Umm ok hi everyone did you all turn up in the comments or what? ? you're giving me all the feels with all the support, like butterflies?.

Ok so I'm pretty sure I know what I'm doing with this story now darlings, so hope you can all trust me, and hope no one will be disappointed. I wish I could type fast enough just want to get it all on paper! I have vacations coming up after next week so hoping to be able to spend my days drinking coffee and typing away~ ahhh one can dream (as she thinks about how there are no presents under the tree yet lol)

Falling Hard

Chapter 3: Catching Feels

Sasuke didn't even understand why he was feeling guilty if that's even what he was feeling, looking for a new lay had never stopped him from fucking others and he'd certainly never felt guilty while doing it.

He couldn't help himself from going back to the library after Naruto had walked in on him the first time—the way the red blush spread across his cheeks, the little intake of air he'd taken when their eyes met, and the way those pretty blue eyes were wide and confused…but still full of desire.

He'd seen it, he could spot desire, the blonde cutie was wishing he was the brunette. He wanted to see more reactions and at first, he'd been perfectly happy looking at the little frown and pout the blonde beta would make (well he'd thought he was a beta at first) when he walked into the library beta's and omega's trailing behind him.

Then Naruto had walked up to him and given him a piece of his mind. It didn't matter that they'd never exchanged words before. He was…wild, dauntless really and that was enough to fire him up, but the pretty blonde let out that his scent was distracting.

He was an omega.

The thought of just prepping the beta and drawing all sorts of noises from the wild firecracker made him hard enough. But his baby boy could actually get wet for him. Could possibly keen real sweet and present for him.

Fuck.

Boy wonder kept bringing surprise after surprise to the table though because when Sasuke had been at that club, sandwiched between two pretty little things the smell of sunshine and oranges still caught his attention despite the two omega girls drowning him in pheromones, the interest heavy and obvious. Their smell dulled next to whoever was spilling sunshine into the air, he didn't even fucking know how sunshine smelled but he knew that was it.

He looked around, the girls irritated by how he'd suddenly dropped his hands from them, and then his eyes landed on what he knew was a soft mop of blonde hair and the most recent piece of ass he'd been staring at for the last few months.

It couldn't be. But it was, the smell was coming from his favorite librarian baby boy. He so hadn't expected Naru to smell so good that he'd want to lick the blonde's pheromones right off his neck.

He saw the blonde shake his head 'no' at an alpha that was trying to grab his waist, then a little look passed through his face before he turned to another blonde, a girl. Gorgeous really, they looked friendly, and Naru seemed to relax a bit after exchanging words…something unknown nudged him to move, to walk over to the blonde and drape him in his smell, in his arms. To fend off all the alphas that were obviously trying to claim the blonde for the night.

He wouldn't turn him away, he knew it, he'd been doing it less and less at the library. Naruto could complain about his 'stupid alpha pheromones' all day long, but Sasuke could still spot the slight disappointment in the blonde when he wore the blockers.

Naruto liked smelling him.

His baby boy liked him, but it was about something more than playing hard to get. Sasuke could respect that, he had been perfectly happy taking as much as Naruto would give.

After all, there were plenty of willing partners to drive his pent-up sexual frustration into until he could finally coax the blonde into a bed.

Naru was always witty, snarky, and funny, he enjoyed visiting the library just to hear his voice—he frowned. When had it become more about his voice than to see how much touching he'd let him get away with?

He groaned as he threw an arm over his eyes as his other hand fell softly on the redhead, the girl sucked his shaft from bottom to top before she swirled her tongue on his head, she lifted her eyes to the raven "How's that? You ready for me now?"

The raven slipped a condom on and the redhead quite literally bared her teeth at it, which got a small laugh out of him, she pouted "Sas c'mon, I want to feel you raw"

"You want to get laid, we're using the condom K," He said simply as he held the base of his cock steadying it so the girl could lower herself on him.

"I am on birth control ah–" She gasped as he slipped all the way down "Don't you think you'd feel so good, just raw inside of me?" She flooded him with need, want, and a strong ripe strawberry smell.

The smell that had Naruto making a comment he'd never made before…he'd tell Sasuke to shower, roll his eyes at him, raise an eyebrow at him or just ignore the smell overall. But he'd never addressed it quite so directly and he'd never actually looked sad while saying it.

