Just a request about a... Dare I say, and embarrassed. A pretty cute show.

For Retro Mania.

Another night sets in, and in an unknown town many "now teens" fall asleep late at night. How late? Well, will say midnight... eleven-ish. Anyway, in the town the kids who had visited Sylvanian Forest were now grown up. So much so that a lot of them don't even remember visiting such a place in their lifetime. They sometimes though have dreams where they are in a mysterious forest place. A small town which is always troubled by the towns bat: PackBat.

A bat that absolutely hates the residents. One who always attempts to stop them with the help of his foolish minion Gatorpossum who always falls for the tricks they and their new friends lay for him. "I can't wait to have myself a nice helping of Sylvanian stew!" Is what he would always say when tagging along with PackBat in attempt to stop the Sylvanian Forest creatures. Of course, PackBat always has a bit of help when he manages to strike a deal with the Slydale's which always goes wrong and his plans are foiled.

Night had just fallen for all of the teens. They lay all sound asleep rather under the sheets or on top of them. And on this cool summers night each and one of them are visited with a familiar light that hits them and are brought to the Woodkeepers house. Some of them. A few at least for the first part.

"Whoa!" says Charlie as he stares in amazement at the woodkeepers place. It was still where it stood. And still looked the same as it did when they were younger. "Is this the woodkeepers place?" Grace says. She scratches her head trying to remember where she seen this wooden cabin before. It looked familiar to all of the teens. But neither of them could put their finger on where they once seen it.

It had been so long. A full decade to be exact since they've been here before. "I think this is the Woodkeepers place!" screams Joey in excitement. Seems something had clicked in his head. "I remember. This is the place!" He ran excitedly upstairs to the door where it had opened only to be greeted by a much older Woodkeeper.

"Joey! What a splendid surprise to have you back," he says with his natural smile that he used to give whenever greeting each child. The old man stepped aside and allowed for him to walk in. He then was met by two other children he recalled inviting to his place. "Ah, Charlie and Grace!" He smiled. The two children smiled warmly back and even gave him a handshake.

"Wow, Mr. Woodkeeper," Grace began to speak looking around his house when she was interrupted by an excited Joey who simply couldn't stop acting like a child. He had a huge smile on his face and his eyes full of energy and excitement like he was 7-years-old all over again. "This is so cool! It's like I'm reliving my childhood all over again!" He exclaimed.

"Be quiet!" Grace gently elbowed him.

"Sorry, I'm just a little over-excited! It's like I remember this place!" He hugged himself. "I don't know why. But I'm just getting this warm feeling!"

"Now, now, all of you be patient," the Woodkeeper spoke softly and calmly as he bent down to open the little wooden door which still had a bright heavenly light that shown when it opened. He then motioned the three kids to step and front of it as the light suddenly began to shrink the three teens. "Small, smaller, smallest!" the woodkeeper spoke until the three kids were now small enough to fit through the tiny wooden door.

Grace and Charlie exchanged looks for a second before entering into the bright yellow light that nearly blinded them. Sure they kind of remembered being here since they were a kid, but they forgot where it lead to. It was some forest. A forest full of friendly furry creatures and two villainess beasts. Joey was the first with no hesitation to run in. It seemed that he had a great memory and remembered the Sylvanian Forest unlike Grace and Charlie.

"Well what are you waiting for?" asks the Woods Keeper. He bent down to see the two teens standing there not moving. "Go on in... Don't be afraid," his voice was as kind as an angels. Grace and Charlie exchanged looks one last time and stepped through the door. They were immediately met by the smell of a forest. And before they knew it, they had arrived!

Looking around everything looked the same as it did. With only a few minor differences such as the houses of the forest animals having being painted differently and such. There was a beautiful small lottle flower bed planted in front of each house. Joey rubbed his eyes like he suddenly became dumbfounded when he stared around like he didn't know where he was.

"Where are we?" He asks looking around. The whole place was quiet. Birds chirped happily in the distance, and a gentle summer breeze blew around. All was quiet in the little forest town. Suddenly the front door of the house they were standing in front of opened and walking out came a female bear who was holding a purse that was wrapped around her left arm.

"I'm going for a walk, mother. I'll be back soon," she says closing the door behind her. She walks down the grassy path when she looks up and notices the three teens that she thought looked familiar. "Oh... guests!" she runs up to them. "Hello there! I'm Ashley!" she introduces herself.

Joey smiles and is hit with an instant memory like he had just awoken from a coma. "Wait! Ashely! The one who had a brother named Preston?" He asked the now teenage bear.

