Night time came when Valka returned to Dragon Sanctuary.

She walked into the main room and saw Stormfly and ask "what are you doing here and where's Hiccup?"

Toothless came in the main cave to see Valka and turned around to leave.

Stormfly chirped at Toothless wondering about her rider's health.

Valka turned around to see Toothless and followed after him to Hiccup's cave and knocked on the wooden door.

The year Astrid stayed with them, Hiccup built a door big enough for Stormfly to fit through in the tunnel to give Astrid privacy to change and consummate if they wanted to.

(Inside Hiccup's bedroom)

Hiccup answers "you can come in, mom."

Valka opened the door to see Astrid on the bed unconscious and sternly ask "what happened, son?"

Hiccup sighs "Spitelout and Snotlout got me banished from Berk for three years two days ago and band Astrid from coming with me or she wouldn't be allowed to return to Berk ever again.

This afternoon, I think Snotlout attack Astrid over something and Stormfly accidentally shot her with a Nadder spike. Astrid told me that she wanted to come with me because she felt safe with me.

I told Fishlegs to tell Astrid's parents that the recovery is two months."

Valka sighs "she's probably going to be hurting for a while. Where did she get shot at?"

Hiccup answers "in the back on her right shoulder blade."

Valka comments "then she should be laying on her chest or left side."

Hiccup rolls Astrid over to lay on her chest and says "I gave her the antidote for Nadder poison."

Valka comments "the antidote takes six hours after given to flow through her blood stream."

Hiccup comments "I'll go make dinner for us" and leaves the bed chamber.

Valka and Hiccup eat dinner and went to their bed chambers.

Hiccup slid into bed beside Astrid and checked on her back to see it stopped infection.

Astrid groaned a little "Hiccup?"

Hiccup whispers "I'm here, Astrid."

Astrid nuzzles his neck "I love you, Hiccup Horrendous Haddock the third."

Hiccup kisses her forehead and whispers "I love you too, Astrid Giggles Hofferson."

Astrid whispers "how long will it take before I can do any activities?"

Hiccup answers "at least two days before you can walk a little bit. A week before you can do anything physical such as consummating and two months before you can engaged in battling with your axe."

Astrid curious ask "if I laid on my chest, could you consummate with me from behind?"

Hiccup sighs "tomorrow. We have to wait until the poison is out of your blood stream."

Astrid groans "my back hurts and I figured consummating would take away the pain."

Hiccup says "wait here until I come back with Toothless."

He leaves to go get Toothless.

Ten minutes later, he returns "Astrid? Are you awake still?"

Astrid groans "yes. My back hurts too much to sleep."

Hiccup tells her "I'm gonna pull your shirt up some" and slides her shirt up to her shoulders and says "Toothless, saliva, please?"

Toothless spits on Astrid's back a little bit and leaves the bed chamber.

Hiccup rubs the saliva all over Astrid's back.

Astrid moans "it's cold."

Hiccup place a bandage wrap around her chest and back.

Then he pulled her shirt down and says "that should take away your back pain, Astrid."

Astrid groans.

Hiccup rubs her back to massage it.

Soon Astrid was snoozing away.

Hiccup kisses her cheek and went to sleep.

In the morning, Astrid woke up next to Hiccup and kisses his lips waking him up in the process.

Hiccup groans "Astrid, It's too early for romance. Plus I was up till ten o'clock taking care of your back pain."

Astrid giggles "and I appreciate it. When do I return back to Berk?"

Hiccup answers "in two months."

Astrid gape "it doesn't take two months recovery from Nadder spike poison."

Hiccup sighs "fine. I wanted time with you."

Astrid's stomach gurgled.

Hiccup smiles "wait here and I'll go make you some oatmeal."

Astrid kisses his cheek "your so sweet to me."

Hiccup leaves his bed chamber and walks through the tunnel caves until he reached the kitchen area and began cooking oatmeal for Astrid.

Valka walked in the kitchen area and says "while you were gone looking after your betrothed, I met up with a friend of her own tribe and she said she could marry you two."

Hiccup grins "thank you, mom."

Valka ask "so how is your betrothed?"

Hiccup answers "I don't know yet."

Once the oatmeal was done, he spiced it up a little adding brown sugar to it and stir it.

He leaves the kitchen chamber and walks back to his bed chamber to see Astrid laying on her chest and says "I got your oatmeal and my mom said she has a friend who could marry us."

Astrid sighs "that's good news for us, but we would be married in secret and would wonder how I got pregnant and not married yet."

Hiccup helps Astrid sit up and feed her oatmeal like a baby.

Astrid comments "we aren't telling anyone that you spoon fed me."

After Astrid finished the oatmeal, she ask "what did you put in it?"

Hiccup answers "a few spices and brown sugar. You like it?"

Astrid grins "it was okay. My back feels cold."

Hiccup ask "want me to check your wound?"

Astrid nods her head "yes."

Hiccup pulls her shirt up and unwrapped the bandage from around her lower and middle chest.

He looks at the back and says "it's not red anymore."

Astrid ask "how long do we have before your mom comes in here to check on me?"

Hiccup sighs "I don't know. Why?"

Astrid sighs "I could probably use a bath."

A week later, Astrid was getting better.

(On Berk)

A Berserker ship arrived at Berk.

Stoick sighs "who would be visiting us for?"

Announcer yelled "PRESENTING DAGUR THE DERANGE CHIEF OF BERSERKER TRIBE!"

Gobber comments "this might not be good."

Dagur step off his ship and looked around and ask "little Hiccup hasn't returned to Berk yet? It's been four years since I last saw him."

Stoick sighs "my tribe banished him from returning for three more years."

Dagur sighs "I came here to ask for permanent peace treaty by asking a tribe girl for her hand in marriage."

Stoick ask "who would that be?"

Dagur grins "Astrid Hofferson. Where is she anyways?"

Stoick answers "she's with her betrothed in the wild healing from a dragon accident."

Dagur sighs "that's unfortunate for me. Where are her parents then?"

Magnus came down the ramp and says "you would have to face Hiccup in a duel win her hand in marriage unless they're already married."

Dagur stays for a week.

Stoick comments "Astrid won't be back for two months."

Dagur sighs "I guess I'll come back in two months then."
