It was a normal night in NYC for the Penguins as they were in the zoo. Private was busy watching tv as his favorite show was on. Kowalski was busy in his lab working on another invention that was bound to fail. Skipper was doing a crossword puzzle and Rico was busy preparing sushi in the kitchen.

In the lemur habitat,King Julien was bored as Mort tried to get to his feet as usual but got kicked as Maurice tried to entertain him by juggling balls on a wheel. The ringtail yawned as his royal adviser fell down.

"Come on Maurice! The king cannot be bored to death!" He commanded.

"Sorry, but I need to take a rest." The aye aye responded.

Julien immediately gestured to some fruits that were on the table next to the blender.

He had a scheming look on his face as he looked at the penguin habitat.

Private immediately went topside to grab a snack from the local store until a watermelon hit him in the face sending him back to the base falling.

"Private!" Skipper shouted as Julien's laugh filled the zoo.

"Ringtail!" He shouted as he glared at the lemur.

"Oh Slaphappy Penguins, I just decided to have a little fun." He said as he readied another watermelon to a slingshot.

"Evasive!"

The penguins dodged the watermelon as it shattered to the concrete.

The team immediately rushed inside their HQ to think of a plan.

"If Ringtail wants a war, we'll give him one. Kowalski,options." The leader said to his strategiest.

"I suggest that we check our food stocks and ready our artillery in order to bring the fight to Julien." Kowalski replied writing something on his notebook. It was a drawing showing a full detailed plan.

Skipper smiled as Rico laughed maniacally while Private looked on in concern.

Julien looked for his next victim with binoculars as he zoomed back to the penguin habitat to find the Penguins ready.

"Hey Ringtail! Ready to get your lunch handed to ya?" Skipper said.

"Oh, I see what you're trying to do. Wait! It should be dinner!" He said as he shot a melon and it got sliced down by Rico holding a samurai sword.

"Nice try." He said as he launched a blueberry at the habitat.

"Ha! You really think that's gonna-

A explosion knocked the lemurs to the ground an covered in blueberry juice.

"Small grenade inside the berry," Kowalski said with a smirk,"very effective."

Maurice readied a pineapple and the penguins got out of the habitat as the pineapple nearly exploded in their faces if they hadn't ducked for cover.

"I warned you ringtail." Skipper called out as he gave his men hand signals or flipper signals for that matter.

"Gotta admit,"Maurice said a blending a guava,"this is a lot of fun."

Maurice pulled out a hose and sprayed the juice at the penguins as they slid out of the way.

Rico blasted a swordfish at the aye aye but unfortunately the latter missed it and got sprayed to a wall knocking him out.

"Man down!" Skipper said to Kowalski who quickly went to check on him. Private pulled out peanut butter winkie and another one at Maurice. He just stared at him blankly before chocolate sprayed him blinding his vision knocking him out and causing him to slip fall down to the bouncy and then to the floor.

"Maurice!" Julien called in fear and then turned to glare at Private and Skipper but said nothing. Mort then put a melon,grapes,apples and pears and slingshoted them at the young penguin.

"Nooo!" Skipper said as he pushed Private out of the way. Skipper then got pelted and fell to the ground.

"Go on soldier." Skipper said as Kowalski tried to fight back and also got taken out.

Private's expression got serious and grabbed Rico's bazooka and stuck a fish,a winky and a pinecone and launched them at Mort who tried to avoid but got hit in the face by a cone.

Julien roared in rage and launched various fruits on Private and expertly avoided them.

"Come on Slaphappy penguin," the lemur mocked," why don't you attack?"

Private hid behind a wall and scanned his arsenal and had only one fish and it was covered with chili. "I need to make it count," he said.

Julien readied the next shot as Private came out. He avoided getting a banana to his eye and took a deep breath and shot the fish. Julien laughed thinking he was about to win as the fish got into his mouth and swallowed it.

Next thing he knew he breathed fire and screamed,"Hot!Hot!Hot!" And quickly jumped into Marlene's pool.

"Excellent work Private," Skipper said as he, Kowalski and Rico came to congratulate their young comrade.

"Sure Skipper. That fish came in handy."

"Now who wants snowcones!" Skipper asked.

"Me!" His team replied as they left.
