Chapter 4

After having breakfast with everyone Lucy went upstairs to get ready to go shopping with Ever, Xally and Emi. She took a quick shower and decided to wear the maxi dress she brought. She quickly braided her hair and slipped into her sandals. She couldn't keep the smile off her face, and she stepped out of her room to see Cris standing in front of her door.

"Hey Cris, everything okay?"

"Yep, you still good for dinner tonight?"

"Yep, I am! I'm excited about dinner with you tonight. Will it be casual or fancy?"

"I figured casual would be best for our first dinner date." He smirked. She smiled and blushed, before she could say anything else Ever came out of her room.

"Sorry Cris, she is ours until tonight." Ever said, grabbing Lucy's hand and pulling her down the stairs. Lucy looked back and smiled apologetically at him. He grinned and waved at her. He couldn't wait to see the outfit she wore for their date tonight.

Xally and Emi were waiting downstairs for them, they told Armen and everyone bye and left for a day of shopping. A car was waiting to take them to the shopping district. They talked about the different shops and planned on which ones they should go to first.

"If there is a magic shop, I'd love to see if they have any silver keys! Ever and I also want to get a couple of swimsuits, we only brought two each since we wanted to buy some Boscan clothing."

"I know a good magic shop we can stop at. I know the perfect shop for swimsuits." Xally said.

"I know the perfect shop to get you guys outfits for your dates tonight." Emi said.

"I'm so excited! Thank you for inviting us to go shopping!" Ever said.

"This is going to be a fun day! I'm excited to get to know you both more, Bix is like a brother to both of us." Lucy said.

"We are glad he found a chosen family. It broke our hearts when dad had to send him away to protect him." Xally said. It was quiet for a couple minutes until the car stopped. They all yelled, time for shopping as they got out of the car.

The magic shop was the first store they stopped at. They had two silver keys and were a lot cheaper than what a Fiore magic shop sold them for. She purchased both and added them to her ring with a promise to make contracts with them when they were done shopping.

"What keys did you get Lulu?"

"I got the hunting dogs and the veiled chameleon."

"Would it be okay if we watch you make the contracts with them?" Emi asked.

"Of course! It's nice to have people actually interested in my magic. The Raijinshuu are, it was my old team that never wanted to really listen when I tried to explain my magic."

The next store had tons of swimsuits. Lucy bought four new ones, and Ever bought three. Xally and Emi bought one each. As they were walking Lucy saw a store that sold belly dancer clothes. She pointed it out and asked if they could go. Ever found a beautiful green outfit, Lucy found a white one and a blue one.

"Xally, would one of these be okay to wear to the club this weekend?" Lucy asked as they walked to the store to pick out the outfits for their dates, and other outfits for while they were visiting.

"Definitely! Not to mention it will drive Cris crazy." She smirked. Lucy blushed and shook her head.

"Ever are you going to wear yours if I wear mine?"

"Sure Lulu!"

Once they got to the shop, Emi took them over to where beautiful harem pants made of silk were, some were even a little sheer. There were tons of different tops to pair them with. Lucy and Ever started to look through them. Lucy found a pair of ice blue silk harem pants, black sheer ones, and ones that had constellations on them. Lucy found an ice blue off the shoulder shirt with sheer sleeves, and a crop tank top to wear with the constellation pants, and a black strapless body suit to wear with the black ones. Ever found beautiful sea green harem pants and a matching top similar to the one Lucy got. She also bought white and deep green harem pants with crop tank tops.

Lucy was looking through the store and found a beautiful purple high low summer dress. She also found one for Ever and decided to surprise her with it. Lucy was looking through the jewelry and found necklaces to go with her outfits and found Emi and Xally each a necklace. She quickly went to the register to pay for everything. She didn't want the girls to see their gifts until they were done shopping. Once she had paid, she went back over to Ever to see everything she got.

"Lulu, how come you already paid?" Lucy grinned, which made Ever groan because she knew that meant she bought gifts for them.

"What did we miss?" Emi asked.

"Lulu got gifts for us more than likely, that's why she has already paid."

"You didn't need to do that."

"I know, I figured I would give you the gifts after we were done here." The girls went to pay for their items. Once they left, they decided to go grab some lunch. Once they got to the restaurant, Lucy gave everyone their gifts. Xally and Emi put their necklaces on, thanking her for them. Ever gushed over the dress and gave Lucy a hug. Lucy smiled at the girls, feeling the happiest she had been in a long time.

After lunch, the girls decided to head back home. Before they got to the car, Lucy spotted a shop that she wanted to go into really quick. She found something for Arman as a thank you for allowing them to stay in his home. They decided to spend some time at the beach. "I wonder if the guys are home, or if they are still out." Lucy said.

"Knowing them, they probably just went out to a bar for lunch and are at the beach already." Xally said. Emi nodded in agreement.

