Naruto was standing in front of Konoha's north gate waiting for Hinata who was double checking her stuff. Naruto just smiled looking at the clouds to hear " Naruto-o." Naruto looked down at Hinata to hear " Why-y do I-I need thi-is mask-k?" Naruto sighed then said " It's the rule." Naruto saw Hinata nod and get a small frown so he sighed again and said " Who we are going to meet don't know my identity and I don't want them to know yours. I trust them and they asked me not to give them my identity so they can't give me up just in case. I want that with you two." Naruto saw Hinata nod holding a normal face mask so he said " I know it's blank but if you want I can have a special one made for you." Naruto then reached behind him onto his quiver on a sealing seal. Naruto channeled chakra and after the smoke disappeared he held out a metal mask. The mask was a bottom half mask that looked like a Fox's bottom half face that had an black outline with it also being completely orange.
Naruto held the mask and said " Always refer to me as Kitsune when I have this mask on and I'll refer to you as Saru." Naruto saw Hinata no so he said " You don't need to put the mask on until I say so." Naruto saw Hinata nod again so he sealed the mask back in his quiver and was about to leave when he heard " Wait." Naruto turned around to see the rest of team seven and Iruka. Naruto smiled at Iruka to hear " How does it feel to stop faking?" Naruto just smiled and said " Good." Naruto then looked at Hinata seeing her look down so he walked to her and said " Hey." Naruto saw Hinata look up so he said " You ok?" Naruto saw Hinata smile and heard " I just-t feel like-e I don't-t belong here in this-s conversation-n." Naruto nodded, then looked up and said " It's good to see you Iruka and Kakashi but I think we should go." Naruto saw the two senseis nod so he turned about to walk when he heard " Did you really think I need your protection?"
Naruto turned around at Sasuke and said " I don't care, I did my mission." Naruto was about to leave to hear " Just because you're this Ghost rank doesn't mean you're stronger than me. I'm an Uchiha and no one can defeat me." Naruto chuckled to hear Sakura say " Yea." Naruto sighed then said " Those eyes don't make you fly." Naruto turned around to hear Sakura yell " He has a better chance than you." Naruto sighed then he said " Hinata " I was going to have us walk until dark then do something to continue traveling but you know what I think we'll just leave like that now." Naruto then bit his finger and did some hand signs then said, slamming his hand on the ground " Summoning Jutsu." Naruto saw a normal hawk appear with brown and white feathers. Naruto saw the hawk look at him and heard " What can I do for you?" Naruto just smiled and said " I'm traveling with someone and I want to get there fast." Naruto saw the Hawk nod then take off to hear " What the hell is that thinking going to do." Naruto looked at Kakashi and Iruka who both chuckled and then Kakashi said " You'll be surprised." Naruto then walked up to Hinata and said " Jump." Naruto jumped with Hinata as the hawk came down. Naruto looked to see the hawk be covered in smoke and it then came out huge with a leather armor. Naruto landed on the armor and looked at Hinata then down at everyone to see his old teammates' shock. Naruto smiled and said " Hi." Naruto saw Sasuke glare at him and heard " What the hell. I fucking want you to teach me to do that. I demand it as an Uchiha." Naruto just turned and yelled " Sorry can't hear you." Naruto saw Hinata looking around scared as he flew in a circle so he said " Hey." Naruto gestured to the armor and said " Just use your chakra to stick to it." Naruto saw Hinata nod then stop for a few seconds then start to walk and heard " I think I got it." Naruto nodded, then he yelled " Let's go." Naruto saw the hawk nod then take off so he looked at Hinata who was trying to stay still but was being pushed back by the wind so he quickly got over and he saw Hinata get close to the edge he grabbed her hand the wind blowing in his face and said " I forgot it take a minute to travel with a hawk." Naruto then smiled and crouched with Hinata to hear " He's fast." Naruto just smiled as he nodded and then he said " It's ok to be scared." Naruto saw Hinata nodding but still worried so he said " You want me to hold you." Naruto blushed as did Hinata then said " Not like that but you might feel safe if you were held by someone who can stand as he moves." Naruto saw Hinata nod and heard " Ple-eas-se." Naruto nodded as he got closer then he stood with Hinata and he put a hand around her waist standing behind her not noticing her blush but her not noticing his.