"You mean me!" a male voice answers. The door opens and out comes another bear who was holding an empty basket. He looked tall and still like he did when he was a cub. He looked much more mature now and such. Upon seeing him he walked up to Charlie and shook his hand. "I remember you. My sister Ashely talked about you a lot. She knew you would come back!"

"Knew?" Grace turned to Charlie who gave her a shrug. "I helped save her friend Daisy from her father resigning as mayor!"

"And he still is," came a female voice which happened to be Daisy walking alongside Buster. The three kids turned around to face the bear and fox. They were walking towards them. Daisy had a beautiful rose on her smooth bear head that shown brightly in the warm summer sun while Buster still wore his signature blue clothing and had a football tucked under his arm.

The three teenagers tried to remember who he was since it had been so long. "Hey, guys!" he said with a wave. "Remember me, Buster. The fox that always would mess around. Who would try to steal your things for that stupid Bratbat." He tossed the football up in the air a few times before throwing it too high and was caught by the villainess PackBat who had happened to be sitting on a branch above the group listening in.

"That's Packbat!" Packbat snarled looking down at the group bellow.

"What do you want?" Buster asked. His head aimed up at the evil bat beast. His face showed pure anger. "I thought you moved away from Sylvanianville." He put his paws on his hips while Daisy did the same but pointed her finger up at him. "Yeah. You said you wouldn't show your face around here again!"

"Quiet you fools!" Packbat snapped. He turned his focus to Grace, Charlie, and Joey who looked at the bat creature with wondering eyes.

"Who are you again?" Grace asked.

Packbat snarled. "I am Packbat! How do you not remember me!" The bat villain flown down in front of them and gave a reminder that he was the one who would presumably trick Buster and his family into stealing from the other residents and blaming them on the others.

Nothing clicked for the three at first. They just stood on the grass dumbfounded. They thought deep for a moment before something finally clicked in their heads. Like a light bulb. "Thanks for the reminder, Packbat!" said Grace with a tone of sarcasm.

All it took was just for him to give them that little reminder for them to gain their memories of the Sylvanian Forest. The three teens remembered their adventures they took with the kind furry residents that ended up with a paid visit from the bat and the SlyDale's who would attempt to trick them.

"Wait a second!" Joey rubbed his chin which was covered in peach fuzz as if something had just clicked in his head. His face expression instantly changed from thinking to anger. He balled his fists in a tight grip to the point where they began to turn red and feel like his fingers were going numb. "You were the one who tried to trick me and Hollie's family into giving you all the carrots they had!" He started towards the bat who backed up without flinching. His face still showing his natural evil.

"So what?" he replied. Buster chuckled and Joey turned to his attention to the fox. "What are you laughing at?" He began walking towards him. His voice full of infuriation which made the teen fox back up with his hands in front of him. "Hey, it was all Packbat's idea!"

"But you were in involved and so was your sister Scarlett," Joey reminded him.

"So. I couldn't help it. I was a troublemaker then. I've changed," Buster tried to explain suddenly becoming worried about what Joey was going to do with him. He backed up against a tree. "I'm sorry! It was all Packbat's idea, remember!"

Packbat bawled his fists in sudden embarrassment and frustration. "Don't remind him! It's over with now!"

"Or what about the time you wanted all of the mail to yourself!" Grace reminded Packbat with her eyes showing anger as well.

"Who cares! It's all over! It's apart of the past!" Packbat snapped turning to fly away back to his house in the distance leaving the group undefeated once again. Ashely and Daisy clapped for Grace as so did Daisy and the two other teen kids. Buster simply just threw an arm around her and squeezed her neck a little. "Way to go, Grace! You showed him."

"Come on, guys. Let's head over to Hollie's place," Ashely motioned for the five to follow her. "She is going to freak when she finds out who came back!" they all happily followed Preston and Ashely while Packbat watched from his house alongside Gatorpossum. He was looking through a pair of binoculars. He pulled them down away from his face and mumbled under his breath before slamming the binoculars on the ground waking up a sleeping Gatorpossum who turned to his boss with a yawn.

"What's up, boss?" He turned to the frustrated vampire bat.

"It's those kids again! They're back!" Packbat says. He picks the binoculars back up and continues to spy on them from his house, watching as they meet up with Hollie and her siblings.

