The Incomplete World Of Elmore

Part 8

~Keane Home

William is seen eating spaghetti and meatballs with Alan and their parents at the table, and Alan is sitting in the middle of them while William is far from the table. Who was eating his food, not bothering about what they were talking about?

The room has pictures of the family together. It also showed the eyeball slowly moving away from the family as he became more distant.

Their mom was just like Alan, a balloon, and her husband.

She was a yellow balloon named Jessica, who had eyelashes drawn on her, and Dexter he's a red balloon with drawn-on glasses and a mustache.

"So Alan, how was your day going"? Jessica asks her son.

"Well, I'm working on the charity helping the needy and the junior scouts on how to start a fire but only for a campfire." Alan smiled while William had tick marks on his face overhearing the airhead's do-gooder personality.

The eyeball was sitting on the chair using the hand he got yesterday as legs. He opens his eye to reveal a mouth with teeth as he's eating the meatballs and spaghetti.

The red Balloon looks at his other son, seeing that he has a new attachment to him.

"Alan, can you please tell me why your brother is using a severed hand as legs, along with how he found it?" Dexter asked Alan, who was looking at William as the eyeball glared at him.

"Oh, he was with his friends last night and found that hand on the ground." Alan

Both parents were surprised to hear that their quiet son had found people wanting to hang around with him. Usually, the kids from his school find him creepy, and it is tough for him to communicate due to his inability to speak. This would explain how his mood changed slightly, but he does get out of the house more often over the past few weeks.

"Well, that's good to hear of Billy making some friends at school." Dexter looks at William, whose eye turns red after hearing the nickname his parents gave him every time he is home. But then Alan's expression turned from happy to concerned, which got his parent's attention.

"About his friend's Mom and Dad. There probably isn't the best influence on Willy". Alan.

"How so, Alan"? Jessica asked her younger son about this problem.

"The police arrested him and his friends yesterday due to vandalism, but it later turns out some troublemaker in another school caused it, but I believe that the turquoise feline may have assisted this delinquent at the time."

This did shock both of their parents about the older child being barred. Still, William was getting irritated hearing that Alan was manipulating their parents again like he usually does with his classmates.

"Well, this cannot do at all. If what you were saying is true, Alan, then this Gumball is a bad influence on him." Dexter.

William hears this; their eyes start to turn a shade of highlight. The ground started shaking slightly but was not noticeable toward the balloons.

"I have to agree with you, dear, and our son shouldn't be involved with that very dangerous child." Jessica.

William's eye then changed into a very crimson red with some cracks after hearing his spineless parents are going along with Alan again for the ninth twentieth time.

"I'm glad that both of you understand about what's-" Alan is cut off by the other end of the androgenic wave that is unleashed and shatters the plates and glass, including destroying the legs on the table itself, causing it to fall to the ground. One of the knives hits a family photo that cuts the image of William from his family.

"WHY DO BOTH OF YOU ALWAYS AGREE WITH THAT WALKING KISS ASS"! William shouts at his parents, but they can't hear him.

The balloons were a bit horrified by his outburst. He knows that this is just going to dig him deeper. William leaves what's left of the dinner table and flies back into his room.

While his parents discuss what they will do with him, Alan asks them if they need help but tells them to talk to his brother again as he's in one of his moods.

When William was near his room, he felt a string on his wing. He turned around to see his younger twin, who was a balloon.

"What do you want"? He glares at the teal Balloon said Back there. "It was for your best interest." Alan

William then picks up his phone then types something on it.

He shows it to the Balloon F U.

"Okay, that was rude, Willy." The Balloon still has a positive view.

"Ugh, doesn't anything piss you off."? He types this to him.

"Not really, but your attitude is insulting right now, and- ah!" The teal Balloon screams as he is taken into the mirror. William looks in surprise and shock.

"..Alan?" The eyeball looks into the mirror. The Balloon enters but sees a shadow monster wearing a robe with its face as a skull.

The eyeball's irises shrink as he drops them. He flees to the dinner table to warn his parents.

Mom, Dad, you gotta get out of here, and Alan's been-". He notices that they're both gone as well.

Then the background turns into a sinister green along with the broken fame of their photo. With an ominous shadow with glowing green eyes pointing at him menacingly and then disappearing.

William's eye pupil shirks realizing what is happening at his home. The phantom monster pops out of the mirror in the frame and is about to strike the eyeball with wings.

"Oh, Sh-"!

~Outside Keane Home

Clare is outside waiting "patiently" for the ghost and Cabbit to arrive while stomping her foot. She had to tell Rachel that her cat wasn't feeling well and had to get home early and get it to a vet as fast as possible.

"Come on, guys, I've been waiting here for half an hour." Clare was irritated as hell.

She then gets a text message from Gumball to say her name five times; when questioned about this, he tells her to do it with all low capitals.

"(grunts) Carrie, Carrie, Carrie, Carrie... Carrie." Then Carrie, holding onto Gumball's back, appears right next to the emo girl, which causes her to jump in shock, including a yep sound from her.

