Ch.2 - New Allies
The familiar sound of metal clashing against metal echoed throughout the arena as Amuro and Char's Medabots, piloted by their respective selves, battled against a pair of opponent Medabots. The two Gundam pilots were quickly learning the basics of Medabot fighting, and their machines had adapted to their personalities flawlessly.
Amuro's SD RX-78-2 moved with precision and speed, dodging and weaving around the enemy Medabot's attacks while striking back with powerful punches and kicks. Char's SD MS-06S, on the other hand, focused more on defense, using its shield and armor to block enemy attacks before countering with its own attacks.
Watching from the sidelines was Chan Agi, a young Medabot enthusiast who had been teaching Amuro and Char the ins and outs of Medabot fighting. Her own Medabot, a sleek and agile blue dragon named Azure, was perched on her shoulder, watching the fight with interest.
Dr. Eugene Aki, the creator of the Medabots, stood nearby, watching the fight with a critical eye. For him, Medabot fighting was not just a sport, but a scientific endeavor, and he was constantly looking for ways to improve the machines or develop new weapons and tools for them to use.
As the fight raged on, Amuro and Char found themselves struggling to keep up with the enemy Medabots, who seemed to have more advanced technology and weapons than theirs. Just when they were about to be defeated, however, a new player emerged on the field.
It was Nae Aki, Dr. Aki's granddaughter, who had recently begun piloting her own Medabot. Her machine, a sleek and speedy blue wolf named Sapphire, quickly joined the battle, using its agility to dodge enemy attacks and its powerful jaws to strike back.
With Sapphire's help, Amuro and Char managed to turn the tide of the battle, and they emerged victorious.
"Nice work out there!" Chan exclaimed, grinning from ear to ear. "You guys are getting better every day!"
Amuro and Char exchanged a satisfied nod, happy to have found a new challenge in the world of Medabots.
As they left the arena, Nae approached them, a shy smile on her face.
"Um, hi," she said, twirling a lock of hair nervously. "I just wanted to say...good job out there. And, uh, maybe we could all train together sometime?"
Amuro and Char exchanged a surprised glance, but quickly nodded in agreement. After all, they could use all the allies they could get in this new world they found themselves in.
