carmen attacks him in blind rage for the racial slur.
She manages to beat him to a pulp until there is a slam on the door, and then it is destroyed after the police charge making it looks like the cactus girl was attacking him unprovoked. Carmen still punches him in the face knocking him out after he gives her a cocky smile. Officers Chancey and Greg arrest Carmen while she struggles to break free, kicking and screaming in rage. They tell her she's expelled from Franklin Jr High and will juvie for a long time. As she's outside the school getting escorted to the police car, she turns her head to see the student council all waving goodbye with smug looks on their faces and laughing at her, with Hitze flipping her off.
This causes her to lose it as she breaks the cop's grip and kicks Greg in the shins. She starts to run away from the school until a blue feline resembling a gumball catches her and starts dragging her to the car. She slams her into the side of the vehicle. Carmen keeps yelling in anger to let her go calling Nicole a pussy, and then the grown cat starts tasering the girl until the delinquent loses conciseness. Then drags her body to the back of the police car, and Nicole drives her off to the police station. Where they took her mug, shot though she attacked the cop taking her mug shot until she was hit by eight tranquilizer darts that were supposed to take out a T-rex.
~ Just Adding Fuel To The Fire
The memory ends with the Carmen sighing in regret over her actions.
"I should apologize to Gumball when he gets out of the hospital; I never actually did when I beat him to a pulp-" Then she gets hit by Hitze, who was charging like a fireball, and slams into Carmen, who hits a trashcan.
Hitze then looks confidently, looking down at the Cactus when she gets up and covers her head as if she has a headache.
"You should've joined us when you had the chance "babe." Hitze mockingly
"Well, at least I stuck to my principles, unlike you and the rest of those sellouts." Carmen was getting up.
"What was that?" Hitz's eyes squinted with her arms crossed.
"I said you guys are spineless losers who abandoned their unique traits just to fit in that wretched hive that bald bastard and pushover Kopie turned our school into." Carmen's eyes started changing from her beady black eyes with yellow sclera and brown pupils.
"I chose the strongest side!" Hitze shouts in anger.
"No, you're still the same cowardly fire extinguisher who threw away our relationship just to AHHHH" During Carmen's rant, Hitze hits her with the flames that came from her mouth.
Hitze looked angry after that remark as she set the cactus girl on fire, with a wicked smile as Carmen screamed.
"Well, if you not gonna join us, then I'm just gonna watch you BURN!" Hitze after hitting with her firepower.
"And when I'm done with you, that blue cat is next, and I'm gonna enjoy hearing him scream your name in agony when the heat of my flames consumes him"! Then she starts laughing like a mad woman seeing her former flame on fire. Carmen hearing this in love was screaming not from fear but rage after hearing that.
She continues laughing like a maniac until she notices that the fire is now circling Carmen forming a small dome made of fire like a cocoon. As the shill tone of the Cactus starts to change, the fire gets hotter and hotter as the surrounding area overheats. The garbage inside the trash is incinerated, and the trash can starts to melt along with the bricks of the walls falling apart. Hitze felt the Heat as it was so hot that she started to sweat.
After a few seconds, the fire dome transformed into a hummingbird made of fire. It unfolded its wings to reveal that Carmen had transformed into a humanoid cactus resembling a dark green scarecrow made of cacti with orange crack-like lines around her body like a monster made of magma. With crimson red hair, her face has two eye holes through which glowing yellow scalars can be seen. She also wears Aztec clothing and blue earrings with her teeth barring vampire fangs when she opens them. In short, she was a Tlahuelpuchi.
(Short note the Verde's, aka her dad's side of the family, are Tlahuelpuchi, who transform into these during the start of puberty during a half moon. It only affects the females; they feed on blood once a month during the half-moon. I know this is a mix of a werewolf thing, but she does hate garlic.)
~Man On Fire Vs. Through Fire And Flames
Hitze, after seeing this transformation brushes this off and doesn't view her new form as a threat. Also not hear in the background a very familiar beat.
"So you finally showed your true self La Doncella De Fuego?"Hitze, Carmen only smirks along with her eyes squinting.
"Well, then it's TIME FOR THE FINISHING BLOW!" Hitze then covers her head with the top of her armor, closing the lighter as she begins powering up as Heat. She goes in her turning her into a fireball. She charges at Carmen, cackling like a mania.
Getting close to its last breath
Carmen raises her arm and stops Hitzes's attack without even moving. Much to the match girl's shock as Carmen starts squeezing her head.
"What?! How did you?!" Hitze
"Mi turno armor," Carmen said softly with a sinister smile.
Then she grabs Hitzes head, slams her onto the ground multiple times, and punches her head so hard that Hitze loses the top of her lighter as she slams into the wall.
RULES OF NATURE
Then Hitze gets up after falling from the wall. He starts to shake nervously.
"No, this isn't happening. I won't lose to this walking pin cushion again." Hitze then repeatedly hits Carmen with her fire blast from her hands so many times that it causes smoke to cover the area.
"What's the matter? Can't you take the Heat of the flames from the depths of hell"? The lighter thinks she has killed the cactus scarecrow.
And they run when the sun comes up
With their lives on the line (ALIVE)
Only for the smoke to clear with Carmen barely having any scratches on her.
"¿Eso es todo lo que tienes? Tus "llamas" difícilmente podrían quemar un trozo de papel." Carmen doesn't seem fazed at all.
For all that I've (NO CHOICE)
Hitzes starts to sweat more but this time with fear. As she tries to hit her again repeatedly, throwing fireballs at her, Carmen swiftly charges at her, absorbing the flames. Charges at Hitze devolve into a massive beat down on the lighter. The Cactus uses a lot of wrestling-style moves on Hitze. Then when the pyromaniac tries to strangle Carmen uses her she pushes her off the Cactus, causing her hands to get ripped off in the process. After her hands were torn off. The crazed lunatic, now filled with fear, starts to run away, flying into the air as she turns into a ball of fire.
Carmen seeing the lighter match cowardice, uses fire and flames to give her wings that help her fly and are also made of, then flies up like a ball of fire.
GOTTA FOLLOW THE LAWS OF THE WILD (ALIVE)
"No...No...No... STAY AWAY"! Hitze sees Carmen catching up to her. The Cactus manages to catch up to Hitze and then kicks her in the back, causing her then flies to kick Hitze's body like a soccer ball repeatedly. But then, having enough of her fun, she catches Hitze by the throat.
"(Struggling to speak)Do you feel my Heat, the Apocalyptic meltdown? Can you feel the fire? (The fire.),Can you see this city burn?
From the depths of hell, I call your name. Can you feel-."Carmen closes her mouth.
With their lives on the line (NO CHOICE)
"El peso de Muerte."Carmen then grabs Hitze, who is still confused, then opens her mouth. Then the cactus lock lips unleash flames for her mouth and don't stop until her breath burns Hitze's head but Causes her body to fall to the ground and then explode.
OUT HERE, ONLY THE STRONG SURVIVE
"Adiós mi antigua llama, Mi corazón ahora pertenece a uno hecho de hielo." The Tlahuelpuchi callously tosses the head to the ground beside a no-smoking sign. She then sees smoke coming from where the hospital is.
"Hablando de." Carmen smiles a twisted grin across her face, then decides to fly towards the hospital, intending to drink the turquoise feline's blood when she arrives at her destination.
