"Omi!"

Atsumu spat as he slightly leaned up in his hospital bed, Sakusa quickly going to his side.

"Hey honey.."

he whispered in a soothing voice. He hated hospitals and yet he hadn't thought about anything but the dramatic setter the entire time he had been in there. He dearly loved the boy but how had this happened? What caused the popular chaos bringer to be bedridden and sad? It hurt his jeart he only hoped Atsumu would be fine.

3 months prior!

"'Samu!"

Atsumu raced up to the gray-haired male and hugged him, his sweet-smelling hair covering his tear-tracked face.

"Why do you have to go.. I'll miss you.."

The other boy looked at him with concern engraved in his soft features. He quickly wrapped his muscular arms around the older twin as he struggled to stutter a question out

"Do y-you want me to s-stay?"

Atsumu's eyes shot up to his brothers and he stumbled from the others grasp, almost losing balance but stabilizing himself on a lamppost. He took a deep breath before he quickly yelled,

"NO WAY! Y-YOU NEVER SEE MOM! I-I'LL BE OKAY!"

He flashed a nervous but encouraging smile at the younger twin and began to run back towards his house, waving to hie brother before he entered the dark and cold home.

Throughout the next weeks he worked on school but he soon realized that Osamu was not just his twin, especially during school. During school Osamu had guarded him from bulling or being left out and since most thought he was the hotter twin but because of how cold he was, many would go to Atsumu asking for him to tell Osamu something or ask something. And.. many would try to get closer to Atsumu so they could get closer to Osamu.

He would be mocked and bullied. People would laugh over how pathetic and disgusting he was. It hurt. And partially made him wonder if life was worth living anymore. He feltlike he was selfish to rely on Osamu..

"Osamu is just so nice to deal with you!" "Sakusa probably just wants to get closer to Osamu." "He's so disgusting, i mean boys liking boys! Thats disgusting." "Osamu is probably never coming back because of him." "No wonder his mom only talks to Osamu."

It never stopped. But one day they got particularly rude and it clicked in Atsumu's mind..

"You don't deserve to be at our school! You don't even deserve to live!" "You really should kill yourself, it'd be better for everyone." "Here's the nearest unrailed accessible roof loser." "You're so ugly and fat ew.."

He realized that if he wanted to be happy he'd have to be skinny, he'd have to kind. He'd have to shed blood.

That night he grabbed his extra money from his job and walked to the closest store.

"Hello, may I help you?"

A short lady with rose gold hair asked and she smiled sweetly, a gesture he'd rarely seen recently.

"Uh yea.. do you have razor blades?"

He spoke softly but smiled a gentle smile as she instructed him towards the back.

"Thank you ma'am.."

He whispered and walked to the suggested section, collecting them and quickly paying before rushing back to his cold home.

He stood in his room, blade pressed against his shaking arm. He took a deep breath before pressing down and pulling it across his arm. Once done he read it.

"Óşªmų'ś ţẃıŋ"

It hurt sure but with physical pain he couldn't focus on mental. But what he wrote was on par with the truth. He was just Osamu's twin.

Crystal-like tears glided over his porcelain face as he slowly leaned down to sit against the wooden door of his small room.
