Yeah this was originally going to be in the first chapter, but I didn't want to make it too long. That's why they came out on the same day. Do not expect this going forward.
Up on the staircase leading to the entrance, five students, Mina Ashido, Mezo Shouji, Ochako Uraraka, Rikido Sato and Hanta Sero. The latter three were patching up their teacher, The Space Hero: Thirteen. Shouji was currently using his limbs, in which his six hands were transformed into eyes and ears, to keep track of his classmates and teachers. While Mina was standing next to him preparing for any villains that might show up.
"So how are they doing out there?" Mina asked.
Shouji looks at her and transforms one of his limbs into a mouth. "It's going good so far." He informs her. "Our classmates have taken out most of the villains in their areas and sound mostly unharmed. Some of our classmates showed up to assist our teachers and helped neutralize the leaders of this group."
"Alright!" Mina cheers and lifts her arm in the air. "First villain attack and we are winning this! Go Class 1-A!"
"Don't celebrate just yet. Wait until our classmates are all-huh?" Shouji begins to tell her before sensing something. "Something just entered the plaza."
"Hmm? What is it?" Mina asks, calming down a bit.
"I don't know but I-" He responds before freezing as he hears a chilling voice.
"Oh, so I'm worthless, huh?"
It was dark and cold, like it promised pain and despair. It froze him, and Mina clearly noticed because she was looking at him worriedly. "What's wrong?" She asks.
Then everyone freezes as they hear a menacing sound before getting slightly pushed by a wave of energy. They all stumble real quick before regaining balance.
"You all felt that right?" Ochako asks.
"Yeah, but what was that?" Sero questions.
They all turn to Shouji before seeing him sweat and staring straight ahead. Mina, being close, looks in his direction and her eyes widen as she sees the menacing figure start floating.
"What is that?" She cries.
"Let me show you just how worthless I am."
Shouji hears a buzzing noise and looks in his direction and pales. "Oh no!" He yells. Everyone hears him and rushes to him to look at the scene. Mina, already being there, catches what he sees first and gasps before paling herself.
"KIRI!" She yells, as she sees her best friend get his arm nearly cut off.
Everyone now panics and looks at the scene, all gasping once they lay eyes on it.
"Oh shit, this is bad." Sero mutters.

Infinite appears and unleashes a wave of red cubes.

Melissa charges at him again, but he grabs her and throws her away at Katsuki who dodges.
Infinite grabs Katsuki by his throat and holds him up as Katsuki struggles to get free

Scene fades to dark but then shows a flaming ∞
Infinite floats above the heroes as they come to terms with the scene in front of them. Kirishima screams in pain as he holds his arm with a buzzsaw inside of it, trying to stop it from falling. Class 1-A looks on in horror as they see their classmate nearly mutilated.
"You fiend!" All Might "You attack a child with no mercy."
"Hmhmhm." The villain chuckles. "Don't blame me, I wasn't aiming for him. I was just trying to free my comrade. Not my fault he jumped in the way."
All Might jumps at him, but as he is about to reach him, a large metal plate appears in front of him and halts him. He quickly recovers and tosses it away, only to see five rifles floating beside the villain all pointed at him. They all begin to fire as All Might throws a punch as the force blows him out of the way. Infinite waves his hand at All Might and All Might prepares himself for an attack. What he doesn't expect is to hear a roar. He looks up and sees a glitching Nomu falling from above him, rearing up a punch. He crosses his arms in an X in an attempt to block it. He does, but the force still knocks him down. All Might recovers and moves as the Glitched-Nomu drops in front of him. It immediately follows up with an attack as All Might retaliates.
The others stare in shock at the Nomu; they all look at the ice trap and see that the Nomu is still trapped. This shocks them even more.
"There's another one!" Mineta and Kaminari cry out.
Aizawa prepares to attack and activates his quirk, but before he can do anything, he senses something approaching. He quickly turns around and attempts to elbow it, but when he does, he feels an immense pain that causes him to blink. He fully turns to see a glitching Shigaraki and his hand grabbing his elbow, which is slowly peeling. He activates his quirk again, stopping the decay and kicks him while jumping away.
Glitched-Shigaraki is unfazed and then turns to the trapped Nomu. "Nomu," he orders, sounding just like the real Shigaraki, and points at Aizawa "Get yourself out and dispose of this trash."
Nomu blinks before suddenly moving, and he shatters the ice prison, though the right half of his body shatters with it. The students, still frozen with horror, relax a little seeing the monster with half his body gone. But then it starts the move and the muscles start to move and grow from his body. They watch in horror as he regenerates his body and then stands up as if nothing happened. Remembering the second half of the orders, Aizawa activates his quirk and Todoroki launches another ice attack. Nomu ignores Todoroki and charges right through his attack before grabbing Aizawa and smashing his head on the ground. All Might sees this and knocks back the Glitched-Nomu before charging towards the other one. But before he can reach it, his leg is grabbed, and the Glitched-Nomu lifts him up before slamming him down, and does this a few more times before throwing him away and chasing him. Bakugo, finally snapping from his stupor, charges at the Nomu, creating explosions as he goes. But before he can get close, he hears a loud boom from his side and turns just in time to see a cannonball flying his way. He lifts up his hand to block it and when it hits, he screams as both his left gauntlet and arm are shattered as he is launched away. The Nomu lifts Aizawa by the head, blood dripping down from his nose, mouth and eyes as his goggles fall off, and holds him off the floor, the rest of his body just as battered. The others, fearing for their teachers life, spring into action. But before they can, they hear a cry.
