Ken Randall and his Husband Alejandro Pavel were walking home from a night out, they were walking along the streets of New York City. They arrive in front of their apartment building and the two kissed.

"I really had a good time tonight." Said Ken

"We needed a break we haven't a night to ourselves since Jaden was born." Said Alejandro referring to their infant son.

"We better go up and relieve the sitter." Ken suggested.

They go into their building and walk up to their apartment; they go in and see a man sitting on their sofa. The man is African American with mustache and goatee and his hair was braided in cornrows. Ken immediately recognizes the man.

"Oh my God Darius!" said Ken shocked.

Darius Parker is Ken's Half-brother. Their mother Teresa Randall was raped by her father which led to the conception of Darius. Teresa wanted nothing to do with Darius, so her mother raised him passing him off as Ken's cousin. Darius found out years later and went on to rape and kill his girlfriend and her child.

"What's up Bro? it's been a long time." Said Darius greeting his brother.

"How did you get in here? And where is my son?" Ken yelled.

"Relax man, He's in his crib asleep. I told the Babysitter that I was an uncle meeting his new Nephew. So, I sent the Babysitter home.

Alejandro runs to go check on the baby leaving the two brothers alone.

"Why are you here Darius? I told you I want nothing to do with you!" Ken Shouted

"Aw man you still tripping about what happened?" Darius asked.

"You killed people Darius! Not to mention what you did to our mother." Said Ken

"Oh, please that Bitch deserved it." said Darius coldly.

"Don't talk about my mother! Get out!" Ken shouted.

"Or what Ken You gonna call your daddy? Don't bother I'm out." said Darius as he walks to the door.

"Listen to me Darius. Stay the hell away from me and my family." Said Ken

Darius walks out the door, as soon as he does Ken closes the door and locks it. then he takes out his phone

"Dad it's me I need you." Said Ken speaking into the phone.

Moments later Ken's father Sergeant Odafin "Fin" Tutuola of the NYPD Special victim's unit comes over. Ken tells him about Darius's reappearance.

"We came home and there was Darius sitting on our couch while my son was in the next room." Said Ken distraught.

"Did he say what he wanted?" Fin asked.

"I didn't give him a chance to explain I was so angry and scared I just wanted him gone." Said Ken

"Calm down I have Velasco, Muncy and Bruno canvassing the block to find Darius. Where's Alejandro?" Fin asked.

"He took Jaden over to his Fathers. I'm going to meet them." Ken responded.

"Good, and in the morning, we'll have Carrisi get started on a protective order so if he comes near you or my grandson again, I'll toss his ass in jail." Fin threatened.

They are interrupted when Detectives Velasco, Muncy and Bruno walk in

"We searched the entire block and no sign of him." said Bruno.

"Listen to me son, we will get Darius." Said Fin trying to reassure his son.

"You tried that 20 years ago and look how that turned out." said Ken.

"Come on we'll take you to meet Alejandro." Said Fin as they exit the apartment.

A couple hours later at the Manhattan SVU precinct, Fin was telling Velasco, Muncy and Bruno about the case and history involving Darius.

"So, this Darius is your Stepson?" Bruno asked.

"Former Stepson. My ex-wife Teresa was raped by her father which led to Darius's conception. Her mother forced her to keep him." Fin explained.

"So, Teresa's forced her to keep her rapist's baby? And the pro-lifers wonder why women are fighting for abortion rights." Said Muncy

"Times were different back then. Anyway, Darius found out and it turned him into a rapist and a murderer killing his girlfriend and her child." Said Fin

"How did this son of a bitch get away with this?" Velasco asked.

"That's a long-complicated story Velasco.

Captain Olivia Benson walks into the squad room greeting her detectives.

"I heard what happened, Darius is back?" she asked.

"Yep. Ken and Alejandro came home from a night out and found him there with my Grandson in the next room.

"Oh Fin, I'm so sorry. How's Ken?" Olivia asked.

"He's scared Liv and I don't blame him. Darius blames us for the way he was treated growing up." He had 20 years to sharpen the ax." Said Fin

"We are going to stop him this time whatever it takes." Olivia declared.