Kakashi smiled as he watched Naruto fly off when he heard " Did you know he could do that?" Kakashi looked at Sasuke and said " Yes and no. I knew Naruto but by a different name and about the hawks." Kakashi saw Sasuke nod then heard " You know a lot of jutsu. I want you to teach me that." Kakashi sighed then said " Sasuke doesn't work like that. The hawks are summoning animals. You need a contract to sign and with the Hawk Clan head and the holder of the contract agree you can sign it." Kakashi saw Sasuke nod and then heard " Is there others?" Kakashi nodded and said " Yea a lot and I have one of the dogs." Kakashi saw Sasuke smile then heard " I want you to let me sign it." Kakashi chuckled then said " First I wouldn't let you if you said it like that and second I summoned them I don't carry the contract." Kakashi saw Sasuke look up at the sky and heard " That fucking bitch." Kakashi just sighed and said " Head home. We are training but starting next week." Kakashi saw Sasuke look at him in protest but Kakashi glared at him. After seeing Sasuke and Sakura walk off he looked at Iruka and said " You couldn't tell me?" Kakashi saw Iruka shrug and heard " I've always known that Kitsune was Naruto and it's a secret I keep." Kakashi nodded with a sigh then said " I at least know that he'll be safe." Kakashi started to walk off to hear " Naruto told me you taught him but what did you teach him?" Kakashi stopped, then looked at Iruka and said " Everything beside one jutsu I wish I could." Kakashi saw Iruka nod then heard " Remember he was on a mission so maybe you might still be able to." Kakashi just smiled and nodded to hear " Also I have a message. Hokage-sama wants to see you." Kakashi nodded, then used the Boy flicker to get near the tower.
* Few Hours Later *
Naruto was standing on top of the Hawk he summoned with Hinata as they flew to their destinations. Naruto just smiled, feeling the wind in his face and for the Hawk to slow down for Hinata as he liked being close to Hinata but it was just weird. Naruto continued to smile when he heard " What-t is his-s name?" Naruto looked at Hinata and said with a smile " Why don't you ask him." Naruto saw Hinata confused so he walked over and said " Come on." Naruto got near the edge and crouched then looked at Hinata seeing her scared so he said ' You won't fall." Naruto saw Hinata nod slightly then crouch next to him so he said " Put your hand against his feather and close your eyes and focus." Naruto saw Hinata nod then move her hand to stop and heard " Are-e you sure-e it-t won't make him-m angry?" Naruto nodded to see Hinata hesitate so he grabbed her hand and said " Here." Naruto moved her hand against the feather and looked at Hinata who looked at him. Naruto just smiled when he thought ' I could stare at those eyes all day.' Naruto was shocked by thinking of this but didn't show it and after a few seconds of silence he looked towards the right hearing the Hawk say " My name is Minoru." Naruto saw Hinata nod and then heard " How do I talk to him?" Naruto just smiled as he stood and said " That is hard to do but when he's normal size you can." Naruto saw Hinata nod with a small smile so he said " You didn't stutter." Naruto saw Hinata's eyes widened then heard " Really-y." Naruto saw Hinata then looked down in defeat so he said " It's ok you are just getting more confident."
Hiruzen sighed as he sat in his office looking at a paper which was a document from the Hyuga clan. Hiruzen sighed again looking over it to hear his door open so he looked up to see Kakashi and Kurenai enter. Hiruzen saw the two walk up and heard Kurenai say " You have requested us Hokage-sama." Hiruzen nodded, then held the paper out towards Kurenai to see her take it and look over it. Hiruzen saw Kurenai's eyes widened then heard " Why would he do this?" Hiruzen just looked at Kurenai and said " He says her performance in the preliminaries disrespected the clan." Hiruzen then opened a drawer and pulled out a file and said " I knew this day would come but I hoped not." Hiruzen set the file in front of Kurenai and said " Those are adoption papers. I know you care for her and it's your choice." Hiruzen saw Kurenai pick up the file and heard " I can't sign these." Hiruzen saw Kurenai look up and heard " I am going to be in jail after killing him." Hiruzen just chuckled then held out a pen as she sighed at them. Hiruzen then put the document in the file and said, handing it to Kakashi " I need you to get this to Naruto." Hiruzen saw Kakashi nod and heard " A dog should do." Hiruzen saw Kakashi take the file then heard " I'll tell you this, Naruto is going to hate telling her this." Hiruzen sighed but nodded and said " I know but, still do it." Hiruzen saw Kakashi nod then heard " I'll send him a dog tomorrow. He'll be at his destination then." Hiruzen nodded and said " dismiss."
