Okay so I finally managed to finish this story, which probably going to be my only one for now because school's getting out this week and I do all of my work at school. I will try my best to continue making stories during the summer but I can't make any promises. If not, then I promise to get y'all an update and get right back to work when I get back from the summer. You have my word! Anyways, please enjoy the finale of Here's the Plan.
Humphrey is getting his clothes and the rest of the stuff from his drawers and putting it in a suitcase, while Kate is sitting on the bed, just devastated because her husband is leaving her.
"So…is this it?" Kate asked Humphrey as she turned her body around to her.
"Almost…I just have to get some things from downstairs." Humphrey said as he closed his suitcase and put it down on the ground and pulled out the handle on the suitcase and started rolling it out the room but Kate stopped him by grabbing his hand.
"No, I mean…is THIS it?" Kate asked.
Of course she was not only talking about their dream, but also their relationship. She didn't want him to leave otherwise, what else she was going to do with her life without him. Humphrey looked down at their hand and then back at Kate. He turns away and then lets go of her hand and then walks out of the room, while Kate stays on the bed. She signed and then just looked down with her hands on her face. She then opens the little drawer next to the side of the bed she was sitting and picks up the broken figures of themselves and just by looking at the broken figures is what her heart feels like right now. Humphrey finishes grabbing what he needs and then zips up his suitcase. Kate hears the sound of his suitcase being zipped up and then she looks down and starts crying as tears fall from her face. Humphrey hears her crying and just feels terrible but as much as he hates leaving her, he feels like it's for the best since she didn't want to do her dream anymore. Kate continued crying as she started remembering all the wonderful memories with him and now looking back, she felt like all of the hard work was for nothing. She then remembered the cupcake was part of the figures and then looked back inside the drawers and was searching for it. She eventually found it and looked at it for a few minutes. She then thought of something and started heading downstairs.
Humphrey was leaving and as he was about to open the front door, he heard someone calling for him.
"Humphrey!" Kate yelled as he turned around to her. She takes a deep breath and then starts walking toward him as she takes off her work jacket and then her shoes. Humphrey kinda already had a idea what's going on.
"Please don't say-
"Here's the plan…" Kate interrupted as she walked past him.
"But there are no more plans, Kate." Humphrey said but Kate continues walking to her closet as he facepalmed
Kate didn't listen as she opened her closet door and started looking for something. She grabs the sledgehammer and walks out and then stands near the wall.
