Chapter 2
First Night
(POV: 3rd person)
"Help! He's got my purse!" a woman shouted
Sure enough, a rough looking man did indeed steal a ladies purse and was running like crazy before the cops come. He then turned a corner and ran into an alley to catch his breath. Once he did that he then started to open the purse to count any money the lady had. Suddenly out of nowhere, the man's hand was then hit by something, causing him to yelp in pain and drop the purse. Next thing he knew he was stuck to the wall of alley, being hung up by shirt's shoulders. Looking at his shoulders he saw he was being held up two golden crescent moon darts that had pierced his shirt and had pinned him.
"Hey! What's going on here!?" the man shouted in fear
Then someone then jumped into the alley from the rooftops as he struck a superhero landing. The person then stood up and looked at the robber dead in the eyes, revealing the protector of the night…Moon Knight.
"Stealing purses? Now that's just low" he said as stalked toward the thief as he quivered in fear
"Come on man, it was just a few bucks that's all!" the man said trying to deter the white hero
Moon Knight then was right up in his face, glaring hard at him as the thief just shook in place by the man's gaze. Moon Knight the cocked back his fist, causing the man's eye to widen in fear as Moon Knight said.
"No crime goes unpunished"
Bam!
(POV: 1st Person: Moon Knight)
After taking care of the crook and returning the women's purse to her, without letting me see me because…come on I look like mummy, also left a note on her purse to call the police to put the thief away. Now I'm gliding through the air and was heading to my next location, my new job, after all tonight was my first night as night guard at Frenni's Nightclub.
"Well new job, let's hope this go's better than my last one" I said to myself
I then saw the Nightclub down below, evident by the large neon sign above the door. I then landed into an alley right next to building and quickly un-suited, leaving me in my blue security guard uniform with my new cap attached to my belt.
"Alright then…time to break a leg" I said, trying to calm my building nerves in my body
"Ugh, just go already will you!" Khonshu said sounding annoyed
So after an annoyed eye roll, I then marched to the door of Nightclub, a spare key to the joint given to me by the owner himself. Once I unlocked the door and walked into the building I couldn't help but be surprised by the sudden change from yesterday to today. When I first arrived at the place it was as loud as a five year old's birthday party, now it's almost dead quiet minus from a small amount of music coming from the main lobby.
'Geez talk about a tone shift' I thought, chuckling at my own joke
Not wanting to waste time however, I started to head to my new office. Walking into the main room I noticed the lights were still on and music was still playing but now at a lower volume then last time.
'Thank goodness, I think I would go tone deaf if they kept playing that music that loud' I thought as I walked down the open hallway to my left
As I walked down the hall, I couldn't help but notice the large cutout of Frenni, which made since, after all she is the main girl here. Walking down further I then passed past an arcade, which kind of piqued my interest a bit.
"An arcade huh, I might check that out later" I said intrigued
"If they have Mortal Kombat in there, we are having that rematch" Khonshu said which made me chuckle
"Yeah and like before I'll kick your butt again" I replied, making me snicker and causing the moon god to growl at me
HEHEHEHE
Hearing that, both I and Khonshu quickly turned around but to your confusion we were meet with nothing. We both then looked at each other and shrugged, both of us clearly confused.
"You heard that…right?" I asked which Khonshu nodded
"I did…probably nothing but stay alert just in case" he said as I nodded in agreement
I then walked down to the end of hallway where I found a large steel door with a glowing green button to the side of it.
"Well this must be it" I said
I then reached forward and pushed the button, causing the large door to be pulled up and revealed my new office. All in all the place wasn't too bad, a little small but not bad. Walking in and closing the door behind me I then started to inspect my new workplace, the place had some streamers hanging from the walls and ceiling of the office, a large bookshelf with a random assortment of items, the most noticeable was a crate of wine bottles and…a box of condoms.
"Okay…that's…a thing" I said slightly embarrassed by the item
Turning to my left I saw a simple wooden desk with a small swivel chair and on the desk was a small computer monitor. I then sat down in the chair and got comfortable, ready to begin my new job.
"So…what now?" Khonshu asked as I frowned
"I don't know, James said that I'll get a phone call that will tell me everything that I'll need to know" I replied
I then leaned back in my seat as I waited for the supposed phone call. I then noticed a sign above the computer with a very…interesting message and it read.
"It is Forbidden to F***the Waitresses!"
