Ticket here. Before we begin I just wanted to say that this elimination will take place on Night 11. Going three days for every elimination would be over what I want, so there will likely be more two episode chapters to come (the A/B format). For future seasons, i prefer the three part format most times, two parts will be exceptions.
With that being said, see which tribe is going to be grilled tonight, and who will be going home next! Enjoy!
Immunity Challenge: Day 11
First out is the Toka tribe, a plan already set in place.
Tremor: We've never needed to lose more than today. This throw will lead to our rise. More importantly: mine.
Cut to a Blu confessional about the throw.
Blu: This sounds like a dumb plan but…I REALLY don't want those guys reaching a swap. It's only bad news for us if they do!
Next out is the Roku tribe, on a journey to be the winning-est tribe. Some people actually need it.
Li Mei: Winning is my only option. If we don't, the journey will be over.
The two tribes come to a stop, and it's time to see what's become of the losing tribe. "Get a look at the new Fatu tribe: Infinite voted out last Tribal Council." THAT doesn't get a silent reaction.
"Take out their strongest this early?" Tremor asks, but Kabal has an answer. "You've gotta be a bad player to be that, and get taken out third."
The four Fatu come to a stop, and without further ado: it's time.
"Before we start the challenge, Roku you need to sit out one person. Toka, you need to sit out two." Roku gets into a huddle, while the six Toka don't even try huddling.
"Toka, you got two?"
Red and Tremor step forward. "We will sit out." The host directs them to the bench. "Head to the Sitout bench." While the two walk over there, Jeff turns to Roku who is out of their huddle. "Roku, who are you sitting out?" It doesn't take long to get an answer. "I'll be sitting out." Mei says, walking towards the bench with Tremor and Red over there, and takes a seat.
The focus goes back to the twelve castaways competing for their tribes. "Alright. Immunity is back up for grabs. For today's challenge, you're going to race to assemble a wheelbarrow, racing it through a series of obstacles. You'll collect sandbags on the way. After you dump all the bags in, you'll take the wheelbarrow apart, and use those parts to build a slingshot. Then, you'll use those bags to knock down four targets. The first two tribes to knock down all their targets will win immunity, and be safe from Tribal tonight."
Another one from Edge of Extinction.
"Losing tribe will see me again at Tribal Council, where someone will be the fourth person voted out of this game."
A fate nobody needed in their lives, but one tribe was getting it anyways.
"I'll give you a minute to prepare, and we'll get started."
After prep, the tribes have those wheelbarrow parts on their mind.
"Hope you can build! Survivors ready? GO!"
Roku hits their wheelbarrow the quickest, everyone doing their part to go fast. Fatu and Toka get to their wheelbarrows and try constructing it. Toriel is calling the parts for Fatu, while Toka is just dead silent.
"Toka, the only tribe not communicating."
The four competing slide parts in, but not fast enough because Fatu gets ahead of them. Meanwhile Roku is already headed out to the obstacles! Fatu completes their wheelbarrow and heads to navigate through some obstacles. Toka is in last for the first time, and they head to the obstacles.
Mac has the wheelbarrow for Roku and guides it around the obstacles, making sure that their hard work doesn't go to waste. Sonic could have done it, but going too fast could break the wheelbarrow.
Luigi's guiding the barrow for Fatu, but bumps into an obstacle, stopping Fatu temporarily! "Back up, send her left and keep going." Gordon commands, and the plumber follows the advice.
As for Toka, Kabal has the wheel and runs into the course! He picks up speed and "accidentally" trips, tipping the wheelbarrow over!
"Kabal decimates the wheelbarrow! Rare disaster from the Toka Tribe!"
Kabal gets back up as Toka follows him. He picks up the pace again, but starts to flip the wheelbarrow over! He sets it down and keeps going..
..getting judgement from the sit outs.
"Is he stupid?" Mei asks, facing Red and Tremor. "He has no tact in this challenge."