Gumball turns to see the emo teen with one hand up with the usual stoic face.

"So it seems you got my message from earlier, Sis." Gumball

"Wait, why did you tell her about this"? Carrie looks at the Cabbit, who has a face of annoyance.

" I informed is about what was happening," Gumball explains his reason.

"What did I tell you about not getting into trouble." Clare points to him with her hand on her midriff.

"I was going to Carrie's house because I think William is in danger, and she knows a way to stop this Phantom," Gumball tells Clare, who is still grumpy.

Carrie is holding a book made of flesh in her hands. She has an edgy look, unsure if this plan would work. She turns to see Clare tapping Gumball on the head for making her wait for so this long. This causes the Rabbit's ears to fall.

"I'm pretty sure that those two are gonna get themselves killed," Carrie said with a deadpan expression.

"And.. you miss "dark and gloomy." Clare points to Carrie, who is furious at her.

"Why did you send that email knowing a monster would abduct us"? Clare.

"HE IS NOT MY MONSTER. HE'S-" Carrie shouts at the teen, who falls on her back in fright at Carrie's terrifying form.

Then a burst of light emerges from the Keane home, which alerts the trio outside the house.

Carrie turns back to her regular form and sees Clare, still angry at her, and then Gumball, who starts running towards the house.

Carrie then speaks to both of them.

"Look, I haven't been honest with all of you about why I sent that curse email. I am very sorry. But I don't think that's going to cut it. It's because this is important to me, and it's just..." Carrie's voice sounded like it was breaking.

...I wanted Dad back...Carrie sounds very sad after saying this. The Cabbit turns its head towards the ghost girl.

"Why didn't you just ask me to help you save him"? Gumball walks down the stairs and is next to Carrie.

" I didn't want you to be at risk of this. That's why I told you guys not to delete the messages". Carrie is trying to justify her actions.

"Carrie, I don't approve of what you did, But I know I promised to help you get your Father back."

"Wait, since when did you-." Then Carrie remembers the night when they were at the graveyard.

(Flashback)

"Hey, Nicolas"? Carrie is using his real name. This causes Gumball to twitch his ear to turn his head to her.

"What is it, Carrie"?

"If you had a chance to save your father from his fate, would you take it"? Carrie is asking this critical question.

"Yes." The feline says this five seconds after Carrie finishes her question about him.

She smiles, feeling somewhat reassured by his answer.

"That was all I needed to hear."

(End Flashback.)

The ghost girl smiles and looks at the Cabbit.

"Thanks, Nicolas," Carrie reassured her friend. They were having a moment until Clare knocked them back to reality.

"Hey, can you two stop with the reconciling crap and focus on what's happening right now?" Clare said, pointing to the house they were supposed to go into.

"Gee, when this night is over, I'm going home and writing in my diary using my tears as ink," Clare mumbles as she walks into the house with the duo behind her.

~Inside Keane Home

As the trio walked inside the house, it was oddly calm. The home's interior appeared as if it were from the 1950s or something similar.

Walking farther down the hallway, they noticed shattered glass and broken furniture and heard someone in pain.

"We're getting close to where the haunted phantom is hiding," Gumball said as he led the way.

"Really," Clare said sarcastically, "what gave that away?"

Carrie whispered to them, "We need to hurry. The Snatcher probably has William cornered or has already taken him."

The trio ran toward the dining room to see what the commotion was. They were stunned by what they saw.

What appeared to them was a giant green pyramid separated into three parts, with each row having multiple sharp teeth, a white tie with a bowler hat on top of it, three tongues, and six white arms along with two legs. It had one red eye and wings fused into the top of the Love Craftin' Horror.

It was beating up a ghost-like monster with a skull for a face and wearing a black robe. The robed monster screamed in pain as the pyramid monster kept pounding it with its fists.

Clare screams in horror, thinking that the pyramid is The Snatcher. Gumball turns to see that Carrie is distressed.

Without warning, Clare summons her to stand beside her, looking like a creature with zippers around its body like a rag-doll.

The being punches the pyramid's arm off, causing it to let go of the robed Phantom. The Phantom screams in pain as it rotates its top head to face the trio.

"(Jack McBrayer-like voice) Ow, what the hell was that for Clare?" The pyramid yelled with its eye turning green.

William? Gumball and Carrie are confused, along with Clare, who thinks that was the snatcher course; it's me, you guys! William stops for a second and realizes he can talk to them again.

"Wait...this is my voice?" William screamed in disbelief at the absurdity of what he was hearing.

"THIS IS HOW I SOUND; I THOUGHT IT WOULD SOUND LIKE ALAN RICKMAN THIS WHOLE TIME! NOT SOME CONSTRUCTION WORKER, SOME HILLBILLY WHO GOES AROUND THE GALAXY THAT PLAYS THE BANJO". While he whines about his voice, Carrie flies to where Phantom is on the ground, moaning.

