The next few days passed in a blur.

First, I was sent off into my own cabin. Being alone was nice…but I missed the comfort of people around me. I missed the chatter of the Hermes cabin, and I missed Luke, the still brothers, Ethan…most importantly, I missed the feeling of being a nobody, yet another insignificant person in the Hermes cabin, trash amongst trash.

I hated attention.

Later, I was hauled to the big house and told the truth-the situation of Zeus' lightning bolts. Rather, his master bolt. It had been stolen during the last summer solace, and had been missing ever since. Zeus-technically my uncle-blamed my dad, which sparked off this massive (mini)war and caused the weather to become poor.

Zeus hadn't found the culprit nor had a suspect, but with my father claiming me as his daughter, he finally had one. And I was quite shocked-and angry-at Zeus for placing the blame on my father in such a rash and illogical manner.

I sighed as I recalled the day the truth was revealed to me.

"But Uncle Zeus has no right to do that! I was in school, busy getting killed by Mrs. Dodds!"

"Who's Mrs. Dodds?" I sighed in exasperation. "A fury. One of the three, at least. She tried to kill me-evidently something happened with the underworld as well."

"Ah…unpleasant memories. But you can't just go around yelling that…Zeus is an…illogical and rash ruler, you know? He can smith you if he wishes."

"I don't fucking care! How can he blame ME when I was suffering at that time? How can he blame father for not keeping an eye out for his own stuff? He should take some FUCKING RESPONSIBILITY and stop being a FUCKING PRICK!"

Thunder boomed ominously and the skies darkened. I took no notice as I stormed out of the big house, Annabeth and Luke chasing after me.

It was an unpleasant day, but…looking back, she had no right to be mad at Luke or Annabeth. They were her most immediate family, and she'd gotten mad at them for something they didn't do.

But it wasn't the end of that terrible day. She was later convinced to return and receive a prophecy from the oracle-turns out she was a mummy who died like ages ago-and got even worse news.

She remembered shrieking as green smoke poured out of it's mouth, and she was even more scared at what the prophecy hinted at. The words were burned into her mind, and she couldn't forget them even if she tried.

You shall go west, and face the god who has turned.

You shall find what was stolen, and see it safely returned.

You shall be betrayed by one who calls you a friend,

And you shall fail to save what matters most, in the end.

She should go west and face the god who turned. Simple enough, along with the next sentence which implied she'd recover the master bolt. The third sentence worried her though…a betrayal by a friend. She had two-Luke and Annabeth, and they were family to her in this foreign place. She couldn't bear the thought of either one of them betraying her.

The fourth line was the most troubling.

And you shall fail to save what matters most, in the end.

She would fail to save something. Someone. She would fail.

Perseas, in her whole life, was afraid of failure. Afraid of what would happen if she filled someone. And now…she was destined for failure. That thought weighed her down heavily as she walked towards the arena for a final sparring practice with Luke before she departed on her quest with Gover and Annabeth.

"What's wrong?" Luke asked, putting his hand around Percy's shoulders.

"Nothing…just…" Percy sighed, her emotions held back by a dam in her heart.

"The prophecy?" Luke guessed, and Percy silently nodded. "I'm…I don't want either of you to betray me. I'm scared. I'm scared of failure, I'm scared of betrayal…Luke, what do I do?"

Tears gathered in the corners of her eyes as she looked up at the guy sitting next to her. She admired his chiselled features, his handsome face, his striking blue eyes and the scar that made him even more manly and intimidating. He was her family, one of her only friends who liked her, who got together with her, who didn't treat her poorly.

Who held a place in her maturing heart.

Without realizing, she was already in tears, with Luke's strong yet gentle arms wrapped around her, gently comforting her as she cried, burying her face in his chest.

She would never see the sad look Luke had on his face as he held her tight.

"Luke…" her hoarse voice, muffled by his chest, reached his ears. He gently pushed her away to place his hands on her shoulders, as she looked up with teary eyes. His heart panged as he looked at her tear-streaked face, sadness clearly visible in her sea-green eyes. She was easily dwarfed by his buff frame, and her petite frame shook as he held her, while she went on and on about her fear of failure, her fear of losing someone she healed dear.

"Percy," Luke gently said, cutting her off from her tear-wracked rambling and sobbing. He cupped her face gently with his big, strong hands, as he stared deeply into her sea green eyes. "You're a headstrong girl. You can do it. Don't be afraid, and I promise you none of us will betray you. Focus on your quest, right what was wronged, and you'll never fear anything again."

"But Luke…promises are just words." She sniffled, clearly unsatisfied by his answers.

"Well then…let me show you." He smiled, his lopsided smirk capturing her gaze, as he leaned forwards and pressed a kiss onto her soft lips.

Her sea green eyes widened in shock, before she too returned the kiss, her hands wandering over her new lover's toned body, as she pressed herself against him, gently moaning in pleasure. His hands found her waist, and her hands found his neck, holding it tight as she pulled him towards her, kissing each other passionately, and only breaking off for air.

