"Guys! We need to go to the police! There's a literal crime scene here!" Eddie cried.

They all ran back down the hill. "Like they're going to believe us, Eddie. It's mostly adults that work there! No one ever believes us!" Stan shouted.

"So, we can't tell...anyone?" Patrick questioned.

"You can, but the question is: would they believe us? I think not." Beverly said.

Patrick furrowed his eyebrow. Then he looked at Ben. "Hey, I'm sorry I didn't stop Henry. He's a jerk."

They were all on their bikes, heading into town to clean Ben's wound up. "It's ok. Bowers is an asshole." Ben snorted.

That made Patrick burst out laughing. "If heard you say that, he'd kill you. Kidding."

That made Richie snort. "That's far from a joke. It's like saying Beavis and Butthead don't laugh weird."

They all laughed as they stopped in the alley beside the drugstore. "You and Patrick stay here with him. We'll go get the supplies." Stan looked at Richie.

Richie sighed, then sat down next to Ben. "I'm glad I got to meet you before you died." He said, point blank.

Patrick looked taken aback by the Richie's fast quips. He's clearly the one that pops all the jokes. He's heard him say them before.

Ten minutes later, Stan, Bill, Eddie, and Beverly came back to the alley, holding loads of stuff to fix Ben up.

"Here."

Ben lifted up his shirt, so they could help him. It was the first time that they'd seen his "cut".

Stan looked repulsed. "Oh, God, he's bleeding! Oh my god!"

"Would you relax? It's ok, just go get my glasses out of my second Fanny pack." Eddie ordered him and he went to get them.

"Why do you have a second Fanny pack?" Patrick asked, confused.

"I dunno. I just do." And that was a good enough reason for Patrick.

"What are you doing, Eddie? You have to suck the wounds before you apply the bandaids!" Richie shouted.

"This is 101. You don't know what you're talking about." Eddie retorted.

Beverly stepped closer, concern etched on her face. "Are you okay? That looks like it hurts." Her voice was full of concern. "You sure they got the right stuff to fix you up?"

"Don't worry; we do." Richie said in an horrible English accent. "I do believe this chap requires our utmost attention. Get in there Dr. K. Come on, fix him up."

"Why don't you shut the f* up, Einstein, because I know what I'm doing and I don't want you doing the British guy with me right now."

Grinning, Richie started speaking in the English accent, yet again. "Suck the wound. Get in there."

"Richie!" Everyone shouted, laughing. Even Ben and Patrick laughed.

Stan bent his head down, and Patrick saw something that made him do a double take. "D-do you guys see that?" He asked, his voice trembling.

"See w-w-what Patrick?" Bill asked, looking concerned.

All he could do was point at the mural on the alley wall that was behind them. They all turned their heads towards the wall and gasped at what they saw.

It was a clown, with buck teeth, hiding behind a tire, just like watching them, preying on them.

Little did they know how true it really was...
