Chapter 1

He'd been sitting on the floor in that damn room for the past several hours. Hour after hour he pondered how he was going to fix the Vanishing Cabinet. Morning was coming and Draco Malfoy knew he would eventually have to leave the Come&Go Room. Classes were starting and he couldn't afford to fall behind in grades. That would draw too much attention to him. And he couldn't afford that.

Sluggishly got up to almost immediately massage his aching legs. He was so focused when he entered here that he hadn't thought of something to sit on in case he wanted to rest for a while. Dragging the joints, he thought about one of the brighter spots of the upcoming class. No Harry Potter. A smirk appeared on his face as he remembered yesterday's Potions class.

The idiot, instead of taking one of the textbooks intended for students who had forgotten their book and for those who couldn't afford to buy their own copy, took the textbook that belonged to Severus. The same textbook his father's friend had inherited from his mother. The dark-haired wizard was so furious that he threw the surprised Gryffindor out of class. Headmaster Dumbledore tried to intervene in the matter of his favorite student, but ended up with their Head of House threatening to quit his job. The result was that both Potter and Weasley wouldn't be able to attend Potions class because they hadn't received high enough Potions grades last year.

Relaxed, he left the room, hoping to make it back to his dormitory without meeting anyone on the way.

Sometimes she felt that her acquaintance with Harry and Ron was a kind of punishment for sins committed in the past. She never believed in reincarnation. And that didn't change even when magic turned out to be real. However, looking at how her two friends complained about their dark professor once again, she began to wonder how many more times she would listen to their complaints.

"Can you finish already?" - She muttered looking at the angry Harry. - "And that's why you woke me up so early in the morning? Just to complain about what we talked about last night almost until late at night? Really?"

The red-haired wizard stood up and, in a voice indicating his resentment, growled - "It's not fair! We wanted to be Aurors after Hogwarts. Now without the potions results we won't be able to do it..."

"Yes, Ron is right. Because of this bat and his old book, I won't be able to fulfill my dreams!"

She couldn't believe what she just heard. She was used to Harry either blaming everyone around him for his mistakes or blaming everything himself. Nothing in between. This time, however, he had overdone it, especially since she had spent hours begging them to devote some of their attention to study in previous years. She took a deep breath not only to calm herself down but also to keep from saying something she would regret.

But apparently her silence was too obvious to them.

"Why don't you say anything?" - Ron asked as soon as he stopped pacing around the common room and sat down on the couch next to her. - "You don't usually stop talking. Especially when we talk about Quidditch instead of studying."

At that moment, Hermione knew she couldn't take it. - "I'm trying to calm down. Do you really think the current situation isn't your fault? Professor Snape initially agreed with the headmaster by allowing you to attend classes. From the sixth year, he teaches only those who had the highest grade at OWL." - she tried to speak calmly - "It was under the pressure of the headmaster that the professor decided to accept you after all. And how did you approach it? Not only did neither of you think of buying a textbook, but Harry decided to usurp the professor's property. And now you blame him? You should have learned beforehand and not think like some pampered kids that you deserve everything."

She saw the surprise in both boys' eyes. To be honest, she didn't care at all about their reaction. They were friends, so they should learn to listen to the truth told face to face. She watched with growing sadness as Harry grew accustomed to having his ego stroked and Ron took advantage of his acquaintance with the boy-who-lived. She loved both of these boys, but sometimes they just annoyed her.

"What are you talking about?"

"Harry, did you really think that Snape would give up if you didn't even apologize but you would immediately start insulting one of the few mementos the professor had left of his mother? How would you feel in his place? I'm not going to talk about it right now. Think about this. Maybe if you sincerely apologize to him, you'll have a chance to go back to class." - she murmured, then quickly added - "I'm going to get changed. I just can't believe I've been listening to you complain for almost two hours."

Going to her dormitory, she knew that she had to find something that would be just hers. something that it concerned only her. And someone who will think only of her for the time that someone is with her. She thought she was selfish. But she wanted to be selfish for once.

He looked at himself in the mirror as he adjusted his tie. He didn't like how much the Dark Mark affected his appearance. He hadn't been aware of how much energy it took for a wizard to keep himself in good shape while the parasite resides on his magic core. Only when he was marked did he understand Severus' words that the Dark Mark wasn't only a tattoo but also a parasite.

"Where were you last night?" - from the curtained bed he heard the sleepy voice of Blaise, one of the few Slytherins who regularly got up before the first rays of the sun. - "Some girl finally caught your attention?"

"Don't start the same discussion again. You know I don't have time to savor every willing girl in this school. I really don't know why people gossip about me being a Slytherin Sex God."

He winced as he remembered the day he first heard about the rumor. It was last year. He was pinned by one of the older Ravenclaw students against the wall. They were both surprised by this situation. He because of the existence of rumors. She because of the false rumors about his sexual promiscuity.

"It's not that you don't have time. It's more of a lack of will. You haven't yet found a woman you could possibly marry if she got pregnant."

"You remember that too..."

