"Jaycee Oliver get up! man that girl can sleep". Tommy groaned as he went to her room. "Jay Hunter is going to be here any minute." He spoke as he opened her door. "Hey what's wrong?"

She sniffed. "Nothing we aren't going he has to teach at the academy but its okay"

"Then why are you so upset" He asked as he sat down.

"Nothing i didn't sleep well that's all". She asnwered as she laid back down. "Jay come on what's the matter?"

"Leave it alone please?"

Tommy sighed. "Fine but this conversation is not over".

"Thank you". He frowned at her tone as he left her room. He walked back into the kitchen as Jason walked in.

"Sure come on in". Tommy joked. "How did you get in?"

"Jay made me a copy of hers". Jason replied with a smile. "Where is she?i thought she was going to Angel Grove with Hunter?"

"He had to cancel, he has to teach at the academy this weekend". Tommy replied handing Jason some coffee.

"NO PLEASE I'M SORRY!" They looked up as they ran to her room.

"JJ wake up! is just a nightmare!" Tommy yelled shaking her. She jumped up nearly punching him in the face. "Hey its okay, i got ya". She was breathing heavy and her face covered in sweat. He rested his forhead against hers. Jason knelt down wipig her face with a damp cloth.

"Sorry" She mumbled wiping her tears. Jason and Tommy shared a glance.

"Hey talk to me what's going on?" Jason pressed.

"Nothing i said i'm fine".

"No your not, JJ you haven't been sleeping now your having nightmares in the day".Tommy pushed her as he sat next to her.

"I said leave it!" She yelled as she got up and went to her bathroom slamming the door.

Jason and Tommy shared a look. "Tommy how long has this been going on?"

"Since we got them back, she won't talk about it." Jason looked at the locked door. Tommy went back to the kitchen.

"Jay come on its just me". He tried as he knocked on her door but he heard the shower running.

A few minutes later she walked back into the kitchen. She never looked at either of them,

"Where are you off to?"

"Stop being a mother hen Jase i am going for a run then meeting Kira and Conner at the field". She told him as she ran out.

Jay got to the soccer field to see watching Conner practice. "Kira!"

"Hey Jay" Jay plopped down on the blanket next to her. "What's new?"

"Not a thing". Jay replied laying down on her back. "Oh come on!" She growled as Zeltrax and drones appeared. The three teens stood together.

"Zeltrax its too early for this don't you ever sleep?" Jay spat at him.

"Attack!" He ordered his drone. They spread out.

Kira spun around as one took a swipe at her. She leaned back and ducked as she lifted her arms up punching the one behind her.

Conner used his speed kicking three to the ground. "Now stay down!" He back flipped away, as he landed he kicked his legs out knicking back another.

Jay and Zeltrax circled each other. "So you have the guts to face me all alone".

"I was taught by the best". She ducked as he swung his sword. She ducked and rolled as he went to kick her. "Water Arrows!" She called as her balsl of water became arrows hitting him in the chest. "How do you like that?"

"Take this!" He charged up his sword sending blue lightining towards her. She crashed to the ground.

Conner and Kira ran to help her up. Once the smoke cleared what Jay saw scared her to death. "Well if it isn't little Jay Jay". He spoke raising his head.

'A-Adam?". She stuttered. She was looking at the human form of who Zeltrax ignored Tommy as he walked in front of them. "Adam your Zeltrax?"

"I am, a surprise i have been dying to tell you". He told them as he walked closer. "I am so happy to see you, how long has it been? a year? but i haven't felt this great in a long time".

Jay pushed past her brother ingoring his turned back into his Zeltrax form. "Let hm go or i swear!"

"You'll do what, you hurt me you hurt him little girl". Jay charged and as she did she went to kick him but he slammed his shield into her knee sending her flying.

"Jay! No!" Tommy yelled. "Jay!" He cried as she writhed on the ground holding her leg. Conner and Kira ran over.

"We will meet again and you won't be so lucky". He told them as he retreated.

Tommy knelt down taking his sisters leg in his hands. "Can you move it? you got a nasty cut to".

