AUTHOR'S NOTES
It has been a relatively long time since I have published a Sesame Street story featuring Grover serving his main customer Mr. Johnson. So, I decided to get back to publishing those stories and give you this humorous and entertaining one where Mr. Johnson is involved in the titular Burger King Breakfast Breakout after he is served a Ham, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit rather than Burger King's signature Croissan'wich with Ham, Egg, and Cheese on it.
This was just uploaded on my Archive of Our Own page as Part 9 of the Mr. Johnson VS. Grover series. As for the disclaimer, I do not own Sesame Street, the characters, or the concept of Mr. Johnson VS. Grover. All rights go to the owners.
Enjoy the story!
Mr. Johnson's Burger King Breakfast Breakout
A Sesame Street Fanfiction
by ktlnboyle
One day, Mr. Johnson walked into a Burger King for his breakfast. He was shocked to discover that Grover, who usually works over at Charlie's Restaurant, was working behind the counter. This was when Mr. Johnson forced him to listen to his order carefully.
"I would like a Ham, Egg, and Cheese Croissan'wich. And hurry up!" shouted Mr. Johnson.
"Yes, you've got it, sir!" Grover said.
"I hope he knows what he's doing!" Mr. Johnson shouted to himself. When Grover came back with Mr. Johnson's meal, he was shocked to discover that a Ham, Egg and Cheese Biscuit was served before him and not a Ham, Egg, and Cheese Croissan'wich. Grover did not understand the difference between the two. Mr. Johnson then explained what the big difference was both in shape and taste. Grover then went to correct his order.
"He's not going to listen…" Mr. Johnson later said to himself.
"OK, sir, here's your Ham, Egg, and Cheese' Croissan'wich!" Grover said. However, Mr. Johnson fainted when he discovered that the "croissant" was actually a burger bun.
"Tough customer…" Grover said. Mr. Johnson was not happy with the order and wanted a refund for the food.
