(A/N: Hulk from Marvel vs. Bio-Broly from Dragon Ball. Two super powerful beings born in a lab with unimaginable strength that are driven by anger and a desire to destroy. Who will win?)

Disclaimer: I own nothing.

"HULK vs. BIO-BROLY"

INTRODUCTION

Wiz: When science goes wrong, it can often lead to catastrophic results.

Boomstick: Like unleashing forces of destruction the likes of which the world has never seen.

Wiz: The Hulk, the green, anger-fueled counterpart of Bruce Banner.

Boomstick: And Bio-Broly, the generically altered clone of the Legendary Super Saiyan. He's Wiz, and I'm Boomstick.

Wiz: And it's our job to analyze their powers, skills, and abilities to find out who would win a Death Battle.

HULK

Boomstick: He's mean, he's green, he's a powerhouse machine. He's the Huuuuuulk! And I don't mean Hogan.

Wiz: He may be a big, green, muscular brute, but don't get him mixed up with the Green Giant mascot for canned peas.

Boomstick: …Wiz, leave the jokes to me before you hurt yourself, because that one was as weak as the Hulk is strong.

Wiz: *Cough* Right. Um, this is the Hulk, the result of a lab accident involving gamma radiation on a leading theoretical physicist named Bruce Banner, who was once called the fourth smartest man on the planet. A classic case of brains versus brawns.

BACKGROUND:

Real name: Bruce Banner

Height: 8'8 (varies in some media)

Weight: 2,400 lbs. (varies in some media)

"Born" after Bruce was exposed to gamma radiation

Member of the Avengers

Was given the title of "Strongest Avenger" by Tony Stark

Manifests through anger

Boomstick: We all know the story by now. Super smart scientist gets exposed to a bunch of gamma radiation that causes him to mutate into the Hulk, like some sort of super jacked up Dr. Jekyll, Mr. Hyde scenario. The stories been told a thousand times… and we still love it!

Wiz: Some variations have been thrown in to the different incarnations to add to the lore. Like how in 2003 movie where it was revealed that Bruce's father was actually giving himself experimental genetic altering injections that he passed down to his son, which took part in Bruce surviving his gamma radiation exposure and adding to how and why he became the Hulk.

Boomstick: *Gasp* Wiz… you brought up the forbidden movie.

Wiz: Yeah… that's my bad. Let's just move on.

Boomstick: You mean to how whenever Bruce gets mad enough he suddenly goes from a brainy weakling to one of the strongest characters in comic book history?

Wiz: Not just one of the strongest, but in theory, he can potentially become thee strongest. Since Hulk's strength is fueled by his anger, the angrier he gets, the stronger he gets. And while all living things basically have a capping point to where their brains can process levels of anger, Hulk possesses no such limitation, meaning that his anger, and therefore his strength, could potentially be infinite and unlimited.

Boomstick: And it certainly shows. When Hulk gets angry enough, there's not much that can stand in his way. Even some of the most powerful of characters have faced off against Hulk, only get totally wrecked.

Wiz: It's really not surprising, considering Hulk's level of strength. But he also has more than just incredible strength going for him. He also has a healing factor that allows him to heal wounds and regenerate, at one point even growing back half his body in less than 20 minutes. So even if someone does manage to deliver damage to him, the Hulk will just heal from it.

Boomstick: Which pretty much makes Hulk completely unbeatable. He's both an unstoppable force and an immoveable object. It don't get much more badass than that. You make him mad, and you can bet that he's gonna Hulk Smash you!

POWERS AND ABILITIES

Super strength, speed, stamina, and durability

Rapid healing factor

Becomes stronger with anger

Potentially/theoretically unlimited strength via anger

Emits radiation during uncontrollable anger

Can surpass speeds of mach 5

Immune to disease

Decelerated aging

World-Breaker Hulk form

Wiz: Which is actually a bit of a double-edged sword, as Hulk has been known to turn his anger on allies at times, or even cause massive destruction from his, I guess you could call them tantrums, which makes him an incredible threat to both enemies and allies alike. Despite this, he's still a valuable member of the Avengers.

Boomstick: The strongest Avenger according to Tony Stark, though the God of Thunder had something to say about that. Which is somewhat justified since Hulk has never actually managed to beat him in a fair fight.