"He may be fatigued. It's already happened to a turtle." Tremor says, and the red Yoshi's mouth starts to gape open. His alliance wasn't the only one wanting to throw.
Back to the obstacles, Roku makes it past and dumps all those sandbags in. They all work together to push the heavy barrow to the end of the course.
Fatu follows the same process, except Gordon slaps the sandbags in. "Why the rush? Toka is failing." Toriel asks, and the Chef slaps the last bag in. "I'm not taking a chance again." Safe to say…someone's in a rush.
While those tribes take off, Toka reaches the sandbags. Kano opens the hatch and the bags start to roll out. He recklessly smacks them into the barrow, even willing to get some on the side. Blu and Kristine, aware of the challenge throw, do the same exact thing.
"Half of those bags aren't even making it in!" Jeff exclaims. "Toka's went from the best in challenges, to the absolute WORST!"
The other tribes have good progress, both slingshots already built! Before Matt gets to the slingshot, he turns around to see Toka STILL behind.
"Are they seriously throwing?" Mac asks, and the hedgehog shrugs. "Don't know, do know it helps us."
"It's just a bad idea."
"For them."
Matt gets to the slingshot they built earlier, but has Toka's bad performance on his mind.
Matt: Every time Toka showed up, they were the Pros. Now they're just a bunch of little leaguers! Are they even trying?
When Fatu gets to their built slingshot, Luigi also turns around for a moment.
Luigi: They're flipping and flopping over there. Oooh…this is a tragic performance. How the mighty fall.
It's the Mii vs. the plumber on slingshots.
Matt hits his first target!
Luigi hits his first target!
Matt hits his second!
Luigi hits his second!
"It's neck and neck between Matt and Luigi, both carrying bragging rights for their tribe."
While they go at it, and even miss a few shots, Toka reaches the end of the course. Kano flips the barrow over like a wild bamboo, all the sand bags spilling out.
"Even when Toka finally does something right, they still doesn't know how to act!"
Kano: I said I was gonna sell this, and I'm sellin' it. You have a quarrel with strategy?
Blu rips a rod and just throws it to the side, everyone making it as inconvenient as possible. While they flop…
..someone hits their last target.
"ROKU WINS IMMUNITY!"
They cheer at yet another win on the record. Getting rid of the weak worked after all. But speaking of weak, Toka is stalling on the slingshot, slowly putting pieces into place. Jeff has seen enough.
"Toka, what are you doing?!"
Kano looks at Luigi knock down his third target, aiming for a fourth.
"Working smart."
Jeff turns to see Luigi's sandbag hit the fourth target!
"FATU WINS IMMUNITY!"
The rest of Fatu charge Luigi, and all share a group hug.
"You did it!" Toriel exclaims. "Redemption at last!"
"HEYO!" Luigi shouts. That slingshot debt has been paid. For now.
The three tribes get together again, Jeff staring them all down. "Roku, Fatu, congratulations: no Tribal for you tonight. Head back to camp, good night." Those nine castaways depart to their respective camps, while the host turns to Toka, who just gave one of the worst challenge performances of all time.
"Toka, I've got nothin' for ya. Head back to camp, I'll see you tonight." The six Toka leave Jeff behind and head back to camp. A slow-mo shot of Kano laughing is shown, but he doesn't get the confessional.
The swing does.
Kristine: That was bad, but at least we knew it was going to be. Tonight can go really bad really quickly, so I need to pick a side and make sure that I'll come out of this vote alive.
Toka: Day 11
The six Toka arrive at camp, getting exactly what (almost) everyone wanted in the first place.
"I don't know what happened but let's not do that again." Tremor says, unaware that the Yoshi were in on it too.
"We were just off our game today. At least we won three in a row." Red says, trying to make a positive.
While the Yoshi were also throwing, one is still nervous about the decision. It's already been made though, so they'd have to deal with any consequences to come from it.
Blu: I hope throwing was worth it. If not, we're just dummies who made a dummie move. Our island wouldn't let us hear the end of it.