Carrie looks worried as she sees her Dad while he is still corrupted and in intense pain. She was surprised that he could be physically harmed even though he was intangible; all ghosts were probably due to William's Stand. "William did the hard part for us; now all we need to do is find some sunlight, trap him in one of the mirrors where the windows are in this house, and finally throw this book at the mirror we trapped him in," Carrie says looking at the others.

William screamed at Clare as he reattached his arm. Clare tried not to giggle at the sound of his increasingly angry voice.

On the other hand, Gumball walks towards Carrie, who is standing next to the Phantom. "Is this the SnSnatcher you were talking about? Is he also your Dad?" Gumball asks.

"Dad?" Clare and William asked in confusion about Carrie.

"Yes, but while he's like this, we need to..." Before Carrie can finish her sentence.

"Sorry, I'm afraid I can't let you do that," a voice echoed across the room. As something emerged from Gumball's shadow, the executive producer Vutuo appeared.

Gumball jumped back as Vutuo popped out of his shadow. Carrie stood behind the Snatcher, determined not to let any harm come to her father.

"Oh no, not this guy again," Clare expresses her disdain for the shadow man.

"Isn't that the same guy you chopped his arm off"? William looks at Clare, who is glaring at him.

"Why do you have to remind me of that?" Clare was still shaken from last night.

Vutuo then stretched his arms and legs and twisted his entire body as if it were made of taffy.

"I didn't expect to see you guys so soon," Vutuo turned his eyes towards William and Clare, who were ready to fight him, and summoned his Stand.

"(In Thought) Guessing that floating brat woke up his stand, including that emo bitch." His pupil started to crack after remembering what happened last night.

He notices the robed entity, which gives him an idea. Then, he shadows open a hole in the ground and falls into it.

Realizing he was about to attack, the group surrounded Carrie and The Snatcher. It appeared as though he was going to target one of them. Carrie then tried to protect the robed figure from Vutuo.

But then a screech is heard behind Carrie as The Snatcher has an arrow stabbed through his chest by Vutuo, whose mouth has the golden hand still inside him.

"Dad!" Carrie screams in horror.

"You know I was gonna deal with you dorks myself, but I would rather let Carrie's old man take you down," Vutuo jumps back as The Snatcher screams as it returns to one of the mirrors, and Carrie starts feeling woozy for some reason. Gumball catches her, letting her rest in his arms.

"Enjoy the rest of the night, suckers!" He punches through 1/4 of the roof, laughs maniacally, and jumps out of the house.

"Get back here, you anime reject!" William attempted to chase down the shadow for breaking his roof.

Gumball then notices the Snatcher returning inside one of the mirrors. Looking into one of the mirrors, he sees the Phantom getting closer to William.

Thinking quickly, he tosses Carrie into Clare's arms. With enough speed, he pushes William out of the way and leaps toward the mirror. Carrie wakes up just in time to see Gumball's body disintegrate like glass as he enters the mirror. Leaving Carrie, Clare, and William horrified at what has happened.

"GUMBALL"! Clare and William screamed.

"NICOLAS"! Carrie was horrified by her friend's fate.

Inside the reflection along the side, the Snatcher had a humanoid body with a dark brown leotard missing the upper chest piece bolted in place by screws. It wears silver gloves, a hood covering its head, and large goggles. Its facial design is based on a Venetian mask, making the Stand like a Tengu. The Stand was named Killer In The Mirror.

~Down The Street Near Keane House

Then, after punching a hole through the roof of the house, Vutuo jumps into the air and keeps jumping from place to house like a frog hopping from one lily pad to another.

He cackled like a jackal, convinced he had won. The shadow jumped so high in the air that it appeared at the moon's center.

"With them gone, nothing's going to stop me now! Hahaha," he said, raising both hands in the air, not caring.

Pinky then grabs him by the torso, sending him falling like an anvil from the sky.

"(Groaning in pain while falling) Gaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh" Vutuo screaming.

Below, an 8-bit spider and Blinky are running toward the falling shadow.

"Got 'em," Ocho replied with a smirk as he ran toward a nearby coffee shop called Le Roi du Café, which roughly translated to The Coffee King in French.

~Roi Du Café

Larry handed over a cup of hot coconut coffee, extra cream, and extra sugar to Darrel, who was trying to relax after what had happened yesterday.

The coffee place is designed just like a French café in Paris. It's usually a hit with couples who come here on Valentine's Day or need a break from a stressful day.

"(Sighs) Great, just what I need after a night of disappointing Dad," the hot dog said as he sipped his caffeinated drink. He usually came here after school.

He heard his friends whispering about what was going on with Gumball and what he was planning. Earlier in the day, at the end of school, he had overheard him talking to Ocho about something.

He also notices that Larry isn't usually this stressed out. There are more of them than usual.

But on closer inspection, none of them had any faces as they moved so quickly that everyone thought Larry was just a blur.

"Hmm, guessing that not just Clare and Ocho have those strange powers," he ponders aloud while sipping more of the coffee in his hand.

Then a ringing sound comes from his phone. He takes it out of his jacket pocket, picks it up, and reads a message from Ocho.

"The Executive Producer Is About To Fall Into The Coffee Shop"

Darrel was in disbelief as he tried to type back to leave him out of it.

