Ch.0 - Rebirth
Amuro Ray and Char Aznable were two legendary Gundam pilots who lived in another world, fighting in epic battles for peace. However, their journey ended abruptly, as they perished in the midst of a heated battle. But their life didn't end there. They were given a second chance by the powers that be, to be reincarnated into a world of Medabots.
As they opened their eyes, they found themselves in what looked like a laboratory. The place was filled with machines and gadgets, and they were lying on two operating tables. They also realized that their bodies had changed; they were now Medabots.
"Amuro? Are you alright?" Char asked as he looked over to his friend and comrade.
"I'm fine, Char. But what happened? Where are we?" Amuro asked, trying to sit up.
"I don't know, but something tells me we're not in our world anymore," Char replied, helping Amuro sit up.
Soon, they heard footsteps approaching, and a man in a white coat entered the room. He introduced himself as Dr. Eugene Aki, the creator of the Medabots.
"It's an honor to meet you both. You're the first humans to ever be reincarnated as Medabots," Dr. Aki said, looking at them with a smile.
Both Amuro and Char were surprised at the revelation. They were now machines, yet they still retained their memories and consciousness as humans.
"But what's going to happen to us now?" Amuro asked, feeling a bit anxious.
"Don't worry. I'll take care of you both. You'll become part of my research on Medabots and help us bring more innovations to the world," Dr. Aki reassured them.
With that, he instructed his assistant, Nae Aki, to take them to their new home, where they could start their new lives as Medabots.
As they followed Nae, they couldn't help but feel a bit apprehensive about what was going to happen next. But they also felt grateful for being given a second chance at life. Maybe this was their destiny, to fight for peace once again, but in a different world and as different beings.