Conner helped her to her feet. She wrapped her arm around his shoulders. Tommy got on her other side doing the same. "Come on lets go back".

Once they entered the lab Jason ran over as they entered. "What the heck happened?". He demanded as the two guys help Jay to a bed. "God that looks bad".

"Sit!" Tommy ordered her. "its looks worse then it is she's lucky".

"I told you i'm fine!" She barked. He walked back over with a first aid kit. "I've had worse".

"Yeah but this time you were too reckless for your own good". She winced as he cleaned her cut on her shin. He bandaged it. "Keep the ice on it". She snatched it out of his hand.

"Hayley is it true? is it really Adam?" Tommy asked her.

"It is his mind, but the form you saw was a mirror image of him not his actual body, its like Mesogog has his brain in Zeltrax's armor."

"So they have the real Adam?". Jason added. Hayley nodded. "But how we haven't seen him in a year we thought he was still back in Angel Grove"

"Well whatever happened Mesogog has him". Tommy stated. "And you!" He growled looking at Jay. "You were way to reckless today, you put Conner and Kira un danger pulling a stunt like that"

"Yeah like you never did anything like that before, how many times did you go into battle half cocked!" She yelled back.

"Yeah well i'm not the one having nightmares or not sleeping Jay!".

"No you're not, you know what i'm done. Conner, Kira i'm sorry for today" She told them.

"Yeah you are done, give me the gem". Tommy ordered.

"What?"

"Give me the morpher Jay until you get your head straight you will not go near a fight". She slapped it in his hand. "Fine, i guess the clone was right after all i do ruin everyones lives even now".

Jay limped up the steps and to her room. They winced as she slammed her door. Jay laid down on her bed and started to sob.

"Dr.O that's not fair to her, its like your punishing her for just wanting to help her friend" Kira spoke crossing her arms. "You never once got angry with Jason when he went in with no powers to help you"

"I have to agree Tommy but Kira is right back then you would have torn my head off, this is no different with her and Adam".

Tommy knew they were right. Kira and Conner left the lab. "Look I can't help her if she won't talk". Tommy spoke as he walked to her door.

"Then make her, bribe her like i always do" Jason said with a wink. "I am gonna head out to help Conner with his car, good luck."

Tommy sighed as he knocked on her door. "Jay can i come in please?". Silence. "Jaycee". He twisted the knob but it was locked.

"Go away!".

"Come on can we just talk please?"

He heard her unlock the door. He frowned when he saw a bag packed. "What are you doing?"

"I'm going home, you seem to want me gone anyway, you never cared".

"JJ that's not true and you know it!".

"Really? well lets see you fake your death for a year, you keep me from rescuing Jase oh and now you tell me not to fight so its safe to say you don' t want or need me around". She spat at him. "I can't do it anymore".

He moved to block her. "Move or be moved". He caught the look in her brown eyes that were fueled with anger and tears. "You know for the first time in my life i finally believe what something evil told me, i did ruin everyone's lives and still do." With that she streaked out of the house.

"I love you" He tried but she put her wall up. Tommy walked out of the empty room and walked down to the lab. He noticed it was empty. He quietly took the aqua gem and laid it on the shelf. "I'm sorry JJ".

"She left didn't she?" He looked to see Hunter. "I knew she would".

"Hunter i'm not in the mood"

"Too bad, because if i were you i would learn to trust her, we get you want to protect her, hell we did too in Blue Bay but you also need to let her go and let her be the ninja and ranger its time for her to be, we all have moments in battle when our emotions get the best of us and you most of all should know it, Tommy stop seeing her as the kid she used to be and start seeing her as the strong girl she is."

"I don't know how Hunter, i'm trying"

"No your not, your locking her away, she doesn't need a parent she needs a brother, she needs to be given the chance to show you what she is really capable off, look ii get your scared with how bad Mesogog is but she held her own with Lothor she can hold her own with Mesogog to let her prove that."

Tommy let what Hunter told him sink in. "Thanks Hunter". Hunter left the lab as Tommy sunk in his chair. He would give her the space she needed until she was ready, he just hoped she would be back.