"Lulu! You must wear the one new swimsuit you got!" Ever smirked. Lucy smirked too and nodded. Once back Emi, Xally and Ever went upstairs to put their new clothes away and change to go swimming. Lucy went to Arman's office first to see if he was there. She knocked on the door and waited for a response. Once she heard a come in, she opened the door and walked in.

"Lucy, you don't need to knock before entering. What can I help you with?"

"I didn't want to enter if you were busy with work."

"I'm never too busy for my family or their friends." Lucy smiled and handed him the bag with his gift.

"What's this?" He took out two pens that were beautiful. One was carved out of wood and the other was made from opal. "Lucy, these are exquisite! Thank you my dear, but you didn't have to get me anything."

"I got these as a thank you for letting us stay here." He smiled and got up to hug Lucy.

"I will be using these all the time. I know everyone is at the beach, why don't you go join them?" Lucy smiled and nodded. She then went up to her room to hang up her new outfits. Then she got out the swimsuit that Ever said she should wear. It was a one-piece high cut thong deep blue swimsuit, fabric crisscrossed above her navel leaving most of her stomach bare. The top part covered just enough of her breasts. She checked herself in the mirror and loved how it looked on her. She even liked how it showed some side breast. She grabbed her swimsuit coverup. She wanted the new swimsuit to be a surprise.

She opened the door just as Cris was getting ready to knock. "You, okay? The other girls are outside with us already, but they said you stopped by dad's office."

"I'm good. I got him a thank you gift, that I wanted to give him quick. I'm ready to go now though!" Cris smiled and held his hand out to her. She happily took his hand as they walked outside.

"I heard you got a beautiful sexy outfit for tonight, and you are wearing a new swimsuit." Cris smirked.

"I did, I'm excited about the outfit I got for tonight. I am wearing a new swimsuit." She smirked. Cris grinned and asked if he could have a look before they got to everyone. She shook her said and said he had to wait. He pouted a little bit while trying to imagine what the swimsuit looked like.

"LULU! You're finally here!" Ever ran up to her and pulled her into a hug.

"Sorry it took me longer, I wanted to give Arman the gift." She smiled in understanding. Lucy was suddenly nervous to take off her swim cover. Ever noticed and told her that she looked breathtaking in the swimsuit. Lucy smiled and took a deep breath and took off her swim cover. Cris stared at her with hunger in his eyes. The girls smirked at the reaction everyone had. Cris walked up behind her pressing his chest into her back and putting his hands on her hips.

"You look so fucking sexy." He whispered in her ear. She looked up and smiled at him. It feels so right being in his arms. I could see myself falling for him. Cris was thinking the same thing. He wanted to ask Lucy to promise with him but didn't want to scare her away. He couldn't wait to take her out tonight and get some one-on-one time with her.

"Cosplayer, you look hot!"

"I agree with Bix." Vander said. Everyone complemented her, and Lucy thanked everyone. They decided to swim and just relax and talk. Farron stayed close to Ever, while Cris stayed close to Lucy. Freed was talking with Xally and Emi was talking with Laxus and Bix was talking with Kaleb. Bix noticed that Laxus and Emi seemed to be drawn to each other. He couldn't help but smile, happy that his friends and family got along and were getting closer to each other.

"Do we get to go to White Sea with you tomorrow?"

"Yep, I want to make you guys honorary members."

"Does that mean we could do missions? Also, White Sea welcome party!"

"Yes, you'll be able to do missions, but an actual member will need to be with you guys." Bix grinned and nodded.

"Truthfully, I wouldn't mind moving back but I want my team to want to come too."

"Talk to them about it, maybe after visiting the guild and doing a mission here will help. If you guys do go back, just know that Cris will be going with you. Since Lucy is his mate, he won't be able to be that far from her."

"I know eventually her old teammates will show back up and expect her to go right back to their team and act as if nothing has changed. I won't let that happen, and Makarov said he would support her staying with us."

"I did reach out to Makarov yesterday, to see what he would think about you guys moving here."

"What did he say?"

"He would support whatever you guys decide to do. Even though Laxus was going to be guild master, he said there is someone else he could see being a great guild leader."

Hearing that made Bix feel better and decided that he would talk to everyone tomorrow after they visit the guild. He knew if they decided to move here, they would still have to go back for their stuff and get their houses up for sale.

Lucy and Ever went back to the house to start getting ready for their dates. They went to their rooms to take quick showers, then Ever came to Lucy's room for them to get ready together. Cancer came out to do hair and makeup for the girls. Lucy absolutely loved her outfit and wouldn't mind this being her new style. Ever was thinking the same thing. Ever went with a half up, half down hairstyle with soft beach waves. Lucy did a fishtail braid with little crystals throughout. Once they were both ready, they took a couple pics together before heading downstairs.

Cris and Farron quickly made their way over to the girls when they came into the living room. Everyone complemented the girls on how good they looked. Laxus tried to turn into the overprotective big brother. Ever and Lucy glared at him, telling him to shut up even though they were smiling at him. He just grinned and told them to have fun. Each couple got into separate cars and left for their dates.
