Chapter 1: Welcome To The Uzumaki-Namikaze Madhouse

First Day Of Primary School

"Naruto? Deidara? Wake up you're going be late for school" Kushina Uzumaki-Namikaze whispered gently to her twins that were sleeping, gently cuddling like they did as babies. Deidara, a little blonde haired blue eyed girl had her face hidden in her twin's hair, Naruto, a blonde haired blue eyed boy. Naruto and Deidara were the Uzumaki-Namikaze youngest set of twins with Negato and Karin being the oldest just entering JR. Highschool. Naruto gently unwraps himself from his twin sister's grasp and wipes his eyes sleepily then smiles up at a soft smiling Kushina. Face filled with excitement as he tapped his twin. "Wake up Dei, it's our first day of first grade." Naruto says to the still sleeping Dei, unlike Naruto, Deidara was not a morning person and harder to rouse.

"Go get cleaned up, I'll wake your sister. Minato made breakfast. Eat before it gets cold." Kushina smiled at the 5 year old. Naruto climbs out of bed and makes his way downstairs. On the way down he is nearly knocked down by a laughing Negato with a angry Karin on his heels.

"FOR THE LAST TIME NEGATO, STAY OUT OF MY ROOM. WHY WOULD YOU PUT POPPERS UNDER MY TOILET SEAT? WHEN I CATCH YOU I AM GOING TO CLOBBER YOU!"

Shouted an angry and disheveled Karin, glasses nearly falling off, her violet eyes filled with rage as her red hair danced as if it were tails, a trait she picked up from Kushina when she got angry. Negato was the prankster out of the two, a trait he also picked up from Kushina along with the red hair and violet eyes.

"You just make it toooo easy." Laughing loudly as he barreled into the kitchen, seeing his father, he tried to stop. He forgot that socks speed and a hard wood floor don't mix and before he could stop...

*CRASH*

Minato who had just finished plating everyone's food, turned to grab the glass of fresh squeezed orange juice out the fridge soon suffered the fate of being knocked over by his eldest son. Spilling the juice all over his pink apron. Laying there with his son on top of him, Minato rethinks fatherhood. He loves his children dearly but a day of peace and quiet is all he asks for. Of course, that's nearly impossible seeing that he married probably the loudest woman in Konoha and created 4 equally as loud children.

Red faced and embarrassed Negato looks up at with a nervous grin at his father, who is now looking back at him. "Morning dad, you need help getting up?" Getting up and reaching out a hand to help his dad up off the kitchen floor. Karin barges in to the kitchen, still on her warpath, aims a punch at her twin who dodges. Knocking over her father yet again with a well placed punch to the gut.

"Nice going genius, you knocked dad out."

"Well you're the one who pulled a childish prank after mom AND dad told you to stay out of my room." Karin fumes.

"They told me to stay out when you aren't here. They said nothing about you being in there sleep. It's not my fault you sleep like the dead. By the way, you drool worse than Gamakichi." Negato rolls his eyes, snickering at his sister, who is now as red as her hair in embarrassment.

"I DO NOT. Why are you watching me sleep anyway? That's so creepy"

"No one watches you sleep Karin. I can hear you. The walls are thin. I just have the joy of having the room next to you."

"What are yo-"

*pained groan*

"You okay papa?" The blonde boy asks, poking his father gently in the leg, blue eyes peering over his father with concern on his whiskered face. Naruto silently had entered the kitchen as his older siblings argued. Walking over to check on his father. Hearing the commotion, Kushina entered the kitchen as well carrying a groggy Dei. The sight that greeted her made her chuckle slightly.

Minato was stretched out on the floor with juice all over his apron, still dazed. Naruto shrugging once his father blinked at him, and walked around his father to retrieve milk while Karin and Negato were now arguing about who was going to clean up the spill.

"You need help, honey?"

"No, just leave me here to sulk for a moment." Minato looks up at Kushina. Sighing, this was a common thing between Karin and Negato.

"The joys of having children." Minato chuckled to himself. Thinking of how ridiculous he must look sprawled out on the kitchen floor in a pink apron, sulking about being knocked out by his own child. Kushina still takes him serious, right? His wife being the lovely woman she is...

"Okay, well, don't lay there too long. Kids have to be at school, I have to be at the hospital to relieve Mebuki and you also have to be at the precinct Mr. police chief. Madara and Tobirama can only get along for so long without them trying to kill each other."

"Love you too, honey." Grumbles Minato.

She then sets Deidara down so she can follow naruto the dining room to help him with the glass of milk. As it's too heavy for the small boy to carry on his own. But he liked feeling helpful so they Kushina allowed it as long as someone helped him. Dei always ended up helping him, she was attached to her twin brother and like Naruto, would help with small chores around the house.

Kushina narrowed her eyes at her two redhead (still bickering) children, put her hands on her hip then smiled menacingly as her hair rose. Negato and Karin ceased all bickering the moment they felt their mothers aura.