"Fuck, Alpha" Karin let out as he shifted her hips so he'd hit her sweet spot just right. What was he even doing right now? Turned on omega riding his dick, begging for him raw and he was thinking about Naruto?

He needed to get his head in the game, he pulled Karin down, his lips crashing against hers as his hand helped angle her waist and he trusted up a low growl on the back of his throat " yes" she let out panting burying her head on Sasuke's neck.

The raven stilled for a second "No scenting" she pulled back a little dazed "What?"

"Don't scent me" he repeated and she frowned before her hips resumed their movements "Sasuke c'mon" she nudged, she wanted Sasuke to fuck her, really fuck her , she didn't mind doing the work, she was the one that came over after all, but, what the fuck. She missed the way Sasuke would flip her and take her from behind until she was a shivering mess.

The raven sat up, slipping an arm around her waist easily pulling her down against him, he built her nice and slow, and then when she felt herself tipping right over the edge she buried her face in his neck and bit.

It obviously wasn't a bonding mark, but it would leave a mark.

"Karin, what the hell ?" Sasuke let out, despite sounding angry his hold on her hair was barely tight as he pulled her back, she let out a little gasp "Sorry, you felt so good, I couldn't—"

"I said no scenting and you went and bit me " He hadn't knotted her, it's not really something he did, he could fuck fast or nice and slow but he wanted to be able to leave when he wanted, and knotting would make that quite difficult. Not to mention the intimacy of it, it was one thing to fuck, and another to have to stay connected to some girl he picked up in the hallway for twenty to thirty minutes. Or to K for that matter, if he ever knotted her the girl would never get it out of her head that they belonged together.

He lifted the still slightly shaky omega off of him and set her to the side. She huffed "Why is it a big deal all of a sudden? You've never minded before, you even get off on it"

"It doesn't matter that I've never minded before, the point is I had just said no" She muttered something under her breath as she slipped her shirt on.

"You want to say that loud enough for me to actually hear you," Sasuke said a little irritated, fucking was supposed to be fun and this felt too much like a lover's quarrel.

"I said" she raised her voice as shimmied into her pants "you should just bang the library boy already so you can go back to fucking me properly" She threw a pillow at him "Bet he won't be as good a fuck as you think he will" she muttered angrily as she exited his room, letting herself out of the apartment.

Sasuke caught the pillow before it hit his face and threw it at the wall frustrated.

Oh but Sasuke had a feeling Naru would be worth it. His fingers closed around the bite on his neck and he thought about what his reaction would have been if had been that witty mouth closing in on his neck and tan tighs caging him in.

He ended up coming harder thinking about it than he'd done inside the redhead.

Naruto hadn't been expecting to run into the raven at Starbucks, he also hadn't been expecting to see teeth marks on the raven's neck as he walked up to him ready to startle him. Revenge for all the times he sneaked up on him.

Despite the little hole (if one was being honest it was more like a sinkhole) opening on the bottom of his stomach he grabbed the raven's waist and squeezed "Boo!"

Sasuke turned around and as his eyes fell on the blonde and he smiled "baby boy" Naruto blushed as the raven leaned in to place a kiss on his cheek.

Everyone's schedule had been thrown off balance with finals approaching so fast, so Naruto tried not to feel too self-conscious of his little jealous slip when the raven didn't show as often. If he wanted to see the raven outside the library then he should have given him his damn number.

Maybe then he would have been the one to place those teeth marks on Sasuke's neck.

"Needed a caffeine break from studying or heading in for a final?" Naruto asked conversationally.

"I've actually been camped out at the library reviewing every law book known to man for the last week, a little sad I didn't get to see your pretty butt prancing about, would be a welcome distraction"

The blonde rolled his eyes, swatted the butterflies away, and let out a small laugh "I had a paper the size of a book due as a final for one of my classes and had to ask Kakashi for some time off so I could spend some sleepless nights fussing over it, about to turn that in and take my last final right now"

The raven's eyes actually fell on the very noticeable eyebags and suddenly wished he could just drag the blonde onto a bed with him and hug him until he fell asleep.

"What can I get you today?"