"So what's the plan, boss?" Gatorpossum asks letting out a burp after stretching his body. He looked like he wanted to relax but knew he was going to be tasked for something so he got up and looked in the same direction as PackBat to see the kids from a long time ago who were now teenagers walking and talking alongside their fellow friends: Hollie, Preston, Ashely, Daisy, Rusty, and Buster.

PackBat smiled before turning to his trusty foolish minion to explain to him his devious plan. "Your plan is to capture those kids and bring them to me!"

"Who? The humans or the Sylvanians?" Gatorpossum asked.

"The humans!" PackBat yelled right in Gatorpossum's face. His face showing seriousness. Gatorpossum quickly stood up and immediately began his journey to capture the teenagers. He was going full speed and smashing through trees left and right while PackBat watched for a moment before turning his attention back to the three human kids. "Hahaha! You'll soon be mine!"

Later on during the day, Grace, Charlie, Joey, Buster, Scarlett, Ashely, Daisy, Rusty, Preston, and Hollie were all talking and walking through the forest while mentioning about what they have been doing over the years. Joey mentioned that he was now a stand up who would help kids against bullies and had been after his first visit with Hollie and Rusty.

"That's so wonderful, Joey!" Hollie said proudly.

"That's cool! I actually work as a detective at my school," Charlie told the group. He reached up and grabbed a branch and started swinging on it back and forth. "I'm known as the 'Great School Detective' or 'Charlie Holmes'."

"That's totes cool!" Ashely exclaimed.

"Totally!" Daisy gave a thumbs up and even stood extra close to Charlie which made the teen boy blush. Daisy looked very nice and beautiful. Her warm brown fur brushed against his skin which gave Charlie goosebumps that he wanted to put his arm around her but just couldn't find the courage to do so since he didn't want her to feel weird or uncomfortable. But he did see from time to time that she would eye him with a smile.

The group decided to stop for a small break by the river for a lunch break. They all had themselves a helping of fresh carrots that Hollie and Rusty had brought from their garden. The warm summer sun shown bright on the group making Grace, Charlie, and Joey sweat.

"Woo! It sure is hot today!" Charlie whipped away some sweat from his forehead, taking another bite of his carrot letting it crunch and munch against his fresh pearly white teeth.

"We can go for a swim in the lake," Buster suggested standing up. He started walking towards the water to dip his feet into them. He would be joined by the three kids a few minutes later after having their lunch.

While doing so, PackBat and Gatorpossum were watching from behind a bush as the nine were relaxing. "There they are!" said PackBat. He turned to Gatorpossum. "Get them!" He ordered. "Get those kids!"

Gatorpossum nodded and quickly snuck around the bush and tip-toed up to Charlie, Grace, and Joey from behind without anybody noticing. The group of ten were too busy relaxing and soaking up the summer sun to notice the gator possum beast behind. They were lying back on the grass with their feet dipped into the cool water that tickled as the mini current splashed against their feet.

With a smack of his lips he grabbed the three teenaged humans by the collars of their shirts and dragged them away. Their bottoms scratched against the dirt and grass possibly scrapping the fabric off their clothes. "Ow! Hey, let us go!" Charlie yelled in protest as he attempted to free himself. He threw his hand back in attempt to pry Gatorpossum's fingers from the back of his red shirt. "You're stretching the shirt man! Stop!"

Grace and Joey complained to as they felt like they were being choked by the front of their shirts since the fabric line was pressing so hard against their throats. Gatorpossum put the kids against a tree where they leaned against it catching their breaths. They heard a slight evil chuckle and down came PackBat. He looked a bit older than the kids could remember. But he was still his evil-self.

"Good job, Gatorpossum!" PackBat turned his head to his minion who was standing proudly with his hands on his hips as if he had done something that nobody had ever done. "And I thought all these years you were just a dumb rotten possum!"

"No, boss, I've learned my lesson," Gatorpossum said to his boss with enthusiasm and pride.

"Let us go you sicko!" Grace cried in protest. She stood on her feet.

"Never!" PackBat snarled.

"What are you going to do to us?" Joey demanded. He had his fists balled up so tight he didn't care if his fingers cramped. He was too infuriated to care about anything then looking for an answer on what the white furred vampire bat wanted with the three.

Gatorpossum started to speak but PackBat slapped his mouth shut, allowing for him to speak. He explained to the three teenage kids that he was out for them! Out for revenge for what they've done! They no longer wanted to deal with the sylvanian families. All he wanted was sweet revenge on the kids for helping the animals foil his plans.

"What kind of revenge?" Grace asked.

