Complete Story Plot Summary : All it took was one terrible mistake of a wish made by Goku , after winning the tournament of power , that would create a catastrophic event , in nature , which would shake the very foundation of the entire omniverse itself, and in its wake an unstoppable omnipotent entity beyond human comprehension forcefully possesses its own deceased Saiyan host known as Goku into becoming its true successor in order to cause literal chaos and destruction across every fictional multiverses in existence. but even in the possible future world ruled by pure darkness itself , there shines a brightly lit light , like a beacon of hope in preventing the death of countless lives across multiple universes in existence. A simple young woman thought to have died endless eons ego, along with her own ancient universe , who goes by the only name Rayettne . The true identity of the Grand Priestess Kansei herself. But What Will Kansei/Rayettne do to stop him in his own tracks?

This Story takes place in an extremely rare alternative universe ( or multiverse ) of Dragon Ball super kakumei anime and basically this is an OC character that I completely made up from my own creative imagination called Ultimar (Plus my Profile picture is an very unique drawing of the Fictional Omnipotent Deity Ultimars appearance in the AU dbz Story Itself / Aka I drew it myself which is obviously the closest that I could actually get to his own physical appearance in this fanfiction story request / plus that's exactly what he will look like in the story itself / minus the green headband ) .

Basically Ultimar is so overpowered of a character that he possibly looks over every other dimension In all of fiction / excluding our own world / and multiverse / meaning he has knowledge of everything in fiction / plus the birth of every known fictional universe / basically his universe was the first universe to be created in all of fiction by Marvels TOAA and DC Comics The Presence Meaning he is a true omnipotent being ) to be paired up with Grand Priestess ( Female AU version of Daishinkan Or Kansei from Dbs Kakumei.

Aka the Dbs Kakumei AU fanfiction main story plot takes place right before The Daishinkan and the Dbs angels confront Kansei herself ( Plus it's 2 weeks after Goku made a wish in the tournament of power that goes horribly wrong / Instead Of Android 17 wishing it himself / which somehow grabs the attention of Ultimar himself / however Kansei is completely unaware of this terrifying and menacing threat that would derail her own sinister Plan that she had in mind 2 weeks later / Aka Ultimar Uses Goku as his own host to secretly eliminate all of her own Allies that had actually worked for the Grand Priestess before she even got a hint of what was even going on )

2 weeks after disappearing / Dead Goku / who is fully mind controlled and 100% possessed by Ultimar himself, quickly interrupts the dramatic confrontation , and enters into the scene out of nowhere, walking through Zeno Samas front palace entrance door , all the while passing by every God of destruction and their own angel onlookers with a stone cold emotionless like expression plastered on his own face, completely devoid of any life, emotions, and feelings itself, along with freezing them entirely in their own place with an instant thought itself before they even had time to even react without even batting an eye at them or even raising his own hand.

Before they could even realize what is actually going on, he immediately uses a full powered Existence Erasure ( which is on a level equal to that of The One Above All Himself ) , to completely delete the Daishinkan from existence on all planes of it reality existence at once , and all that took was an instantaneous thought within his own mind itself, revealing his own name ( Aka Ultimar ) to all angel onlookers along with Kansei herself.( Aka Kansei From DBS / She is beautiful after all / A Now Good person / Or a kindhearted mother of all the angels / aka after recovering all of her oold memories of who she once truly was / Aka Rayettne .

Basically The entire fictional omniverse.

Which is nothing but a projector hologram that he observes every universe from.

Excluding our world and the world we currently live in. ( Aka infinite multiverse )Ultimar probably watches in amusement at what goes on in every world throughout they obviously can't even notice him.

Because he severely dwarfs the entire fiction in sheer size alone. Making all of them completely unaware that he truly exists out there in the vast depths of space itself. Except if your a fictional true omnipotent being just like he is.

And All of that power that I just listed is what Ultimar himself can do in his - Regular - Base Form. I shudder to think of what he can do at full power. Which an extremely terrifying thing to think about.

Powers and Abilites : (most characters in Fiction / plus outside of reality cannot be as powerful as him / except characters who are truly omnipotent can Match him in power in fiction or those who are true omnipotent like him / Aka Gan from the dark tower series / Plus The One Above All And The Presence.

Appearance: Has Blond hair , Emerald green face , Pale white Colored - Face with dark bags around his eyes , and wears an sinister dark armor outfit , with a sinister shadow colored cape , flowing in the wind, He also carries a scepter with a projector hologram sphere that lets him observe everything in fictional universes itself ) .