Wiz: Despite Thor's disagreement, Hulk has more than showed that he has earned his title of being the strongest Avenger by displaying literal world shattering feats. Especially when he enters his most powerful state, known as World-Breaker Hulk.

Boomstick: That title is no exaggeration either. In this form, Hulk is so powerful that he can actually destroy whole worlds. His footsteps alone can cause earthquakes that can be felt 1,000 miles away. Hell, he's even capable of punching through dimensions, or even destroying them, like the time he destroyed all of Umar's Dark Dimension.

Wiz: Actually, this is a bit of a misconception, as Hulk didn't actually destroy the dimension. We actually only see him shatter the planet he was on, along with the surrounding worlds. Umar also states how she found it annoying that he destroyed her realm. Note that she specifically said her "realm", which likely only refers to the planet, as it's actually Dormammu who rules the Dark Dimension. So while the dimension wasn't destroyed, this still showed that Hulk was more than capable of living up to his World-Breaker title.

FEATS:

Destroyed a planet

Destroyed a meteor twice the size of Earth

Pulled two continental plates together

Lifted a 150 billion ton mountain

Created earthquakes with his footsteps

Survived a nuclear blast

Held up the weight of a star

Escaped Earth's orbit in one jump

Punched through a time storm

Withstood the Human Torch's Nova Blast

Regenerated half his body in 18 minutes

Boomstick: But the Hulk isn't all about destruction. He's shown his strength in other ways to show just how powerful he is. Like the time he pulled continental plates together, or the time he lifted a 150 billion ton mountain. Wait, screw the mountain, he actually held up the weight of an entire star. A freakin' star!

Wiz: The Hulk isn't just strong, he's also incredibly durable, and is even capable of surviving a nuclear blast, or withstanding the Human Torch's Nova Blast, which reaches temperatures of 1,000,000 degrees Fahrenheit.

Boomstick: He even fought Sentry to a standstill, and that guy has the power of a million exploding suns. Damn, now that's power! Super strength, super healing, super speed. Is there anything that Hulk can't take or dish out?

Wiz: Well, as powerful as the Hulk is, he's not without limitations. For example, he is shown to get tired, despite his limitless strength. His healing factor can also only go so far. Case and point, he can't regenerate if he's decapitated or his brain is destroyed. And speaking of his brain, despite Banner being a genius, the Hulk has an almost child-like mentality, and as we pointed out before, his anger can result in him becoming irrational and overly violent.

Boomstick: Yeah, but who cares brains when you've got unlimited strength? No end to anger, no end to strength. How do you beat that?

Wiz: Actually, there is a bit of a flaw in this. While it's true that the Hulk's strength is virtually unlimited, it takes time for him to reach heights of anger and strength to get to these world shattering levels of power. Unless something significant causes him to break through all his restraints right off the bat, he can be taken down during initial or earlier levels of anger, as he doesn't gain high-end levels of strength right away. An example of this would be when he was defeated by Thanos.

Boomstick: Yeah, but seeing as Thanos is one of the strongest characters in the Marvel universe, I think we can give him a pass on that one since he didn't have enough time to get angry enough to reach Thanos' level of power. When it comes to standard opponents though, even the really strong ones, Hulk's easily got them beat.

Wiz: A fair point, as even in his initial transformed state, the Hulk's strength is still massive to the point where he can combat almost anyone, even without reaching World-Breaker levels.

Boomstick: No matter what state he's in, if you see the Hulk, it's best to just take the mutant Darwin's advice and go somewhere else.

BIO-BROLY

Wiz: In the world of Dragon Ball, there is a race of powerful warriors known as saiyans. And in their folklore, there is the legend of the Super Saiyan, which proved to be more than mere legend.

Boomstick: And achieving it isn't really much of a milestone anymore since everyone and their mom is now capable of it.

Wiz: That, however, does not apply to Broly, who is the true saiyan of legend. It was from this mighty warrior that the being who came known as Bio-Broly was created.

Boomstick: Because why wouldn't you try and capture lightning in a bottle with someone as badass as Broly?