"That's for you to figure out!" He told them. "Now zip it!" He snapped his finger and within no time Gatorpossum was dragging them again back to PackBat's home where vengeance would soon follow.

Back down by the stream, the now teenaged Sylvanian Forest creatures were resting when Hollie opened her eyes to ask Charlie a question but found him nowhere in sight. In fact, neither of the three teens were nowhere near them.

"Oh, dear," said Hollie. "Wake up guys!" she gently nudged Rusty's shoulder.

"What's wrong, Hollie?" asked Rusty. He let out a little yawn as he got up on his feet. He also realized that Grace, Charlie, and Joey had disappeared.

"They're gone already?" Ashley stands up wiping some dirt off of her pants. Buster stood up sniffing the air. He walked around alongside his sister Scarlette who had joined him. The group followed as Buster and Scarlett motioned them to do so.

"What is it guys?" Daisy asked worryingly.

"Hold on..." Scarlett holds her paw back. She takes a breath before muttering ever so quietly "PackBat!"

"PACKBAT!" Daisy, Rusty, Preston, Ashely, and Hollie all say at once in surprise.

"Where?!" Daisy looks around with a slight concerned face.

Buster continues to sniff the air around when suddenly a shadow casts over them. A shadow similar to... "Up here you fools!" came PackBat's voice. He was sitting on top of a big tree branch overlooking the Sylvanian group. He lets out a chuckle.

"What happened to Grace, Joey, and Charlie!" Buster yelled up to him with his finger pointing at him.

"They're safe with me. I have Gatorpossum taking care of them!" PackBat replies sharply. His red eyes staring deep down at the group. He swoops down in front of them and holds his sharp claws out as if to grab one of the teen furs. Scarlett screams and moves out of the way towards her brother, gulping and backing up against him. "Protect me, bro! Don't let him get me!" she hid behind Busters back. She was acting like she was six years old again.

"What do you mean 'safe'?" Preston spoke up.

"I have your precious old friends locked up! PackBat explained with his hands reached out. "And I've come after you next!" He goes in to grab Buster but fails and trips over a rock landing face first into the dirt which gave the chance for the animal group to run.

PackBat stood back up quick looking angrier then ever! "Get back here!" He yelled and started following the group as they ran straight for his small home. As they neared, they hid in a nearby bush to catch their breath. Surprisingly they had outran the vampire bat.

"What are we going to do?" Ashely exclaimed catching her breath.

"I maybe have an idea!" Preston said. He stepped out of the bush to see if the coast was clear and motioned for his sister to follow him. The two rushed back home to their backyard where their grandpa Ernest was is the garden working with Preston's carrot picker. The two teenage bears ran up to him and asked if they could use the machine for something important to which he happily agreed on.

He didn't seem too concerned about his grandchildren being in such a rush when they drove the carrot picker off quickly down the dirt road. They stopped by Hollie's place to collect a few carrots from their garden and sped on down until they were met with PackBat once again who had landed in the path of the oncoming wooden machine.

Ashley and Preston gasped, jumping off and running away back behind a tree leaving for the carrot picker to run over Packbat. Or at least his foot. "Yow!" He yelped grabbing his foot and hopping around. "Grr!" He turned to an oak tree walking towards it when Preston emerged from behind taunting the bat and moving around making it difficult for Packbat to grab hold of him. "Stand still you... OOF!" He stumbled back while holding his nose after getting hit in the face with a carrot. "Who did that?" He growled.

As it was reveled, Buster and Scarlett were in control of the machine and were opening heavy fire making the bat scream. "Carrot attack!" PackBat screamed loudly, immediately taking flight and attempting to dodge the flying carrots that kept launching at him. The pointy orange vegetables launched like incoming torpedoes directly up into the air at a rapid pace. "This isn't the last!" He yells still flying off into the distance.

Hollie and Rusty applauded for the SlyDale's work as so did Ashley, Preston and Daisy who had watched the whole show from the bushes.

"Nice shot!" says Scarlett as she and her brother Buster jump down from the carrot picker. Their paws land hard on the ground getting the bottom portion of Scarlett's pink dress covered in a bit of dirt which she annoyingly wiped off.

"Thanks. I've been practicing for quite a while!" Buster high-fives his sister and turns his focus to

"Now that Sackbat is gone. We can save Grace, Charlie, and Joey!" Hollie exclaimed.

"We have no time to loose, come on!" Buster jumped up on the carrot picker and took off towards Packbat's castle with the rest of the group following close behind in case if Packbat ever returned which was likely doubted since they had scared him off.