We would see. Because Kristine and Tremor meet up after the challenge, and discuss what they'll do in their positions.
"Are you still with Kano and Kabal?" she asks, and he confirms as such. "We've simply talked more strategy. It's better not to draw rocks anyways. They can hurt sometimes." Hurt the game and your body.
"I'm still with you. No way am I drawing rocks." she responds, taking that into account. But joining the BDG has its cons. Tremor even agrees (not out loud though).
Tremor: If she's smart, she won't join us. She'd just be another number we would cut early. Be a forgettable castaway. But, she's openly sneaky so maybe she's not just an intelligent life form. Humanoid turtles never struck me as smart anyways.
Despite that last comment, Kristine's still hearing them out. It's only fair.
"It's just too risky drawing for me. What if I go home? It wouldn't be worth it sticking to the Yoshi." she explains.
"Understood."
…
Silence.
Just silence.
Kristine: I'm being given two invites to a party, and I have to choose which one to go. Am I going to the gritty, emo party from the guys? Or the fun party with a pinata from the Yoshi?
She tries the gritty one first, as she and Tremor go to Kano and Kabal.
"Blu's a quiet one, so I'd guess Red's the face of that alliance. Doesn't help the two were cuddling last night like a couple of lunatics." Kano says, sideying the koopa. "Have you chosen a side yet?"
"Yours."
"Just that easy, ey?"
"Well I just don't like rocks so…I'm joining the Black Dragon."
That gets a smile from the Aussie. "Just lovely. Let's toast some dino." he states, raising his canteen in the air. Kabal and Tremor raise theirs and look at Kristine.
"I don't have mine, let me just—"
She uses her fist as a drink, and they all clash in the middle.
"To the black dragon."
Kano: That turtle just pledged to the god in the Black Dragon: Me. So she better not make us play with rocks, or else I'm smiting her arse. She'd be as good as dead.
Kabal: If we draw rocks, I'd love the purple one because Im never hearing the end of it if we lose. At that point drawing the purple rock would be saving me.
Next, Kristine heads to the fun party with Yoshi, and unfortunately, no piñata.
"Does anyone want to change the target or are we good to go?" Red asks.
"No. I'll lose Kano over a Kabal or a Tremor." Blu says, showing who she hates the most.
The two Yoshi turn to the Koopa. "I hope you draw a good rock. You're risking so much by doing this." The red Yoshi says, the Koopa smiling back. "It's worth it. I'd take you guys over them any time." She admits.
"Awww…" Red states, turning back to Blu. "I hope you know it's worth it."
"It better be."
"It will be."
The blue Yoshi sighs. "I can't stop thinking about it. Sorry, I'm not trying to be a Debbie downer." she says, and Red puts a hand on her shoulder.
"We got this. Just trust us.."
Red: At the end of the night, Blu's going to stick to the plan. She's not some messy Yoshi. I still don't know about Kristine, she's hopping between sides right now, but the others are so set on us that we can't just blindside her. So we have to pray for a rock draw. If we succeed? Throwing is an all time move. If we lose? I'm going to lose sweet sleep tonight.
Tribal Council: Night 11
The six Toka enter and spot six stumps, a fire pit in front of it, and Jeff Probst standing there with his hands behind his back. The first Toka Tribal Council is in session, and Jeff has a lot to learn about.
"Welcome back. Dip your torches into the fire. Fire represents your life, and once it's gone, so are you."
The Toka dip their torches and get seated on their stumps. This was it. The culmination of eleven days and nights of relationships, and strategy.
"So, first Tribal council for all of you. Kano, how does it feel being here and now, knowing that someone's getting their game cut short?" Jeff asks.
"As long as it's not me, it's no matter." he responds. "I'm just saying what everyone's thinking."
"Red, is there any anxiety coming into tonight's vote?" The host asks. "Jeff, there are lines on this tribe that'll do it." The Yoshi explains.
