Walking toward the direction pointed, Zen can feel the looks that everyone around him give. Many of which are fearful for his fate, and a few of them are adverting their gaze. Zen decides to ignore them and continue on his way toward the direction.
Walking through a dense forest into some pathway, the environment around here are surprisingly nice and calming. As he is walking, he began to think about what he had done in his life leading up to this point: From escaping to the city underground, the disappearance of his brother, walking from the USA to Japan escaping recapturement, the stuff go on and on...

Zen was then raised into the air by the chain, and then a giant sword stabbed through him, revealing at the tip of the sword a ball of light.
Reimu tried to destroy the chain by firing needles at it, only for it to bounces off like throwing bouncing balls at a brick wall .

Yukari tried to help by using her gap to cut the chains portal styles, but the chains reflected and completely destroy her gap.

The situation got even worse when the chain turns into hundred of corpses, dragging Zen's lifeless body down as the depth of hell opens, waiting to swallow him whole.

Upon the moment of the activation, the corpses disappear instantly, the giant sword, along with the giant hole that leads to the depth of hell have disappeared also.
Zen's body falls to the ground, splashing the Shrine's ground with his blood. Reimu, Yukari and Hasgram rush to Zen's nearly lifeless corpses.
Reimu: Are you alright?!

Character: Wayne (King of the moon (Former))
Info: Wayne is one of the two kings of the moon in the future, born as the true successor of the moon throne. But due to his hypocrisy, and arrogant nature, he was dethroned and got sealed, But because he was too powerful, his soul was split into multiple pieces and are locked in many places. That is, until Zen and his brother accidentally free him from one of his seals, they are forced to defeat him for their sins, and got a piece of his powers, granting them the power of purification.

Info: Kid is a nickname given by Zen. She is a 15 year olds girl who gone mad because of her power and killed her entire town, later in life, she got the death sentence and becomes a vengeful spirit, trapped in a kitchen knife. Years later, Zen come across the knife and got possessed by her, forcing Zen's brother to defeat her. Wanting to tag along and fixes her mistake in the past, she allow them to uses her powers, granting them the power of critical hits.
Character: Archverdan (The Cosmic Worm)
Info: Archverdan is a cosmic worm that travels around the universe to see some interesting stuff before he dies. Seeing the interesting duo and wanting to sees how and what would happens to them, The worm gives the duo a small amount of power in exchange for them to put up an interesting show for the worm, granting them the power of gravity control, but it is pretty weak, and if they want more power, they have to beat him, which they failed spectacularly.
Deep in the undergrounds, the layers of dirt are replaced by fleshy red layer that seem to expand endlessly into the deep dark, with multiple buildings sticked together by a mass of fleshy red blob, placed sparingly upon the fleshy skinly ground.
In the middle of these building sits the Lord's castle, while simple on the outside, inside are a backroom-like maze that goes on forever, seemingly endless and incomprehensibly infinite. fitting for a eldritch-like Carrion Monster that the Great Lord truly is.
