I do not own KonoSuba, Dragon Ball, or any characters from either of those series. This is purely for entertainment purposes.

Also, I changed the first chapter a while ago because I realised that I actually forgot about a pretty big part of the story somehow, so if you were following before and you haven't read through the first chapter in a while, please go back and read it, it explains some things that are very important for the rest of this story.

Megumin hung on tight to Cell's neck as he carried the pint sized mage on his back. He really, absolutely would rather obliterate these people. Oh, how Cell dreamed of decimating all three of these losers. Unfortunately, if he did that then his powers would be taken away immediately by this damn collar that was practically fused to his neck, and he would then probably get ganged up on and beaten half to death by the entire town. The collar was so tight and thin, that he couldn't get a good enough grip of it to rip it off. Therefore, he found himself walking back to town with these three bums. The frogs were all dead and the quest was complete, but Cell had to carry the entire team because they were all so useless. The single light in the tunnel was that Kazuma and Aqua offered to guide Cell around the place, so at least he wasn't wandering around aimlessly. Apparently there was a guild nearby, so Cell was travelling with the party so that he could register to become an adventurer. Normally if someone told Cell to become an adventurer he would just kill them, but that option was not available considering his current situation. People around him muttered about his appearance. He could hear very clearly what they were saying - some called him a demon, some called him a freak with an oddly handsome face. Even Aqua asked why Cell looked nothing like a human. Cell just said he was born this way. Technically, it wasn't wrong and because he didn't want to be around these people, he refused to elaborate any further.

"Hey, hey! When are you gonna start teaching me more explosion magic?", Megumin gleefully asked, "You did say as we were coming here that you would join our party, so when do we start training?"

"If you stop pestering me with this same question, then I'll train you once we get you over to that guild or whatever you mentioned!", Cell exclaimed, trying to shut Megumin up. She had been pestering the perfect life-form for the entire journey and Cell was getting pretty sick of it by now.

Luckily, they arrived at the guild shortly after. When Cell opened up the door, he was greeted by screams and horrified faces. Clearly, no one had ever seen anyone like him, although it didn't bother him too much - people back on Earth were scared of him as well, so he was used to it. Cell looked around the guild and noticed immediately that the place looked a little primitive. It was nothing like the houses on Earth. In fact, this whole town seemed primitive compared to West City back on Earth. The guild was filled with people drinking and merrily chatting, or at least Cell assumed they were until they saw a 7 foot tall bug humanoid walk through the door.

"This is the adventurer's guild, where we take on quests and stuff - It's where we got the quest to kill those 5 giant frogs.", Kazuma explained.

"I see… I assume we get some kind of reward, so where do we collect it from?", Cell asked. They left the frogs just outside the town gates. It's not as if they could carry all the frogs inside the town, so they just left them outside and hoped no one would bother stealing them.

"U-umm… I'm a guild staff member… I'll get you your reward, just don't kill me please…", whimpered a blonde woman hiding behind a desk.

"Don't worry Luna, it's not like Cell's gonna blow up the whole planet or anything haha, right Cell?", Megumin said, looking towards Cell for confirmation.

"Well there was that one time where I almost did and there was that other time not too long ago where I actually blew up someone else's planet, but you have to worry about me blowing things up for now, hahaha!.", Cell nonchalantly said, making Luna cower even more.

"Uh...haha…Hahaha, that's a funny joke, Cell haha, man what a joker you are!", Megumin laughed with a hint of nervousness in her voice. Everyone else in the guild froze in fear.

"Hey, woman,", Cell said as he approached Luna, much to her horror, "On our way here, the boy mentioned something about me needing to register for a class or something. Apparently you can do something about that."

"Of course! I'll register you right away, haha! And obviously a man of your status doesn't need to pay the registration fee!", Luna frantically said as she scrambled to grab a card, "U-umm, you need to put your hand on this crystal over here."

Cell placed his palm over a shining blue crystal ball and watched it whirr and spin in place. The crystal then spat out a small laser on a card resting underneath it, seemingly imprinting some writing onto the card. Luna then picked up the card and pure shock filled her face.

