Chapter 5: The Power Within

As they rested from the testing, Cal approached Harry. "I have never heard of anything like your ability and power," he said. "I can only compare you to the likes of Grandmaster Yoda or Darth Revan, and that's only from the history I've read."

Harry was surprised by the comparison to Darth Revan, a notorious Sith Lord. He wondered if his power was really that great, or if Cal was just trying to make him feel better. Nevertheless, he felt a sense of pride in his ability.

As they continued to talk, As Cal accidentally used his Force Psychometry or better known as Force Echo Sense ability, he saw glimpses of echoes or memories on Harry. He saw flashes of Harry's traumatic experiences, including the time he had to face Voldemort in the Forbidden Forest, the Battle of Hogwarts, and the loss of loved ones. He also saw glimpses of Harry's journey with Ron and Hermione, and his struggles with being the "Chosen One" and the weight that came with it.

Cal was deeply concerned about Harry's mental state and potential for turning to the dark side due to his trauma. He apologized for the invasion and offered to counsel him through it if he was open. Cal explained that all Jedi face the dark side and come back stronger than before, and he hoped that Harry could do the same.

Harry appreciated the gesture and agreed to speak with him more. "I have accepted that darker part of myself and made peace with it," Harry said. "I'm willing to speak more about it."

Cal privately wondered if that could be a factor in why Harry was so powerful. He also wondered if he himself had fully accepted and made peace with his own dark side.

Later that day, Harry sat outside in the courtyard, meditating on his power. He could feel it growing stronger, and he knew he had to learn to control it. As he sat there, he felt a presence next to him.

It was Kata. She sat down next to him and smiled. "I'm glad you're here," she said. "Cal and Merrin have been looking for someone like you for a long time."

Harry smiled back at her. "I'm glad to be here," he said. "I feel like I'm finally among people who understand me."

They sat in silence for a few moments, watching the birds fly overhead. "Can I ask you something?" Kata said suddenly.

"Sure," Harry said.

"What was it like growing up with magic?" she asked.

Harry thought for a moment before answering. "It was both wonderful and terrifying," he said. "There were times when I felt like I was the only one in the world who had these powers. But then there were times when I felt like a freak, like I didn't belong anywhere."

Kata nodded. "I can relate to that," she said. "Growing up as the daughter of a Jedi wasn't easy. I always felt like I was being watched, like I had to be perfect all the time."

Harry could understand how she felt. He knew what it was like to feel like you had to hide a part of yourself from the world.

As the sun began to set, they got up and went inside. Harry felt a sense of belonging here, among the Jedi and those who had gone into hiding from the Empire. He knew he had found a new home, and he was eager to learn more about the power within him.