Inside of his house however, Grace, Charlie, and Joey were all tied up together with Gatorpossum torturing them with various different things that droze them insanely crazy. Joey was tortured with loud music which was blasted through soundproof headphones so nobody else could hear the music that was being played but him. Charlie was tortured with childhood nursery rhymes that Gatorpossum sang to him much to Charlie's discomfort and embarrassment, all the while Grace was tortured by tickling. Gatorpossum had a feather and was stroking it up and down along Grace's feet making the now 16-year-old girl laugh uncontrollably.

"Hahahaha! I can't take it anymore! Stop it!" Grace laughed loudly. Her head tossing and turning and rocking back and forth. Gatorpossum chuckled lightly and continued singing annoyingly to Charlie: "Row, row, row, row your boat. Gently down the stream!" he sung slightly off-key in a way to really annoy Charlie who was groaning and covering his ears. "Ugh! Stop! No more, please! Please Gatorpossum let us go!"

The purple and green beast laughed while shaking his head no. "Sorry, no can do. Mr. Jackbat... Err, I mean Packbat told me to keep you guys company and torture you until he came back with the Sylvanian's."

Outside of the house, all the kids gathered and went over their plan. "Alright, me and Scarlett will get rid of Gatorpossum, while you guys go in and save Grace, Charlie, and Joey. Understand!" Buster explained. He put his paws on his hips.

"Yes, sir!" Ashely, Daisy, Rusty, Preston, and Hollie all spoke at once, getting into position. Rusty went up to the door and knocked.

"Quit it!" Grace cried out between a few light hearted giggles. Her arms and legs were tied with a strong rope material as so were Charlie and Joey so they wouldn't break free. As Gatorpossum continued his torture on the poor helpless teens he heard a knock on the door. It was loud and heavy like it could've been Packbat. Grace and Charlie gulped while their hearts pounded fast.

When Gatorpossum for up to answer it and open the door. He was immediately hit with multiple carrots that were being launched by Scarlett and Buster from the carrot picker.

"Let our friends go!" yelled Buster as his carrot attack continued. Despite his rapid fire mobility, ever carrot managed to hit Gatorpossum everywhere knocking him off the edge of the house and down into the water below, defeating him.

Scarlett and Buster stopped firing and motioned for Rusty and the gang to head inside to search for Grace, Charlie, and Joey. They nodded and headed for the wooden ladder, climbing it as quick as they could. Even getting a sliver which didn't bother them. They made it in through the open door that had been left open by Gatorpossum when he went to investigate the knock before he met his demise. They made it inside and untied their friends quickly and made sure to get them out before Packbat came back.

"Thank you guys!" said Grace. She rubbed her wrists which burned a bit from the rope being tightly tied around, leaving a slight mark on her pale white skin.

"Come on!" Ashely started climbing down with her brother following, and then the teen kids next. Everyone jumped aboard Preston's carrot picker and left back to Ashley's place where everyone said their final goodbyes. All of the families and siblings had came out and were surprised to see some of the kids back, even it had been a full decade.

They all spoke and talked about their lives and how things had been living with Packbat and Gatorpossum since the kids had left. Nothing personal. Just the same usual tricks that the kids easily stopped with the help of the SlyDale's who everyone learned to get along with.

"It sure was nice having you back around here again," said Buster to the three teenagers.

"A real pleasure!" Scarlett added.

"Thanks guys!" Charlie said shaking hands with everyone, including Grace and Joey even though they had just met. He sighed and stood up in a straight posture with his hands tucked neatly in his pockets.

"Come back anytime! Bye now!" waved Scarlett and her family.

The three kids all waved goodbye before turning around to face the bright yellow heavenly portal where they came from. They were just about to walk through when suddenly...

"Wait!" Ashely held her paw out to stop Joey for a moment. He did so and turned around fully until he was facing the cute tall and slim gray bear. She leaned in for a quick peck on the lips. "Thanks for coming by once again! I hope we continue to meet!"

Joey blushed red and chuckled as he rubbed his shoulder . He turned around and followed Charlie and Grace back into the portal. Well what a fun little experience the teens had!. Once again in an old childhood place. Somewhere that will always hold a special place in Grace, Charlie, and Joey's heart. A memory that will never be forgotten ever! Sure they were captured and tortured by Packbat and Gatorpossum, but with the help of their old friends they managed to take the two down and save the Sylvanian Families once again.

This concludes the first part of our adventure. Bye for now, and may all of your wishes come true.
