Later that night, Humphrey and Kate were looking at the newspaper and Kate turned to a page with a bunch of job opportunities and she saw an Ad Agency Assistant ad. She then circled the section with a red marker. Humphrey turned to the next page and saw a coffee shop needing a barista. The next morning, Kate was putting on her outfit for work. She took a breath as Humphrey walked up to her and stood next beside her and put his hand on her shoulder and they smiled at each other. Kate was now at her workplace, placing down some files on a roundtable, preparing a meeting. Meanwhile at the coffee shop, Humphrey was writing labels onto a jar. He started losing grip on the jar and dropped it but then managed to catch it before it hit the ground. It took a while for one whole day to go by. Later that night, Humphrey was already home, in bed watching tv. Soon later, he sees Kate walking inside their room and then starts taking off her shoes. "Hey." Humphrey said as Kate climbed onto bed and lay next to Humphrey. Kate looked him in the eyes. "As soon as we have enough, we quit." Kate said. "Don't worry, we will and then everything will be back to normal." Humphrey said as Kate smiled at him and then they started to fall asleep. About a month later, the married couple managed to save enough money for a brand new oven and Humphrey was putting on the final touches. "And done!" Humphrey said as he moved over to show Kate the oven. "What do you think?" he asked. Kate, on the other hand, doesn't feel that impressed when they first brought it. Kate walked up to it and then kneeled down. "I don't know, it feels…weird." Kate said as she stood back up. She didn't know why it does, but all she knows is that it felt different than it was. "Why?" Humphrey asked, looking up to her. "Are you sure I can't, like you know, like…" Kate attempted to push the oven further but it didn't move an inch. "Umm no but what's wrong? Maybe we can- OW!" As Humphrey was speaking, he was getting up and as he was doing that, he hit his head on the bottom counter. Humphrey groaned in pain as he was stood up. Kate gasped and walked up to him. "Are you okay?" Kate asked, worried about his injury. "Yeah, I'm fine." he groaned. "Let me just-" Kate was interrupted by Humphrey. "No it's fine." He said as he tried to slightly push her away with one hand but ended up hitting her in the face. Kate takes the hit and starts falling backwards but catches his hand before she falls down as she's now holding her nose. Humphrey gasped, he couldn't believe that he just hit his own wife. "Oh no, I'm so sorry!" He said, worried about her injury. "No it's okay!" Kate said as she backed up a little and bumped into the counter, which caused the figures that were sitting there to fall to the ground and a sound of a glass was made. Humphrey and Kate looked down and saw the figures were now broken into pieces. "Don't worry, I'll fix it." Humphrey said as he kneeled down and picked you the pieces of the figures. "It'll be okay." He said. He turns around and sees Kate looking down to the ground. "Kate?.." he said, trying to get her attention. Kate was looking down and then sees red liquid dripping and then she feels her nose and notices her nose is bleeding. "I just need to clean up my nose" She sighed as she walked away to find something to wipe the blood off her nose. Humphrey watches her walk away and then looks back at the broken figures and then places them into a box and then he thinks for a while and then walks in the living room and sees Kate just got done wiping her nose. "Hey, I think we could work a little more and get a bigger kitchen." He said with a smile. "For the plan, you know." He said as he sat down next to Kate. She smiled. "Okay." she said. For the last few months, they kept their jobs to continue working on their dream. One day, they managed to have the money to build their kitchen. Kate uses a sledgehammer to break down their kitchen wall, while Humphrey helps give her instructions. They managed to build their house bigger and build the kitchen they wanted. As time passes, Humphrey and Kate can now work on their dream. Kate has just got home with groceries in her hand. She yawned as she placed down the groceries on their new white counter and Humphrey was already in their new white kitchen, waiting for her. Few moments later, Kate was once again mixing the ingredients in a bowl, while Humphrey just placed down the baked cupcakes that were just out of the oven, onto the counter. Humphrey kisses Kate in the cheek and she smiles as she continues mixing. Humphrey went to the fridge to get the milk for her but when he turned around Kate was asleep. Humphrey chuckles as he picks her up and takes them to their bedroom and places Kate in bed and then Humphrey climbs into bed and lays down next to her. "I'm sorry." Kate said. She had felt bad for falling asleep like that. Humphrey pulls her close as they fall asleep together.