'Huh, well that's … helpful' I thought as I grimaced
Suddenly, the bright red phone on the desk then went off which caused me to jump slightly in my chair. I then picked up the phone and held it up to my ear.
"Hello?" I asked into the phone
"Hey rookie! Bout time you picked up the phone!"
I then pulled the phone away from my ear in shock at the rude voice.
'Um, okay who was that?' I thought as I brought the phone back to my ear
"Um, hello? Who is this?" I asked
"Who I am doesn't matter rookie! But for now you can call me Phone Guy" the man replied as I rose an eyebrow in confusion
'Okay…werid' I thought as I listened to man's explanation
"Okay Rookie, welcome to Frenni's Nightclub, a place where all your dreams come to life blah, blah, blah, blah you know what I mean"
"Okay then, so who are you? My supervisor?"
"That's right rookie, I'll be your nightly supervisor for your first week on the job, and also I'll be your temporary boss"
"What?! Where's James then?!"
"Relax rookie, he's just away on a business trip he'll be back soon"
"Phew, that's good and my names not rookie it's Jake, Jake Specter"
"I don't care, all I care about is you keeping this place safe and running and also follow the most important rule!"
"Is it that I can't have sex with the waitresses?"
"…uh yeah, that's right"
"Yeah the sign was a dead giveaway"
"Oh right, well ahem, just keep your eye on them is all but interacting with them will result in your pay being deducted!"
'Sheesh, harsh much' I thought
Already I didn't like this guy, he seemed like the kind of person who would do anything to get someone in trouble and make one's life horrible.
"Ugh, I already don't like him" Khonshu said which made me chuckle a little as I went back to listening
"Also if you can't pay for any lost money, then you'll be sodomized!"
I then stiffened up in shock as my eyes went wide, heck even Khonshu was looking stiff and little uncomfortable. After all being the avatar to a millennium old god, you tend to know somethings like…that for instants.
"Okay then I'll follow the rules then" I said sounding very uncomfortable
"Great now let's go over your surveillance system" Phone guys said
I then turned to the computer and turned it on. Once it was booted up I then looked at an outline of the whole club with different areas highlighted, probably to show places I can look.
"Now select the backstage camera, its important" Phone Guy said
So then switched over to the backstage camera, and to my surprise I found a very still and slightly creepy looking Frenni staring at the camera.
"Okay…now what?" I asked
"You see that wind up logo on the screen, press it and hold it" Phone Guy said
So I did just that and once the meter was wound up, suddenly music started to play causing Frenni to dance to it just like when he first met her.
"You see, that music box will keep Frenni in her place if it runs out she comes out to the main floor" Phone Guy said which sounded weird
"Why?"
"Well, it seems the girls have been restless these last few nights, it seems that when the place closes they turn into … nymphomaniacs"
"What?! Are your saying these girls are now…sex crazed?!"
"Yep, and if they see you they'll try to catch you and well, you can guess what happens next, hehehe"
"Yeah I got that, so basically all I have to do is keep Frenni from leaving her spot and that's it right?"
"Not exactly, there is one more thing"
"Like he has enough to deal with already"
"You see we haven't been able to hire a janitor for a while, so until then you will have to handle those duties but don't worry we'll pay you extra for each task"
"Alright then…so let's clarify here I have to not only watch over a bunch of sex crazed animatronics but also I have to do janitorial work as well?"
"That's the jest of it yeah"
Hearing that, I couldn't help but sigh at this. I mean come on; this is a lot to put on the new guy on his first night! But the pay is said to be good and I really need the money so…what have I to lose.
"Alright then, consider it done" I said all be it reluctantly
"Great, well for your first task you mind cleaning up the employee room it's seems to be in shambles, alright good luck rookie!" Phone Guys said as he hung up
Then with a sigh I then placed the phone back on its stand and just couldn't help but rub my temples in annoyance.
"Ugh, what did I get myself into?!" I shouted
"Well there's nothing we can do know, we'll just have to tough it out now" Khonshu said as I nodded in agreement
"Yeah you're right…well let's get to work" I said as I got up from the chair
First I wound up Frenni's music box to full, once that was done I then made my way out of the office and into the employee lounge. Sure enough the place was a mess, items were strewed all over the place ranging from plastic cups to random stuff I wouldn't think of using. Even worse was the fact that the floor had small puddles of semen.
