Basically, I'm rewriting Tommy's dream in the Dino Thunder episode "In your dreams." I've rearranged the order. Kira's dream happened first, then Ethan, they still had to help Connor, but now they're on Tommy's turn.

Dark dimension - Tommy's dream
The black ranger was dreaming. What was he dreaming about? Well, he wasn't a black ranger. Or a red ranger. Or even a white. He was the original green ranger again. And the green ranger was in the dark dimension. With Jason. "You're pathetic! Facing me with your powers when I don't have mine." "I didn't come here to talk. There can only be one power ranger." Tommy replied before slashing Jason. Unlike when it really happened, Jason wasn't using self defense. He just stood there. Tommy gave him scars all over his body.

Mesagog's fortress - real world
"Master, the black ranger's dream will make it so easy to destroy him. All we have to do is keep a sword from being destroyed and the rangers will destroy him." Elsa said. "Excellent. Keep that sword intact." Mesagog hissed. The woman smirked.

Kira's house - real world
"Guys, Dr. O's not responding." Kira said. Faint curses could be heard from Connor's end. "We have to get to his house. We'll meet up at Cyberspace."

Angel grove harbor - Tommy's dream
Meanwhile, Tommy was playing his flute. A giant dragon came, it was five times the size of the Dragonzord. The dragon burned down Angel Grove and the Power rangers were nowhere to be seen. His eyes lingered on the Youth Center. Bulk and Skull came out of the Youth Center with cake on their faces. Ernie was chasing them out when Tommy's dragon attacked. The three were ashes before he knew it.

Cyberspace - real world
Ethan arrived last. The three other teens were sitting at a table. "What I don't get is how me and Ethan beat it alone yet Dr. O hasn't beat his dream." "He could be outnumbered." Connor said. Ethan went to sit down. "Maybe he was having a nightmare to begin with?" Ethan suggested. Connor laughed. "What kind of nightmare could a power ranger have?" Trent gulped nervously, he'd been having nightmares about Mesagog killing him in his sleep. "He's had the same nightmares for a decade now. And they've always ended up with at least one ranger destroyed." Hayley said.

Angel grove high - Tommy's dream
His dragon hovered over the school. The roof was transparent. Tommy could've sworn he saw Bulk and Skull die, yet here they were in a class of twelve. The rangers he went to high school with were the other ten. Ms. Applebee and Principal Kaplan were in the classroom too. The dragon burned down the school, ten teleported out safely. The two adults and the two people who had already died burned alive with it.

"So you're telling us that he's probably fighting ten rangers?" Connor said slowly. Hayley nodded. "And my device will connect his dino gem with yours, sending you into his dream. Just be warned, die in there and you die here too." The four rangers gazed at each other before nodding.

A huge field - Tommy's dream
The four rangers collapsed in a bush. They saw the giant dragon finish off the remains of Angel Grove. "Tommy- you killed them all! Our parents and your parents!" A teenager in a red shirt, Jason if the three originals remembered the diary, cried out. "Forget destroying the sword of darkness! I'm destroying him!" Kimberly screamed. The nine other rangers nodded. "It's morphin time! Tyrannosaurus!" "Mastodon!" "Triceratops!" "Pterodactyl!" "Saber-tooth Tiger!" "Yellow ranger power!" "Zeo ranger 1 - Pink!" "Zeo ranger 2 - yellow!" "Zeo ranger 3 - blue!" "Zeo ranger 4 - Green!" The Zeo and Mighty morphin rangers drew their weapons. "Kim, Kat, Billy, Tanya, Zack, and Trini go stop the dragon! Me, Rocky, and Adam will fight Tommy."
"We have a huge problem." Connor stated. Trent shrugged. "The dragon is distracting seven rangers and we don't need to save it." He pointed out. "Well, we need a counter plan. Kira will talk to Dr. O while I deal with Jason. Ethan, you get to fight the blue Zeo ranger and Trent gets Green Zeo." Connor said. The four rangers nodded. "Dino thunder, power up!" "White ranger, dino power."

"The others have infiltrated the black ranger's dream. We can get them destroyed too. Delete the dragon." Mesagog hissed.

Forest - Tommy's dream
"Calm down, Dr. O!" Kira said, using the Ptera grips to counter the Dragon dagger. Suddenly, she saw colors out of the corner of her eye. "Guys, Elsa deleted the dragon from the dream! I need back up."
"Why are you helping the other green ranger?" Adam demanded. "Because this is his nightmare! We can't fight the villain in the real world without him!" Adam snorted before attacking again. The Saber-tooth Tiger ranger showed up and slashed him. The other two yellow rangers also appeared.
Ethan was struggling against Zeo ranger 3 - Blue. Unfortunately, that didn't stop the other Triceratops ranger and the black ranger from attacking him too.
Connor was beating Jason, mostly due to the torture from earlier in the dream. It wasn't long before the two pinks came to his aid?
"We're outnumbered Kira. You're on your own. " All three boys said to their communicators at once. Kira sighed. Maybe she was going about this wrong. "Listen! It's not your fault! You're being controlled!" Tommy didn't respond. "Trent, we need to switch!" Kira said. Trent instantly came to Kira while Kira switched to fighting the three yellow rangers and the other green ranger.
"Dr. O, listen! I understand what you're going through! You nearly destroyed Zordon. You destroyed their zords. You nearly destroyed the others three times and Jason four." "Not helping, Trent!" Connor said to his communicator. Trent ignored him. "But the important thing is that you didn't! They're still alive. Their zords were repaired! You came through when they needed you. They forgave you! It's time you forgave yourself." Tommy shook his head, his consciousness coming through the dream. "They only said that so I'd help them!" He shouted, "They never meant it. After I had no powers, they left me! When Kim and Kat didn't need my protection or love, they left too!" He shouted.
"We won't! I tried to kill my friends several times, yet they'll always stay with me!" Trent replied. "How do you know that?" Tommy snapped. "How do you know that as soon as your powers are gone, they will stop acting like they forgave you! How do I know that as soon as I stop having powers, they'll leave me too!"
Trent stared at him. He'd never considered that. Had Connor, Ethan, and Kira been pretending just so he'd help them against Mesagog? Was he even really their friend? "Trent, don't listen to him! We will stay with you. I liked you before I knew about your powers! Why would I stop liking you when neither of us have powers?" Kira said to him. "And Dr, O, remember you are the Falcon; the winged lord of the sky and bringer of justice." Ethan added through their communicators.

All five woke up. And for the first time since he held the power, the black ranger truly felt at peace.