"Y-your stats…you're only level one, but… they're all maxed out!", Luna said, eyes widened in surprise. The sound of scraping chairs and surprised muttering and whispering filled the building as every single guild member stood up once this was revealed. Kazuma and Aqua stepped back a little, taken back a bit by Cell's power. Sparkles glittered in Megumin's widened eyes, in awe of Cell's awesome power. Meanwhile, Cell was a little confused.

"Of course I have perfect stats, I am Perfect Cell after all!", Cell boasted, "So what now? Is that all I had to do?"

"Well… you need to pick a class now, you can pick any class since your stats are through the roof…", Luna said, still a little in shock.

"Kazuma said he picked the adventurer class, so I guess I'll just pick that one."

"Um, good choice!… W-welcome to the guild!", Luna exclaimed, slightly worried.

Cell was now officially a part of Kazuma's party! The other guild members remained in awe for a while, before quietly went back to doing what they were doing before, not wanting to disturb this guy who had perfect stats. Meanwhile, Kazuma saw an opportunity. Before Cell came along, his party members consisted of a useless "goddess" and a small chuunibyou. But now that this lumbering powerhouse joined his party, maybe his life in this world wouldn't be so bad after all…

"Glad you decided to join my party Cell!", Kazuma gleefully exclaimed. He tried reaching up to put a hand over Cell's shoulder, but gave up after realising that Cell was 7 feet tall.

"Make no mistake boy, I only decided to join because you wouldn't stop whining! Now I demand that you show me around this place. If I'm going to be stuck here then I need to know my way around the place.", Cell said, sternly shutting down Kazuma's attempts at being friendly. Kazuma had no choice but to listen. Cell's attitude was extremely rude, but Kazuma was never going to argue back to a guy with maxed out stats!

"Y-yes sir… This way…", Kazuma solemnly mumbled. Something told him he wasn't the leader of his own party anymore…

After Cell was shown around the place, the whole party sat around a fire outside town to cook and eat the giant frogs they killed. They spent the whole night eating until their bellies were full, and soon it was time for everyone to hit the hay. Megumin went back to her own place, Aqua and Kazuma went back to the barn that they were staying in. Cell decided to stay behind so that he could do a little exercise before bed. Those frogs earlier weren't nearly enough of a warm up and he wasn't feeling particularly sleepy, so he started doing some training. But just then, a voice approached Cell…

"Excuse me, Cell? My name is Darkness,", The voice came from an elegant looking lady with long blonde hair fashioned in a ponytail. She adorned white and yellow armour and a sword that looked strong for human standards, although to Cell it was obviously worth nothing, "I was in the guild and I couldn't help but notice the cold way you treated that boy… would you please… let me join your party?"

"...I only joined so they would stop begging. Get lost.", Cell declared, not even pausing his warm up exercises. But then the woman… moaned?

"Oh such a cold response…", Darkness moaned, "So quick and sharp as well~"

"I, uh… I-I think you're drunk… go home. Please.", Cell said, having to pause his warm up from how taken aback he was.

"Wait no, please let me join!", Darkness begged. Cell slammed his palm into his face and sighed. He had encountered another freak.

"I said no, now go! You're weird!"

"AH~"

"Stop moaning, freak!"

"You're so cruel…~"

"You're weird! Go away woman!"

"You're not even addressing me by my name~! So dehumanising~!"

"...If I let you in the party, will you shut up?"

"Yes."

"...Tch…. Fine…", Cell sighed. In one day he had encountered so many freaks, he just hoped they wouldn't bother him too much.

"Thank you so much! I'll do my best and become the best human shield you've ever seen!", Darkness happily shouted before she ran off back home, "I'll see you tomorrow, Cell!"

Cell was even more confused now. Did this woman say she was going to be a human shield? What did Cell just get himself into? He didn't even feel like working out anymore, he just wanted to get some rest, hopefully the next day was less weird…