"Geez, looks like a tornado went right through here" I said with a disapproving shake of my head
But never the less I got down and stated to mop up the place and pick up trash. Once the area was clear and organized, I then made my way out into the hallway but before I went to my office, I noticed some of the pictures on wall were slightly crooked.
"Better get that too" I said to myself
Before I did however I then went back into office and wound up Frenni's music box again. Once that was done I then went into the hallway to adjust the pictures. Although when I saw the picture's I was surprised and embarrassed to see that the pictures were portraits of the mascots … in the nude!
"Oh my gosh, does this place have no shame!" I shouted but quickly calmed down
I then adjusted the pictures so that they were straight; once that was done I then made my way back to the office. Once there I saw Khonshu sitting on the deck, looking quite bored but that was understandable.
"So I think that's everything" I said
"It is, while you were away I checked the other cameras and nothing else was out of place" he said which made me let out a breath of relief.
"Good now all we have to do now is just watch Frenni and the rest of the night should be piece of cake" I said as I sat down in the chair
But once I turned the camera back to the backstage, I was horrified to see… that Frenni was gone!
"WHAT?! How did she get away?!" I shouted as I started flipping through camera after camera hoping to find the animatronic.
"Great, just your luck to lose the robot on your first night" Khonshu said in disappointed tone which just made me mad
"SHUT UP BIRD HEAD!" I shouted in fury
Suddenly the cameras then switched on its own and the screen then showed quite a sight. On the monitor was a giggling golden furred Frenni, only this one looked ghastly since the thing had two black eye sockets with white pinpricks for eyes. The Golden Frenni wore an orange and black striped bikini that left very little to the imagination.
"Who the heck is this, James never mentioned a golden Frenni before" I said
But strangely enough I didn't get a reply from the moon god, causing me to turn and look at him. When I did I saw that Khonshu was staring intently at the screen and at the Golden Frenni, almost trying to bore a hole into the screen.
"Khonshu? Are you okay?" I asked
"That thing…I'm sensing some sort of mystic energy from her" He said which surprised me
"Really, why?" I asked
"I don't know I just feel it" he said, never taking his eyes off the golden bear.
Suddenly the camera then switched again now showing what looked like the generator room and the golden Frenni seemed to be standing next to what looked a breaker box.
"What is she doing?" I said as I looked at the screen with curiosity
Suddenly the Golden Frenni then opened up the box and placed her hand on the switch inside, as she chuckled away again and looked at the camera. My eyes then widened in realization once I saw her hand on the switch.
"Oh don't you dare!" I shouted at the screen
But it was too late, because with one more giggle the animatronic then flipped the switch causing the whole place to be plunged into darkness.
"Ah great" I said with a humph
I then pulled out a flashlight from my belt and switched it one, causing the room to be slightly illuminated.
"This is just great, not only do we have a sex crazed animatronic on the loose, now the building is shut down we have to turn it back on, perfect" I said in a annoyed voice
"You could suit up, that way you have some protection from your loose furry friend" Khonshu said but I shook my head to this
"Not a good idea, I don't think my boss would like it if I broke one of their prized animatronics with my enhanced strength and between you and me I don't feel like getting fired or worse" I said slightly shivering at the last bit
"Then I guess were doing this…the hard way" he said as I nodded in agreement
So I took a deep breath and walked out of the office, flashlight beaming down hallway. Slowly I walked down the hall keeping my beam traced on the door to the main lobby. Once there I then slowly opened the door, causing it to creak as it swung open which made me tense up. I then quickly scanned the darkened room with my flashlight, hoping I wouldn't find Frenni, luckily I didn't see her. So I then walked into the main lobby slowly, turning in a full circle as I did as to keep an eye out for the animatronic. During that time I couldn't help but feel slightly frightened in a way, I mean after all I didn't have my suit on so right now I was as strong as any other human which compared to animatronic is not that impressive. Luckily I had made it to the generator room and thank goodness the place was empty, so without wasting any time I then ran to the breaker box and quickly threw it open and hit the switch. In no time at all, the place was powered up again.