BACKGROUND:

Age: Unknown

Height. Approx. 9'0 (varies)

Race: Saiyan/Bio-Warrior

Cloned from the original Legendary Super Saiyan Broly

Genetically altered to become stronger with additional abilities

Inherited Broly's insanity and thirst for destruction and battle

Became mutated and deformed after being exposed to Culture Fluid

Acts more on destructive instinct than coherent thought

Wiz: After the original Broly was destroyed, some of his blood was obtained in order to clone and genetically enhance him into an even more powerful Bio-Warrior, which are biological warriors created for the sole purpose of fighting.

Boomstick: And all because this one guy was still jealous about Mr. Satan being better than him. Geez, talk about holding onto childhood grudges.

Wiz: Jaguar's obsession with showing up Mr. Satan led him to creating a team of Bio-Warriors, of which Bio-Broly was meant to be his crown jewel. Only… that didn't go over so well.

Boomstick: Meaning the scientists involved with his creation had no idea what they were in for and screwed up big time.

Wiz: After Bio-Broly was awakened from stasis, he wasn't properly released from his test tube, and exposure to Culture Fluid caused Bio-Broly to become severally deformed and mutate into a syrupy creature completely unrecognizable from the original Broly.

POWERS AND ABILITIES:

Flight

Super speed

Super strength

Assortment of ki attacks

Legendary Super Saiyan transformation

Ki manipulation

Regeneration/healing

Acid spit

Malleability

Culture Fluid Absorption

Gigantification

Boomstick: Wait, what happened to his tail? Did his skin melt over it? Man, that's gotta be uncomfortable. I hate it when I get an infected hair. And are his insides exposed in his chest? That big red thing is his heart, right?

Wiz: Despite the massive deformity Bio-Broly underwent, his genetic alterations not only made him even stronger, it gave him additional Bio-Warrior abilities, including body manipulation and regeneration.

Boomstick: Not just regular regeneration either. The guy actually survived having his head practically cut off, and simply reattached it like nothing happened. Not even the original Broly could do stuff like that.

Wiz: And with a saiyan's ability to become even stronger after being heavily damaged, Bio-Broly's regeneration would only aid him in becoming stronger.

Boomstick: And the original Broly was already massively strong. The guy destroyed an entire galaxy in seconds. A whole galaxy! And that was before he got his Zenkai boost and became stronger from his fight with Goku. It actually took Goku, Gohan, and Goten working together to blast him into the sun to defeat him. And Bio-Broly was made even more powerful than that, with genetic alterations.

Wiz: Upon being released from test tube, Bio-Broly went on a destructive rampage, and seemed completely unstoppable. Not even the combined efforts of Krillin, Android 18, Trunks, and Goten were enough to even phase Bio-Broly, and both Goten and Trunks were stated to be close to their fathers Super Saiyan levels in terms of strength.

Boomstick: And Bio-Broly wasn't really even fighting as he was so much as just randomly lashing out at anything around him.

FEATS:

Destroyed an entire galaxy in 8 seconds (the original Broly, pre-Zekai boost)

Survived being liquefied

Survived being dissolved/melted

Survived near decapitation

Easily withstood numerous ki blasts

Took blows from Android 18 without even flinching

Easily beat up Trunks, Goten, Android 18, and Krillin

Grew to an enormous size by absorbing Culture Fluid

Took being turned to stone to defeat him

Wiz: Whether because Bio-Broly was not properly created, or as a result of his degeneration and deformation from his exposure to the Culture Fluid, Bio-Broly was reduced to a rampaging monster that seemed hardly even capable of thought beyond attacking anything in sight.

Boomstick: The original Broly may have been completely insane, but Bio-Broly seemed to have lost the ability to think rational at all and simply acted on fighting instinct. If you can really call what he did fighting. More like attacking wildly.

Wiz: Even so, he was still able to pretty easily take down anyone who fought against him, all the while barely putting any effort into the battle, or using any kind of strategy or anything. We saw this when he easily defeated Krillin, Android 18, and Trunks and Goten in their Super Saiyan forms with little to no effort while not even being phased by any of their attacks.

Boomstick: In short, he basically took down four of the series strongest fighters without even trying.

Wiz: Bio-Broly was so strong that it eventually got to the point where Trunks realized that they wouldn't actually be able to defeat him in battle, and so resorted to outsmarting him.

Boomstick: So he lured Bio-Broly to a part of the facility where he was showered in Culture Fluid, which melted Bio-Broly into a purple pile of puke.

