As Amuro, Char, and Chan were resting after their previous mission, they received a transmission from Dr. Eugene Aki. He informed them that he had discovered a new type of medabot technology that could revolutionize the world of medabot battling.

Excited by the news, Amuro, Char, and Chan rushed to Dr. Aki's laboratory to see the breakthrough for themselves. They were greeted by Dr. Aki and his daughter, Nae, who showed them the new medabot technology.
