Ahem: a collection of stories for my little sister's birthday. I shall put my music library on shuffle and pair her top 10 ships with the first 10 songs. Each ship gets a story related to the song with decreasing times: ship #1 gets 10 min., ship #2 gets 9 min., ship #3 gets 8 min., etc. So ship #10 is a hot mess 1 min. panic attack.
You don't HAVE to listen to the song first...but you might want to. And author's notes are bolded.
7. WendyxDipper (Gravity Falls) – "Hey Arnold Love" by Codeine - 4 min. timer
Okay, so this song is like some random rap someone made about Hey Arnold!. I can understand little to none of the lyrics, lol.
"So...heh...what do you want to watch tonight?"
Wendy leaned back against her headboard.
"You know what I've been wanting to watch lately? Some good, old cartoons. Like Hey Arnold!"
"What? What's that?"
She did a double take.
"You've never watched Hey Arnold!? Dude, how young are you?"
"O-oh, oh, that Hey Arnold!" Dipper laughed nervously. "Yeah, that...that's my favorite."
Two hours later, Dipper threw popcorn at the screen as he shouted, "DON'T TELL HIM. HE'LL NEVER LOVE YOU BACK. KEEP IT A SECRET."
"Hey, man, it's just a show. And maybe she should confess her love! Maybe it would work out!"
Dipper stared at Wendy, took a deep breath...and pressed "Play" on the next episode.
Hahaha, that was fun, I think Dipper would relate to Helga a lot.