Sasuke turned to the wavy-haired barista "Venti Misto with four classic" Sasuke ordered as he moved to the side so Naruto could step up to the register next "I'll spot you" he said as he pulled up the Starbucks app on his phone.

"You don't–"

"Baby boy you're going to hold off the line, just tell the nice barista what you want" The blonde shook his head in disbelief and bit his lip, it was ridiculously chilly outside, hot cocoa chilly, but he needed the caffeine "Grande hot mocha—with whip please"

"Want a cookie with your adult hot cocoa?" Sasuke said amused as the barista scanned the barcode on his phone and they stepped away from the line. The blonde shoved him lightly "Leave my sweet tooth alone, and it's perfect weather for hot cocoa, I'm feeding my inner child and my coffee addicted grown up at the same time"

Naruto leaned against the counter where the sugars and straws were, Sasuke did the same right next to him "What's a misto?" the blonde asked.

"Coffee with steamed milk" Naruto let out a small laugh "So you just classed up regular coffee a bit" he bumped his shoulder against the raven and the thought of letting his head fall on Sasuke's shoulder while they waited popped into his head.

"I'll get you next time"

"I'd rather you thank me with a kiss" Naruto surprised himself as he turned his head and kissed the raven's cheek lightly, blushing furiously. Enjoying how Sasuke's eyes widened slightly as he obviously wasn't expecting Naruto to take him seriously.

"Venti Misto with 4 pumps of classic for Sasuke" rang followed by "Grande hot mocha with whip for Naru" The barista called. The raven frowned as they walked up to the bar and noticed they hadn't put the lid on Naruto's drink, the whip was in the form of a heart and had chocolate sprinkles on it.

The blonde looked up to see the cute barista that often worked morning shifts when he walked to class on Mondays and Wednesdays "Thanks Mike" he said and got an eye wink and an 'enjoy Naru!' in exchange.

After watching the exchange the raven literally stuck his finger through the whip destroying the heart and then licking the cream off his finger "Hey!" the blonde said outraged "I hope you burned your finger" he pouted as he put his lid on his cup.

"I have to head back to burning my eyes with complex syntax and semantics," Sasuke said as he ran his hand through his hair, the blonde laughed softly.

"You got this Sas," he said, offering Sasuke a warm smile.

Sasuke felt…good…hanging out with Naru, he'd sort of missed him and wished the blonde could come sit with him while he studied, he reached out and grabbed his baby boy's hand squeezing it softly "Good luck on your final"

Later after he'd taken his final the sweetness from the mocha was still lingering on his lips, he even felt sad he had to brush his teeth, but the empty cup was still sitting on his counter…he couldn't get himself to throw it away. Naruto let himself drop on his bed, absolutely exhausted…he would have thought seeing the bite mark on Sasuke's neck would have made him feel like he needed to take ten steps back from the raven and finish drawing the boundary he'd been trying to hold the whole semester.

How would you find out you're the one if you won't give it a go baby boy?

As he drifted off to sleep he wondered if Sasuke bought coffee for other omega's he was talking to or if he took the time to learn their work schedule so he could hang out with them…

Maybe…maybe he should make a fool out of himself and…give in?

The blonde was early for his shift the next day and as he opened the door to the library, he spotted Sasuke sitting by one of the tables to the right of the library, looking down intently at the book he was scanning as he bit on the end of his pen.

He walked out and about twenty minutes later he was walking back into the library, he sat across from the raven and placed the Starbucks cup down on the table, the raven looked up, slipping the headphones out and back into their case.

"You got me coffee, princess?" Sasuke asked with a warm smile. The blonde was used to the permanent blush that settled on his face when Sasuke was around "You've gotten me twice already so I thought it was the nice thing to do" The blonde somehow managed to sit criss-cross on the chair as he gave the raven a smug smile "I do figure you're more in need of some omega pheromones to feed the addiction finals is keeping you from but turns out Starbucks doesn't stock omega pheromones"

The raven let out a soft laugh, as he wiggled his eyebrows at the blonde "You could just have washed out the blockers and given me 5 minutes on a restroom stall"

"5 minutes? That's all you'd last? That's underwhelming" The raven barely managed not to choke on his own saliva at the blonde's words. Was Naru…was his baby boy actually flirting back today?