The two young lovers gazed into each other's eyes, their swords and sparring session long forgotten, as they threw themselves at each other again, her clinging tightly to his neck, him lightly squeezing her buttocks, eliciting a moan from her lips which was stifled by his. Her tongue pushed into his mouth, and his tongue responded with equal enthusiasm, twirling and meeting each other as they kissed, his hands fining it's way to her shirt and tugging on it's hem, desperately craving for more. Her hands grabbed onto his waist as he pulled the shirt up and over her chest, and she groaned in pleasure as he cupped a hand around her covered breasts and gave a gentle squeeze. Her hands wandered down to his shorts, and she tugged them down as both of them stood up clumsily, still in each other's arms, Luke leaning down to continue the kiss as Percy arched her back up to meet his lips. She felt her shirts and underwear drop around his ankles, as his half-erection brushed against her crotch. Feeling dizzy, she broke off the kiss and sucked in a deep breath.

"Not fair, you still have your shirt on," she pouted, her sadness having evaporated long ago as she stared lustfully at her partner. "You're dressed more than me." He retorted, as he tugged at the clasp on her bra. It soon came off, and he grasped one of her nipples, gently rolling them between his fingers, eliciting a squeal from her. "Oh, you're excited now, Sea princess?" He smiled, gazing at her lovingly as she looked up at him through half lidded eyes. "Stop…stop teasing!" She moaned, as she grabbed his balls and begun tickling. "Urg…!" He grunted in pleasure as his erection became evident. "Ooh…looks like someone's wanting!" She remarked as she smirked at Luke!s face, now slightly red with heat, list and embarrassment. "Just…get in with it." He grunted, as he let her nipples go and hoisted her up by her waist. She yelped as she held onto his broad shoulders for dear life, her legs hooked around his waist, while he unbuttoned her short jeans, her butt rubbing against his growing erection. Using a spare hand, he pulled her jeans down, exposing her privates as she yelped. "Ah…lemme down!" She mumbled into his ear, and so he gently set her down, her back on the sandy arena floor as he yanked her shorts off.

A moan escaped Percy's lips as she begged for more. "But…you're still a maiden." Luke bluntly pointed out, only to be greeted by a naughty smirk on Percy's face. "Not since I was 6." Luke!s mouth dropped open as he took that fact in, but before he could even begin to talk, Percy sat up and pressed her lips against his, sealing whatever he wanted to say in his mind. Luke fumbled around, before he grasped his erection and placed the head on Percy's clit, running it up and down, eliciting another moan from her soft lips. "You…sure?" Luke grunted out as he stared into Percy's half-lidded eyes, shadowed by lust and want. "Y-yes…" Percy hitched, and a split second later almost screamed in pleasure as she felt him enter. He was larger than she expected to, since she hadn't seen his full size, and as he began thrusting she could only moan and yelp in pleasure, whatever words she had in her mind becoming jumbled and muddled.

"Oh-Lu-Luke-Ohhhh…" her moaning was music to his ears, her pussy heavenly as he spread up his pace, his insides pooling up as her walls clenched down on him, heat building in his body as she screamed his name. Her arms grasped his neck tightly, pulling him down towards her, as her legs crossed behind his back, her shorts and underwear dangling from an ankle. He felt himself nearing the orgasmic peak, and she felt pleasure mounting in her melting mind. He felt his balls clench as everything erupted in white, and she felt Stars dance in front of her eyes as her walls clenched tight, squirting out cum onto his member as he shot his load into her.

Both of them collapsed on top of each other as they finished their orgasm, Percy lying limply on the sand, while Luke lay on top of her, burying his head in the crock of her neck. Their breathing steadied into a steady rhythm, as they recovered from their post-orgasmic bliss. Eventually, Luke pushed himself up and slowly retracted himself, and Percy whined as she felt her lower body emptied of his warmth. Eventually, they redressed and shared another kiss briefly, before parting and staring at each others flustered yet satisfied expressions, their hands over each other's shoulders.

"Luke…you felt great." Percy murmured, as he lowered her hand to place it on her waist. "Percy…you too." Luke replied, and he saw a small smile on her face. "Well…I guess it's time for me to go pack up and leave." She said, a sad look crossing her face. "Percy…stay safe." He smiled sadly, and patted her head affectionately. As he watched, she turned and walked over to their abandoned weapons, and picked up both before tossing backbiter to him. A fleeting smile crossed her face a she gazed into his eyes, before she turned and begun to walk away.

He sighed, and turned his back on her. Sheathing his sword, he begun moving the training dummies back over to a corner of the arena, to await the next training session of the camp.

Neither noticed a very flustered and red Annabeth hiding behind the stands, her fingers glistening and her hair sticking to her sweaty forehead.

Neither noticed that she slipped out from behind the stands and out of the arena, the area around her crotch dampened slightly.

"Percy! Percy!" Luke yelled, rushing up the hill to the trio ready to depart on their first quest. "Percy…" Luke panted breathlessly as he reached the trio. "I forgot…this is for you." He managed to pass a shoebox with a pair of Nike running shoes in them, without dropping it. "They…they have wings. If you need, shout 'Maria!' And they'll fly." Percy's eyes lit up at that, and before Luke knew, she was hugging him tight, pressing a kiss to his cheek. "Thank you Luke," she muttered into his ear, "I love you." "Love you too, dear." He returned the favour, before pulling her to the side.

Ignoring Annabeth's furious look and Grover's impatience, he whispered into her ear, "I think Annabeth has a crush on you. I don't like sharing you with someone…but since she's my sister, if she approaches you…feel free to act on your own feelings." Percy looked at him, shocked. "That!s the best I can do for her. She's lost Thaila, and now I'm leaving her to you, to fill that gap she left behind. Treat her well." Percy nodded, dumbfounded at the turn of events. "Now go," Luke gently nudged her, before walking away towards the crowd of onlookers wishing them farewell.