"TAKE THIS!"
They all look up and see Mina falling from above Nomu, acid forming in her hands. She directly on top of its head and starts burning through its head, right to the exposed brain. Nomu roars in agony and drops Aizawa and brings his hands to his head as Mina jumps down. It's suddenly wrapped in tape, and we see Sero a few feet away with tape sticking out his elbows. The tape is then grabbed by Shouji as they both start spinning around, dragging the Nomu with it. Glitched-Shigaraki jumps out of the way as the two students rotate into two full circles before releasing the tape holding the Nomu, sending it flying towards the Flood Zone. It lands in the water and sinks. Asui, Mineta, Kaminari, Shinso, and Todoroki felt a calming relief at their classmates' intervention before turning towards the floating villain who hadn't moved from his spot. Mina runs over to Kirishima, Sero and Ochako following shortly after, while Shouji and Sato run to Bakugo.
"Kiri!" Mina calls as she runs up to her best friend. "Are you alright?" She says with panic.
Kirishima gives a pained laugh. "Yeah, I'm fine. Don't-urk-don't worry about me." He says, smiling while on his knee holding his right arm that still has a buzzsaw in it. He then looks at Mina's hands. "Besides, I could ask you the same question."
"I'm fine, this is nothing." She grabs Kirishima's left arm, and winces a little as her hand feels more on her burned hand. She went overboard with her acid during that attack and burned her hands. But she ignored it for the sake of saving her friends and teacher. "Come on, let's get you up."
As Mina tries to pick Kirishima up, Sero and Ochako arrive to help. "Here, let me help." Ochako offers. She touches Kirishima and activates her quirk. Kirishima is lifted off the ground as Sero creates tape and wraps it in a weird way around his arm. "Don't take it out of your arm." Ochako warns. "It may be causing your injury, but unless you can cauterize it it's the only thing keeping you from quickly bleeding out."
Shouji makes it his way to Bakugo and immediately starts to pick him up. "You okay Bakugo?" He asks as Sato makes his way over. Once he's on his feet, he smacks Shouji's hands away with his good arm and glares. "I'm fine, dammit! I don't need your help!" He then turns at the floating villain and glares daggers at him. "I just need to pay this fucker back."
Meanwhile, off in the Fire Zone, All Might crashes into a building. Glitched-Nomu ands not far in front of him. All Might gets up and starts to cough up blood. 'Shit, I'm running out of time.' He looks at the glitching Nomu. 'I have to finish this quickly.' He charges, preparing to give it all he's got.
Back to the main plaza, everyone, minus Aizawa, whose still unconscious on the ground, and Mina, Ochako, Sero and Kirishima, who the former three were carrying the latter out of harm's way, everyone was staring down the floating villain.
"So, that's three down." He taunts. "Who want to go next?" Then he raises his hand. "On second thought, I'll choose for you." He throws his hand forward. Suddenly, they all stare wide-eyed, as the boat from the Flood Zone is charging at them. Asui grabs Kaminari, Mineta and Shinso with her tonque and hops away. Todoroki creates a giant iceberg in an attempt to stop it. However, the moment it makes contact, it disappears. Confused, Todoroki pauses for a second until he hears shattering and feels a heavy blow to his gut. He spits out blood as a mace breaks through his ice and hit him square in the gut, sending him flying past everyone, grunting as he lands in pain. Everyone looks in shock. Then the broken ice shards form spikes and get launched at them. Asui dodges while still holding the others, but the retreating Mina, Sero, Ochaco and Kirishima could not evade. They prepare to get hit when suddenly, Sato steps in front of them and starts punching as many shards as possible.
Bakugo points his remaining gauntlet at the villain and turns to Shoji. "PULL THE TRIGGER!" He orders. Shoji obliges, holds the gauntlet and pulls the trigger, sending a massive explosion that blows away all the remaining ice spikes, and continues past them destroying the mini-glacier. Sato was bleeding from his arms, a few spikes sticking out but none impaling his arms, and tired from both pushing himself and his quirk.
"Sato!" Mina yelled. "Dude are you all right?" Sero cried.
"Don't worry." he said a bit drowsily. "I'm okay."
"You won't be."
*BANG*
Out of nowhere, a shot was heard. Sato paled and flinched, before looking down at his chest, seeing blood come out of it. He stares for a minute before his eyes roll up and he falls forward. Everyone freezes, for a moment at the scene. Before looking at Infinite, who has the previous five rifles take aim at them.