"Phew, that was a close one" I said, letting out a breath I didn't know I was holding
"Psst, it wasn't that bad" Khonshu said as I glared at him
"Says the invisible Egyptian god who isn't in danger of getting raped!" I shouted at him
I then walked out the generator room back into the main lobby, all with the intention of going back to my office and locking myself in their so no sex crazed animatronic could find me. But as soon as I walked into the lobby, I then heard something…footsteps! Quickly I then dashed to a nearby support pillar and hid behind it; I then peeked out from behind the pillar and quietly gasped. Sure enough the footsteps belonged to Frenni herself as she walked out of the opposite hallway and scanned the room, she was looking for something…she was looking for me.
"Oh night guard, where are you hehehe~~~" Frenni said as slowly walked into the lobby
"I think now would be a good time to use the suit" Khonshu said
"And again no, I'd rather not explain how one of their mascots is busted up!" I whispered to the moon god as he scoffed, "Don't worry I'll just move quickly and quietly, it'll be easy" I added
So I then peeked out again from the pillar and saw Frenni's back to me. Seeing this I then slowly moved out from the pillar and slowly made my way to the door to the hallway.
'Ha, piece of cake' I thought
Suddenly I wasn't looking where I was walking and stepped on a stray paper cup, causing an echoing crunch noise to resound all around the lobby. I then slowly looked over at Frenni who was looking at me with lust in her eyes. We only stared at each other, neither one of us moved a muscle, either one of us waiting for other to make a move. I then raised my hand as I slowly waved to her and said.
"Hello"
"Hi Mr. Night Guard…NOW GET OVER!" she shouted
Before I knew it she was running towards me, a crazy lustful look in her eyes as she came to me. Unfortunately I was so stunned by this I didn't move immediately, that is until Khonshu shouted in ear.
"Don't just stand there, Run you Idiot!" He shouted which snapped me from my trance
I then quickly bolted for the door already feeling the adrenaline pumping into my veins. Suddenly however Frenni then got in front of the door which made me stop just a few feet in front of her.
"Na ah, you can't leave, not before I get a taste of that sweet, sweet dick of yours~~~" Frenni said as she licked her lips
I couldn't help but grimace at this, she had my exit blocked and not mention if I tried running the other direction she could catch me easily due to how close we are. Almost thought I had no way out…that was until I got a really bad idea.
Without saying a word I then ran at Frenni, which shocked her at first but quickly turned back to lust as she ran at me as well.
"Yes! Come to me my night guard!" she shouted with her arms outstretched, just only a foot away from grabbing me.
But then, just before she could wrap her hands around me, I then went into a slide and went right between her legs. Once I was through, I quickly got right back up and ran down the hallway, leaving a very surprised Frenni behind.
"Hey! Get back here!" I heard her shout
I then heard footsteps behind me but I didn't care, it was clear I was faster than her but I had admit she was pretty quick on her feet.
'How could she run around with those "assets" anyway' I thought in confusion
Although that was question for another time because I could see the open door of my office up ahead this made me speed up even more. Once the open doorway was in my sight, I immediately dived through and quickly hit the green button on the wall causing the big metal doors to fall.
"Safe!" I shouted out in triumph while Khonshu just chuckled at this
"Yeah, by the skin of your teeth mind you" he said as I shook my head at him
"A wins a win Khonshu, no matter what it is" I replied as I leaned against the window the office to catch my breath.
Unfortunately I didn't get to relax long because something banged against the window behind me, causing me jump away and turn to the window. I was then shocked to see who was on the other side, it was Frenni and she was full on naked! She then started to moan and groan as she had her boobs pressed up against the window and her tongue out, swaying her body back and forth. Clearly she was trying to seduce me out of the office, but I knew better and I know not to be tempted that easily, of course being Moon Knight for three years helps to. So of course seeing that her little show was coaxing me out of the office she then gave a disappointed pout and walked away but not before looking down at my crotch and licking her lips.
"You got away this time night guard but sooner or later that monster in your pants will be mine~~" she said as she slowly walked away
Confused I looked down at my pants and couldn't help but blush when I saw I had an erection, all while Khonshu just laughed at me.
"Guess you're more excited then you thought you were" He said while I grumbled
"I'm a guy, its natural" I said crossing my arms
Then something flashed in my mind that brought about a certain question.
"So, what do think that Golden Frenni was?" I asked the moon god which caused him to stop laughing
"I don't know, but if I have to guess it looked like…a spirit of some kind" he said, scratching his bird chin
'Horny ghosts huh…of course, why not' I thought with dread
I then looked up at the clock and saw the time had just reached six, meaning the end of my shift.
"Well, one night down only four more to go"