* Next Day *
Naruto was standing on Minoru flying all night when he heard " Kid I'm tired." Naruto nodded, then he crouched, putting his hand against a feather and thought ' We should be almost there." Naruto stood up to hear " What-t did you-u say to him-m?" Naruto looked at Hinata and said " I told him we are almost there." Naruto saw Hinata nod with a small smile then heard " Minoru is a beautiful bird." Naruto nodded with a small smile, happy Hinata didn't stutter so he said " Yea." Naruto just smiled as he looked at Hinata to then hear " Kid is that the destination in the distance." Naruto turned to look at a small village so he crouched, putting his hand against a feather and thought ' Yea, I don't want to know we are here so land in the forest and dispel I'll take care of the rest. Also Minoru thank you." Naruto stood up to hear Minoru yell " Any time Naruto." Naruto nodded as he descended in a circle so he looked at Hinata and said " When we land I need you to take off your headband and give me your weapon's holster." Naruto saw Hinata look at him and heard " Why-y?" Naruto looked forward and said " That village is the biggest criminal area. It's small but people use it to stash smuggled people or drugs etc." Naruto saw Hinata nod so he said " If they see you're a ninja they will try and attack you and when you're young and female they try other things." Naruto saw Hinata nod slightly in fear so he walked up to her and said " Hey." Naruto saw Hinata look up so he said " I won't let anything happen to you but if you are not seen as a ninja you are better protected. This is also another reason for the mask no one can identify you." Naruto saw Hinata nod so he gave a small smile to then look down seeing them close to the ground so he said " Let's go." Naruto jumped down, Hinata next to him then he looked up as Minoru disappeared in smoke.
Naruto smiled a little then he looked at Hinata seeing her put her mask on so he quickly did the same. Naruto then reached into his holster pulling out a storage scroll then opened it laying it on the ground. Naruto looked to see multiple storage seals on it. Naruto crouched, taking off all of his gear, storing it into a seal. Naruto looked up at Hinata as he saw her hold out her headband and gear so he took it and sealed it into another seal. Naruto then stood up rolling and put the scroll in his pocket. Naruto then looked at Hinata and said " Do you remember what to call me and what you go by?" Naruto saw Hinata nod and heard " You're Kitsu-une and I'm-m Saru-u." Naruto nodded and said, gesturing to walk " Well Saru lets go." Naruto saw Hinata nod then he saw her start to walk so he followed. Naruto and Hinata both walked in silence beside Naruto asking a few questions about him that he answered. After about twenty minutes they both got to the entrance of the small wall with three young women standing there. Naruto looked at the village, seeing it surrounded by a small wall. Naruto looked at Hinata then forward, stopping at three young women all similar in age.
Naruto looked at the first woman on the left, seeing her have a slim but small hourglass shaped for a body. Naruto also saw the woman have blue eyes with black and lime green long hair wearing a black ninja sandals. Naruto also saw a black pair of shorts and a mesh shirt under a dark blue battle dress with a dark blue japanese belt across the stomach. Naruto also saw her hands wrapped in bandages, fingers still visible and it went up to just a few inches past the wrist. ( For the mesh shirt it's like Hinata's that she wears under her jacket.) Naruto looked at the second woman, seeing a similar body with her breast slightly bigger. Naruto saw the woman have brown eyes with pink and lime green long hair wearing black ninja sandals. Naruto also saw the woman wearing black shorts with bandages on her legs going down to her knees and a mesh shirt under a white battle dress with a black outline with a white japanese belt with a black outline design on the belt. Naruto looked at the last woman to see a similar body with green eyes with brown and lime green long hair. Naruto saw the woman wearing black ninja sandals with black shirts and a mesh shirt under a black battle dress. Naruto also saw the woman's left arm fully covered in bandages besides the fingers and a dark gray japanese belt across the stomach. Naruto gestured to the first woman then went down the lines saying " This is Reina, this is Masuyo and this is Noriko." Naruto looked at Hinata, seeing her nod, then he looked forward and said, " How did you know I was coming?" Naruto saw Reina nod, then hold out a sealed file and heard " A dog came by dropping this off. Must have beaten you." Naruto nodded, taking the file to Noriko to hear " Let's go."
