Darkness and Light, Into the Chaos!
Skulker was grinning as he flew through the Ghost Portal, eager to find and capture the Ghost Boy, Danny Phantom. It had been a month since the Disasteroid incident, and all the ghosts had gotten their energy back after the impossibly difficult feat of turning the entire human world transparent. And Skulker was now eager to test some new tech against the boy.
But when he flew into the lab, he saw the Fenton family and the two teens that usually accompanied the Whelp scrambling for weapons. "What is happening here?" he demanded.
"Oh great, just what we need." Sam scoffed, seeing the teched out ghost.
"Go back to the Ghost Zone, spook!" Jack bellowed. "Danny's been captured by the Guys in White and we have to save him!"
"Captured?" Skulker gasped. "How?"
"They caught him with his guard down." Sam hissed, anger and guilt in her eyes. "We were on a date and….."
"You don't have enough to storm their compound." The teched up ghost noted.
"Doesn't matter, we have to get him out of there." Maddie replied determinedly.
Skulker knew what he had to do. "I'll be back in an hour. Don't do anything rash until then." And before anyone could ask questions, Skulker was through the Portal and headed through the Ghost Zone.

Ember groaned as she heard banging on her door. Followed by the annoying voice of her recent ex. "Open up woman! It's an emergency!"
The rock ghost stomped to the door and threw it open. "Go away, asshole. I don't want to-"
"Our problems can wait." Skulker cut her off. "The Whelp was captured."
Ember's annoyance turned to shock and horror. "Get to the Far Frozen and tell Frostbite. Poindexter and Technus will be on the way." she ordered. "I'll get Kitty, Johnny, and Desiree. Spectra too if I can find her."
"A sound plan. Shall we call upon Youngblood as well?" The hunter asked.
"Yeah, and whichever of us sees him should tell him to get Pandora. That Greek Ghost will be useful."
"I'll visit the Dragon woman as well. Hurry, I told the Whelp's family I'd return in an hour." Skulker nodded before both ghosts took off in different directions.
….
Danny struggled against his bonds, but they were made of ecto-ranium. He couldn't use his powers, and his normal body couldn't break the three inch thick shackles. He had to get out before his family and friends did something stupid. Like storm the heavily fortified compound he was being held in.
The building shook, and he knew it was already too late. "Gotta think fast before they get…what was that?" He muttered before hearing what sounded like a….power chord? Followed by what sounded like ecto-blasters. And a motorcycle. And maybe some electricity? What was going on. Did Sam and Tucker call in the kids from school? But that didn't explain the guitar music he heard.
Then the most shocking thing he heard was the familiar cry of, "BEWARE!" As the Box Ghost appeared with Technus.
"Yes, beware. For I, Technus, master of all technology, have come to free you." The electric ghost added before looking around.
"What are you guys…. Know what, doesn't matter." Danny began before deciding not to look a gift horse in the mouth. "The restraints are made of ecto-ranium. You won't be able to force them off."
"Then we shall locate the controls." Box Ghost declared, the two flying around the room.
"Found it! One moment, Ghost Child. And you will be free!" Technus declared as he Overshadowed the control console.
As the restraints unlocked, Danny rubbed his wrists to get some circulation back. "Alright, let's get out of here." he suggested.
"Yes, let us flee this horrible compound." Box Ghost agreed. "I will inform the rest that we have freed you. BEWARE!" He screamed before going intangible and flying towards the sounds of battle.
"I'm going Ghost!" Danny called, transforming and following Technus out.
….
"Those two better not fuck this up!" Ember shouted, playing another chord and throwing a fist shaped sound wave at another GIW.
"Perhaps sending the Box Ghost and Technus alone wasn't our smartest idea." Desiree commented, firing a beam at someone who shot at her.
"We needed all our heavy hitters right here to keep these fools here." Pandora pointed out, punching the GIW trying to sneak up on her with one of her four arms.
"If they don't give word the Whelp is- Ember, behind you!" Skulker warned, blasting a GIW that was about to blast her.
"Thanks Tin Can." Ember called back.
"BEWARE!" a familiar shout called above the noise of battle, Box Ghost flying into view. "The Ghost Boy has been freed from his restraints!" He informed.
"Wonderful!" Dora smiled in her dragon form before blowing flames at a GIW that shot her in the side.
"Desiree, I wish everyone involved in the rescue was back at Danny's place!" Kitty called, smashing her fist into her opponent's nose before Johnny's Shadow tackled him and Johnny himself ran over the asshole.
The wishing ghost grinned. "So you have wished it, so it shall be!" She declared, her magic activating as all the ghosts vanished.
…..
"Great One, it is good to see you alright!" The lead yeti ghost said, embracing Danny as they all appeared.
"Good to….be back…..Frostbite." Danny grunted, his bones straining from the painful hug. He slipped out of Frostbite's embrace and turned to all his foes. "Which brings me to the million dollar question. Why did you all help me?"
"You got a lot more respect than you think after the Pariah Dark incident, Baby Pop." Ember chuckled.
"But you all are still causing trouble whenever I see you." Danny pointed out.
"Gotta keep our skills sharp." Johnny replied.
"As I said, Whelp. I'll never stop hunting you. But no one else will claim your pelt before me." Skulker said with a sadistic grin.
"Well, thanks. I think." Danny chuckled, more used to Skulker's attitude than he probably should be. "Seriously though. Thank you all for coming to help me."
"It was our pleasure." Dora (In her princess form) said with a small curstie and a smile.
"DANNY!" a familiar voice came from behind him. Danny turned in enough time to brace for Sam to hug-tackle him.
"And that's our cue. Later punk." Johnny said, waving as Kitty climbed on and led the ghosts back to the Ghost Zone.
"Well, that was an unexpected rescue." Tucker chuckled from his spot in the door.
"No kidding. Who knew Danny's enemies would rush to his aid like that?" Jazz agreed, smiling as Sam fussed over the redhead's little brother.
"Who knew indeed." Maddie agreed, moving past them to make sure her son was ok.
