City Mitakihara

Hospital

On a typical day of the week,

In a standard and busy hospital, as often happens.

And we are located in one of the hundreds of rooms in that hospital. You can listen to the TV broadcast where an Asian woman in her 30s is located.

As always, on television, hosts or reporters must be well-dressed and made up to be seen by the entire nation of their country.

"We are still receiving new news about the aftermath of the earthquake and subsequent tsunami from 4 days ago, and the count of new bodies found continues to incre-"

"Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh"

The sigh of a young teenager with grayish hair and gray eyes is heard. He is lying on the bed in the room after turning off the TV.

He was wearing a white jyuban and a blanket covering him from the lower part of his abdomen down.

With his left arm in a cast that wraps around the upper part of his arm to his hand. Having had his daily dose of watching TV.

The young man fixed his gaze on the ceiling and relaxed with the breeze from the window.

Starting with light sighs and closing his eyes, waiting to be notified of his discharge from the hospital. Faint footsteps are heard walking down the hallway outside, which becomes louder and stops at the door of this room.

*Knock**Knock*

"I'm coming in."

The young man turns his gaze and opens his eyes to see the door after hearing the voice.

And sees a doctor with a tired face and somewhat worn out by the difficult hours of his workday, which leaves his profession.

"Ohayou, Boy-kun" the doctor greets with a tired voice, at least not too tired to stop being casual for his patients.

"Ohayou, Doctor-san" the young man returns the greeting, avoiding saying the doctor's name after the doctor insisted that he call him that instead of his name.

"You should rest more often and get a massage" the young man advises compassionately, seeing the doctor start stretching his back.

"Yes, I think I will make plans for a vacation at the end of April" the Doctor with future back pain replied when he stopped stretching.

The Doctor, now with less tension in his back, looked at the boy with a somewhat serious look. "And you should stop coming to this hospital often. I'm disappointed that a young man like you is wasting his glorious youth lying in bed just to see some nurses."

"Hey! For your information, I prefer to end up visiting a hospital for a quick check-up than to stay here..." the young man explained with exasperation at that comment.

"… And besides, it's not like I'm here just to see some nurses!" And ending his words with a strong exclamation.

"Really? Too bad, I thought we had the same taste," the Doctor shrugged his shoulders and lowered his gaze just to pretend sadness.

The young man just rolls his eyes at the Doctor.

"Anyway, let's continue with the same routine and discharge you," the Doctor, ignoring the boy's gaze, raised his left hand to reveal that he was holding a clipboard and a pen in his other hand.

The young man started to get up to do the routine. He first lifted his left side, which was somewhat stiff, but not too much to be unable to get up on his own.

"Oh, your family called, they'll come pick you up in half an hour" the Doctor informed as the young man got out of bed.

"Then let's finish this once and for all," the young man said with some energy as he got up to leave for home.

City Mitakihara

Hospital entrance

With the summer breeze and the sun in the sky in this city called Mitakihara.

At the entrance of the hospital in this city.

The gray-haired boy with gray eyes was wearing civilian clothes and a sling that held his casted left arm.

The boy has a statue of 175 cm and is 14 years old.

He was wearing khaki pants, a white polo shirt with orange lines on the top of the shoulders, and white sneakers with red tips. And this ordinary-looking boy would get lost in any crowd.

His name is-

"Kyosuukkkkeeeeeee-channnnnn"

An older woman with a very young appearance is running towards Kyosuke at the speed of a truck.

The impact didn't take long to arrive, and Kyosuke was in the arms of this woman who was suffocating him.

This young woman who was wearing a spring dress with long sleeves turned out to be his-

"I missed you too, Kaa-san" Kyosuke managed to say those words despite being in a tight hug from his mother that left him breathless.

"Hehe, calm down a bit, sweetheart. I know you missed him a lot, but let him breathe a little", a middle-aged man who was walking towards them with a slight amused laugh commented.

This man who was wearing a business suit and glasses was none other than his-

"Ohayou, Otou-san" Kyosuke greeted his father, still trapped in the loving embrace of his mother.

"Darling, how could he not miss him? He was almost an hour later than usual!" The mother only replied to the father, emphasizing that the last part of her words was something that changed the situation a lot.

The father just shrugs and joined the hug.

This was a lovely and tender moment, but it ended abruptly when a bird passed by.

*¡Ploc!*

And dropped its waste on Kyosuke's head.

Kyosuke just rolled his eyes at this event, and with his parents releasing the hug, they saw how their son's hair now acquired a white stain.

"Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh"

With a long sigh, Kyosuke could only say one thing in a situation like this.

.

.

"Such misfortune."
