Naruto was walking with Reina, Masuyo and Noriko through the town not caring for the looks. Naruto just had a small smile thinking when he could sense fear next to him so he looked to his right at Hinata so he said " You ok?" Naruto saw Hinata look at him and heard " I'm-m just-t scared-d." Naruto nodded, noticing that she stuttered more so he said looking up " Reina how much further?" Naruto saw Reina looking behind her and heard " Not far and don't worry, no one really messes with us." Naruto nodded then looked at Hinata still seeing her scared so he looked around then he looked back at Hinata. Naruto grabbed Hinata's hand which then Naruto saw Hinata look up in surprise then look forward her face having a tint of red but he also sensed the fear going down. Naruto then moved closer to Hinata and then said to the three women " Do any of you care if I tell Saru about your skills and where you come from?" Naruto saw all three women nod so he nodded then heard Noriko say " So Saru that's what she is going by?" Naruto nodded and said " Yep." Naruto saw Reina nod then heard " Also it's good to see you Kitsune." Naruto nodded then stayed silent as they walked.
After walking for ten minutes the five of them walked into a decent sized area and when the door closed he moved his hand off Hinata's as the three women turned around so he said " I know it's been a minute but I need a favor." Naruto saw the three women nod so he gestured to Hinata and said " Saru is taking part in the third part of the Chunin exams. She needs training a lot and you three are the perfect people I could think of." Naruto saw Reina and Noriko nod but Masuyo didn't." Naruto saw Masuyo step up and heard " You just came to use us?" Naruto groaned and said " Masuyo, you know I wouldn't do that but also I would like the help. I'm a Ghost but I'm the same age and I could use the help. Also I'm here for a report as I haven't had any in months." Naruto saw the three nod then he saw Masuyo scoff turning and heard " No." Naruto sighed then said " Masuyo, please I know you can definitely do a lot." Naruto saw the woman just stop and then heard " No." Naruto saw Masuyo walk off so he sighed to look at Hinata seeing her look down to then hear Noriko say " It's not you Saru, Masuyo is just being stubborn. She's a nice person." Naruto nodded, then he looked at Noriko and said " We need rooms." Naruto saw her nod then heard " One or two." Naruto saw Noriko look at Hinata then at him and heard " Actually we only have one room with two beds." Naruto nodded then looked at Hinata seeing the tint of red on her face still there to his confusion." Naruto just looked back at the two women and said " Fine." Naruto saw Reina nod and then heard " We start tomorrow." Naruto nodded, then he saw Reina walk off so he followed Hinata behind him to a room. After talking to Reina and taking them to a room, Naruto talked to her for a few minutes and he was left with Hinata.
Naruto had finished putting some clothes in a dresser when he heard " Naruto-o what do they do-o for you?" Naruto pushed the draw in then looked at Hinata who finished as well so he said " This village is one of many villages that exist throughout the world. Every nation has agreed to these types of villages. These places exist for criminals to rest and not be touched but also do stuff they only thing criminals basically agreed to was that nothing is to happen here like murder. Now most people follow this rule but not all and there is no one to punish them so that is what they are for. Also they get me information on criminals or people in general." Naruto saw Hinata nod so he sat on his bed and patted next to him and said " Saru I Also need to tell you about them." Naruto saw Hinata nod then walk over and sit so he said " First thing is that I've been a Ghost since I was eight years old. You know that I'm hated by the village and I know you've seen me go to the academy covered in bruises and dirt." Naruto saw Hinata nod nervously so he said " Jiji made me a ghost when I had no skill to protect me and he had someone trained me but I didn't want them to know my identity and mine theirs. That person was Kakashi but I knew him from his old Anbu name, Dog."
