Erza and her followers were walking the twenty five mile trip to Crocus. There was a train available but it was too dangerous for them to go in it. The king was against feminism and didn't exactly like them. In fact, if Erza was found by one of his subjects, the king would make sure she died a gruesome death.

"We're almost there!" Erza cheered the group of women. She knew this trip was hard for them. Walking twenty five miles is no easy task. Especially, if you're traveling via the forest because the towns are dangerous.

The king was a horrible man. He believed that women were possessions - owned by men. Therefore the entire kingdom believed it too. There was not way Erza would live as a possession, so she decided to run away the day before her marriage with her best friend, Mirajane.

Mirajane is a twenty year old woman. She has white hair and dark, blue eyes. She also has two siblings - one sister and one brother. The brother - named Elfman - had sworn his allegiance to the kingdom and currently works as a knight. Apparently, he has a fiancée named Evergreen, who worked as a maid in the castle. Her sister - Lisanna - had joined Erza and herself on their journey to let women live their own lives.

Shortly after Erza had ran away, she realized something. Women lived controlled lives - controlled by their father and/or husband. A woman had no choice in her life - who she marries, what she wanted to be, even in the clothes she was allowed to wear. Erza wanted to change that.

Her plan was simple. She would travel to each town and make a speech. Make a speech so that women would join her. Make the speech inspiring and captivating.

And she succeeded.

Mirajane and Lisanna supported Erza from the start and traveled with her. They helped her with the food and providing clothes to every one that joined their rebellion.

There was someone else that supported her too. Natsu. Natsu Dragneel. He was the one leading the rebellion against the king. He helped Erza and Mirajane escape from Erza's house. He helped them travel to different places. He helped them with their finances.

And that was were Erza and her group were headed right now. To Natsu.

"Hey, Asuka!"

A black-haired child, aged six or seven, turned around. She smiled when she saw who had called her name and ran towards him.

"You came!" She exclaimed.

"Of course," the man chuckled and picked Asuka up, "I don't break promises."

This man was the rebellion leader, Natsu Dragneel. No one knew he was the one that started the rebellion. At least, he thought no one knew.

"Ah, Natsu, you're here." A black-haired man stepped out of the house. His name is Alzack Connel - a former member of the rebellion. Well, he still is a member, he just doesn't do fieldwork.

"Come on in!"

"Thanks," Natsu said, running a hand through his pink locks. He looked around, making sure no one was paying attention, then went in.

"Oh, Natsu!" Bisca, the wife of Alzack exclaimed. Though she didn't follow Erza physically, she always believed in feminism.

"Hey, Bisca-san!" Natsu greeted the green-haired woman. Bisca was the reason Alzack quit - it was extremely dangerous for someone to do fieldwork if they are married. There were too many risks.

"So, "Alzack sat on his couch. "How's it going with Fairy Tail ?"

"Everything's going good. If it continues like this," Natsu smirked at Alzack, "His Majesty will be off the throne before he realizes it."

"And the Prince?"

"We'll give him a choice." Natsu shrugged, "He can either let us live peacefully or abdicate. Either is fine."

"It's a pity about the princess."

"It is," Natsu agreed. "If she were here, things might've been so different."

Alzack opened his mouth to say something but was interrupted by Bisca running into the living room. Alzack and Natsu stood up quickly.

"What's wrong?" Alzack asked, his face full of worry.

"Guards. Royal Guards. They want to see you." She glanced at Natsu. "It's about Natsu."

"Natsu, go out through the backyard. You need to get out of here." Alzack said, sternly.

"No, if I do that, you'll get caught."

"Go!" Alzack pushed Natsu towards the door.

"Just go!"

And, Natsu was left alone. He stood there for two seconds, then he began to run.

"LOOK! THERE HE IS!"

Crap. The guards were after him. Natsu ran, jumping over hedges and fences. He dashed through the bustling streets. He needed to get to the forest. He could lose the guards there.

Natsu smiled at the forest in front of him and sprinted into it.

"He's not here?"

"Nope." A dark-blue-haired man - named Macao - replied.

Erza sighed. So much for seeing Natsu.

"Any idea when he'll be back?" Mirajane asked, sweetly.

"No, sorry," Macao said with a blush. He may be old and he may have a son, but he still was a pervert.

Suddenly, there was a loud bell sounding out in the streets.

"What's going on?" Erza asked Macao.

"Another one. They're hanging another one." Macao replied sadly, before rushing out through the door.

Erza followed, wearing a cloak to cover her signature red hair. Mirajane accompanied her too.

Everyone was huddled over the town square. People were murmuring:

'It's the fifth one today!'

'These rebels are becoming a pain.'

'The rebels or the king?'

'Shhh. Someone will hear you!'

Erza pushed her way to the front, earning a lot of cussing aimed at her. She finally was at the front and gazed up at the gallows. She hoped it wasn't Natsu. She hoped it very much.

It wasn't Natsu. It was Alzack. He had been caught because he aided in Natsu Dragneel's escape. or so the man read out.

Erza's breath hitched in her throat. Natsu Dragneel? Escaped? Well, that was good. But, Natsu needed her help. She could feel it in her bones.

"Any last words?" The man growled at Alzack.

"I don't regret anything."

And he died, suspended in the air.

Erza saw Bisca crying, hugging her daughter in such a way so she didn't have to see the horrible scene. Erza walked back, followed by Mirajane. She whispered a prayer in the air for Alzack's soul to have peace.

She also prayed for the safety of Natsu. More than anything, she wished he was safe.
