"Harry?" A voice called from down the stairwell. "What on earth are you doing here?" Ginny Weasley stopped a few steps below the landing where Hermione and Harry were tensely frozen.
"Gin?" Harry looked distinctly uncomfortable. "I'm…um…."
"Harry was just leaving," Hermione stated, stepping back from her erstwhile best friend before she gave into temptation and did in fact punch him. "Weren't you Harry?"
"But…um…Malfoy," Harry motioned to the closed flat door.
The door to the front of the flat opened and closed, and then Pansy could be heard. "Merlin and Morgana, why couldn't these two live somewhere civilized on a ground floor. My feet are not going to thank me."
Harry blanched upon hearing Pansy's voice.
"Potter," Pansy froze as she saw the tableau of Ginny, Hermione and Harry. "What a surprise…seeing you here."
"Harry was just leaving," Hermione announced, glaring at the man-who-lived-to-make-her-positively-livid.
Harry stared at Pansy's manicured hand wrapping around Ginny's waist. "Yeah…I've got to go. Hermione, tell Malfoy…um…"
"I'm sure Draco's solicitors will be in touch," Hermione replied, crossing her arms.
Harry just nodded and fled down the stairs, careful not to touch Ginny and Pansy as he escaped. The doors opened and shut at the front of their building and Hermione let out a sigh of relief.
"Was that the first time he's seen you two together?"
"No, but he didn't burst into tears this time," Pansy replied. "So that's an improvement."
"Pans," Ginny sighed.
"What? He did. You were worried he was going to splinch himself." Pansy shrugged.
"Honestly Pansy, if you are magical Harry repellant, I might need you to move in with Draco temporarily."
"Well, I am definitely not doing that, but we are here to invite you both on a wee city break," Pansy smiled, smoothing her black sheath dress.
Draco opened his door right at that moment with Scorpius on his hip. "Where did Potter go?"
"He's allergic to me," Pansy grinned in satisfaction.
"Can you move in with me?" Draco asked, in complete seriousness.
"Nope," Pansy popped the final sound. "But we are here to invite you, my favorite godson and Granger to come with us for a few days to Paris."
Draco raised an eyebrow as Scorpius smiled widely at Pansy and Ginny.
"Why are we going to Paris?" Hermione asked in curiosity.
"Pans and I are eloping and we wanted you two to come be our witnesses," Ginny smiled. "And we hope you'll accept."
Hermione screamed in excitement and hugged both of the women tightly, nearly knocking them down the stairs.
"Oh my gods! Of course! I'm so excited!" Hermione cried out.
"Really?" Pansy laughed. "I couldn't tell."
