Ten years after Courtney had said that to Ginger, the red head was sitting at a desk in the office of her new house.
"Alright, I'm officially done," said Ginger while leaning back in her chair and stretching her arms.
"Does that mean you can spend a little more time with us?" asked Courtney as she walked in with a baby in her arms.
"Sure can," said Ginger as she got up and headed over to the two of them.
"How's my little Clare doing?" she asked while looking at the baby who started laughing after seeing her mom.
"She's great," said Courtney.
"Sorry that I was so focused on my book the last few weeks and left you to watch her so much by yourself," said Ginger.
"If you were going to return home with us for the holidays then you needed to finish your book sooner than later," said Courtney.
"So, I'm glad you were able to do that," she said.
"You're the best," said Ginger before kissing her.