Personality : Ultimar himself is mostly an evil OC character. With a minor lack of human emotions and I literally mean his own evilness rivals that of the Crimson King from the dark tower series Or another evil character similar to that of God Form kefka from final fantasy 6 or maybe his own evilness rivals that of the great evil beast from dc comics ) however Kansei will show her love for him to destroy the darkness completely within him to make him good he is at last .

Lifting strength : Infinite ( or completely irrelevant/ with no possible end to it / if he wanted to he could simply obliterate 100% of fiction with nothing but the sheer mass and endless weight of his own pinkie itself )

Why Is He So Powerful? Its because when he snapped his power and potential was unleashed and became limitless. transforming Ultimar into a Boundless fictional omnipotent deity.

Basically he literally has no limit to his power has trained for endless eternities and eons, and truly immortal ever since he destroyed his home planet and universe

This will be a somewhat dark story at the beginning but it Immediately turns into a much more lighthearted romantic story one shot near the end of the story ( But there will be mentions of character death / basically in the single chapter one shot of the story ) .

Another Thing is that he was special unlike the other people from his world, because he was simply given a gift by the TOAA ( Aka Stan Lee fictional marvel avatar / The One Above All / Supreme being of Marvel Comics ) and The Presence ( Supreme being of DC Comics ) ( Limitless Power and Potential ) to protect the people of his own world , but little did they know of the sad tragedy that would befall the kindhearted man himself Ultimar.

Basically Ultimar becomes a boundless True omnipotent Fictional being /with true immortality / or the most powerful type of immortality in fiction / basically he tried to kill himself / to end his own pain and misery / but it failed / plus the tragic loss of his true love Rayettne / who was savagely killed right before his very eyes / by the heartless people of his home planet / and afterwards they treated the innocent man like absolute dirt / resulted in him finally reaching his breaking point / making him go completely mad and insane.

However. Endless eternities later. Ultimar will soon be free from his own inner darkness. After the Grand Priestess Kansei From Dragon Ball Super Kakumei herself helps him completely eradicate his evil darkness within him by showing him that she is the true reincarnation of Raynette, and that she was still there after all this time, who could show him kindness and truly love him. Making Ultimar pure of heart once more. Resulting in him finally being free of his own inner darkness. Aka no longer evil anymore.

Another unique thing forgot to mention is that both The One Above All and The Presence ( Both are the supreme beings of Marvel And DC universe comics universes / True Omnipotents ) had created a test universe ( Note that I am only using my imagination / because we don't know if they even did this type of thing / but let's just say that they did create one that is ) to see how it would start from there. Ten trillion years later ( They still had not created their respective worlds yet that is / Marvel and DC comics multiverse worlds ) they had visited the Planet known as Galaxar in which they saw that one special kindhearted individual.

On that planet, Ultimar had the power to bring change to his own world ( Gifted infinite power and potential which would peak at Boundless Omnipotence endless eons later ) but little did they know of the sad tragedy that would befall the young man known as Ultimar ( in which after his planet exploded / due to unlocking the new power that laid dormant within him / he would decide to use his own power to create a small dimension literally outside of the omniverse / although the outer gods of Cthulhu mythos didn't seem to take notice of it / because they were too busy trying to keep Azathoth asleep ( Aka the supreme being of Cthulhu mythology world ) which Ultimar had enough power to do so which is basically an gothic Umpire styled architectural mansion expanding infinitely in size for endless eternities to come / eventually ending in it being equal in size to the entire fictional omniverse itself to him / finally reaching the peak of his own omnipotent powers after training for endless eternities.

Endless eternities later into the current present time ( In an extremely rare AU version of the dbs multiverse set near the end of the tournament of power / where Goku makes an accidental wish that goes horribly wrong / using the super dragon Balls after winning the tournament of power / which somehow grabs the attention of Ultimar himself outside of the fictional omniverse / Who is my fanmade version of the strongest character for the dbs series / or the final one / plus he is ridiculously overpowered as well / making it the fan made dbs story arc to end all story arcs.

Plus Ultimar completely erases Goku's own memories of the heroic savior that he once was along killing him on top of that. However Ultimar finally sees his true love return in the form of the beautiful female angel known as the Grand Priestess Kansei / Rayettne herself/ Aka thr true love of ultimar itself / oh and yeah I forgot to mention that Rayettne isn't completely dead like Ultimar thought she was / or you could say that The Grand priestess Kansei is quite literally The Reincarnation of Rayettne herself / obviously meaning that memories of her own forgotten tragic past / Aka endless eternities ago / were sealed / until this horrible catastrophic prophecy like event happened to occur on this very day ) in which he knew she would be his last hope of ever gaining a final chance at happiness ..