Todoroki, still on the ground, makes the biggest ice wall he can as fast as he can, but he's too far back to reach anyone. Kirishima makes a gamble and hardens his body, besides his arms, and gets in front of Mina, Sero and Ochako, his back tanking the bullets. Shouji grabs Bakugo and jumps out of the line of fire. Asui does the same with the others, but being closer, her leg gets grazed. The pain makes her lose focus as she lands and she's shot again, this time straight through theleft leg and arm. The others who hear her cry in pain look on in panic and worry. Realizing the situation, she jumps as far as she can and throws Kaminari, Mineta and Shinso as far as possible with her tongue. They all scream her name and she smiles at them, before getting shot again through her other leg, then the side of her hip. One rifle fires another shot at her, aiming straight for her chest. Tsuyu Asui closes her eyes and accepts her fate.
*ZOOOOOM*
The bullet hits the ground. Asui opens her eyes and sees All Might holding her in his hands safe and sound.
All Might turns around and rears back his fist. "DETROOOIIIT SMAAAAAAASSHH!" He throws a punch that creates a massive shock wave. Unprepared, the villain is hit by it and blown back, with the rifles also getting hit and disappearing on impact.
Suddenly, the doors to the USJ burst open. "Don't worry students!" Nezu calls from atop Vlad King's shoulder. "We are here!"
Iida, at the forefront, calls out "I, Tenya Iida, have returned as promised!"
The villain reorients himself and stops just above the ground and looks at the heroes.
*BOOOM*
Then he heard a shot fired and dodged just in time to see a cannonball fly past him. He turns around and see's Yaoyarozu with a cannon, flanked by Jirou and Hagakure. He then dodged a beam of light and saw Aoyama flanked by Ojiro, Tokoyami and Koda.
"Hmm." He muses. "Seems reinforcements have arrived. And those useless thugs couldn't hold off those kids any longer." He then has to dodge Snipes attempts at shooting him. When that's over, he flies up far above everyone.
"Heroes!" He announces. "You have made it past this day. I must retreat for now. But know this, this is only the beginning!" Suddenly, a portal opens behind him. "Your era will come to an end." He hovers backwards into the portal and disappears before it closes.
Everyone continues to stare at where he was, before they hear the sound of sobbing and sniffling. They all look to see the group of students who were fighting in the main plaza and realize the scene in front of them. Aizawa, Thirteen, who are both still unconscious, Todoroki, and Bakugo, who's still being held by Shouji, are beaten. Kirishima is on his knees in front of a crying Mina, Sero and Ochako with a buzzsaw through his right arm and bullets on the ground behind him. Kaminari, Mineta and Shinso are a liitle banged up and all lying on the ground. And Rikido Sato lying on the ground, dead.
Suddenly All Might, who carefully put down Asui, started coughing, he is covered in a puff of smoke. When it fades, where the once strong, proud #1 hero was stood a frail, shriveled up old man. He quickly realized the situation he was in before muttering "Shit."
The students who weren't there all look at the scene either in shock or in tears, frozen seeing the state of their classmates and teachers.
"My my," Nezu mourns. "We were too late. It seems we have reached a disaster."
"Welcome back." The man in the chair smiles as the masked villain comes out the portal. The man looks at the two unconscious villains in front of him that were in-between their glitching counterparts. "What's their status?"
"They were both knocked unconscious and Kurogiri's brace has some burns." He reports. "Other than that, they were relatively unharmed, the heroes mostly going for neutralization methods. Had to use the phantom copies to free them." He explains. During the battle, he had the glitching- or rather- Phantom-Shigaraki decay the orbs that were sticking him in place before creating a Phantom-Kurogiri and have him make a portal for both of them to escape. "The Nomu however was lost. Even if we could recover it safely, the damage it took to its brain made it useless and beyond repair."
The man hummed in acknowledgement. "And the heroes?"
"Thirteen and Eraserhead were both gravely injured, with Thirteen's recovery being uncertain." He reports. "Speaking of, the students were mostly unharmed with only minor injuries, but the ones I personally fought were almost all gravely injured, with one casualty among them."
"Hehe. Excellent. This accelerates my plans faster than I anticipated." He "looks" down at the man and smiles. "Good work, Midoriya."
"I told you Sir," the man takes off the mask revealing a kid, no older than fifteen, with long green hair that fades to white, freckles across his face, and his left eye an emerald green, with his right eye a dull gray with a scar that both over it that cuts from his cheek to his forehead covers the area around his eye. (Imagine a circle the size of a golf ball with a diagonal line through it from the top right to the bottom left. That's what his scar looks like.) "Midoriya is dead."
I am working for that M rating ladies and gents. And side note: Mina's attack was a combo of Ochako using her quirk on her and Shouji throwing her and Ochako releasing right above the Nomu. Couldn't find a way to fit this explanation in the story.
So yeah, all that happened. All Might is exposed, students are traumatized, a lot of people are injured, Sato is dead, and Midoriya is Infinite. What happens now? Find out next time. Peace.