Wiz: Culture Fluid is an incubation substance that Bio-Warriors are submerged in during their creation. However, upon being exposed to air, it becomes extremely corrosive and acidic, melting any organic material different from itself and absorbing it into itself, increasing its amount. Even a massive powerhouse like Bio-Broly wasn't immune to it, and so melted away when covered in it.

Boomstick: But if you think this was enough to put Bio-Broly down for good, then you're sorely mistaken. Despite completely melting away, his regeneration allowed him to somehow pull himself together again as part of the Culture Fluid itself, reforming him into a giant purple monstrosity, becoming even stronger as he absorbed everything and everyone the Culture Fluid had already absorbed.

Wiz: In this giant, liquid form, Bio-Broly was nigh unstoppable, and, arguably, indestructible. Fortunately, it turns out that when the Culture Fluid is exposed to salt water, it turns to stone. And being on an island in the middle of the ocean, Bio-Broly was completely submerged, and petrified into a giant statue that Goten and Trunks promptly destroyed.

Boomstick: But not even death could stop Bio-Broly's rampage, as it was revealed that after being killed, he was causing trouble in Hell, and so Goku and Pikkon had to go stop him. Hehe, I like to think he was duking it out with the original Broly. Can you imagine the battle of the Brolys? Man, I'd love to see that.

Wiz: Even though we didn't get to see Bio-Broly go all out the way we did with his predecessor, there's no denying the incredibly destructive level of power he possessed.

Boomstick: Even if he does look like something you'd cough up when you have a sinus infection.

THE BATTLE

Bruce Banner is working in a lab when suddenly an alarm begins sounding. He looks around in confusion as a voice comes on over the loudspeaker.

Loudspeaker: "Warning! Warning! Subject 13 is on the loose! All personnel evacuate the premises immediately!"

Bruce: "Evacuate the premises? Subject 13? What's going on?"

Suddenly, Bio-Broly came bursting through the wall. He roars loudly, and begins destroying the lab, making his way over to Bruce, who stands his ground against him.

Bruce: "You better cut it out before I get angry. You wouldn't like me when I'm angry."

In response, Bio-Broly picks up a large cabinet and throws it at Bruce. It hits and carries him across the room before crashing into the wall. Bio-Broly roars again and turns to continue his destructive rampage when suddenly, the cabinet is knocked away, and Bruce, now transformed into the Hulk, now stands in his place. He roars loudly and turns his attention to Bio-Broly, who turns to face him as well.

Hulk: "Hulk, smash!"

FIGHT!

The Hulk leaps across the room, his balled hands raised over his head. He brought them down, and Bio-Broly raised his arms, blocking the blow. The Hulk stepped back, then lunged forward, driving his fist into Bio-Broly's chest. Bio-Broly stumbled back, and the Hulk moved in, delivering more blows. He landed several more hits before Bio-Broly caught his fist, then opened his mouth and fired a beam of energy. The Hulk was blasted backwards, crashing through walls before he ended up outside, flying from the building he had been in and crashing to the ground.

Bio-Broly appeared in the hole in the building for a few moments before hopping down and landing on the street below. This time, he leapt at the Hulk, who had just hopped to his feet, only to have Bio-Broly's fist collide with his face. The Hulk went skidding backwards on the road before coming to a stop. Behind him, a car slammed on its breaks, coming to a stop before hitting the Hulk. The driver honked the horn, and the Hulk turned to it before grabbing the front of the car and lifting it up with one hand, then grabbing another car parked on the side of the road. He turned back to Bio-Broly and roared, banging the two cars together. Bio-Broly roared back and charged forward, and the Hulk rushed forward to meet him.

Swinging the car, the Hulk smacked Bio-Broly with it. He began whacking him with the cars before crushing them together on him, then leaping up into the air and coming down on the two smashed cars that Bio-Broly was crushed between, and began stomping down on it.