Naruto saw Hinata nod so he said " I'll admit Kakashi was my friend and when I started going on missions he went with me as a Dog. We went on missions to improve my skills. During one mission I discovered these three. During the first Ninja war there were homes with ninja that didn't use chakra which were slowly dying out to people learning chakra or dying. These three were part of a small group of ninja that still didn't use chakra but they died beside them. Me and Kakashi saved them and after healing them up they wanted to help me so I asked them to do this." Naruto Gestured to the building then said " With Kakashi's help we taught them to walk on trees and water but that's it. They all use weapons and old school techniques but the tree can kill Kakashi. They are great fighters and will be teaching you taijutsu while I will deal with jutsu." Naruto saw Hinata nod then heard " Ok-k, but you-u never left the-e academy-y." Naruto nodded and said " My first and longest mission was watching over Sasuke. It was hard when my skills were shit but Kakashi helped. The days I missed the academy I was doing missions." Naruto saw Hinata nod so he said " Oh-h." Naruto saw Hinata nod then heard " Can-n-I-I ask-k you-u something-g?" Naruto nodded, hearing the nervousness in Hinata's voice then heard " I'm-m thank-k-k full for what-t-t your-r doing-g and I want-t-t to follow your-r-r rules-s-s…" Naruto looked at Hinata, both silent as she looked down, so he grabbed her hand and said, making her look up, " Hinata no need to be nervous. I will never get mad." Naruto saw Hinata look out then take a deep breath and heard " I want to carry my kunai pouch with me while I'm out even with you just in case."
Naruto just nodded, moving his hand, and then said, " Would you feel better?" Naruto saw Hinata nod so Naruto stood up and pulled out the scroll with his and Hinata's weapons then said " Hinata I can't as it says that you've been a ninja and at your age still are." Naruto unsealed his gear and grabbed his kunai pouch then reached in pulling out a kunai that was completely flat including the handle made of a light but strong metal. Naruto grabbed the tip and handed it to Hinata and said " This is a throwing knife, basically a kunai. It's made from a chakra conducting metal." Naruto saw Hinata nod while taking it so he said " Have you ever done tree or water walking?" Naruto saw Hinata nod then heard " Yea I learned-d from a young age-e." Naruto nodded then said " When you go out what you do is channel chakra to your arm and when you put the throwing knife against your arm and if you have the control will be able to stick it to you." Naruto saw Hinata nod then heard " And under my-y jacket-t it's hidden then I-I can release my chakra for it to drop." Naruto nodded, then he sealed his equipment away and said, " On the other hand, I would like to know everything about your skills." Naruto saw Hinata nod so he put the scroll in a draw and sat down then listened."
* Next Day *
Naruto was standing with Hinata in front of Reina and Noriko so he looked at Hinata then at Reina to hear " Saru, what we are about to show you you can't tell anyone not even your Hokage." Naruto saw Hinata look at him nervously so he said " Don't worry, Jiji knows that people that give me information works for me and I won't give up anything including their identities. This applies to whoever sees this stuff and no future Hokage can demand anything." Naruto saw Hinata nod still nervous so he looked forward and said " Let's go." Naruto saw Reina and Noriko nod so he followed the two females to a storage room that has creates and bags. Naruto saw Noriko move some creatures then open a big trap door that had stairs under it. Naruto walked down with the others into a room that was decently looking. It had a basic wall but lighting and mats for taijutsu, weapon racks of fake weapons and a target area nearby. Naruto looked at Hinata seeing her shock so he said " When this village was built about a hundred years ago someone had this made for smuggling. They discovered it and transformed it."
Naruto saw Hinata nod then walk up still looking when Naruto heard an arrow hit a target so he looked at one seeing Masuyo shooting a bow. Naruto sighed to then hear Reina say " We might as well get started. Naruto turned towards Hinata and said " Hey, I'll be in the room but I'm going to go talk to Masuyo, they are seeing your taijutsu skills and are going to help." Naruto saw Hinata nod with a small smile and heard " I trust you." Naruto smiled and nodded happily for Hinata agreeing and for not stuttering. Naruto then crouched, opening the scroll and unsealed his gear, then put on his quiver and grabbed his bow. Naruto sealed everything else then walked up to another target. Naruto knocked an arrow, then aimed and fired to hear " What?" Naruto looked at Masuyo as he quickly fired another arrow and said " You only use a bow when you are angry it helps you calm down and…" Naruto saw Masuyo turn towards him and then heard her say loudly " I goddamn know." Naruto just sighed and was about to speak when Masuyo walked off putting the bow on a rack. Naruto turned towards Hinata to see her stubble back from an assault of attacks from Reina. Naruto watched this for a few minutes for Reina to stop and heard " Ok, get into your stance I am going to stabilize it." Naruto saw Hinata nod and do it then he saw Reina for hours try but fail to help Hinata.