"Please 5 minutes is barely enough to coax that little mouth of yours open, but you're so skittish I have a feeling 5 minutes is all you'd give me" As he finished his sentence he grabbed the cup and turned it over to see what the blonde had gotten him his hand grew still and his eyes lifted to Naruto's blue ones "Is that…"

Naruto bit the inside of his cheek, it was too late now to take it back…it was college right…he should do college things…that included getting involved with the one person you probably shouldn't…

"My number," he said softly, this was the most vulnerable he'd felt in a long time. But somehow the look of awe on the raven's face soothed the pins and needles running through his body.

He didn't want to just wonder what Sasuke felt like…how many people out there probably fantasized the same but the raven could barely bother to look their way. Sasuke found him attractive, and maybe he wasn't the only one—by a long shot but…he just wanted to let go, he wanted to feel good…to feel wanted…and he wanted not to find himself wondering what it would be like if he'd given in and slept with Sasuke Uchiha five years down the road.

"Fuck, baby boy please let me take you somewhere quiet and kiss those pretty lips" Sasuke let out– almost a whine.

Naruto shifted on the chair suppressing the little gasp that wanted to escape his lips, and he couldn't believe he was actually thinking about sneaking to the back of the library so Sasuke could snog him silly.

A tall bulky guy with orange-ish hair walked up to the table and dumped another stack of books down and plopped down next to Sasuke, despite being a bulk of a man he carried no smell, beta? Or maybe he was just wearing blockers. His huge body had been obscuring the lithe girl that had been walking behind him and he had to stop breathing for a second when the sweet smell of strawberries hit him. He felt like the smell had quite literally slapped him…This was the person Sasuke slept with the most.

The blonde's eyes trailed the slim but curvy girl, her hair was a fiery red, and she looked beautiful enough in leggings and a cropped sweater. Her eyes widened slightly when they fell on him, and he felt the need to look away from her.

The girl sat next to the raven and groaned softly as she pushed the book in front of her in distance "Honestly— I'm so fucking would up I'd be down for a quickie in the bathroom," she said suggestively as her eyes landed on the raven, which shocked Naruto a bit, he was sitting right there.

She didn't even know him, how could she just talk like that in front of a stranger, unless she knew exactly who he was and was coming on to Sasuke on purpose—she was marking her territory.

"Eww K, did not need the mental image" The bulky guy muttered as he morosely flipped through the book, but then he stopped and his eyes lifted back to the blonde scanning him.

"I…haven't seen you before," He said as he finally actually looked at the blonde. The raven had been throwing Karin a look and he stiffened at the interest in his roommate's voice. He sort of felt the need to get Naruto away from his friends. His baby boy was his. Nobody else should be leering at him, and he had just given him his number. The last thing he needed was for Karin to fuck up his chance by avalanching Naru with pheromones.

"Oh, I'm Naruto nice to meet you" The blonde reached over offering the guy a hand and a smile. The ginger returned the gesture and shook the blonde's hand "Juugo"

The blonde leaned back, settling on the chair as the big guy kept muttering to himself trying to put something together "Naruto…Naru—Oh, you're baby boy, library boy right?"

"I'm sorry?" Naruto asked confused.

The redheaded omega chuckled "You know there's a betting pool on when you're going to finally put out?"

"Karin " Sasuke said warningly. Naruto felt like someone had pulled the chair from right under him and he'd fallen straight on his ass.

He had to eat the sudden need to grab the cup he'd just given the raven and throw it in the trash as he told himself to calm down. It's not like he didn't know what he was walking into, better yet he should think about why Karin was trying so hard to chase him away.

She would only feel the need to drown him in hostile pheromones and point out she's been with Sasuke while he hasn't because—

She feels threatened, has to.

"Have you placed a bet?" The blonde asked Juugo, not letting any of his emotions come to the surface.

"Baby boy Karin's just fucking with you," Sasuke said as he threw daggers at Karin.

Juugo was unsure of how to even answer the blonde "Tell you what" Naruto said as he stood I'll tell you when I plan on putting out and we'll split the winnings" the blonde winked before he hopped off the chair "Might as well get something out of it other than the addition to your burn book huh" The blonde continued as he leaned down so to whisper by Sasuke's ear "right daddy?"

He really wished he'd turned around to find out if Sasuke looked shocked, turned on, or even better both.