With a flare of energy, Bio-Broly sent the Hulk and both cars flying. The Hulk landed on his feet though and charged at Bio-Broly. They collided together, their hands interlocking, and the two attempted to push the other back, causing the road beneath them to crack apart as they dug their heels in. Suddenly, Bio-Broly inhaled and spat a stream of acid. It sprayed over the Hulk's shoulder, and he recoiled as he roared in pain. Bio-Broly held up a hand and fired a ki blast that sent the Hulk flying backwards. He crashed to the ground, but got to his feet, his hand going to the wound on his shoulder where he was sprayed by acids. The wound healed, and the Hulk looked furiously at Bio-Broly and roared at him. Bio-Broly roared back and charged forward.

Growling, the Hulk picked up a sewer lid and threw it at Bio-Broly, then tore a fire hydrant out of the ground, followed by a parking meter, a streetlight, and anything else he could get his hands on, and throwing them. Bio-Broly kept charging forward, knocking away anything the Hulk threw at him. The Hulk stomped his foot and lunged at Bio-Broly, delivered a punch that sent Bio-Broly flying backwards and crashing into a building.

The Hulk charged at Bio-Broly, crashing into him, pushing him straight through the building and out the other side. Bio-Broly dug his feet into the ground, bringing them to a stop, then grabbed hold of the Hulk and threw him, then fired a beam of energy from his mouth that blasted the Hulk back further.

Recovering, the Hulk managed to stick the landing, digging his fingers in the ground to stop his momentum. As he stood up, the sound of a fire truck drew his attention as it drove by. He jumped after it, picked it up from behind, then leapt at Bio-Broly. He brought the fire truck down on him, smashing it completely over Bio-Broly, then roared loudly in victory.

Hulk: "Puny blob man."

Suddenly, Bio-Broly bursts through the top of the fire truck and hovered in the air, his hands glowing with energy. He fired a blast at the Hulk, who jumped back to avoid it, then roared again. Bio-Broly began repeatedly firing ki blasts, and the Hulk ran along, avoiding the blasts.

Bio-Broly stopped firing as the Hulk leapt at him, and instead unleashed a burst of energy. The Hulk was blasted back by the force of it, landing in a crouching position, and then Bio-Broly flew at him, delivering a kick. The Hulk grabbed him by the leg before Bio-Broly could land the kick, and then began slamming him on the ground. He paused briefly in his slamming to glance at Bio-Broly, then slammed him down a few more times before spinning him around and throwing him.

Bio-Broly crashed straight through a building, bursting out the other side, before halting his momentum. He flew straight for the Hulk, crashing into him, and they both crashed through the ground, ending up in a subway with Bio-Broly on top of the Hulk. He began raining punches down on the Hulk, until he fell still.

Bio-Broly stopped punching and raised both fists in the air to bring them down, but the Hulk's eyes suddenly snap open, and he sits up, throwing a punch into Bio-Broly's gut that sends him flying backwards. Bio-Broly crashes into a speeding subway train and gets stuck to the front as the train keeps moving, taking him back to the Hulk. The Hulk jumps to his feet and throws a punch just before the train hits him. His fist hits Bio-Broly, and the entire train piles up behind him. Then the Hulk does an uppercut, and Bio-Broly goes crashing through the subway ceiling.

He bursts through the road, ending up back outside, and lands on his back. The Hulk leaps out of the subway and comes down to smash Bio-Broly with his fists. Bio-Broly suddenly jumps up and flies at the Hulk, his arm extended. He hits the Hulk, sending him back into the air, and Bio-Broly flies after him. He catches up, and begins delivering an onslaught of punches and kicks to the Hulk, hitting him everywhere. This goes on for several seconds before Bio-Broly balls his hands together and brings them down on the Hulk, who crashes to the ground.

With a loud roar, Bio-Broly unleashes an explosion of energy that expands outward. Down on the ground, the Hulk jumps to his feet as the blast comes at him. Looking up at the approaching blast, he claps his hands together, sending out a shockwave. It tears through the explosion, and the energy disperses. Bio-Broly roars loudly before letting out a surge of power and diving out of the sky. The Hulk sees Bio-Broly coming down at him hops over to a streetlight, ripping it out of the ground. He swings it at Bio-Broly just before Bio-Broly would have collided with him, and Bio-Broly goes bouncing and tumbling across the street, tearing it up. Just as he comes to a stop, the Hulk is on him, whacking repeatedly with the streetlight.

