In the Kaibacorp hotel in Los Angeles, Mokuba Kaiba got a call from an unknown source. Mokuba answered the call, and it looked like Mokuba had a date.

"Big Brother, I got a girlfriend!" Mokuba was excited to go on his first date with an unknown woman.

"Whatever you do, don't reveal company secrets to her, because she might be a snake." Kaiba advised.

"Ok!" Mokuba got in the limo where the girl was sitting, and it looked like there was a young blonde haired woman in a red minidress sitting in the car.

"Hello, I am Cecily James, what's your name?"

"I'm Mokuba, nice meeting you." Mokuba shook hands with Cecily, but Cecily took off her mask, revealing herself to be a ghostly apparition.

"Will you….be my boyfriend?" Cecily moved her head in a creepy motion, making crack noises as she turned her head. Mokuba screamed as he was about to be kidnapped.

Meanwhile, Joey and Tristian were watching the Salvador Eerie movie marathon on the TV.

"You have been watching Halloween with a Capital H." The announcer spoke for Joey and Tristian to hear. "The Salvador Eerie movie marathon will continue all day today with no commercials."

"Oh YEA!" Joey cheered. "Pass me the dip and give me some chips!" Tea sighed. Unfortunately, a news bulletin broke in.

"We interrupt this broadcast for a breaking news announcement." The news lady began. "Several KaibaCorp execs were taken hostage as well as the CEO's brother Mokuba."

"That's terrible!" Tea gasped.

"These kidnappings were caused by a woman named Cecily James, who according to police intelligence, is not alive anymore."

"How can a dead girl be still alive to commit such a horrible offense?" Tristian argued. "Unless she's….a GHOST!" Tristian and Joey screamed, but Tea punched them on the heads.

"Will you control yourselves!" Tea knew what the team had to do. "Looks like we have a mystery on our hands!"

"Since Mai's not here since she went to work with her sister in the House of Valentine, it seems that it's just us five!" Duke readied up the bus and everyone got in. They drove to the Kaibacorp Hotel to alert Seto Kaiba. They knocked on the Presidential Suite, where Kaiba was, and they saw Kaiba sitting on his computer, trying to pinpoint the location of where the hostages went.

"Aha!" Kaiba found the hostages. "I used GPS satellite coordination to find the location of the hostages, and they are hiding in the ruins of Industrial Illusions in San Francisco?"

"San Francisco?" Tea was beginning to make sense of this. "This can only mean one thing." Tea thought for a moment. "Industrial Illusions's headquarters was destroyed killing Pegasus with it using a KaibaCorp weather machine."

"So that means that Cecily James has a connection to Pegasus!"

"Tea, you're a mad genius!" Yugi shook Tea's hand.

The Duel Rangers drove over to San Francisco and arrived at the ruins of the Industrial Illusions headquarters. When they got there, they saw the broken walls and exposed metal framework of the steel columns that was left over from the firestorm.

"Damn, the firestorm did a number on Pegasus's company." Yugi used his Dark Magician Puzzle to detect heat levels in the ruins, and found Mokuba and the executives tied up.

"I will rescue the hostages, while Tristian sets a trap for Cecily, Joey and Tea will knock out Cecily if that fails and Duke, you fight off any excess guards that show up, if they do."

Yugi went to rescue the hostages, and Tristian managed to fashion a cage trap for Cecily from the rubble. He used his Cannon Soldier card as bait, as Cecily went to steal it. Tristian cut the rope, springing the trap and capturing Cecily.

"Now let's see who Cecily really is!" Tea took off Cecily's mask, revealing the ghost mask, and she took off that mask, revealing the face of Cecily Pegasus. The SFPD arrived.

"Cecily Pegasus?" Tea gasped.

"That is right." Cecily explained. "I wanted revenge on KaibaCorp for what they did to my father's company, destroying it, killing my father and buying them out." Cecily was mad. "I took on the persona of a ghost woman to cover up my identity as a Pegasus, and I would have succeeded if it weren't for you meddling Duel Rangers!" Cecily was escorted to the police car and taken to jail, where she would await trial.

Unfortunately, before the trial could commence, the Red Hot Killer paid off the cops to bail her out.

"Cecily." He spoke with his long red trench coat flapping in the air conditioning breeze.

"Yes, Mr. Red Hot?" Cecily asked.

"How about we make a deal?" Red Hot Killer offered. "You join me and I will buy up shares of KaibaCorp to the point where I control the company. I will also buy out Valentine so Mai and her sister have to join in, only to have me clobber them!"

"Sounds like an excellent plan, Red Hot!" Cecily laughed. Red Hot walked with Cecily to Red Hot's red limo with yellow flames on it.

"The party's just getting started! HA HA HA HA HA!" Red Hot and Cecily drove away.
