I was doing my duties in the school like a normal orphan. I soon stumbled upon a girl. She had curly hair and dark skin. I realized it was Riley, so I snapped out of it. Well, almost. My face was a tad bit flushed. "Whatcha doin' looking like a tomato, El?" She asked. I was embarrassed. I told her I was just a bit sweaty. She gave me a slight nod and walked off. I wonder how I didn't recognize that the girl was Riley. After I finished my duties, I walked to my dorm room. There she was again. . Why are you here? I thought to myself. "Hey, Riley. What brings you here?" I asked softly. "I have a surprise for you" She had a sort of devious smirk when she said that. I followed along and asked her what it was. "Open it up!" she said sounding excited. I opened her "surprise" that was wrapped with an old news-paper. My eyes widened like I had saw a ghost. It was a Polaroid camera. I squealed in joy. Riley let out a small chuckle. "Riley, c'mere!" I said, over-excited. Riley came up to me and looked puzzled. I quickly said "Smile!" Riley got in closer, and we both lit our faces with bright grins. Riley was happy seeing me joyful. Riley left a cute smile and walked out. "Thanks!" I said. Riley waved as a "you're welcome"
