Death Star in Clone Wars.

Guards brought Princess Leia to the overbridge. Governor Tarkin and Darth Vader waited for her.
"Governor Tarkin I should have known you would be holding Vader's leash. I recognized your foul stench when I was brought on board. "Princess Leia said. "Charming to the end. Princess Leia, you have been invited to participate in a ceremony that will make this battle station operational. In a way you have determined the planet that will be destroyed first. We will test this station's destructive power on your home planet of Alderaan. "Tarkin explained. "No! Alderaan is peaceful and we have no weapon systems. You can't possibly- "Leia was cut off.
"Do you want another target, a military target? Then name the system. "Tarkin asked. "I grow tired of asking this. Where is the rebel base? "Tarkin asked Leia. "Dantooine we are on Dantoonie. "Leia replied.
"There she can be reasonable continue the operation. You may fire when ready. "Tarkin ordered.
"Commence primary ignition! "An officer said over the PA. Vader held Leia back by her shoulders. In the depths of the Death Star gunners pushed buttons lighting up panels and pulled levers. The green beam colligated on the focusing dish making the superlaser. The superlaser hit Alderaan causing the planet to explode. Leia collapsed on the floor crying. Darth Vader took her back to her cell. No one noticed the small swirling mass created in the wake of the planet's destruction slowly growing.
Later the Millennium Falcon arrived in the sector and dodged some asteroids. It got caught in the tractor beam of the Death Star and was pulled aboard. Vader was in the hanger bay looking at the ship.
"I felt something. A presence I haven't felt since. "Vader sensed someone in the force. The Death Star shock violently and everyone was knocked off their feet. Han, Luke, Obi Wan, Chewie , and the droids came down the boarding ramp from the falcon trying to find out what was going on.
"Obi Wan I should have known you would come back!" Vader shouted. "Don't worry about me. Worry about what shock this station. "Obi Wan replied.
"Quick to the overbridge! "Vader shouted. "Bring the princess to the overbridge so we can deal with them all at once. "Darth Vader said into the commlink.
They entered the overbridge where Governor Tarkin and Princess Leia were waiting. "Finally, the death star plans are in our hands. "Tarkin said. "We can't worry about that now. "Vader warned. "Who are you?" Leia asked Han. "Han Solo captain of the Millennium Falcon. "Han replied. "Princess where are the plans? "Tarkin asked. Han stood still looking at the main viewscreen stunned. "You will never get your hands on the plans. "Leia said. Then she noticed Han staring at the viewscreen.
"Guys I think we have a big problem and I mean big. "Han warned. Leia ran over to his side and looked at the viewscreen. "Is that what I think it is? "Leia asked "A black hole. Yes. Created when a massive star collapses in on itself. It creates gravity well so strong nothing not even light can escape it. Every space pilot knows to stay well away from them. "Han answered. "Jump this station into lightspeed now to Dantooine!" Tarkin ordered. The stars stretched and then the Death Star came to a sudden stop.
"I think it's got us. "Han groaned. "Jump to lightspeed now! "Tarkin screamed. "We can't break free of gravity well. "An officer said. "There are no black holes in the Alderaan system! "Leia shouted. "There are now your worshipness. "Han replied. "Even Anakin Skywalker knew not to mess with black holes. "Vader said. They got closer and closer to the black hole. "Send a distress signal! "Tarkin ordered. "Too late it won't escape the gravity pull. "An officer said. "Anakin, I need to tell you something. "Obi Wan said to Darth Vader. "What is it Obi Wan? "Vader asked. "Given we are all about to die I might as well tell you. Luke and Leia are your children. Yoda and I hid them to keep you and Palpatine from trying to kill or turn them to the dark side. "Obi Wan said. "I killed Padme and her unborn child on Mustafar. Palpatine said so. "Vader replied. "Do you always believe what Palpatine says? 'Obi Wan asked. "Father why did you turn to the dark side and hurt our mother? "Princess Leia asked. "I had visions of my wife Padme Amidala dying in childbirth. I now know were a Sith trick by Palpatine to get me to turn to the dark side along with him lying about learning the power to save her. On Mustafar I thought Obi Wan turned her against me and choked her. The jedi council denied me the rank of master because of Palpatine making me his representative on the council. They treated me like a slave, a weapon, and a nobody. "Vader groaned. "You showed up on Mustafar and didn't ask why I turned you just started fighting. "Vader groaned at Obi Wan. "When Padme fell off a Republic Gunship at Geonosis he didn't even stop to pick her up. He ran off to fight Count Dooka and yelled at me about duty being more important than anything, even love. "Vader groaned.
"I was following the jedi code at the time. Attachments weren't allowed in the jedi order. I lost the woman I loved because of the code. "Obi Wan cried. "You yelled at me for losing my lightsaber several times. The only Jedi I ever knew who fussed about losing a weapon. A weapon that could be replaced. By the time you said you wanted me to be happy everything that made me happy had been lost. Where were you when my mother died in my arms on Tatooine? Chasing Jango Fett through asteroids Where were you when I was in Palpatine's office with Mace Windu about to kill Palpatine? Off chasing General Grievous because Palpatine wanted you to leave me so he could turn me. "Vader groaned.
"Anakin I am sorry. "Obi Wan said. "No, you are not. You said that before when you rescued Princess Leia from the inquisitors. "Vader growled. "You wonder why it was so easy from me to destroy the jedi in the temple. "Vader growled. "I should destroy you now! "Vader said. Just then Princess Leia ran between Darth Vader and Obi wan Kenobi. "STOP! This won't solve anything! "Leia shouted as she held her hands out between them. "Obi Wan why didn't you or any of the other jedi care if Anakin was happy or not? "Leia asked. "I trained him by the code. "Obi Wan replied. "Did you ever think maybe the code was wrong? There was one thing you couldn't teach him and refused to give him. Love! "Leia said.
