Angeliana has never paid close attention to the meaning of her name. She had always thought it just sounded pretty. Her mother wanted to give her an 'angel' name but wanted to use something new. The names Evangeline, Angela, or Angelina werent'different' enough. Her mother had chosen her name for its meaning because she wanted her daughter to have a divine-sounding name.
No one knew what it truly meant, though.
Years after her birth, an evil man rises from his grave, but let's not call him a man. That would be a compliment.
He was a pure monster, through and through.
His name was Adolf Hitler, and he had plagued the world once before, years before Angeliana was born. He bought about a great and terrible war. Said war had forever wounded the earth. Many years later, he rose from his grave, seeking to conquer the world, like he couldn't do so many years ago.
Angeliana was a teen when she learned of her destiny after learning of this man in history class. She found out she held a powerful light within her heart.
Her destiny was to become The Angel of Destiny and rid the world of Hitler's evil again, this time for good. But it wasn't easy for young Angeliana. She was paralyzed with fear whenever she would even hear his name, for a good reason: Angeliana was Jewish, belonging to the same people that Hitler had once tried to destroy. But that didn't stop Angel or make her back down.
It only made her want to fight even more.
Sitting in that classroom, learning of what horrible things Hitler did to her people, made her desire to defeat him even more powerful. So, that's when she decided it was time to act. Angel could never 'stop fearing' Hitler but fought on anyway. That is when she discovered the meaning of true courage. It's not about not having any fear.
It's about standing up to evil or injustice: even while shaking with fear.
Hitler, on the other hand, was determined to take her down. With dark powers at his disposal, Hitler tried to rid the world of the Jewish girl who would be his eternal downfall. Even though her powers were terrifying, Angeliana fought on. She knew she might need help, so she used her powers to call upon the only three people who could help her.
The Big Three were Churchill, Roosevelt, and Stalin.
The three of them helped Angeliana prepare for the final battle. On that day, Angeliana's mother sent her away with some words.
"My dearest Angeliana. You are a child of the stars. You hold the power of the stars deep within your soul. Hitler will try to execute you because of that, but you mustn't let him. The stars guide you and make you powerful. Never let anyone tell you otherwise." Angeliana's mother hugged her tightly, knowing she might never see her alive again.
The four heroes went to Hitler's ominous, foreboding, evil castle. They looked at the imposing structure, knowing they may never return alive. They had to do it to save the world from Hitler's reign of terror. Hitler knew they would arrive that day, so he opened the gate.
Angeliana was terrified when she saw the evil dictator sitting on his throne. He wore his Nazi uniform but had a dark cloak on top. Other members of the Nazi Party surrounded him. The walls were pitch black, surrounded by orange-flamed candles, giving it an ominous light. Angeliana almost backed out but remembered how many innocents would perish at their hands if she did. So, she walked forward, a determined expression on her face. She drew her sword and spread her angel wings, ready for battle.
Hitler rose from his throne and started casting wicked spells. An intense gust of wind filled the room, extinguishing the candles. Their flames appeared this time a raging red color. Hitler's eyes began to glow with dark power, and he began levitating. He fired a blast of magic at Angeliana, who rolled to dodge it. She unleashed a beam from her sword, which hit Hitler square in the chest. He was broken from his magic-fulled trance and switched his strategy.
He prepared a massive magic blast and aimed it directly at The Big Three. It caught Angeliana off guard. She screamed in horror as the magic raced toward her new friends. Suddenly, Churchill drew a sword, the same type old English knights used to wield. He swung it at the beam, which flew straight back at Hitler. Hitler's powers wounded him!
As revenge for harming Hitler, the other Nazis attacked Stalin and Roosevelt. Stalin managed to hold a bunch of them off with his fists. The Nazis then turned on Roosevelt, who used a wheelchair. All hope for him seemed lost.
Or so they thought.
Roosevelt pressed a button on his wheelchair that turned it into a mecha flying machine, complete with a machine gun! He gunned down those Nazis who tried to hurt him and his friends! While The Big Three were still fighting the other Nazis, Angeliana confronted Hitler.
Hitler unleashed a fury of attacks on her. She dodged them all, but one of them hit her. It blasted her back. Hitler prepared to strike again. This time, Angeliana wouldn't live. She knew she had to get up. The future of the world depended on her survival. Just as Hitler threw the blast of energy, she took her sword and blocked his power. She stabbed Hitler one final time, finally ridding the world of his terror.
She and The Big Three returned home. The people hailed them as heroes. Angeliana's mother embraced her, grateful she was home safe. The Big Three returned home to their time, always remembering their adventures in the modern world. Angeliana resumed her ordinary life but never forgot her adventures, either. After that, she never forgot the true meaning of her name.
