Hans

Dad was getting pissed off that Elsa wouldn't reinstate our trading agreement.

My brothers and me were gathered in his study.

"Do you understand how important our trading with Arendelle was?"

I looked down.

"And now, we have nothing coming in. Since Queen Elsa has threatened the surrounding Kingdoms."

"Threatened them?" My oldest brother, Malcolm questioned.

"Yes."

"With what?"

"Causing an eternal Winter in their Kingdoms if they traded with us."

"Melodramatic."

"They saw what Queen Elsa was capable of."

"Yeah."

"And none of the dignitaries that were there would ever go against her."

"Mm-hmm."

"Queen Elsa has more power than any human Army."

"Technically, she's human."

"With ice powers, Hans. Unpredictable ice powers."

"Yeah."

"What do we know about the younger one?"

"Anna?"

"Yeah."

"She'd be 21 by now. Anna has moved on from Hans with the Prince consort of Arendelle. Elsa trusts the guy."

"Okay."

"So, realistically if Queen Elsa didn't want to be Queen anymore, she could abdicate the throne to Princess Anna."

"What do you think the odds of her abdicating the throne are, Hans?"

"I'd say 75%."

"Maybe we can convince the younger one to persuade Queen Elsa to sign the agreement."

"I don't know."

"What do you think-"

"With them. 60/40."

"60% being?"

"That she could convince her."

"Alright."

"What if Princess Anna can't convince Queen Elsa?"

"Then you 13 take the Soldiers and do what you do best."

"Cause trouble."

"Mm-hmm."

He e-mailed the agreement again.

Anna

I was getting annoyed.

The King of the Southern Isles, August kept sending me the trade agreement.

I ignored it again.