* Couple Hours Later *
Naruto sighed seeing Hinata look down disappointed in herself so he said " Reina why don't I take over and do some ninjutsu for a while." Naruto saw Reina nod then heard " I hope we can improve tomorrow." Naruto saw Reina walk off so he walked up taking out a square piece of paper and said " Sura." Naruto saw Hinata look up so he handed the paper and said " I want to see your affinities. Channel chakra into the paper." Naruto saw Hinata nod then heard " I-I most-t likely have-e earth-h like-e all-l Hyuga-a." Naruto nodded to see Hinata push her hands against the paper and after a few seconds pulled back. Naruto saw half the paper get soaked while the other wrinkled up. Naruto's eyes widened, then he looked up at Hinata and said " That explains your stance." Naruto saw Hinata look at him confused so he said " Hinata the reason the Gentle Fist is keeping ground is because of the affinity earth." Naruto saw Hinata just nod and heard " My Chakra-a is affecting-g my-y stance." Naruto shook his head and said " No and yes. Anyone could use any stance but your affinities define you. From your fight with Neji in the preliminaries you were faster then most fresh Genin and you are most likely are a great at dodging as you have a nimble but bendable body." Naruto saw Hinata nod so he nodded and said " So it would take you years to master the Gentle fist Sura as earth is the complete opposite of water." Naruto saw Hinata nod again then heard " So-o what should-d I do-o?" Naruto smiled then said " I think you are going to need to learn a new fighting style that is for speed and dodging but you can still give a mean hit." Naruto saw Hinata nod and heard " I agree." Naruto nodded and said " We'll focus on your chakra today and tomorrow you'll work on taijutsu with Reina." Naruto saw Hinata nod so he smiled and said " Let's get started."
* That Night *
Naruto was standing on the building roof, staying silent looking at Masuyo who was watching the stars. Naruto was about to turn and leave when he heard " Please just stay." Naruto walked over and sat to look at the file he got from Reina then at Masuyo to hear " I'm sorry for how I acted but I'm not training her Kitsune." Naruto nodded and then said " Why?" Naruto saw Masuyo look down and heard " I can't look at Saru without seeing her." Naruto looked at Masuyo and said " Really?" Naruto saw Masuyo nod and heard " I never told you this but she used to be nervous like that, was conscious of her looks and actions." Naruto nodded again then he reached into his pocket pulling out a black marker and said " So how are you?"
Naruto saw Masuyo look at him then forward and heard " I still have nightmares." Naruto just nodded, then he moved to look at the file about to open it to hear " how are you?" Naruto smiled and said " You know I can' tell you a lot but I have some weight taken off me and that's really it." Naruto saw Masuyo nod then look at him to speak but just look forward so he looked forward and said " He still hates himself for it." Naruto saw Masuyo nod then heard " I figured that Dog." Naruto chuckled and said " You know he also hasn't dated ever since. Slept with anyone ever since." Naruto saw Masuyo look at her so he gestured to his mask and said " Dog wears a simple face mask under his Anbu mask and he has his reasons. He's never let anyone see his face and when she saw it she didn't care. Dog lost a lot and blames himself but she was someone that was able to get what he feels or has the same amount of pain as him." Naruto saw Masuyo nod then heard " Really I would think he would forget." Naruto sighed then said " Masuyo he thought whoever he touches dies and dried to push me away." Naruto saw Masuyo shake her head and heard " Ok, enough of that, what's the file." Naruto looked at it and said " I don't know." Naruto opened the file and pulled out a few papers so he read the first one then a couple others for his eyes to widen. Naruto looked up at Masuyo and said " Shit." Naruto then created a shadow clone with another set of papers then he saw the clone take the mark and black out anything to tell Masuyo that Saru was Hinata Hyuga then the clone handed it to her. After a couple of minutes he saw Masuyo look up and heard " Shit." Naruto sighed as her papers disappeared in smoke he put the papers in the folder and said " Don't tell her." Naruto saw Masuyo nod so he stood up and said " On the other hand I am tired good night." Naruto then disappeared using the Body Flicker putting the file away and going to bed.