"Why did the Jedi hide from love? Did some Sith Lord infiltrate their ranks and change their rules behind their backs? "Leia asked. "No! They wanted to start training jedi before they could experience fear. Anakin was 9 years old when he left his mother. He already experienced fear. "Obi Wan answered. "And love. "Leia added. "Love was the only way he could counter the affects of the dark side. Like when a mother cuddles her child when they are afraid of a thunderstorm. He needed that and you refused to give him it. I saw holonet documentaries about Anakin Skywalker the hero with no fear. He never took the jedi trials because you held him back. The jedi couldn't see his future and feared his power. Didn't ever occur to any of you to just train him like a normal jedi and make sure he was happy? No. Your arrogance blinded you to his needs. When he needed your help to save his wife you turned a blind eye to the fact that he was married. He was too afraid to tell any of you because of the fear of being expelled. How could you not know of his marriage? "Leia asked Obi Wan. "I knew that he was romantically involved with Padme and suspected they were married. I just never asked. Yoda realized after your mother died that love was the key to defeating the Sith. Padme's love made Anakin stronger. "Obi Wan answered. "No wonder the Jedi Order got wiped out. All you did was sow the seeds of hatred in father for the Jedi until he fell. Now look at what you created. "Leia said pointing to Darth Vader. "A man so full of hatred from the Jedi order that it was easy for him to wipe it out without thinking. Apologizing to him now won't change anything. "Leia said. "You realize the Jedi committed war crimes during the Clone Wars. They wiped out cities and wiped-out life on whole planets. They had to be destroyed. "Tarkin added. "Because the Jedi were too obsessed with victory in a war, they should never have been fighting in. They couldn't even see the enemy hiding in plain sight until it was too late. Obi-Wan, I hope you are happy with the results of your training. "Leia groaned. "That is what gets a death star to destroy your home world. "Leia finished. Luke took his father's lightsaber and threw it towards the floor. Darth Vader pulled it to himself with force. Vader looked at it. "This was my weapon I lost on mustafar. "Vader said. He ignited it and swung it around.
"Anakin, I blame the code itself. I also believe that if any other jedi even Qui gon had trained you without making sure you were happy and had love you would have fallen. Palpatine manipulated the council like the senate before it so you would fall. "Obi-wan started crying.
"Do you know where I can find a refresher?" Leia asked Vader. "Yes, go down that hall on the right before the junction. 'Vader explained. "I wanna get cleaned up before we are pulled into that black hole. "Leia answered as she walked away. "Luke the code has changed attachments are allowed now. Trust me. "Obi-Wan said to Luke.
"How do I know you won't treat me like him? "Luke asked. "I almost started training you at nine like your father. After saving your sister I realized you needed more time with your aunt and uncle. "Obi Wan answered.
Leia came back a few minutes later just as the death star shock violently. "What happened? "Leia asked as she lost her balance. Han caught Leia and helped her up. "Gravitational forces overstressing the hull. We have entered the Accretion ring sir. "The helmsman reported. Leia was cleaned up and her dress was clean as well. Darth Vader ran to the helm control.
"Allow me. "He asked the helmsman to give him control of the battle station. "What are you doing father? "Luke asked. "I will use the accretion ring to sling shot us through. I saw it in an old holomovie. "Vader replied. "Did the people in the movie make it? "Luke asked. "The hero's make it through. "Vader replied. He accelerated the death star causing it to go faster and faster until it entered the singularity. "Hold me! "Leia said to Han. "Sense we are going to die. "Leia said as she kissed Han. The room got smaller and smaller. "We are being compressed. "Leia groaned. All they saw on the view screen was a tunnel. The death star spun in a circle. Suddenly everything stopped and they found themselves above a planet.
"Damage report! Get me a navigational fix. "Tarkin ordered. "We are still alive. "Leia said.
"Sir indications are that we are above Mandalore. We are getting signals in the low band frequencies. "The communications officer said. "Impossible those frequencies haven't been used since the Clone Wars. "Tarkin replied. "We got a time fix from Coruscant. We have traveled backwards in time to the first year of the Clone Wars. "The helmsman said.
"Interesting. Lord Vader, we should contact the Republic and offer our services. With the firepower of this station the Republic could win the war much sooner and bring the beginning of the empire sooner as well. "Tarkin explained. "Tarkin, you fool. You exist in this time. Don't risk creating a grandfather paradox. The force has brought us here for a reason. "Vader warned. "Don't try to scare me, Lord Vader. You see "Tarkin was cut off as Vader started choking him. Tarkin dropped to the floor dead.
"I am in command of this battlestation now! "Darth Vader shouted. "Obiwan look at the date on the screen. You know what is supposed to happen today. "Vader said. "Satine gets killed by Darth Maul. "Obiwan replied. "I suggest you get down there and save her if you want. I believe the force brought us here to fix our mistakes. "Vader said. "I can take you in the Falcon if the tractor beam is not operational. "Han said. "I will deactivate it from here. I will wait for Darth Maul and deal with him myself. "Vader said.
"Maybe we should come with you? "Luke asked. "Yes, you may come, but be warned my other self and Anakin may show up. "Obi wan warned.
They left Vader on the overbridge and flew in the Falcon towards the planet.