Bio-Broly suddenly reaches up and grabs the streetlight as the Hulk attempts to bring it down on him, then kicks outward, knocking the Hulk away from him. As the Hulk crashes into a building, energy gathers in both of Bio-Broly's hands, and he fires a beam. The Hulk holds up his hands to block as the beam hits him. He holds his ground, struggling against the beam as Bio-Broly keeps firing.

With an angry yell, the Hulk suddenly charges forward, forcing his way through the beam. He tackles Bio-Broly, pushing him back until they hit a building. The Hulk pins Bio-Broly with one hand to the wall before pulling back his fist and delivering a punch. The entire building bursts apart from the force of the blow, and Bio-Broly goes flying into the air. He halted and raised his hand, and a ball of energy appeared above him and began growing until it was enormous. Then he threw it down at the Hulk.

The giant ball of energy came at the Hulk. He braced himself and raised his arms above him as it came down on him. He caught it as the energy ball pushed down on him, and the ground began to crack beneath the Hulk's feet. He struggled against it unsuccessfully, and his arms began to give out. But then he let out an angry yell as he enters his World Breaker state, and begins to lift it up. With a burst of strength, he tosses it away, and it flew up into space and explodes, lighting up the sky.

As the Hulk roared, Bio-Broly suddenly appeared behind him and grabbed him from behind, wrapping his arms around the Hulk and squeezing him tight. The Hulk struggled for a few moments before slamming his head back into Bio-Broly's face, and then breaking out of Bio-Broly's hold and elbowing him in the gut, knocking him back.

Turning around, the Hulk begins delivering powerful punch after powerful bunch, making Bio-Broly stumble back with each hit. Then he grabbed Bio-Broly by the neck, lifting him into the air, and delivered a punch that sent Bio-Broly flying backwards. The Hulk leapt after him, pulling back his fist to throw another punch as he caught up to Bio-Broly. Just before he could deliver the blow, Bio-Broly unleashed another explosion of energy that flowed over the Hulk, growing in size until in encompassed the entire city, leaving it in smoky ruin.

When the dust settled, Bio-Broly was standing in the middle of the destroyed city. A distance away, the Hulk burst out from beneath a bunch of rubble. Bio-Broly turned to him and powered up. The Hulk jumped towards him and clapped his hands together, sending out another shockwave that tore apart everything in its path. It flowed over Bio-Broly, sending him flying backwards, crashing into a pile of rubble. The Hulk raised his hands and slammed his fists on the ground, causing cracks to spread across where the city had once been, and the rubble Bio-Broly was buried beneath falls into the crevice that opened up. The Hulk then reaches down, grabs both sides of the crevice, and pulls it together, crushing everything that had fallen into it flat.

A seconds of silence passed before the ground suddenly exploded as Bio-Broly came bursting out, his aura surrounding him as he powered up. The Hulk roared at him so loudly that the ground began to shake. Bio-Broly's aura flared up more violently, and he flew at the Hulk, and the Hulk leapt at him. As the distance between them closed, they both pulled back their fists to punch the other.

They each threw a punch, their fist making contact at the same time with the other's jaw with such force that it sent out a shockwave that tore through the destroyed city, tearing apart the ground and sending everything around them flying as a massive crater formed beneath them. The blows caused both of their heads to turn a complete 180 degrees around so they were facing backwards, and they were both thrown back, landing a distance away with their heads turned around.

A few moments later, Bio-Broly sits up. Reaching up, he grabbed his head and turned it back around the right way. The Hulk's head, however, remains backwards, and he suddenly reverted back to Bruce Banner. A moment later, Bio-Broly came stomping down on him, crushing Bruce to a bloody pulp, and then roaring his victory to the sky.

KO!

Bio-Broly is seen flying through the air, coming across a new city, which he promptly destroys with a blast of ki before flying off again.

OUTCOME

Boomstick: Damn, it looks like Hulk was the one who ended up getting smashed.

Wiz: This certainly made for a good battle, and both the Hulk and Bio-Broly had their advantages over the other. But while Bio-Broly had abilities the Hulk didn't possess, he didn't really have the mental capabilities to use them properly in battle, which resulted in him more or less using them randomly rather than strategically or even properly.

Boomstick: Hulk may be more brawn than brains, but he at least can think far more rationally than Bio-Broly, and he has even been seen utilizing weapons or using his environment to his advantage in a way that Bio-Broly hasn't.