But then something came crashing down in the middle of the shop. A being landed on the desk of the order station, destroying most tables and chairs.

He is causing the customers and the staff to flee in terror. Ocho is flying above the panicked crowd. He then spots a familiar hot dog wearing sunglasses.

"There he is; guess he got the warning after all."

Ocho floats beside Darrel, who stands there frozen in shock and fear.

Ocho then poked him, causing the hot dog to drop the coffee cup to the ground, spilling most of its contents. Still, in a state of shock, he looked at Ocho.

Out of the smoke, struggling to stand, was Vutuo. He grabbed Pinky with his right hand and was also clutching his gut in pain, as the hit he had taken earlier had done some damage.

Ocho then crushes Pinky's head, causing Octo to cover his head in pain as he experiences a headache. Vito then sees the eight-bit spider that sent the ghosts and the hot dog guy from last night, who is terrified of him.

"(In thought) So he survived getting hit by the arrow? Guessing he was worthy after all. He wasn't sure what side the walking food had taken. But right now, he had to dispose of the two in front of him."

"I'm getting sick and tired of dealing with the same damn insects," Vutuo says, pointing at them.

"You're going down, Spiral!" Ocho screams as he summons his Stand, Pac-Man Fever, to attack the shadow.

The three multi-colored ghosts scatter around Vutuo as PAC Man charges at him.

He karate chops the yellow pie just as it closes its mouth, causing it to get a crack on its head and causing Ocho to feel something on his head. Then the three ghosts charge at him as he punches them, causing them to bounce around the coffee shop like a bunch of pinballs.

He kept dodging and hitting the ghosts; meanwhile, Pac-Man saw an opening and managed to bite the shadow's torso, causing black blood to spill.

He stops dodging and uses his arms to remove the yellow 8-bit mouthpiece from his chest. This causes the three ghosts to hit him repeatedly like bouncy balls while he focuses on ripping Pac-Man in two.

Darrel noticed that Ocho's jaw was starting to bleed. Quickly thinking, he pulled out a bottle and threw it at Vutuo.

The glass shatters against the spiral's face, causing the shadow to release its hold on Pac-Man as it disappears along with the ghosts. He then pulls out another bottle and lights it.

Stepping back a few feet, he watches as Vutuo tries to get the liquid off his face. But then he tastes some of the drink himself.

"Wait a sec," I said, "Isn't this just a prank?" But before I could finish my sentence, Darrell threw the burning bottle at me, engulfing me in flames.

Ocho and Darrel ran out of the store as Vutuo was on fire, screaming. Once outside, Darrel grabbed something from his pocket, which turned out to be a flare gun.

He points it directly at the shadow, who is still on fire and intends to kill him. He pulls the trigger as he grabs Ocho out of range. The flare fires at Vutuo's eye shrink, and he realizes what will happen.

"Oh, you have got me, Ki-" This causes a massive explosion, destroying what's left of the coffee shop.

Covering their eyes from the explosion, all that remained was broken rubble and scattered black ink where a coffee shop once stood.

"Well, there goes my favorite joint in this town," Darrel sighed in despair. Meanwhile, Ocho looked on in wonder.

"Dude, why do you have Molotov cocktails and a flare gun in your jacket?" asked Ocho.

"Well, let's just say Cassidy enjoys causing riots; Dad, on the other hand, always told me to carry one in case I ever got lost anywhere," Darrel explains.

"Darrel, you just realized that you just took down the guy who pulverized me, the Moody chick, Carrie, and Nicolas last night." Ocho sounds impressed about this.

I realize what he just did. He gives an awkward smile and then rubs his back.

"Oh really? That's great! I didn't expect it to work... or," Darrel said as he noticed the black ink on the ground was moving back toward where the coffee shop used to be before it exploded.

Ocho also sees the black ink slowly reforming back into that shadowy being. It starts to form a skeletal-like shape first.

Knowing this fight is far from over, Ocho prepares to engage it but first turns to Darrel, who is unusually calm.

Ocho looks up to Darrel for answers. "So what do you think we should do?"

Darrel says, "I got an idea; look closely, I mean very closely, at the guy." He points to the legs that are forming.

"Yes, I understand that."

He says, "Those legs of mine can't run very far," as he points to his legs.

"Mine, on the other hand, is in perfect shape, and you can run very fast with six legs, right?" Darrel said.

"Yes, and what about it?"

"Harry, it's an old technique that the Feltmans usually use in these situations."

"Where are you going with this"? Ocho

Darrel pauses. Then he has both arms in the air while panicking and starts to flee.

"RUN AS FAST AS I CAN, MAKE WAYYYY"! The Hot Dog runs from the scene as Ocho follows him, running while shouting at him.

"What? Are you serious, you wimp?"

Lapin, who was near the area, was holding a lot of Burgers due to the sale Carrie told him about. He sees the two running for their lives.

"Huh, wonder what's up with them."? He ponders about this. While chewing on burgers, the ghost bunny sees Vutuo but is limping in a futile attempt to chase the duo.