"What lines?"
The red Yoshi gestures towards the Black Dragon. "It's three on three, and a side has to win." he explains, Jeff nodding along. "If you vote along alliance lines, you risk a rock draw. Are you sure you want to take that risk?" the host questions. "If it rewards us, I'm up." Red, no fear of luck, but he's not alone. "It's risky..but we should still try, I mean what's the point of giving up? We just started." Blu adds, fully supporting her alliance.
Kristine keeps her mouth shut, as Jeff focuses on Kabal next. "Kabal, do you feel any sense of dread knowing that luck may be a factor tonight?" Kabal shakes his head. "A draw's not guaranteed. There's always someone who can't go one way, they have to run around like a lunatic and pick." he responds.
"IS playing the middle bad?"
"It is here Jeff. Whoever the swing is needs to know there are consequences for lying. If you give someone hope don't rip it away."
Some could consider that a valid statement from Kabal.
"Alright…Tremor. What do you think happens after the dust settles?" Jeff asks. "After this, one side will have conquered the other. The losing side would need luck to escape, so every person must hope they are a winner." he replies.
"Winners don't cuddle." Kano comments, and that's when the red Yoshi jumps in. "We were just having fun, is there anything wrong with that?"
"You're a special one aren't you? Listen mate: couples don't last. Like the wise gut you are you just ignored that and started one anyways." he snaps back, and Red's not just going to let that slide. "I'm sorry I'm not serious all the time, that wouldn't be very lame of me."
"Lame? Mate your whole strategy is based on holding hands. You think people are gonna get behind someone with the 'friendship' strategy?" Kano asks.
"People I DO know matter. Someone like Blu, someone like Kristine. WE have never talked about the strategy together, so why do you care?" Good question from Red…if Kano cared about reason. This might have been what he wanted.
"Cause I'm playin' on the other team. And tonight, we're gonna show all these people watching that friendship doesn't really cut it, you gotta run the table by any means necessary. Tonight, Yoshi's Island is getting ran through." he says. "If we get one out tonight, it's an easy job." That comment causes Jeff to look at the blue Yoshi.
"Blu, he just said he's gonna pick you off."
"Because his attitude sucks."
Kano shrugs. "That's the best read she's had all season." She snaps around. "..Do you think a jury's going to vote for you?" Jesus she's cutting him. "They'll vote for me if I bring the right people. Rob Mariano won."
That gets a glare from her. "I knew I'd be seeing villains, but you're not even a villain…you're just a jack $$." Red gasps, while Kristine stares at the Yoshi. "You're going to harass someone all for the money huh?"
"It's not harassment if I'm telling the truth."
She turns away from him and starts growling in frustration. Kano's a master assassin, the cast doesn't know that. BUT they are quickly finding out how much of a d*ck the man can be. A d*ck with some strategy.
"I'm sick of you." The blue Yoshi says, and Kano just looks at Jeff with a smile. "It's so easy to wind her up."
"I doubt that's the best strategy."
"We got four anyways. Let's just get it over with."
Jeff faces Kristine. "Are you going to let him speak for you? Because if your really anti-Kano, you can say whatever. We have plenty of time."
She looks at Red, who's speaking to her and a frustrated Blu. "Don't listen to them, they just want to get in your heads." Kano leans forward, but gets the hand from Blu.
"Stay out of it.." the assassin just leans back. "Let's see what happens." he says. The pressure on Kristine is huge. Both sides have a dislike for each other and now it's time for her to make a big choice. Would she make the right one long-term?
She didn't know yet, but wanted to lay as low as possible. So the koopa opts to utter four words, and be silent for the rest of the Tribal: "I've picked my side."
The host scans the six Toka, but no one really had anything of importance to say.
"I hope everyone's strapped in, because it is time to vote. Red, you're up first."
The Yoshi pops up and heads to the voting booth, an easy name in mind.
