Laying in the nurse's bed Soifon stared at the ceiling in deep thought her arms behind her head as the nurse finished bandaging her stomach telling her not to do anything that'll cause it to hurt.

Her gray eyes blinked a few times as memory started to play in her mind letting out a sigh as tbe flashback played through her mind like wildfire.

Flashback

Gray eyes stared at the figure hovering over the small child with an evil smirk on his face" I'm surprised you here this long! Especially with the stories we heard about you being brought back to foster care!" The figure laughed spit flying out of his mouth as the child tried to move away from her adopted father looking to her left she spotted Jack smirking and chuckling.

She turned her frightened gaze back to her father when he yanked her face toward him" Your only here it's not because we wanted you. It's just because we felt sorry for a pathetic child like you!" he said between laughs looking into the child's gray orbs with his blue ones.

Soifon eyes fluttered open when she heard the door to the nurse's office open breaking her out of her flashback and turning her head to see who walked into the room and moved into a sitting position when she saw Lucas, Mena, and Chad walk into the room.

" Shouldn't you guys be in class?" The raven-haired girl asked confused as to why they come and see her even when classes are going on, Mena giggled and walked over to her with the other two" Because silly we're going to the mall, and skipping the rest of the day!" the blond said with a grin.

Soifon didn't have a choice as she knew Mena would drag her there even if she didn't want to go.

She sighed as they reached their said destination which didn't take 20 minutes, slowly getting out of the car the group was met with hoards of crowds standing in front of a grocery shop. " Is there a discount? " Mena asked as she noticed the crowd.

Chad walked beside her looking at her with a soft smile" Is everything alright?" he asked concerned when he saw a nervous look in her eyes" Of course, I just don't like crowds!" Mena said with a nervous laugh" But ill be fine!" she promised as she walked with him.

Mena watched Soifon and Lucas walked ahead hearing her brother laugh when Soifon pouted about something maybe the smaller teen's stomach growled, figured that her stomach growled as well she glared down at it and then at Chad who chuckled at her.

" Oh, shut up!" Mena snapped playfully elbowing him in the side lightly causing him to grunt" Sorry, but you know we could eat something before we got to the mall!" he said blocking her next hit with his arm.

Mena playfully rolled her eyes playfully before giggling" We'll we can get something to eat at the mall!" She replied before running to catch up with her brother and Soifon.

Soifon walked beside Lucas her hands at her side she was in deep thought til her stomach growled causing the girl to blush, and glared at the person beside her " Shut up!" She said with a pout.

Lucas laughed at her " Sorry, but it's hard not to laugh especially when your pout is so cute!" he said with a smirk causing Soifon to blush more, shaking off the blush Soifon slapped the back of his head playfully" Jerk!" she muttered

They were unaware that they were being watched the whole time.