The spiral shadow pauses to catch its breath. Annoyed that those brats are getting away, it continues to chase them until it bumps into something.

"Hey, how's it going?" Lapin greeted the pissed-off Vutuo.

"(Annoyed) Great, it's this idiot again," he said, looking at the voracious Small Rabbit.

Lapin had a rabbit-like appearance, and his ears twitched.

"Wait... do I know you from somewhere?" Lapin asked Vutuo.

Vutuo screams, then charges and strikes the ghost rabbit. There is a sickening crunch, then it cuts to the Keane home.

~Keane Home

Carrie explained the whole story of the Snatcher while they were running from it, as the poltergeist tried to grab them through the mirrors.

"So let me get this straight. The poltergeist creep that took Gumball is your Dad?" Clare

"Yes, and I would appreciate it if you stopped calling him names and treated him with the respect he deserves."

"Yeah, I'll do that after I clobber him for taking my parents and my only real friend... who is, by the way, trapped inside the fucking mirrors," William shouts back at Carrie.

"What about Alan?" asked Clare.

"Meh." William

"It's not his fault; loneliness has turned him evil."

The Snatchers grab Clare by the leg until Sins and Tragedies unzip her right leg through the mirror.

"So, how do we beat your cursed father?" Clare asked, limping slightly.

"The book says we can summon him by calling his name five times. When he appears in the mirror, at the first light of dawn, you smash him with the book and break the spell," Carrie said.

"Okay, one problem about that Ghost Rider, The sun is already gone, so what do we do now?" Clare asked.

Carrie then has a severe expression and gets closer to the camera.

We survive.

Willaim takes the book out of Carrie's hand.

"Well, that's cryptic as hell; why don't we use this book to get the sun up faster?" When Clare grabbed it and closed the book, William was about to cast a spell.

"Or we could just find a solo mirror that we can trap him in and then use an artificial light to strike it," Clare said as he used his hand to point toward the attic.

Carrie ponders this idea. But is unsure about it.

"That could probably work...but it's doubtful".

Then the Snatcher comes out of one of the broken mirrors. William tries to punch him, but the Phantom grabs the bottom and middle parts of his pyramid body and drags them into the mirror.

He strikes again as he tries to grab Clare, but she detaches her right arm before she gets sucked in.

"Okay, we must quickly trap him in a mirror before he gets the rest of us."

"Like you're one to talk; I'm missing an arm and a leg," Clare pointed to her missing limbs as she tried to stand up.

"We need to focus right now on finding a way to trap him in a mirror," Carrie yelled at them.

The Snatchers run through every room, and there are many mirrors, including the closets. The Snatchers pop out of each mirror, but they slam the door on him each time. Oddly, even the bathrooms have a mirror in the shower, including the toilet, disturbs Clare a bit.

"Seriously, why does your house have so many mirrors?" Clare asks William in frustration mixed with annoyance.

"Mom wanted to be an actress when she was younger, and Dad used to own a mirror business."

"How does that relate to your mother?"

"Well, it was after he lost his place; he met Mom after her failed attempt at recovery. They hit it off and decided to devote their lives to charity."

"Okay, that was very sweet, but do you know any rooms that don't have a lot of mirrors in them?" Clare shouts at him.

William then remembers something important. It's usually a place for him besides his room to practice voodoo.

"Well, the only place I know of with a solo mirror and a window is in the attic," William said.

"Then it's our only shot. We need to take him down," Carrie said.

The Snatcher grabs Clare's other leg and pulls it into the mirror. Again Clare detaches her limb, but now she has only one left.

You need to hurry because I look like what happened to that guy from the space movie after he underestimated the high-ground dude. Clare is trying to crawl to them. But she is now picked up by William.

They start running toward the attic stairs, with the Snatcher behind them.

They spot the lone mirror in the room. Now standing close to it, Clare looks into the mirror and sees Carrie.

"So what now?" Claire

"You have to say his name five times in the mirror."

"So, what is your dad's name"? William

"Validus Louvs Lokowitchki."

Clare looks in the mirror and says her full name.

Vladus Lovus Lokowitchki, Vladus Lokowitchki, Valdus Lokovi-Clare's tongue gets tied.

"Just say, Vlad."

"VLAD, VLAD, VLAD, VLAD, VLAD. " Clare said this as the Snatcher up inside the mirror and intended to send them into it.

~Outside Keane Home

(A few minutes ago)

Darrel and Ocho stop running when they lose sight of Vutuo a few minutes later. They end up on the lawn of the Keane residence.

"(Exhausted) I think we lost him," the hot dog says as he tries to catch his breath.

Here's a question, Darrel. Why didn't you use your Stand back there when we needed it?

He says, "Hey...it's not like...I can make it happen out of thin air." He continues to catch his breath.

"I... don't know how this works, man. All I wanted was a normal day to get some coffee, go home to see my mom and Dad, and meet Daddy Dad on the weekends."