Red: We here at Yoshi Island would like to give you a cold, shivering sendoff. (Kano)
Kano: You got guts going against the Black Dragon. Enjoy having those while it lasts. (Red)
Kristine: I hate to betray you, but it's best for my game. ( ? )
The six Toka head back to their stumps after the voting is finished. When they're all set, Jeff's ready to get on with the Tribal. "I'll tally the votes…"
While he fetches the voting urn, the Yoshi's and BDGon watch him go. Then, the camera pans to Red, looking ahead. Then, Kano spinning his wrist. One head's getting cut off tonight.
Jeff returns to the podium with his urn in hand. "If anyone has a hidden immunity idol or advantage, and would like to play it, now would be the time to do so…" Every Toka member looks around at each other, but nobody steps up at all. If either side had an idol, it'd be over.
"I'll read the votes…" Jeff removes the lid, and pulls out six pieces of parchment. One alliance would beat the other, and he's there for the live reaction. "First vote…"
— Kano.
— Red.
— Kano.
— Red. That's two votes Kano, two votes Red, two votes left.
— Red. That's three votes Red, two votes Kano, one vote left.
The Yoshi look at Kristine, the sole decider. What was she going to do?
.
.
.
.
.
"Fourth person voted out of Survivor: Fight for Fiji: Red. Bring me your torch."
Blu's jaw hits the floor! Kano can't contain himself, and Red gets to his feet having to process it all. He grabs his torch, and heads to Blu first.
"Stay strong."
"I will…"
Kristine leaves her stump next. "Red i—"
"It's cool, it's just a game." He walks past her. "I just hope it was worth it." There is a little salt after all. Meanwhile, Kabal and Tremor are whispering.
"Blu's gonna be PISSED…" (Kabal)
"Let her. It's natural." (Tremor)
As for Blu, she's frowning at Kristine.
"Why would you do that?…"
"I can explain.."
"You screwed us over.."
The koopa doesn't have a response to that one.
While two Toka get to live another day, and two others have tension, Red sets his torch down, waiting for the snuff and ticket to a pre-jury vacation. He won't get to see any of it.
"Red, the tribe has spoken."
He snuffs his torch.
"Time for you to go."
Red leaves the Tribal Council area, while one Kano has a smile on his face the whole time. The Black Dragon have completed their first mission. Now they have it easy..or so they thought. He didn't have time to celebrate because Jeff has some final words himself.
"A side's been picked. What now? Head back to camp, good night." The remaining five Toka leave Tribal, a numbers disadvantage on one end, but a new day tomorrow.
Red's Final Words
Red: It sucks to be out of here so early. Before tonight, I didn't have a problem with Kano, but he showed how smug he is. Kristine made a bad move, and if it comes back to bite her, it won't scare me. I hope Blu can take it all, and beat these baddies once and for all.
Votes:
Red— Kano, Kabal, Tremor, and Kristine
Kano— Red and Blu
Confessional Count:
13– Gordon Ramsay ( + 2)
12– Little Mac ( + 1), Matt ( + 2), Kano ( + 4)
11– Toriel ( + 2), Sonic ( + 2)
10– Luigi ( + 1), Bandana Waddle Dee ( + 1)
9– Tremor ( + 2), Blu ( + 3)
8– Monty Mole ( + 2), Li Mei ( + 2), Kristine ( + 3), Kabal ( + 2)
Eliminated:
10– Red ( + 2)
9– Infinite
5– Nelson, Claptrap
The Black Dragon have come out victorious in this battle. Kristine sealed the deal and avoided rocks. However, Blu is going to want some answers because Kristine just straight up lied to her face about who was going home. Maybe playing the middle will backfire on her…
Anyways, Episode 5 is coming up and it's going to be three parts. Some castaways are being under edited, while others will get more confessionals to fit the story, sooo these extra chapters help with that. Plus, some new dynamics will be forming especially since the game is starting to take over in peoples minds. Some will try loyalty, others will take more action.
P.S: You definitely know what's coming don't you?
