Ch 2

Cal used his grapple hook to get out of the conveyor belt before he was blocked by two probe droids.

Cal deflected one blaster bolt into the droid and it began sparking.

He Force pushed it into the other probe droid and the first probe droid's self-destruct mechanism took out both itself and the second probe droid in a huge fireball.

Cal took the first right to a room with an electrostaff Purge trooper. "Your life is mine, traitor." the trooper sneered. The trooper unleashed a flurry of strikes but Cal parried them all and struck the trooper down.

In another section, there were a dozen scout troopers and stormtroopers. "I am not your enemy." Cal said, using the Force. Some of the troopers fought each other and Cal took out the remaining ones with blue swings of his saber.

There was also a heavy trooper on a platform opposite Cal but he just deflected the bolts into the trooper, then used his grapple hook to swing over.

Cal reached another platform and the Senator's yacht crashed into a bridge, squishing all the troopers blocking Cal.

An Imperial gunship arrived but Cal grappled into it before jumping off as it crashed in a shower of sparks and the Ninth Sister came out. "Kestis!" she growled.

Cal could sense the aura of the dark side surrounding her as it corrupted her with rage.

The Inquisitor unleashed a barrage of slashes but Cal parried them.

Then the Inquisitor threw her lightsaber with the Force but Cal blocked it and it returned to its owner. After a few minutes of blocking the strikes and lightsaber-throws, the Inquisitor slammed down her saber and Cal had to block the strikes, lightsaber-throws, and dodge the lightsaber slams.

Eventually, Cal drove back the Inquisitor with strikes of his own.

"Impressive." The Ninth Sister said. "But you're hurting bad inside, Kestis. I can sense it. All the guilt for the fools you've led to their deaths. Makes you so, so predictable." Then round two started.

The Inquisitor dodged some of Cal's strikes and started picking him up with the Force and pulling him in for strikes. The Inquisitor struck again afterwards but Cal parried, slashed back and repeating the process.

Then the Ninth Sister charged for a huge strike but Cal blocked it and split his saber into two sabers.

Cal could now use Jar'Kai.

"Think that will save you?" she taunted before using ground pound attacks.

Now Cal had to flip over the ground pounds and lightsaber-slams, block the attacks, and avoid the Force pull attacks while responding with slashes and strikes of his own.

The duel finally ended when Cal slashed the Ninth Sister's chest.

"Masana!" Cal said. "You were a Jedi Knight before you betrayed our order."

The Ninth Sister growled in hatred of her former name and paced around.

"Your name was Masana Tide. It's time to set you free."

The Ninth Sister let out a scream of fury and charged one last time but Cal sidestepped the strike and removed her head with one slash.

Beep?

"Yeah, I'm okay." Cal said.

BD extinguished the flames at the edge of the platform and Cal squeezed through the walls before reaching the Skylane Regulation Station.

At the bottom of the stairs, there were some stormtroopers but Cal deflected the bolts back and slashed down the remaining troopers before zip lining to the billboards and running across them to reach a platform with two stormtroopers and an electrostaff Purge trooper.

Cal struck down the stormtroopers before blocking and parrying the Purge trooper's strikes and cutting him down. Cal used a rope to climb the monkey bars before using a zip line to get to Hangar 2046-C. Cal reunited with Bode and they went to the outside platform where a dozen stormtroopers and scout troopers waited.

"You'll die soon, Jedi." a stormtrooper said.

Cal just ignored the taunt and deflected the stormtroopers' bolts back before going to the Mantis with Bravo and Bode behind him in Z-95s. Three TIE fighters chased the rebels through the tunnels.

Bode led two of the fighters away. The last fighter chased Bravo. "I can't shake him!" Bravo said. "Hang on." Cal replied before ramming the TIE into the tunnel wall and blowing it up.

"That's one way to do it." Bravo said.

"Learned that move from you." Cal replied.

"Hope that's the last of them. Not a fan of long goodbyes." Bravo said.

As if on cue, more TIEs chased them.

"We're almost - aargh!" A spray of green blaster bolts from the TIEs turned Bravo into a smoking fireball and the pieces of his Z-95 Headhunter rammed into the Mantis.

"Bravo!" Cal shouted.

Then the Mantis flew out of the tunnel and Cal pulled down the lever. The blue streaks of hyperspace enveloped the luxury yacht and it was gone in the blink of an eye.

The twins.

Gabs.

Bravo.

All of them were gone.

Cal and BD had made it but just barely.