As Darrel was venting to Ocho, the eight-bit spider noticed that Vutuo was approaching them oddly, looking more like an actual shadow with a glowing gray eye.

"But now, no less than a day after hanging out with Nicolas and those guys. I got thrown in jail, disappointed by my Dad, stabbed by that shadow creep, got set on fire, and a ghost rabbit ate my leg, which was destroyed (I also did that). And because I blew him up, he's now trying to kill me!" He shouted in anger as he was venting out to Ocho. Who had a neutral face to the hot dog?

"Are you done?" Ocho asked calmly.

"... (Catching his breath) ... Yeah, pretty much."

"Okay then," he chirps before slapping him in the face, causing him to fall to the ground in pain. The sunglasses he was wearing now have a crack on them.

"What the hell was that for, Harry?" Darrel readjusted his sunglasses.

"You need to stop complaining and get a hold of yourself, man; life isn't fair and all that crap, but right now, we need to focus on the present."

Darrel sounded a little calmer but still irritated as he asked, "Do you mean I should just get used to this nonsense and grow a pair?"

No, I meant that punk from before just caught up to us while you were whining," Ocho says, pointing behind him. The hot dog turns his head in shock.

"What?!"

Vutuo was now in front of the hot dog, determined to kill it.

First, I'M GONNA MAKE YOU INTO SCHNITZELS. Then I will kill your dumbass friends and that friggin Rabbit!"

"Oh, you have got to be kidding me; I am so fed up with this friggin shadow! I'm my effing town!" Darrel says this while being angry and scared at the same time.

"IT'S NOW OR NEVER." Ocho summons his stands. PAC Man Fever is charging at the shadow.

The Vutuo clone dodges and hits the PAC Man Fever to attack Ocho. The ghost tries to hit it, but the shadow swats them like flies. It then focuses on taking down Darrel.

"You know what? Go ahead! Do your worst because no matter what you do, I'm still standing," he shouts at the shadow, which raises its fist and then plans to deliver a massive punch in the face to the hot dog guy.

A sound is heard, but instead of a punch, it is a sizzling sound, like something is on fire. The shadow's hand starts to dissolve as it backs away in pain.

Ocho is surprised by what he sees as Darrel's body is covered by a forced field of light, along with his staff standing behind him. It was holding its cane down on the ground.

The Stand was a pale humanoid man with a grin on his face wearing tan sunglasses with magenta lenses, his clothes were a sand-colored formal outfit with a black bow tie and a button-up shirt underneath, and he wore a Scala straw hat with a rainbow band around it. He also had a cane to go with the outfit.

Ocho asks in confusion, "What the heck is that?"

"Him too?" Vutuo looks on in horror and anger.

"Have you ever heard of the Monster Mash?" he asks Ocho in a bizarre question.

"Yes, it's a graveyard smash."

Vutuo decided to charge at the hot dog, seeing how it was more of a threat now that it had turned its arm into a blade. He jumped into the air.

Well, you better hurry 'cause it gets on in a FLASH"! The Stand is a massive ball of light that shines so bright that it disintegrates Vutuo.

Vutuo said, "No, no, NO, NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" before vanishing completely.

Ocho had to cover his eyes due to the brightness. While Darrel didn't need to due to the sunglasses he was wearing.

~Inside Keane Home

A bright light shines through the window in the attic, exposing The Snatcher to the sunlight. He writhes in pain and retreats into the mirror, and Carrie uses this opportunity to throw the book at him and break the glass.

This causes the curse to end as Alan pops up near William's room, and Jessica and Dexter pop out at the dinner table. Gumball pops out of the mirror along with Clare's legs and arm in the living room.

It seems Ocho got my message after all. He thought to himself, then felt a kick on his leg.

Clare looks down and sees her limbs stomping their feet in anger. Then she slaps Gumball in the face in annoyance.

The limbs crawl upstairs, and Gumball follows them, seeing they know where Clare might be.

Clare, William, and Carrie see a portal open in the mirror, with someone emerging.

He appears to be a relatively older adult. His skin appears the same shade of white as Carrie's body, and his eyes match his daughter's but are taller. He also has a beard, with hair the same white as his face, making it impossible to tell where it starts. Unlike his daughter, he appears fully clothed, wearing a trench coat over a red undershirt, black pants, and brown boots.

Carrie appears worried as she sees her father for the first time in many years.

Dad? It's me; don't you recognize me? Sounding sad and unsure.

Vlad looks at her and smiles. He also notices that she is wearing his train conductor's cap.

"How could I not recognize my beautiful girl? Thank you for setting me free." Validus

William, who coughed into his hand, stood up.

Clare, enjoying the moment of reunion, smacks him in the head.

Then the father and daughter run to hug each other. However, the moment is ruined as he goes right through her and falls out of the attic window, leading him to his death as he lands straight into Keane's car, which is destroyed.

Darrel and Ocho, who were about to go inside, looked in shock and horror as a man just fell off the roof and died.

Carrie screams in horror, "Dad!" Clare and William look out the window to see the result.

Carrie asked the two, "Is he okay?"