"I think BOTH of you should help clean this up, help you father up and go eat. We don't want to be late today, now do we? Didn't think so, dattebane." Smiling sweetly as both children look at her then each other

Both gulp and scamper to help their father, not wanting to incur her wrath any further. An angry Kushina is a scary one. Soon, they all sit down and eat as a family. Naruto kicking his feet happily as Kushina cut up his pancakes. Deidara taking bites out of Minato's plate that he fed her while the older twins ate their breakfast in silence. Sharing their food when the other asked for what they weren't going to eat. A typical morning in the house would always start like this. Negato or Karin yelling because the other finds it fun in annoying them. A stressed out Minato diffusing the argument. Though, this morning was a little different, Minato isn't usually knocked out by a punch to the gut. That's a new development. Leave it to the daughter of Kushina Uzumaki-Namikaze and granddaughter of Tsunade Senju to achieve this feat.

Breakfast was finished with Kushina clearing the table while Minato went to shower and dress himself for work, helping the youngest twins dress themselves. Minato also fixed Deidara's hair, fixing it half in a high ponytail with a pink bow, a side bang with her hair hanging down in the back. Turning to his son he fixes Naruto's spikey blonde locks the way Naruto likes his hair. Both children were dressed in white polo shirts while Naruto wore khaki pants, Deidara wore khaki shorts. Negato came down with his uniform on as well as Karin not too far behind. All the children wore a similar uniform. Negato however, wore a button up along with Karin. Karin was wearing a high waist skirt with her shirt tucked into it with her hair down and a pink clip holding her bangs back from her face.

As the kids got dressed Kushina prepared everyone's lunch and then got dressed herself. Kushina dressed in her nurse's uniform which was a pair of simple blue scrubs, fixing her long red hair into a high ponytail and pinning her bangs out her face, taking her ring off of her finger and putting it on her necklace Minato bought her for their anniversary. Grabbing his police work bag that contained his badge, bulletproof vest and gun Minato heads downstairs where his wife and children are waiting on him.

"You guys got everything?"

"Yeah." All the children said in unison.

"Negato, did you feed Gamakichi?"

"I thought Karin was going to." Negato looks at Karin who glares.

"No, you baka, dad told you to do it." Karin narrows her eyes at him. Minato sighs pinching the bridge of his nose, feeling another argument coming for the third time this morning.

Before another argument could ensue two small voices piped up "We did papa!"

"Thank you Dei, Naruto. Negato, I've told you when we got Gamakichi that you would have to help with him seeing as it is your dog. Let's go, we're gonna be late." Minato pauses.

"Wait a second, we're missing your mom." Minato looks around for his wife.

"I'm here, had to grab my purse, let's get this show on the road, dattebane." Kushina says rushing downstairs, nearly dropping everything in her hand, she pecks her husband. After Minato locks up the house and sets the alarm, the family of 6 head out to the family truck, Kushina wanted to take the kids to school as a family for their kids first day. On the way Negato sticks his headphones in, Karin chatters away with Dei while Naruto hums happily to the radio.

"Papa? You gonna stop bad guys today?" Naruto stops humming and asks. Like his father, Naruto wanted to grow up and stop bad guys. He always played cops and robbers with his two best best friends, Gaara and Shikamaru, always being the cop.

"Yeah, I'm gonna stop bad guys." a smiling Minato responds. Soon the family arrives at Naruto and Dei's school, Negato and Karin's was a short walk next door so they walk with each other. Feeling too old to let their friends see Kushina kiss their cheeks or Minato ruffle his son's hair. Hand in hand the younger twins walk with their parents to class. Kushina stops, grabbing both her twins and squeezing them tight and littering their faces in kisses before she sends them off into their classroom after Minato hugs both of them as well. The twins rush over to their best friends completely forgetting about their mother and father. Naruto sits between Gaara and Shikamaru. While Dei rushes over to her two best friends since babies, Sakura and Ino. Leaving the classroom after waving her children goodbye Kushina turns to Minato with tears welling up in her eyes as they turn to leave

"They're growing up too fast, Dei didn't even cling to you or cry when we left. Negato also didn't let me kiss him, just waved at me. Naruto has stopped crawling in our bed with Dei and their favorite blanket. I miss when they were babies and gave lots of kisses and cuddles." Kushina sulks. Her babies were growing up, that's painful for any mother.

Minato pulls her into a hug kissing the top of her head when they stop at the truck. Hiding her face in Minato's chest she muffles

"Let's have another baby."

"Ehh, lets get Naruto and Dei through elementary first." Minato chuckles nervously as he opens the door for Kushina to get in the truck so they can head to work. Taking one last glance at the schools, Minato drives away with a slight ache in his chest. He'd never show it but, he was just as sad as Kushina about his children becoming older and more independent. He misses the days where Karin would ride on his shoulders and giggle or when Negato would want to be picked up and flown like a plane. At least Naruto still laughs when he flys him like a airplane and Dei still enjoys her dad's piggyback rides. No matter what, they'll always be his little babies. Terrors they may be, but they're his little terrors. He wouldn't trade being married to the love of his life or being a father to his children for anything.

AUTHOR'S NOTE: This story will pick up in a few chapters I just want to introduce the families and everyone as children first.