Wiz: But despite being smarter than Bio-Broly and having more control of himself, even if it's not by much, it wasn't enough for him to overwhelm Bio-Broly's overall superior strength.

Boomstick: Hulk may be a massive powerhouse, but he hasn't been seen matching the level of strength that Bio-Broly has displayed.

Wiz: It's true that the Hulk has performed some pretty impressive feats of strength, but they haven't been quite up to Bio-Broly's standards. For example, there was the time that the Hulk destroyed an entire planet, or the time he destroyed an asteroid twice the size of Earth. However, destroying moons and planets is something Dragon Ball Z characters have been capable of as early as the first few episodes of the series.

Boomstick: And don't forget, the original Broly completely obliterated an entire galaxy in just a few seconds. The Hulk may have destroyed a planet, and even a meteor twice the size of Earth, even facing off against someone with the power of a million exploding suns, but that's nothing compared to having enough power to obliterate an entire galaxy. And that was back when Broly's power level was only 1,400,000,000. And even though it's unofficial, some sources say that after he got his Zenkai boost from his near death battle with Goku, that his power level rose to 5,000,000,000. That's nearly 4x above his original galaxy destroying level power! And Bio-Broly was genetically altered to be even stronger. Not even Hulk with his anger fueling strength has shown to be able to match the level of power of the original Broly pre-Zenaki boost, let alone Bio-Broly.

Wiz: It's well-known that the angrier the Hulk gets, the stronger he gets, and therefore his strength is theoretically unlimited. However, this can actually be considered to be more circumstantial. Anger is an emotion, and therefore the chemicals in the brain that trigger such emotions actually have a capping point on before it runs out. After anger exceeds the pinnacle limit that the brain can feel or the hormones it can produce at a given time, a person will become numb to the situation. And while this may not apply to the Hulk, it does apply to Bruce Banner.

Boomstick: The Hulk may be super strong, and even have a healing factor, but if that healing factor is overpowered by damage, he'll revert back to puny Bruce. Just like the time he got beaten up by Thanos. And as we stated before, it takes time for Hulk's anger and strength to reach different levels of power. So the real question is, would the Hulk's anger increase enough to make him strong enough to be able to reach the beyond galaxy-destroying level of Bio-Broly before he took enough damage to overpower his healing?

Wiz: Based on what we've seen in the Hulk's level of strength, this is unlikely, and him reaching the level of power Broly reached after his Zenkai boost is even more unlikely. And as it was pointed out, Bio-Broly was designed to be even stronger than the original Broly at his strongest when he was alive. So even though the Hulk's strength continued to increase in battle, Bio-Broly was able to deliver damage inducing blows that were able to overtake the Hulk's healing factor, which caused him to revert back to Banner before he could reach Bio-Broly's level of strength. And again, that's still considering the theory that the Hulk's strength truly doesn't have an actual limit.

Boomstick: Even Bio-Broly's regeneration seemed to be superior to Hulk's. I mean, the guy practically got decapitated, and didn't even flinch, and even pulled himself back together after melting into a puddle. The Hulk will have a pretty tough time beating someone like that, no matter how strong he is.

Wiz: Perhaps the greatest display of the Hulk's healing was him regenerating half his body in just 18 minutes. But Bio-Broly was able to reassemble his entire body after being melted in less than a minute. So his healing factor wasn't just far more impressive than the Hulk's, it was also much faster.

Boomstick: And speaking of faster, Bio-Broly also had the speed advantage. I mean, don't get me wrong, the Hulk is pretty fast too. In fact, he's been known to surpass mach 5 speeds, but DBZ characters have been known to break light speed as far back as the Saiyan Saga, and Bio-Broly is literally over a billions time stronger than the characters were at that point. In fact, Gotenks actually flew around the entire planet 9 times in less than five seconds just for fun, and Bio-Broly is at least at his level.

Wiz: With a superior healing factor, speed, abilities the Hulk doesn't possess, and a level of strength that not even the Hulk in his World Breaker state has shown to reach, Bio-Broly was able to take down the Hulk before he was able to become angry enough to match him in strength.

Boomstick: Assuming Bio-Broly can actually be killed by being beaten to death with that super healing power he has.

Wiz: The winner is Bio-Broly.