They looked at her with troubled expressions. At the same time, William looked horrified at what had happened to his family's car.

"Ummm...probably," Clare said, smiling uneasily as if trying to ease her discomfort.

"Oh my God, he's dead!" Darrel shouts in horror.

Carrie looked sadly after hearing that. But then they heard someone coming from downstairs.

The door reveals Gumball, Alan with his mom and Dad, and Clare's limbs.

"So, did I miss anything?" Gumball asks the trio, who all have sad expressions on their faces.

He carries the limp Clare to the floor.

Clare reattached her limbs back into her body and said, "I don't want to talk about it."

The balloons go to hug William, who is a bit annoyed at first but then returns the hug with both his wings on his parents. With his hand trying to crush Alan's head.

Gumball says, "Maybe he's still okay," as everyone looks at him.

No, they say the last thing you do before you die is void your bowels. Then a loud explosion is heard outside.

"Never mind."

Carrie was about to walk away in sorrow when she heard something levitate up to the attic.

She turns to see the ghost of her Dad, who appears as if he were still alive, except for his long beard and ghostly tail.

Carrie was happy to see him; the two returned to embrace each other with a hug, their eyes closed and smile on their faces.

Seeing this, she shows a slight smile. Aww. Gumball, on the other hand, looks at Carrie and William reuniting with their families. He feels something bitter inside his heart as he doesn't understand it.

It was probably because of the fact...

But then Ocho and Darrell arrived upstairs to find. Darrell was still frozen in fear, making Ocho drag him across the house.

"So... guys, don't wanna be a buzzkill or anything, but what will you do about the dead body outside your house?" Ocho asked them. This caused everyone to have wide eyes of shock, and the music stopped altogether.

~ Beserford Graveyard

It was almost dawn, and the six kids held shovels as they dug into the ground. They buried Vladus's body in a coffin and then drilled a grave next to Carrie's mother to be buried next to each other.

They exited the hole they had dug and lowered the coffin to the ground. The conductor's hat was returned to Vladus as they began to bury his mortal remains.

Darrel said, "This has been one of the craziest weeks I've ever had." he put dirt into the ground.

Clare threw dirt into the ground. "What are we doing? Burying a body after we nearly got trapped inside the mirror for all eternity?"

Ocho asks, "What kind of night did you guys have?" while looking at Gumball.

"It was about the same as yours, except that I got thrown into a mirror," he said calmly.

"What?" Ocho replies in confusion.

"You have to be there to get it, insect."

"What did he just say to me?" Ocho shouted.

"He said he thanked you and Darrel for helping us earlier."

Oh... You're welcome. I guess? But mostly, Darrel saved you guys after that light show he did back there." Ocho said.

The hot dog heard this compliment and gave a weak smile.

"Well, I'll take what I can get," Darrel thought.

William turns his eyes toward Gumball and says, "That's not what I said."

"Just let them have this one, Bill," Clare teased her brother with their parents' nickname.

He caused his eye to turn red. He tried to hit Clare with the shovel, but she dodged and hit Ocho instead, who then shouted at the eyeball. The two began fighting with their shovels.

Clare and Darrel started talking, and he mentioned that the coffee shop had been destroyed. She then let out a huge moan that blew away all the leaves, including some tombstones.

Then in frustration, she hits the ground with the shovel multiple times, then throws the shovel away, but it gets stuck in the sky. She starts crying like a dog from The Peanuts.

Darrel then gets a call from one of his brothers. He seems annoyed as one of them asks if he still has the drink Cassidy told him to bring, and he awkwardly responds that he lost it at the bus stop.

While that's happening, Gumball has just finished putting the dirt into the ground. Carrie then places her father's coffin next to her mother's. The inscription on his coffin reads,

Vladus Lovus Lokowitchki,

(1578-2022)

Loving Father, Husband, and Fisherman

Gumball asked Carrie, "Was your father a fisherman?"

"Yeah, he was a sailor until he met my Mom in the mirror."

Gumball notices something about Carrie, including an item missing from her head.

"Carrie, what happened to your hat?"

She notices what he is saying as she looks over her shoulder.

"Oh, I gave it back to you today, Dad," Carrie says, looking at her father, who is now wearing his old hat again.

Carrie, are you okay with your father being dead because... Gumball asked her a serious question.

"Look at him, Gumbal," Carrie said. "I haven't seen him more alive since before the mirror thing. And besides, he's a ghost now. I can finally hug him, and Mom got her husband back." Carrie smiled joyfully. This was one of the first times Gumball had seen her like this.

Carrie was very cheerful, not because she was being mischievous or emitting an emo expression.

Speaking of which, do you want to meet her? Carrie was very cheerful and wasn't because she was being mischievous or the emo expression she was putting on.

"Your mom"? Gumball.

Yeah, but she's still on her grave. Though I don't get to meet her physically until Halloween, I'll tell you about that when we get there." Carrie takes his arm and shows him her grave.

Elizabeth Jacqueline Kruger

(1254-1274)

"Hey, Mom, it's me." Carrie is talking about her mother's gravestone.