Draco felt a blush rise to his cheeks as he remembered the conversation his father had had with him and all his friends' sons. Lucius first lectured them on sex education and then gave them advice from the heart. He stated that he had nothing against premarital sex. However, due to the lack of 100% effective contraception, premarital sex should only be practiced with a woman you were able to marry in the event of an unplanned pregnancy. These words effectively discouraged him from experimenting in this sphere of life.

"It's hard to forget. Your father explaining the mechanics of sex in a voice similar to the one Professor Binns uses to discuss the Goblin Wars? It's a priceless memory. And even more valuable advice."

"Are you kidding me? I keep seeing you with another witch. Sometimes even with wizards."

At this point, Blaise opened the curtains and sat on his bed so that Draco could see him. Stretching, he said, "I'm just having fun. I never penetrate. Sexual satisfaction can be achieved in many ways. In so many different ways. You could try it sometime. Unless you're like Lord Malfoy. One woman all his life and he still looks at her as if she was the greatest treasure he had in his hands."

He didn't respond to what one of his friends said. He just left the room. Right now, he only knew one woman he'd like to see in his bed. He wanted her for a long time but… He didn't know why he was looking at her. It wasn't that her background bothered him. Rather, it was that they rotate in circles that don't overlap at any point.

Something would have to happen for Granger to let him get closer to her than they were on the day she broke his nose.

He was thinking about her. And he didn't know if it was because she meant something to him or because he just couldn't have her.

The smile disappeared from his face as he thought about who has a chance to be by her side. Damn Weasley. As if the Vanishing Cabinet and the Dark Lord walking the corridors of Malfoy Manor weren't trouble enough. Was he supposed to worry about the hypothetical Granger-Weasley offspring?

Irritated, he walked towards the Great Hall.

He had the impression that Albus couldn't take his eyes off him. Severus knew he had surprised him with his outburst, but he wasn't going to apologize for it. Potter had gone one step too far, and he wasn't going to back down from his decision. The headmaster had no choice but to submit to him. After it was revealed that Horace Slughorn had died as a result of an attack by Death Eaters, there was no other free Potions Master who chose to teach at Hogwarts. There were also no applicants for the position of Professor of Defense Against the Dark Arts. So Severus was currently working in both positions. Dumbledore couldn't risk his leaving especially now that he was dying from his irresponsible behavior.

"Will you continue to be offended?" - Minerva's voice snapped him out of his thoughts. - "Could you relent and invite Mr. Weasley and Mr. Potter to come back to Potions."

Without even looking at the older witch, he hissed - "Invite? Are you making fun of me?" - He slowly turned to look at her. He saw genuine surprise in her eyes. - "You are serious. I don't believe it but it shouldn't be that hard for me. You have a weakness for anything called Potter and wears Gryffindors colors."

"Don't exaggerate, boy." - she said confused.

"Am I exaggerating? Need I remind you how many times have you indulged another Potter?"

The silence that followed his question spoke more than any words she could say. More than any excuse.

Unlike Minerva, McGonagall knew he was unfit to be a teacher. Without Albus, he would never have started working at Hogwarts. Perhaps he would now have his pharmacy in Diagon Alley. Yesterday, for the first time, he hoped to exploit the Headmaster's weakness for James Potter's son in order to free himself from this school. He was surprised that Dumbledore chose him the first time. Whatever his reasons, he had chosen him over Potter in the first place.

She was in a hurry for breakfast. She wasn't really hungry, but she wanted to spend some time with someone who wasn't Harry or Ron or Ginny, who usually acted like a lawyer or her brother or the boy she had a crush on. She needed a breather.

She didn't even notice that she was in danger of bumping into someone. She managed it only when she felt strong arms wrap around her body. Raising her head, she found herself held by Malfoy and saw that for the first time in his eyes she saw no contempt.

Without a word, she looked at his blue-gray eyes until she heard the blonde say in an amused voice - "Next time, watch how you run. Someone less brought up than me could take advantage of the situation and place a kiss on those shapely lips."

Flushing, she broke free from his grip and ran away from him before Draco Malfoy could laugh at his own joke. She felt her cheeks burn as she realized that the moment in the Slytherin's arms evoked more emotions in her body than the kiss with Ron behind his house.

As he walked over to his seat, he was angry with himself. He thought about Blaise's words and didn't even notice when in his arms he found the girl he felt sexually attracted to. Having her so close to him completely disoriented him, and he knew that if she had stayed there for a little more, he would have just kissed her. He knew he wouldn't care who looked at that.

Sitting down, he adjusted his half-hard cock, wishing he could put it inside her. He had to get close to her. Only, in Salazar's name, how would he get close to her so that she would let him fulfill his every more or less perverse fantasy with her?

Draco Malfoy didn't know that his fantasy could come true sooner than he expected from the relationship he currently had with Hermione Granger. Hermione Granger didn't know that the face of the unknown man that sometimes appeared in her fantasies would soon turn into the face of Draco Malfoy.

Well, here's the first chapter. How do you like it? I wasn't sure about that. Instead of doing porn without plot I thought I'd do plot with porn. Regards, Katie Krum
