A month passed by and Hiccup brought a tent to the cove and setup a campfire.

Astrid snuck inside the opening between the two rock walls.

Hiccup curious ask "were you followed, milady?"

Astrid shakes her head "no. I told my parents that I was going camping on a date in the forest, but Toothless is to send a signal flare to let my parents know that I'm safe with my betrothed."

Hiccup sighs "Toothless, signal flare, high in the sky."

Toothless barks and blast a shot high in the sky above the trees.

(At the Hofferson's house)

Magnus waited outside until he saw a firework like lite up the sky and walked inside the house and ask "was it wise to let her go camping without anyone else like her friends?"

Brynhild giggles "babe, she went camping with her betrothed. If anyone finds out, their both in trouble." She's eighteen now."

(In the cove)

Hiccup ask "so why did you ask me to bring a tent for?"

Astrid blushes "so we can consummate inside without prying eyes or anyone else."

They sit down and enjoy the campfire.

Hiccup ask "do you feel like consummate or not tonight?"

Astrid shakes her head and smiles "I love you, Hiccup. And no I don't want to consummate."

After two hours, they get inside the tent and go to sleep.

In the morning, Toothless woke up to the sound of a stick breaking and hid in a hollow tree and watched for the intruder to see Snotlout looking around.

Stormfly flew down and grabbed Snotlout and flew him away from the cove.

Snotlout scowls "let me go! You stupid reptile! I'm looking for my fiance!"

After Stormfly and Snotlout was gone, Toothless came out of hiding and screeched loud to wake up Hiccup and Astrid.

Astrid groans "Haddock, get a hold of your dragon."

Hiccup sighs "that's a warning call."

Astrid ask "a warning call for what?"

Hiccup answers "someone came looking for you and Stormfly flew them away as protection plan."

Astrid panics "no one knows I'm out here except for my parents!"

Hiccup packs up the tent and kisses Astrid goodbye.

Astrid walked back to the village while Hiccup returned back to the Dragon Sanctuary.

When Astrid returned to her parent's house, her mom ask "do I have to make you moon tea?"

Astrid shakes her head "no, we didn't consummate because I didn't want to tonight."

Brynhild sighs "Snotlout came here looking for you. I told him that you left to go camping alone and train with your axe."

Astrid sighs "that's why Stormfly took whoever away."

Brynhild gaped "you mean he found the cove?"

Astrid grumbles "yes, I believe so, because Toothless alerted us in Hiccup's tent."

Brynhild sighs "I wonder when will that boy quit going after you."

Astrid comments "maybe after he finds out that me and Hiccup either consummated or we get married."

Brynhild curious ask "why don't you tell Snotlout that you already consummated with Hiccup?"

Astrid sighs "because I fear Snotlout would attack me again and Hiccup isn't around to save me. Spitelout has it out to make sure I end up with Snotlout because he won't accept that you gave my bride price back."

Magnus comments "I thought Hiccup set him straight when he escorted you back home the last time?"

Astrid sighs "I guess he's too stupid to back off and let me go."

(With Hiccup and Toothless)

Hiccup comments "what do you think, bud? Should we go look for Dagur or head home?"

Toothless warblers "yeah, let's go home. We won't probably find Dagur since he sails everywhere with his armada."

(Two weeks later on Berk)

Astrid was walking down to the forge with her Terrible Terror and Stormfly following her when Snotlout and the gang appeared in front of her.

Fishlegs ask "what are you doing?"

Astrid sighs "I was going to visit Gobber. I don't care what Spitelout or Snotlout says! If I want to have privacy to be by myself in my secret cove I will! And Snotlout, if I hear you come to mine and Hiccup's cove that he left me, I'll kill you."

She walks pasted them.

Fishlegs comments "I think it would be wise to leave her alone to calm down."

Snotlout grumbles and follows after Astrid.

Tuffnut comments "he sure does have a death wish."

(At the forge)

Gobber grins "hey, Astrid."

Astrid ask "do you mind if I hide in Hiccup's private room for a little bit?"

Before Gobber could answer, Snotlout grabbed Astrid by her hair and pulled on it and scowls "I don't appreciate you threatening me like that! Your my property!"

Next thing, Snotlout felt a tap on his shoulder and turned to see a big fist straight into his face knocking him down.

"Astrid, milady? Are you okay?"

Astrid teary-eyed turns to see Hiccup standing there and runs into his arms to be held.

Snotlout checks his jaw and stood in shock to see Hiccup standing there and scowls "now wait a minute here! Your banished from returning to Berk!"

Hiccup grins "I'm free to come here because I got two chiefs to overturn my exile after explaining things that happened with you coming after my betrothed."

Snotlout scowls more at them.

Astrid ask "how many chiefs does it take to overturn exile?"

Hiccup answers "two with evidence that it was a plot take over your tribe."

The gang came there to see Hiccup standing there.

Hiccup sighs "I can only visit for a few days to check in on things and I was close by head back from Bog Burglar Tribe."

Astrid whimpers in pain "my head hurts."

Hiccup sighs "let's go put some ice on that."

They leave walking back to the Hofferson's house.

Gobber comments "Snotlout, you better leave Astrid alone or Hiccup will kill you for touching Astrid."

Two hours later, the blow horn blew.

Hiccup was massaging Astrid's head when Brynhild walked inside the house and says "someone came to visit Berk."

Hiccup sighs "I think that would be Dagur the Derange. I seen him off the coast about three hours ago."

Astrid sighs "he came back for my hand in marriage."

Hiccup comments "I'll have a talk with him in private."