"Caroline, it's been a while, and I hear you have company with you." Elizabeth hears four other voices in the graveyard along with another agent.

"Uh...hi, Ms. Kruger, is it. Am I one of Carrie's? Is it nice to meet you,"? He attempts to shake her hand but settles by patting the tome stone's head.

"So, Carrie, how long have you been going out with this gentleman"? Ms. Kruger is teasing her daughter.

"MOM"! Carrie's face glows red while Gumball looks puzzled.

"Unfortunately, Ms. Kruger, I already have someone interested. Carrie is my friend than what you're thinking-." He was trying to explain to

"By the way, Mom,l also have a surprise for you."

"Really, who is it?" Elizabeth wonders who Carrie is referring to.

"It has been many centuries since I heard your lovely voice, my mirror mistress." Vladus is talking about Elizabeth's gravestone.

"... Vladus, is that you."? She hears her lover's voice, still finding this unbelievable.

"It's me, Elizabeth. Carrie manages to free me from that horrible curse...Also, I died." Validus.

"Why don't you come down here, my wandering sailor."

"Carrie, I have some catching up to do with your mother, and I need you and your friends to leave immediately." Valdus then floats down to Elizabeth's grave as Carrie and Gumball hear kissing noises.

"We need to leave now before things get worse," Carrie says, grabbing Gumball's arm. Gumball grabs Clare's arm, who has calmed down after her tantrum. Then, like a rope, Clare grabs Darrel's arm, trying to calm William and Ocho down as they are exhausted from their fight. With Darrel holding Ocho's arm and Ocho grabbing William's wing, they all walk out of the room together.

Clare points to the tombstone that is making noise. "Was that gravestone talking to you guys?"

"Yes, but she said we should leave before things get very "foxy"?

"Excuse me?" said Clare.

"No time to explain; we gotta go!" Carrie then teleports them out of the graveyard.

~Outside The Graveyard.

The six middle schoolers stood at the graveyard's gate. The sun was rising right in front of them. They gazed in awe as the sun rose above the town, but the sun had static-like properties, just like everything else in their weird town.

"So I'm guessing that we're a group now?" William said as he sat on Gumball's shoulder like a parrot.

"Most likely, but that also means we're friends," Gumball reassured him. He couldn't see it, but he knew William was smiling.

"Well, here are some things you can't share without ending up stuck with each other, and unfortunately, taking down two poltergeists with stands is one of them," Clare sounded a bit annoyed but also a little optimistic.

"That pretty much sums us up very nicely, Daria," Carrie chuckled.

"Zip it, dark horse," Clare playfully teased Carrie, who laughed it off.

"(Sighs) Does that mean we probably have to deal with more weirdness along the way after this one?" Realizing he's now a part of their group, Darrel feels uneasy about it.

"I don't know if it matters, but I'm on board with you guys because this is one of the most fun things I've ever had in a while." Ocho has now officially joined the group.

As they walked towards the street, a mermaid watched them in the shadows from inside a red van. Her eyes were like a snake's as she glared at them, including the Cabbit.

"Hope you brats enjoyed the appetizer because the main course is coming." Judah.

~Police Station

In the barred cell, the cactus delinquent sat in her prison cell in frustration, repeatedly punching the walls of her cell in anger.

"Ugh, that stupid cat. He's the one who called the cops on me!" She punches the walls, causing more cracks in them.

As she was punching the wall, a golden locust bit her back, and she didn't feel it as she crushed the insect behind her back.

"When I get out of here, I'm gonna make him regret that he ever messed with the Doncella de Fuego!" She said in more rage, thinking about Gumball as she punched the cell until she destroyed the wall.

The inmate next to her cell looks like he wants to take her. But Carmen shoots a massive glare, a growl, and fire in her eyes with an erupting volcano behind her, Which causes the ogre to recoil in fear.

Then the cactus hears the doors of her cell opening.

"Verde, you're free to go." Chief Rosenberg calls the cactus thug, who reacts with confusion and suspicion.

"What"? Carmen

"Someone paid for your bail, so you're freed to go." Rosenberg

The cactus girl then starts to walk out of the prison cell. Along with getting some of her items back after they were confiscated from her, including her red bandana.

After she was a few feet from the police station, her parents were waiting for her. They were both disappointed in her and planned on disciplining her when they returned home. While in the car, she was alone in her thoughts.

"I swear she gets it from your side of the family," Carmen'sMomm tells this to a cactus similar to his daughter but with a mustache.

"Maria, I kept telling you we shouldn't have gotten her to that school. It turns all the kids there into violent delinquents." Carmen's Dad

"Just because it's named after a creator of a monster doesn't mean they do that, Luis," Maria tells her husband while driving the car.

"(In thouThoughtdon't know who let me out. But I will use this opportunity to ensure that turquoise imbecile regrets ever MEETING ME!" Carmen now has fire in her eyes again, and the car's heat is rising slightly. Unknown to her or her parents, a multi-colored hummingbird is outside their vehicle, following them while setting some of the Streets on fire behind them.
