I know people don't like self-insert characters and I still intend for Family of Son Goku to be my main fanfic but I was interested in doing a self-insert, I thank you all as with every review and follow you are helping me by making me think this is worth it. Let's go
In the forests of Mount Paozu there were two people walking through the dense foliage. While they may seem normal at first, the taller and older one is a saiyan called Goku, a saiyan who was sent to Earth and his half saiyan son, Gohan, who has a human mother called Chi-Chi. As they walked through Goku started to notice something, He decided to discretely go to the power with Gohan. Gohan then started to feel the power.
"Hey dad, do you feel that power?"
"Yes, it seems weird, almost like it is another saiyan?"
"But I thought you and Vegeta were the last saiyans."
"I know."
As they walked, they saw a massive pod, larger than the one Goku had been sent in. The pod had a cryogenic system to keep the user the same age until the pod reached its destination. This pod was damaged however and the automatic release system was destroyed.
"Wanna open it dad?"
"I know your curious little man, lets increase our power a but just in case."
"Okay then."
Gohan then pressed the manual release button, the pod started to open as the occupant started to wake up, they started to open their eyes but closed them because of the brightness. Gohan then stepped out of the way to let the occupant out. They stood up to reveal that they were in fact a saiyan with a tail. They wore traditional saiyan armor and had a scouter in a compartment in a pod. They grabbed it and put it on.
"Where am I, what is this place?" The saiyan the looked to see Goku, Gohan stood a bit of a distance away
"Who are you, what is this planet called?"
"You are on Earth, we just released you from your pod, it was damaged so it could not release you."
"Right."
Goku then made a mental note that this saiyan seemed pretty young, with the saiyan's ki also fully on display it showed that he was a 14 year old male saiyan. He also had damaged armor with a large scar on his arm. His hair was also quite messy and he has multiple bruises and open cuts, his scouter was cracked and his pod had multiple dents.
"Is there anywhere I can communicate with the Freiza force for a pickup?"
"Freiza is dead, the saiyans are now free."
I think it is best do not tell him that planet Vegeta was destroyed.
"Hello." Gohan then went to the side of Goku and decided to introduce himself. The unknown saiyan seemed overwhelmed with the defeat of Freiza.
"No way, I don't believe it, did Prince Vegeta become the legendary super saiyan, are we finally free?!" Little did the saiyan know it was Goku who turned super saiyan against Frieza. He then turned on a scouter.
"It seems there is a low power level on this planet." He then turned the scouter on Gohan.
BEEP BEEP BEEP BOOM.
"Damn it, that was the only scouter I have, how do you have so much power, are you two also saiyans."
Goku was impressed by the new saiyans deduction skills, he decided to make up a story and decided to use his saiyan name Kakarot.
"Yes, my name is Kakarot, and this is my son, Gohan, we named him an Earth name so we can stay low."
Gohan tried to interrupt but Goku whispered to Gohan "Go along with this please."
The saiyan looked confused but went along with it normally.
"Good, for a minute I thought there I would without someone from the Frei- I mean, well it is hard to put it into words. My name is Colico but I never liked it, I had a name for myself, it was Aiden."
"Well, we will call you Aiden then." Gohan was curious about how this saiyan seemed different from the others.
"You seem different from the others, you seem calmer." Aiden was confused that these two were different from what he knew.
"Well, we don't really like to kill."
Goku for a moment thought it would go wrong after Gohan said this, but Aiden then seemed to smile at this.
"Let me try to communicate with Planet Vegeta, even with emergency communicators and sensors I should be able to configure it to where I need it to go."
Goku and Gohan were concerned but before they could try to stop them Aiden was in the pod, searching for Planet Vegeta, he found the coordinates but found that Planet Vegeta was destroyed. He tried again and again but all scans showed Planet Vegeta was destroyed.
"No, no, no, NO!, I REFUSE TO ACCEPT THIS, THERE HAS TO BE SURVIVORS THERE HAS TO BE!" In his anger Aiden destroyed the control panel and the power core's coolant.
"Quick, we need to got to go, tis pod is about to bl-"
Before Aiden could finish his sentence the pod exploded destroying most of the trees and wildlife. Goku and Gohan came out unschathed but Aiden was severly injured, he then fell to the ground, unconcious.
