Mena sat in history class listening to the teacher talk, she wished it will just end soon, looking up at the clock seeing they had five more minutes to go, letting a sigh out of boredom, she decided to watch the clock tic, hoping if she looked at it the time will go faster. It was Mena's luck the time went slower since she was watching it.
Turning her brown gaze from the clock with a huff, she turned her attention back to Miss. Gray who was putting the last bits of notes on the blackboard, the blond tapped her pencil on her desk making some clicking sounds with her tongue. Stealing a glance back at the clock to see they had one minute left" Finally!" Mena thought sighing with a smile.
Looking around the room til the bell rang, she watched as her classmates put their books, and pencils in their bags, as the bell started to ring, Mena quickly shoved her books, and pencil bag in her book bag, before she stood up to leave. Letting everyone go past her before getting out of her chair, and followed after them.
Chad waited for everyone to leave the room before leaving himself, after the last person walked out Chad followed suit after he placed his stuff in his bag, slung it over his shoulder, and headed to the lunch room. Walking out of the room he stopped when one of his classmates ran past so he didn't run them over.
After walking for ten minutes Chad walked into the lunch room, after getting lost a bit the boy walked to stand in line to get his food.
After getting his food, he went to sit down at a table not realizing it was already taken, he looked to see who was at the table just to see it was the girl from history class, she gave him a small smile letting him know she didnt mind him sitting at the table, he saw her sitting with her brother who gave a small nod of greeting.
Soifon walked down the hall heading to the lunchroom, after making it to lunch she walked inside, after letting a few of her classmates go in first. She looked at a tray of food that a kid had which was hamburgers, fries, and some fruit bowls. Letting out a sigh, she didnt care too much about burgers.
She just headed to sit at a table she wasn't hungry anyway, looking for a place to sit seeing the tables already full, she headed out of the room til someone spoke to her, turning to see a blond walking up to her. A tray of food in her hands" Do you have a table to sit at? If not you can come to sit with me and my brother!" She offered.
The smaller teen looked at the blond for a second, she wasn't used to anyone speaking to her, well almost everyone. " We don't bite I promise! It's not like you'll find an empty table!" The blond smiled, Soifon looked at her and then nodded.
" Sure, Thanks!" She replied looking at the blonde before following her" Great! Oh, I'm Mena by the way!" The girl replied over her shoulder, Soifon gave a small nod.
" Soifon Gray!" She responded by introducing herself after a while, as the two girls walked to a table " Hey, Mena!" The blond greeted her brother with a hug" Hey, Lucas, I've brought Soifon to sit with us since she didn't have anywhere else to sit!" She replied, the boy nods "That's fine with me!" He smiled, looking at Soifon, and gave a small nod
" Hi, I'm Lucas!" He replied, sticking his hand out for her to shake it.
Slowly sticking her hand to shake his hand" Soifon!" She replied calmly, after shaking Lucas's hand she sat down between Mena and Lucas. " Thank you for letting me sit with you guys!" She said with a soft tone, Mena nods with a smile, then the blond turned her gaze to Chad.
" How's your day Chad?" She asked, already knowing his name due to bumping into the poor guy. Chad looked at her before answering" It's been okay! What about you?" He asked, Mena, shrugged with a smile" It's been going great!" She replied.
Lucas gave a small roll of his eyes at his sister before turning his attention to Soifon who was drawing something in her sketchbook" So, what are you drawing?" He asked trying to peek over Soifon's shoulder to see what she was drawing. Soifon turned her gray gaze to the boy.
" I'm not sure yet, I just started working on it!" She replied as she looked at him for a second before going back to her sketchbook.
Lucas watched the girl and looked in front of her noticing she didnt have a tray of food" Are you not hungry?" He asked curiously, looking at the raven-haired girl who set her pencil down" No! I'm not a big fan of school lunches!" She admitted with a slight laugh, causing Lucas to smile.
After a while, the two talked while Mena was trying to get Chad to speak and asked him a lot of questions. Soifon laughed, as she sat with the three, she was liking the company, maybe this school year won't be so bad.
After a while the bell rang signaling for the next class, Soifon stood up after setting her sketchbook back in her bag" Bye!" She smiled at the three before leaving to get to her next class, Lucas waved at her while Mena shouted.
" Bye, Soifon see you tomorrow." She replied, making Chad to cover his ears, Lucas patted the younger teen on the back" You'll get use to it!" He replied before heading to class.
